Jacob Husley & Peter Pixzel's WetYourSelf! recordings, drop the third EP in their vinyl only limited series WYSL003. This time a VA with some heavyweight players from the top of the Romanian artist talent pool.

On the A side Priku delivers 'Outcast' a sleek cut of micro house, complete with jazzy stabs and a wonky bassline. A2 is produced by Mau 'Time Modulation', a very versatile track that will work at any point of the night or morning - with it's irresistible intergalactic electro bassline and pleasing synth notes.

On the flip side caLLY delivers two beautiful atmospheric cuts of minimal techno perfection, floating yet driving. Both tracks were on heavy rotation during Sunwaves Festival - played by Raresh amongst the other usual suspects.

There's been a lot of anticipation for this release to finally drop - so don't wait around or you'll be paying the price on Discogs!

The enigmatic Vyvyan returns to MMM with the incendiary single, CoatBraPants. Backed up with 2 remixes from Running Back’s Gerd Janson, as well as the debut remix from Charlie Nobody, the single further displays the unique driving disco house hybrid stylings of Vyvyan, and acts as the perfect precursor to his Debut album, also to be released on MeMeMe and expected in early 2020. Not content with a single bite of the peach, Gerd Janson has provided us with both an out-and-out 90s New York house interpretation, as well as a separate organic dark-disco-dub version. "Charlie Nobody”, aka Chris Stoker from Ess O Ess and Not An Animal Records, laces his first ever solo piece of released music with a psychedelic dose of dancefloor arpeggiation nestled beside some sweetly balearic guitar playing.

The anniversary Mancha number 10 comes from label owner "Back For Good (Matthias Speck - - Specki ) himself. Two dirty - wavy tracks have been lovinly carved into vinyl and on top there is a brilliant remix by Rotterdam based DJ Overdose (Model Man) who is known by his popular releases on Bordello A Parigi, L.I.E.S. records and Créme Organization and of course for his activity on Intergalactic FM. Having spent the last few years impressing audiences around the world with his magical sound, we're very excited to announce that The Turk, Mehmet Aslan makes a welcome return to Highlife!

UK producer Archie Hamilton releases his debut album ‘Archive Fiction’, forthcoming on Moscow Records. Written as a first-person exploration of the positive transformational effect of house music, it’s a narrative of a life-changing night on a dancefloor.

Informed by Archie’s extensive experiences in clubs since his early teens, ‘Archive Fiction’ is ten tracks seamlessly mixed together into one complete body of work. Merging Archie’s rich musical upbringing with more contemporary tastes, the LP incorporates his signature and trademark minimal styles with a myriad of influences including trip-hop, dub-techno, acid jazz, drum’n’bass and house.

The early tones of the LP are rooted in the melancholic sentiments of first tracks ‘Six Years Later’ and ‘Lifted’. Embracing dark and downtempo elements, the changing pace of ‘Relax Your Body’ then flips to a more positive trajectory and into one of the album’s most pivotal moments, ‘Make The Difference’ feat. Mr V. An anthemic slice of smooth and soulful vocal deep-house, this track is geared towards invoking a sense of complete sanctuary and letting go of all worries.

The heads-down ‘Can’t Be Serious’ takes the listener into more rolling territory and leads into another key moment on the LP, ‘Eye of the Storm’ featuring vocals from drum’n’bass royalty, Onallee. The ex-member of infamous Reprazent crew came out of semi retirement to feature on this cut which draws on Archie’s early Bristolian experiences.

The sparse and stripped-back ‘Dustin Off Man’ is an ode to Archie’s love of dub-techno, one of his fundamental entry points into electronic music inspired by early masters of the genre Rod Modell and Moritz Von Oswald.

The sumptuous and atmospheric ‘A Little Lower’ slows the pace and invokes a journey through dub and acid jazz, recorded with the live bass guitar acoustics of Navid Asghari, a composition inspired by Archie’s affinity to the likes of Portishead, DJ Krush and Thievery Corporation.

The soulful and life affirming sensations of ‘Quicksand’ roll into the album’s crescendo, ‘Waisted’, a vibrant and powerful slice of the signature Archie Hamilton sound, geared for peak-time energy.

