Inwave prestents its first release with 4 awesome tracks by Third Child, Counrad, Plusculaar and Lumieux. An amazing split where all artist expressed their own style, as scything sounds, breathy vocals, and a variety of vibes lunge from the darkness. Techno-Minimal and Romanian style that reveal Inwave a perfect place to be.

After sides from Matthew Burton, Seuil and Albert Schwartz, Sammy Dee's Ultrastretch label returns in 2013 with Volkan Akin. A regular presence at Berlin institutions like Club der Visionäre, Akin has been slowly rolling out his brand of prickly, spaced-out club tracks since the end of the last decade, both under his own name and as V For Volkan. But if Volkan Akin has up until now been unfamiliar beyond Germany, his Ultrastretch debut, Voltage, featuring an absolute beast of a Ricardo Villalobos remix, stands to turn more than a few heads in his direction.
Densely packed and intricately constructed, "Voltage" is an extended groove you can get lost in. Cymbals ring softly amidst whirrs of faintly melodic clicks, scratches and voices. But at the center of Akin's churning, percussive arrangement lies a warm and weighty kick sure to keep dancers pinned to the floor. Like so many great Perlon records, "Voltage" can be taken as a deeply considered exercise in sound design or as a deadly club track simultaneously, with Akin's musical sophistication and knack for an inviting beat working hand-in-hand. The original mix spends over 11 minutes unraveling, but as you fall further into the swirl of Akin's interlocking rhythms, you're likely to stop counting. A shorter "Constant Voltage Mix" evokes sunrise, pulling back the original's heft to reveal gorgeous pads and hints of organic rhythm.
Ricardo Villalobos, Sammy's longtime label mate at Perlon and a producer who likely needs no introduction, digs deeper into the thump at the heart of "Voltage" on his "ACDC Remix." Focusing on the original's wisps of melody, Villalobos turns in a warm, zoned-in remix that feels of a piece with the singular techno trips found on his recent LP Dependent and Happy.

It's another amazing minimal-technoid record that joins the marvelous musical work produced by the supdub young stars. Mentor Alfred Heinrichs provided the EP with a remix himself in addition to the original song.

The Maaskant polychoral style was a type of music of the late modern electronics and early indie eras which involved spatially separate voices singing in alternation. It represented a major stylistic shift from the prevailing polyphonic writing of the early electronic generation, and was one of the major stylistic developments of the 90's which led directly to the formation of what we now know as the pure modern style. A commonly encountered term for the separated analog choirs is cori analogici spezzati — literally, phased choirs.

The A-side, featuring Eyo Olokun, signifies unfathomable deep grooves. That is, the instinct that there is something worth knowing, perhaps more than can ever be learned, especially this bassline that most people spend a lifetime pondering.

It was 1999 when Hannes Strobl, Robert Buddenbrock and Rupert Huber released their first collaboration.
DAWN - segments of a live performance, the crossover of Berlin's and Viennas electronic scene.
The three musicians create a perfect tension of space, drums, percussion, bass and ambience.

During the last decade they played in very different projects, like Denseland, Paloma and Tosca a.o.
Now they met again to mold the experience of the las 14 years into a set of stunning tracks condensing the
atmosphere of the mediterranean and other places into reduced minimalistic grooves and floating
atmospheres.
In opposite to his work with Tosca, where Rupert Huber embeds his sounds in a more easy listening context,
Superconnection offers more room for sophisticated interpretation of contemporary electronic music.

La Mer is as the sea - as the repetition of waves, always different - always the same.

treffendste auslegung vom alten onkel Jack parat hatten. denn noch immer gilt: house is a Feeling. ein gefühl nämlich,
Jahrtausend gleichzeitig originell und doch traditionsbewusst klingen kann. let there be house!

It was a little bit quite around the wirrwarr label in the last few years, as the boys focused on other projects like building up an bookingagency, a 2nd recordshop, new labels and for sure producing new music.
Now they are back with some fresh and crazy minimal techno tracks.
On A1 we have Mr.Wigbert with his first appeareance on WirrWarr, A2 comes from labelhead Locke in cooperation with MC Shaver.
B1 is a freaky brain damaging minimal monster by Matt Star.
And last but not least B2 called "Piano", a old but still fresh sounding work of Locke. Freak out!

