Finally! the fourth instalment from our sister label EWax Black Series has arrived! No names, just music!

From the yearly "Inside the Dance" series, we bring you 4 new songs reflecting our love for the African influenced house music on Wonderwheel. Starting things off, the new group from Australia Digital Afrika's "Babalu Ayé" been lighting up the dancefloors all Spring while Kiko Navarro & Nickodemus take it deep with M'bira melodies & traditional vocals on "Cacao Ceremony". On the flip we have a new one from Randomized Coffee called "Barake" which features vocals from Burkina Faso and Chris Annibell "Ye No ntem" featuring Rozie Gyems rounds out the EP with a heavy one we always wanted on vinyl. The full compilation will drop in December with all new music that takes us deep inside the dance.

Cult Berlin club night and label African Acid is the Future returns with the second release in their Ambiance trilogy. Taking listeners into the unique spirit of their club night. For their second release they offer a series of live recordings from the heat of the party itself.
The release features two tracks from both Les Filles de Illighadad and Edmony Krater as well as remixes from Dauwd, Maryisonacid and DJ Oil. Les Filles de Illighadad come from a secluded commune in central Niger, far off in the scrubland deserts at the edge of the Sahara. Best known for their guitar performances, this recording from AAITF finds them at their percussive best on the simply titled “Tende I” and “Tende II”. Edmony Krater is an avant-garde percussionist, singer and trumpet player, as well as a native of Guadeloupe. For his performance, Krater performs a duo of tracks separated by three decades, but united by Caribbean rhythms. “Gwadloup” was originally released in 1988 as part of the album “Edmony Krater Et Zepiss – Tijan Pou Velo,” while “Lagé” is taken from 2018’s album “Edmony Krater– An ka sonjé”

Will Long X DJ Sprinkles' journey to the heart of deep house culminates in the third and final volume in a series of three, offering the broadest yet most subtle, spine-tingling session of the lot, presenting the former's raw and 'floor-ready originals backed by the latter's inimitably sumptuousoverdubs.
Conceptually rooted in the queer, black politics of NYC's late '80s and early '90s house scene - where Terre Thaemlitz cut her teeth as DJ Sprinkles - the series can be viewed as a vital reminder
of that scene's original values and sense of social democracy, especially when contrasted with theglut of contemporary, commodified representations of that music which sorely miss the mark, or weren't even aware of the scene's provenance to begin with.Make no mistake, though; this is no lecture or snub at younger producers making deep house. Rather, it is evidence of the original form's latent potential to still generate rare, precious feelings which have been lost or glossed over with subsequent, detached and over-produced translations of its original syntax and intent. 'Deep' is the key word here on many levels, from their poignant use of historical samples by civil rights pioneers Bayard Rustin, Jesse Jackson and Kathleen Cleaver, to the unfiltered innocence of Will Long's productions and Sprinkles' corresponding, pensile overdubs, which make utterly incredible use of the frequency spectrum to reveal acres of space in the upper registers and, on the other hand, an honestly breathtaking application of layered subbass tones that are just impossible to describe.

Tin Man a.k.a. Johannes Auvinen is of Finnish descent, having lived all his life in Los Angeles. Tin Man says his tracks relate to the history and mood of acid house. Tin Man updates the sound of 80s Chicago acid sound to the 21st century. Maybe one can find in Tin Man's sound some comparisons to such as Laurent Garnier's and Ludovic Navarre's acid projects: Choice, Shazz, Deepside. Tin Man's "Keys of Life Acid" 12" (life12in-16) includes three tracks. 'Life Is Acid' is a late-night excursion where 303 lines slowly surface with a quiet insistence. 'Tip The Acid' offers a bubbling acid march with spiralling ornaments of sound layer upon layer. LONE - ABRAXAS EP IS A THREE TRACK EXCURSION INTO ETHEREAL ACID

Lone reveals the first physical release on his new imprint, Ancient Astronauts, which has been set up to release new material whilst working on his next studio album.

The three track EP, Abraxas, sees the producer carry out his first experiments with 303 acid packaged up in a breakbeat club tool focused sound – an idea which was sparked from hearing friends playing ‘90s drum and bass at slower speeds than usual.

The result is a rip-roaring trio of tracks, with the heavy bass rumbles and searing squelch of Abraxas undoubtedly cementing the title track as the chosen club destroyer. Young Star Cluster follows up with a marriage of the rolling funky drummer break with bursts of 303 acid and Lone’s trademark empyrean breakdowns before How Can You Tell takes us deeper still, with choral pads opening the door to another chapter in the multifaceted producer’s sound.