An album fuelled by over 10 years of production experience and a lifetime committed to music, ‘Archive Fiction’ is a debut that showcases the breadth of Archie’s palate as a producer and his ability to transcend the world of underground house.

There we go again. Finally, Cuthead returns with the long awaited follow-up to his "Brother EP". His new record "Everlasting Sunday" surely fulfils some dreams as it is packed with no less than nine tracks. Three catchy House tunes on the A-Side and six Hip-Hop-jams on the B-side make for a very extended EP or a mini-album ... the choice is up to you! Right at the beginning we start with the sample-heavy "Maputo Jam", a tune in classical Cuthead-manner with its irresistible drumming full of stumbling blocks and layers of sweet synth-melodies. "Nautic Walking" is a straighter House track with a guitar line and clapping samples but that bass line quickly reminds you whom you're listening to. "Minerals" starts off pretty deeply before evolving from a jazzy House affair into an almost orchestral tune with opulent strings. The flipside is an extensive expression of Cuthead's inexhaustible love for Hip-Hop. There is feel-good material like "Everlasting Sunday" and "Deep Shadows" as well as banging joints like "Calculator Watch" with all the typical Cuthead-trademarks: sick bass work, stammering drumming and imaginative sampling.

Ovum's 20th birthday celebrations continues with the return of Pete Moss. An early staple on the Ovum roster, Pete Moss released 6 EP's from 1999-2003. We are very excited to have Pete back in the fold and he has delivered a stellar release in celebration of Ovum's 20th Anniversary. Philadelphia based Pete Moss knows a thing or two about house music. Having traveled all over the world in search of the ultimate underground dance floors, and releasing over 150 projects on top labels, he's only just begun leaving his mark on the dance music world. His first 20 years of being a D.J/ Producer have been nothing short of incredible. Releasing originals, remixes, Albums and Mix comps on cutting edge labels such as, Ovum, Dessous, ALola, Definity, Large, Seamless, I records, MN2's, Acryl and dozens of others, as well as his own underground Recline imprint, he's made his mark in the deep tech world and then some. Pete has delivered a hand's in the air summer anthem. Pete always a master of working a vocal sample has delivered once again. The infectious hook will stick in your head and drive any dance floor crazy. The track ebbs and flows building to a perfect climax. On the B side we have enlisted the legendary Karizma for the remix duties. K has taken a different twist on the track bring that classic Baltimore funk. Things get a little grittier with chunkier beats, beefier bass and and a funked up keyboard line. He has kept elements of the original but givenit that Karizma twist. What you have are two diverse mixes that should find their way into a diverse mix of DJ's play lists.

The third release of MALE RECORDS features 'THE ORDER' a studio and live group that shares with 'THE TRUE UNDERGROUND SOUND OF ROME' the same city and sound. A powerful mix of electronic detroit sounds together with melodic and balearic ambient atmospheres. Still comes as collector's Album edition of 475 copies only containing the original songs from the rare 'THE ORDER EP' from 92 plus two unreleased strong songs: 'QUASAR' and 'WAY BACK' recorded in the same year and performed only live during the big house event 'NIGHT OF MALE 92' back in the days. This LP features also Stefano Di Carlo for additional percussions on Long Waves and Leo Young on the mix.

Last spotted on Correspondant's fourth annual collection, Jennifer Cardini and Noura Labbani return to Yovav's majestic slice of cold wave theatre 'Running Wave' and develop its universe on their ever-bubbling Dischi Autunno imprint. Still as epic and dramatic as it ever was, its narrative is now galvanised by a typically dynamic edit from Gerd Janson (who also remixed Yovav's last single on Correspondant), three originals and one remix. 'Railroad' is an animated chip-like adventure with layers of leads cleverly interlaced around the lolloping lofi kicks; 'File Detective' plays the consummate creeper as a slinky metallic beat suddenly melts into a sleazy, sneaky lead that keeps peeping over its shoulder; 'Space Work' closes the show on a cosmic high with such a strong emotional pull it could make Sabres Of Paradise blush while Brassica add crucial footnotes with uptempo breakbeat remix so elastic and euphoric it could flex a Bicep or two. Stunning, immersive and truly singular; no one is doing it like Yovav right now.

Waella’s Choice return with their fifth release, made in Detroit, remixed in Melbourne and London.