This album is available in 2 seperate parts. Part One comes in limited luxurious handmade screen-printed sleeves. Part Two comes with an inner sleeve and can be combined with Part One to built the full LP.
Top quality double vinyl DEWALTA album on Meander. Unique, deep sounding long techno journeys from another planet. This album is available in 2 seperate parts. Part One comes in limited luxurious handmade screen-printed sleeves. Part Two comes with an inner sleeve and can be combined with Part One to built the full LP. Illumination is a record inspired by several physical phenomenons and relationships, quantum mechanics, space, darkness and light. It is a body of work focusing on complex sound frequency experimentations and illuminating questions around consciousness as well as awareness - triggered by deep emotions about being a human - reacting to sound and music. It works with subtle, clear kaleidoscopic musical textures and silhouettes triggered from an unknown place far out in the universe. Just as Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell has experienced the zen-like experience of seeing earth from space to a state of mind also known as the overview effect, or Savikalpa Samadhi, some eastern philosophies address the same topic from a different angle. Two objects, even far apart from each other in space can be energetically entangled and connected. Darkness is absence of light. Life and energy is light. Light is invisible until it surfaces. In the zero point sleeps all potential energy. But above all now enjoy the music. Mastering and cut by Mike Grinser at Manmade Mastering, Berlin.

Heidi gets set to release a pumping house EP of the highest order from one to watch Rob Amboule featuring industry legend Derrick Carter and Clone heavyweights Serge & Tyrell. 'Cracks' kick starts the EP with high energy, ounces of groove and an intoxicating bassline with Derrick Carter on vocals adding that perfect element. Next up 'Tension' continuously creeps and rises with soaring synths and a gritty electronic bline guaranteed to lock you in the groove. Serge & Tyrell bring their bumping house power to deliver a stomping remix of 'Cracks' like only they can and last up is original track 'Bank Holidayz', a whomping dance floor bomb to round off a very solid release. Londoner Rob Amboule is a classically trained pianist who certainly knows his way around a studio. After generating a great deal of underground hype through a critically acclaimed white label 'Kerri001, he released his debut EP on legendary Leeds label 2020 Vision last year. This next release continues his consistent run of form and with appeara ces on the likes of Boiler Room and Rinse FM already, we will be hearing a lot more of his name over the next 12 months. House legend Derrick Carter also featured vocal drops on Heidi's first Jackathon mix compilation. A big fan, Heidi crowns him as having the sexiest voice in the business. Serge is the owner and founder of one of the most respected labels around, Clone Recordings. Since the early 90s he has been one of the most influential DJs on the Dutch underground being well known for playing quality music and not conforming to trends. Alden Tyrell is pro in the studio and spends a lot of his time mastering music for Clone and it's sub labels. His music has also seen him take his live show on the road performing all over the Europe and the US.

As an artist, Christian Burkhardt, is not content with existing within the realms of House and Techno, but is determined to further stretch its limits with his signature sound Originally from Heidelberg, Germany, he has carved out his own unique path in production, something which perfectly evident on 'Send the Money Back.' His earliest productions found there way onto Oslo, Raum, Musik, Deep Vibes and Area Remote; all regarded as contemporary go-to labels for quality House music. Over the years his productions have surged through the speakers of main floor events and fueled after-hour paries across Europe and beyond. His masterful use of technology meshed with the warm sounds of analog gear and over 13 years of music production experience. His success is measured only in the pleasure that he finds in making music. A feeling that may start in the club, but never ends there.

back in stock!

Aiming to go somewhat deeper and darker than his debut album, on 'Some Kind Of Sign' Ernesto endevours to go beyond the obvious and easily cliched elements of an electronic LP, capturing the world within the spaces, using otherworldly modulars and field recordings to take the listener to the outer reaches of the album's very heart and soul. 'Some Kind Of Sign' is an album full of elasticated beats and liquid electronics, every track built around highly inventive drum programming and micro-samples. Album opener, 'Still Waiting", sets the tone with bustling, yet understated, percussion, the soaring strings unfurling at the end of each phrase. It's a long player filled with colour; 'Cristal Clear' feels like a Middle Eastern travelogue, the track awash with an almost street scene like ambience, the purposeful percussion really transporting the listener to another space & time. 'Astral' chugs along at almost a skanking pace, the shakers and drum fills keeping it a dancefloor piece whilst the modular synths bend and worm around the kicks. On tracks like 'Underwater Lies' the synths rain down onto a dubbed out & sultry female vocal, whilst the propelling electro beat and huge sub-bass carve out a most enjoyable aural (subaquatic) ride. Ferreyra really shows what he is capable of in the deep melancholy of 'The Friend I've Lost", the saddest of pianos riffs grips your heart and gives it a good tight crush, douses you in reverb and pins you up against epic, taut strings...releasing you after its two short minutes to get back to the dance on 'Hide No More".

Beautifully deep, atmospheric and hypnotic.

On a Saturday night you might find yourself in a dark, smoky club, dancing until your clothes are soaking wet, but somewhere else in the world in the same moment someone is cutting down a tree in a rainforest. A red car crashes into a lamppost and a girl with curly hair falls deeply in love with a Japanese mailman.

On the mark of our tenth release, comes a very special body of work from the rising US talent, Oshana. A limpid tapestry of crescendos and warm, gradual tones, this EP stands the test of time as it envelops and guides the hearts of its listeners. Concluding this release, we welcome the support of a clever yet powerful remix by the illustrious Italian Duo, Verrina & Ventura

Pressed on 180 gram, vinyl only.