Benjamin Fröhlich has struck many chords in the arena of electronic music: as a party organizer and record shop owner in his early days, and now as a label owner, DJ and producer. He is the co-founder of Permanent Vacation Records together with Tom Bioly, which has been up and running since the tropical summer of 2006. Emerging from the vibrant Cosmic Disco and Balearic scene, Permanent Vacation has been going strong over the past decade with genre-defining hits, albums and compilations. Fröhlich and Bioly have worked together with the household names of the international electronic dance scene. They have scouted artists like John Talabot, Todd Terje, Tensnake and Mano Le Tough early in their careers and released their breakthrough records. On top of his dedication to explore and feature rising as well as accomplished artists, Benjamin Fröhlich himself has emerged as a producer of vibrant tracks that are testament to his versatile and compelling approach to club music. His 12 inches, which were well received by DJs and clubbers alike, are accompanied by acclaimed remixes including his Tuff City Kids rework, which made it on Roman Flügel's Fabric Mix Now his first album is ready to go! Amiata is a conglomerate of Benjamin Fröhlich's longstanding experience. Just like his DJ sets and work for PV, each of the album's tracks expresses a different facet of his musical preferences. While keeping it under the roof of Benjamin's specific sound, the tracks range from Dub hybrids to Italo, Disco and Boogie inspired tracks, 90's spacy breakbeats and Electro to classic house ( 'Last Night' features rising U.S. artist Dreamcast).

Emerging UK talent Casey Spillman debuts on Infuse this July, accompanied by FUSE boss Enzo Siragusa on remix duties.

A rising DJ and producer within the UK’s bubbling scene, London’s Casey Spillman is most certainly an artist to take note of for 2019. Taking influences from UK dubstep and garage through to film scores and beyond, his slick blend of bumping house music has seen him take to key institutions across the country including Fabric, Village Underground, and Distrikt in recent months, whilst also joining the FUSE crew at Studio 338 late last year as part of their ten year ‘Decade Of Rave’ celebrations. Following releases on Daydream, Sukhumvit and Blind Vision to name just a few, he now makes his debut appearance Infuse, offering up three lively productions in the form of his ‘Adore and Edure Each Other’ EP with FUSE head Enzo Siragusa turning in a slick interpretation of the lead cut to complete the package.

Lead track ‘Avec Moi’ is a pacey effort that balances skipping hats and shuffling percussion with rich chords and infectious female vocal hooks, whilst ‘Temperature’ introduces a weighty garage-tinged bassline that snakes amongst off-kilter bleeps and sharp lasers. Next, Siragusa’s remix of ‘Avec Moi’ employs rolling percussion arrangements amongst soaring atmospherics and warped vocals, before ‘Endure’ combines swinging drums and groove-heavy bass guitar licks to reveal an impressive house cut that closes out proceedings in style.

After several releases on the Shewey Trax label, Delicate Instruments takes on a more psychedelic approach into the thoughts about escaping the fractured American world view. This is record one from the forthcoming full length LP "MEMORY-0". Memory-1 "MEM-1" available first as a single 180gram vinyl limited edition and will also be included with the album followup release towards the end of year. Part 1's theme: "Withdraw from the world around you, into your own innerworld..."

Play It Say What Records and Isaac Basker return after a 5-year hiatus with White Souls Lost (Part II), providing 4 styles of Isaac’s distnict, “thumping” take on American house music designed for dancefloors, headphones, or contemplating human existence. Never shy of controversial track titles and themes, a trend that can be traced back to previous collaborations with Public Enemy as a hip-hop DJ and turntablist, Isaac cuts right to the chace again focusing on the state of the “soul” in post-Trump America.

On the title track, A1 “White Soul’s Lost (Part II),” a play on words of Nas’ “Black Girl Lost,” Isaac calls into question the state of some white folks’ souls in an appropriately emotive banger that starts with Afro house- oriented congas and layered deep pads until guitar solo-like chord riffs build to a layered crescendo. From this point on, to its conclusion, the track keeps the listener on high.

A2, “So Lonely Here” brings a definitive Isaac sound influenced by his experience growing up dancing in clubs to vintage NYC deep house. The track provides a deep, dusty, almost lo-fi-esque vibe geared to be a perfect track for an early set or afters. Isaac’s love of simple vocal drops in part from his background as a turntablist comes into play again as a lone, sexy female voice casually reminds us of their feelings of isolation, and is a double entendre on the state of lost souls everwhere.

B1, “Noisy Neighbours,” evokes that “thump” Hard Wax once labeled some of Isaac’s tracks. Created in response to noise complaints, a coded reference to Trump supporters, and even Isaac’s world football allegiances it could be categorized “deep house techno” but this ain’t no tech house. Heavy kicks bump over choped up live percussion as a lone pad keeps it deep, and then an analog bassline reveals the underground, grooving along to vocal drops that demand the listener to “Stop, look and listen.”