Adding to a growing stable of leading house artists who have already released on the London label, Detroit singer, producer (and dancer) Javonntte presents Drumma EP, traversing the deep and soulful spectrum with two original productions.

The title track has the same instant magnetism as Hanna’s ‘Stranger’, which helped inaugurate Waella’s Choice in 2017. ‘Jazzpianodance’ takes a more broken approach, incorporating Javonntte’s love for jazz fusion. Something that would have felt right at home in the old Co-Op dances at plastic people.

The B-side presents remixes from two young producers with a bright future. Melbourne-raised and now London-based, Crown Ruler member Winters follows up his 2018 debut for Parallel People with a low-slung RnB version. Touching Bass family Romaal Kultan ups the tempo with a weightier sucker-punch of breaks and broken percussion, primed for peak time impact.

Moving to London, producing two sell-out records with Mall Grab’s Steel City Dance Discs, and nailing mixes for Rinse, NTS and Boiler Room, made 2018 a landmark year for Australian-born producer and DJ Loods. Following his extensive touring across the UK and Europe, Loods has been working away in the studio to produce his Classic Music Company debut. This two-track 12” marks an impressive label outing for the artist, as title track ‘Walking Away’ offers a summer-ready sound with soft keys, a soulful vocal sample and lilting beat. On the B-side is the deep and grooving ‘The Feeling’, where the burgeoning artist presents another track primed for summer dancefloors with this disco house number.

Our first long-player for 2019, Daze Island, by French producer Malouane, is a seasonally-appropriate departure for Let's Play House that's more summertime meditation than dance-floor ammo.

Across these ten tracks, Malouane takes us on new age-indebted journeys down cobblestone paths banked with flowering cherry blossom, to clear-sky tropical beach sunsets, on hang glider flights across endless fields of golden wheat. As the LP progresses, the tempo picks up and the ambient washes and puffs of pads pull back to make way for dancier rhythms, but even in these moments, Daze Island is a tranquil affair, pressed first and foremost with a desire to independently explore the mysterious worlds within.

Swedish DJ Adeline lands on Crosstown Rebels with You*re Sick, a diverse four track release that features a stunning remix from Rex Club regular D’Julz.

The EP opens with the title track You*re Sick. Pronounced kicks merge with subtle pads, as an enchanting vocal sample whispers along. Bubble-like pops are brought in alongside intermittent hi-hats, creating a real dance-floor ready record. The D’Julz dub comes next. Staying true to the original, the addition of an electro-like breakdown builds energy, before that addictively-good kick is brought back in. Dust To Bone is a fast-paced minimal thumper, that takes no prisoners as it moves along with a wholesome bassline and softly driving percussion, before Rite De Passage rounds off the EP with powerful pads and warm keys.

Brought up in the rolling Swedish countryside, Adeline is a DJ, producer and vocalist whose talents reach far further than the DJ booth. Having founded electronic music duo Housewives with La Fleur in 2006, Adeline has gone on to release standout productions on the likes of Culprit and Kindisch Records. D’Julz is an artist whose presence in the scene has been felt for decades. For twenty two years, the French native has been running the now legendary “Bass Culture” night at Rex Club, and has hosted some of the scenes most respected DJs in recent times, including Seth Troxler, Sonja Moonear and Nicolas Lutz.

After a lengthy hiatus from the label, Melbourne's best kept secret Booshank returns with a highly anticipated four tracker, featuring a contribution from Japanese artist Gonno. Tumultuous beat tracks meet detailed synthesis to form the signature sound we've come to love and expect from the mystery man.

In "operating with a blown mind" Booshank has manifested the energy and intricacy of his previous fantasies on Butter Sessions, Domestic Documents, Unthank and his own newly formed imprint Couch Acid. A hybrid of club ready cruisers and dreamy mind-melting ambience that could soundtrack a nightclub experience in an alternate reality or a low-key arvo in the sun.

A great crossover record for both DJs and fans of more ambient vibrations bolstered by a crackerjack interpretation by Gonno.

Vega Records puts together a vinyl package with one of the hottest records in the catalog. Now a classic in the UK Into My Life' is getting a whole new treatment and will be released as a double pack vinyl. A brand new version unreleased, the original studio recording of the song before it was remixed in the house format is already being played by Gilles Peterson on Then there are the main version, instrumental, and two original dubs, which are all remastered by Vega's mastering engineer Walter Coelho. The full vinyl package with cover art is ready to be released on Record Day' on April 21, 2018.

Italian Producer/DJ Patrick Gibin kick starts the year in fine style with our first release for 2019. 'Cloud Nine' is a two track EP featuring the soul filled tones of Detroit native Javonntte on vocals and musical polymath Mark de Clive-Lowe aka McDL on keys. Platform 23 returns with the reissue of songs from Canadian project, Vini Vidi Vici. With just one privately pressed mini-album in 1989 that bridged the gap between the later years of New Wave and the early vestiges of House, the music included in this edited EP highlights a thriving Montreal scene in its heyday.

Vini Vidi Vici was created out of two different music backgrounds. Paul Klopstock was a classical pianist, while Mario Langlois was a DJ, self-taught musician and radio producer, who came together when both worked at the underground arts / club Le Lezard. Starting in 1986 the space mixed painting, drag shows and bands alongside the latest alternative sounds, from Rap to New Beat, Electro to Acid Jazz.

As House and Techno started to filter through, Mario (aka Ave Mario) and the other resident DJs laid the ground of what was to come. From this Paul and Mario collaborated from late 1987 through in to 1988 and created the mini-album, however this EP concentrates on the duo's self penned work.

Recorded at Oliver Sudden Production studio, the A side is made up the raw House of 'Club Stuff" and Native American meets avant percussion of 'Vini Vidi Vici'. Showing a confidence and experimentation beyond their years, the two tracks production and all round hypnotic danceability, highlight why original copies are so prized (and expensive).

The B side follows with two tracks recorded in Mario's home closet studio. Lo-fi to the max and improvised, the no wave / world beat experience of title cut, 'Ou Sommes Nous' and the proto-electro-wave of 'AA HHH' are like something again, a mesmerising fusion and quite unique.

Self pressed, the project ventured to live performance and (sadly unreleased) remix work, before the partners went their separate ways, however this archival document can be seen as their own special conquest.

Marius Circus retuns to his own In The Garden label with his cover version of Lindstrom’s
‘I Feel Space’, backed with an Andrew Weatherall remix.
Norway’s Marius Circus has been steadily building stream over the past few years, starting out
with a release on Prins Thomas’ Full Pupp in 2011 before 2017 saw him launch his own In The
Garden label, picking up support on releases from the likes of Perel, Axel Boman, Jennifer
Cardini and Ivan Smagghe amongst others.
Here though we see Marius deliver his interpretation of fellow Norwegian friend Lindstrom’s
classic ‘I Feel Space’, replaying and programming all the parts of the original whilst adding his
own twist via squelching 303 licks, choppy bass hits and crunchy drums.
Andrew Weatherall’s remix follows next, with gritty low-slung drums, spiralling atmospherics and
winding 303 licks driving the composition whilst the cinematic melodies of the original further fuel the
murky, hypnotic groove.

A record that needs no introduction for many Joaquin Joe Claussell Fans. With special request for a repress; this time With More Love is pressed on an extremely limited run of 7” Red Vinyl.

With More Love once again emerges with its well-crafted orchestration that its drenched with love. It’s a feel-good record that in its pure meaning begs from us all a little more love for one another and that of the entire living species that resides on a precious spaceship that we call earth. Let us once again come together –but with a little more love.

Coming off the heals the enormously well received Cosmidelic Africa Vol 1 Vinyl Edition and the full-length CD, we are proud to present the second part of the 12” series. Different from Part 1 where the record featured the unofficial edits side of Joaquin’s Journey.

Part Two is all about Joaquin’s original compositions. The versions that are included on this twelve inch have been extended for DJS to play. The 12Inch also features a variety of different genres of Dance and Head Music, such as the Cosmic Jazz Dance composition of “Come and Fly with Me” by the Brooklyn Soul and Heat Band, to the Avant Guarded influenced “Mundo De Agua” by or Other Souls & Things, and
but not least “Emarofo Tech” which is a dope Cosmic House-Jam just to mention a few.

All in all, we put together another music Journey that one can both listen and dance to.