Lastly with B1, “A Paradox Now!” Isaac’s love for titles derived from word play refers this time to Francis Ford Coppola’s classic film “Apocalypse Now!” The track teases with mellow keys laid over strong 909 drums and a prominent minimal bassline as it builds slowly over panned high hats. However, it then flips from chill to bumping as a live percussion sample arrives along with a repeated Terre Thaemlinz influenced vocal that proceeds to drive the track to its peak.

Spring Theory is proud to announce its latest release, from San Francisco-based experimental producer and label alumni Aria Rostami. Titled Agnys, it's an intensely personal and introspective reflection on friendship, loss and rebirth in our hyper-connected society. A rumination on a collaborative project started with Rostami's now deceased production partner, roommate, and friend Shawn Dickerson.

The deep and minimalistic b-sides, "White-White," "Soroban" and "Beghilos" guide the aesthetic experience. Unified by an emotion of retrospective nostalgia, they were all created by editing and contorting aspects from a single recording made from Dickerson's piano — a dusty and detuned standup made sometime before The Great Depression that now sits in Rostami's bedroom.

By contrast, the warm embrace of "Clepsydra," the symphonic dancefloor grandeur of "Seven-Segments," and sharp punchiness of "A Square Tablet Strewn With Dust" reveal Rostami's own take on the sonic structure of the B-sides. "The A-sides are a reinterpretation of the world made by the B-sides much like the B-sides are a reinterpretation of Shawn's interests and ideas. In this way, the listener works backwards to the source."

A side's Pick'em Up is a real disco thumper with big horns and powerful vocals that just works.
The B side delivers a mid 70-s jazz-funk rework that will definitely get the jazz dancers moving.

After Salvatore Stallone has lit up the sky and ground with his "Pig's Dance" and Rhythm Doctor blown minds with his ambient interpretation, another key figure in the UK dance scene got his hands on the same tune. The legendary Richard Sen, founding member of the Padded Cell and known on a global scale with the project Bronx Dogs, has wisely given to "Pig's Dance" an even different feeling, driven by a gutsy bass, enhanced by flashes of sax distorted, filtered and with exquisite delays for a devastating effect on the dance floor. This new 12 ", however, takes the name from the new original track of Salvatore Stallone" Inside My Blood" on side A. Another masterpiece by the maestro from Montesarchio, this ancient and mystical village on the hills of Benevento, near Naples. Not much to add, let's the music do the talking...

We welcome the "bundle of energy", Magit Cacoon from Tel Aviv, to our Muna family. She is known for her releases on UponYou and adds a deep dancefloor killer to this EP-plus a digital bonus track, an emotional song for quiet moments at home.

AA1: Steve Bug - Where´s the Clap

Steve Bug is one of these super talented guys who inspired the Muna club over the past 20 years with a multitude of releases on Raw Elements and Pokerflat. We finally got our hands on one of his amazing productions for Muna 006!

AA2: Jacob Korn - Mindfulness

Deep East German power from Dresden! Analog-genius Jakob Korn is working as a music teacher, besides his profession as dj, producer, label owner of Uncanny Valley and being a great person. Good thing there are still guys like him, who have passion and a deep understanding for real music.

Detroit's Ali Berger joins up with FatCat Records' sub-label FCR to release four acid-tinged cuts entitled 'Keys The Door EP1'.

Michigan's Ali Berger has been making music for nearly ten years now and was first introduced to house and techno in 2012 through a party at New York's Dope Jams. Later that year he went on to release his debut EP on Militant Science and has since gone on release music via Clave House, Isaiah Tapes and Firm Tracks. Ali represents a new wave of producers coming through the US scene earning him regular slots at venues across the country. His 'Keys The Door EP1' sees him join Brighton's FatCat sub-label FCR which launched with two releases from Cottam, in addition to records from DJJ and Project 223.

Ali uses mostly hardware from the 90s and early 2000s to make his music and the stripped back nature of production is a constant feature throughout the EP. 'Badlands' opens things up with a chugged out groove immersed with weaving 303s and eccentric modulations before rhythmic synth stabs, angelic leads and delicate chords take the focus in 'Love In This Box'.

'Secrets' maintains the attractive atmosphere through a lusciously deep bassline, a haunting acid line and inviting oscillations until 'Sleeves' finishes things off with a raw drum sequence, illustrious melodies and alleviating pads in the second half.

Dean Zepherin is truly a producer who has managed to find his lane and appeal.
Born and raised in London - a suitably eclectic city for a man of his musical persuasion - he is renowned for his consistently genre-pushing productions.
In other words, a perfect match for Local Talk, a label not afraid to go beyond the classic 4/4 sound and explore different styles within house music.

Opening track Blue Moon is an organic, warm and enveloping chunk of deep house bliss and there's no doubt that Dean loves his house served with with plenty of horns.
Next up is Flying High, a jazzy uptempo house cut smothered in expansive percussions, trading organ and trumpet solos over elastic synth lines.

Originally released digitally on Luke Solomon & Derrick Carter's Classic Music Company last summer; Girls of the Internet's deep-house-dub-techno-afro ballad 'When U Go' is now being pressed up to vinyl on RAMP Recordings. Since it's release, 'When U Go' has been burning up some of the more discerning dancefloors worldwide, with club support from DJ's as diverse as Mark Farina, Stacey Pullen, Eli Escobar, Oliver $, François K, Soul Clap, Roger Sanchez, Carl Craig, Booker T, Serverino, Riva Star, Doc Martin, Karizma, Marco Carola, Tensnake & Mousse T. Peckham's finest pervayers of Deep House, Bradley Zero approved duo FYI Chris, turn in an exclusive dubby West Coast-vibed remix of the track available only on this vinyl.

The B side is a brand new track from Girls of the Internet - 'Running' featuring Nattlie Maddix, of the House Gospel Choir. Mixing live instruments with synths and drum machines, 'Running' is a soulful yet driving disco tinged deep house track. To finish off this massive package, Local Action's Finn delivers a genre-straddling remix of 'Running'.

Inner Sunset Recordings's Homero G. is at it again with another deep house 4-Track E.P., only this time serving up an emotionally unique and introspective angle never before heard on the ISR imprint. This landmark 10th pressing from ISR (entitled the 'Companionship & Solitude E.P.'; Cat No.: ISR1210), takes listeners on a gentler journey into the realm of house music via soft pads, sentimental keyboard progressions, atmospheric organs, wispy flutes, and delicate vocal and oceanic samples.

With our regular 12' series both coming to end some people thought that WPH would end as well. You should've known better, because there is too much gorgeous music coming from our small WPH family to just let other labels shine with it. And so we have decided to throw caution into the wind and embark on a new story. A story in which our artists get to tell their story by means of a full album.

At the heart of Metrobox' sound is a love for Moog, 909 and SH 101 sounds, combined with a knack for seductive melodies and a healthy dose of vocal action. Two collaborations with WPH head honcho Red D and Belgian MC champ TLP add some extra oldskool flavor to the proceedings.

And yes, we are well aware of the fact that double or triple albums are heavy on your budget and that you all prefer to shell out 15 euro for a one-sided limited Detroit release instead of a 12' with three tracks you like...so this album will come in three separately available 12's, giving you complete buyer freedom.

Inner Sunset Recordings is at it again with another slammin' 4-track 12' vinyl E.P. that showcases the label's distinctively deep sound and classic roots, only this time with a modern twist! Scheduled for release in April of 2018, Squares There - 'Contemporary Tools E.P.' (ISR1209) takes ISR's catalog to new territories with a more tech-oriented vocabulary of sounds and an array of modern production techniques never before employed on an ISR release. For the classy and deep old-school heads out there, 'She's Shopping Drunk Again' (A1) is sure to be an instant pleaser with its jazzy vibraphone solos, soft organ lines, and walking bassline. 'My Sisters' (A2) meticulously utilizes repetition, major chords, and sub basses to blissfully numb and entrance the floor. Side B's two versions of 'Hard Press', with their chunky beat and heavy bass, are an interesting study in variations on a theme. The 'Light Mix' (B1) serves up radiant pads and swirling synth stabs, and the 'Dark Mix' commits to taking the listener on a brooding, introspective, and psychedelic journey. This E.P. is not to be missed, as an awesome angle on the ISR soundprint - one that seamlessly fits in with the rest of the catalog!

We Play House Recordings - WPH - is the work of Belgian DJ & producer Red D. Started 10 years ago to release the music of his friend san Soda, the label had (and has) the aim to release house music in all its shapes and forms. WPH's house ethics date back to the days where house was just a name for music that was played in clubs. There is no such thing as tech house, no such thing as deep house or minimal, there is simply (house) music, good or bad.

We Play House Recordings is lovingly led by Red D (real name Bart Van Neste), one of Belgium's leading underground music figures. Be it in his role as DJ, A&R, promoter, music panel host or general nitelife instigator, Red D does things with passion, humor and a healthy dose of keeping-both-feet-firmly-on-the-ground...with a twist...

WPH was started in 2007, so it takes no math genius to know that in 2017 the label is celebrating its 10 years anniversary. Running from the spring till winter 2017 this anniversary will be celebrated with special vinyl releases, a triple CD, a digital compilation, a Spotify playlist and a series of label nights all over Belgium and beyond. True to form the compilation will have WPH classics but also a BIG bunch of new material from core artists of the label like Locked Groove, San Soda, Kiani & His Legion, Fabrice Lig and many more.
