Intercepts is a split album between Pye Corner Audio and Not Waving.

Taking inspiration from the world of espionage, most specifically spy rings, both artists provide four tracks each, creating a thrilling musical call and response between these kindred producers.

Some of the greates world espionage stories involve Spy Rings. From the Rosenbergs, to the Cambridge Five and the Duquesne case, stories that have haunted the annals of the covert world and remain shrouded in mystery and fascination to this day.

The clandestine spirits permeate these eight tracks of dreamlike industrial techno, impressionist synth burbles, fragmented post-modern ambient and cosmic sci-fi adventure.

12 releases strong already, (a:rpia:r) has been silent for the last 2 years, since Petre Inspirescu's Gradina Onirica hit the shelves of your favourite record shop. It is now Raresh's turn to release something special and indeed he did.

Vivaltu is an old gem, a subtle uplifting track driven by a powerful resonator, perfect for that special moment'. The male mumbling voices provide the track with that extra eclectic feel. This is in fact Raresh's only track on Vivaltu EP, the rest are remixes.

Side B presents a minimal house interpretation remix by none other than chilean legend and friend, Ricardo Villalobos. The resonator is still here but in come some childish voices to make it all perfect. Perfect for the dancefloor.

Side C brings forward another member of the (a:rpia:r) family, none other than contemporary wizard Petre Inspirescu. His take has a very cinematic approach, building and building for 4 minutes before the kick even starts. The rich percussive atmosphere is completed with a brilliant melody reminiscent of his classical experiments. This track is an absolute masterpiece !

Aloe Varu is the third chosen for this remix pack and indeed he was chosen wise. His stripped down remix spans for 13 minutes and completes the story of (a:rpia:r) 13.

On Silver, multi-instrumentalist Charles-Eric Charrier directs his collaborators Ronan Benoit and Cyril Secq through a lesson in tension and release. Dismissing genre boundariesSilver deftly plants its roots on a plateau in a strange land somewhere between the worlds of psychedelic post-rock, electronic, improv jazz and modern composition. Over the course of five movements, Charrier and company illustrate how to successfully kaleidoscope an eclectic range of influences into a cohesive and unique whole. From the smokey sludged psych rock blues jam of '21 Echoes,' the jazz lounge pitter-pat of brushed snares and tapped hats coalesced with analog synth and brass vibrations on '12 From,' to the plucked and bowed folk strings and hand drums of '9 Moving,' Silver draws a new musical blueprint for the post-everything generation.

Having been a fan of Reelow for, well, as long as we care to remember, we are really proud to present you his new outstanding EP on Cellaa Music. Now residing on Ibiza, Reelow has enjoyed yet another successful year. With the talent taking a back seat, its the music hogging the spotlight and rightly so. Two new Tracks and two massive Remixes that look to the past whilst sitting firmly in the present.

- Leave Me Alone' riding on massive percussion and a tough house beat, with this tough Drums and drunken, wubby Sounds it is running right through its core. Plenty of sonic details flesh out the languorous but slightly groove and you'd imagine this Track is to be the sort of many Artits will love.

- Your Crowd' is again about little tiny details and how they evolve with time. This one take you on a voyage of natural rhythms and big Drums. Developing from harmonic FX Sounds and a infectious groove, the track is full of surprises as it twists and turns into different sounds that come and go to take it further than the dancefloor.

The first of the remixes comes from the in form, Massimo Cassini. He team up with a hypnotic rework of - Leave Me Alone' that demonstrates just why he is one to keep a close eye on as he gears up on the production front. Massimo is delivering a muscular house bomb, carefully placed FXs and a nice and catchy line to make this a dancefloor mover.

Next we have Cellaa Music Co Founder Martin Heyder providing a soulful tech house surrogate to the original of - Your Crowd'. His remix has a deeper houseier twist with a smooth 303 pad sound and a concrete percussive arrangement to convey a fantastic production.

True to Items & Things form, "Fusion Pop" acts as an amalgamation of warped sound - haunting synth lines, jagged bass-lines, eerie vocals and bouncing leads feed the sonic landscape for the 115BPM title track. On the flip, the acid-infused overtones of "Hello Friend" paint an equally eerie scene. As the distorted repetitions of the male vocal mantra drift off into the ether, steady hats hold the reverberating groove: part Carpenter soundtrack, part twisted after-party anthem.
Magda turns the focus of the A-side towards the club, her "Lost in Mezcal Mix" upping the tempo and thickening the groove whilst maintaining the experimentation of the original: an ode to the extremities of the inebriation from which the mix derives its title. NYMA's "Confusion Mix" fuses elements from both of the originals into his own interpretation, rounding off proceedings with an ode to the two slices of dance floor eccentricity that precede it.

Long serving Cadenza recording artist, Mirko Loko, has always worn his Detroit musical influences on his sleeve, counting pioneer Carl Craig as his mentor, and having worked with the likes of Derrick May and Stacey Pullen in the studio.

And on Daybreak, Mirko fully indulges in the one genre that seems never to get tarnished, the mechanical and industrial beats working off the deep and soulful strings and melancholic pads, a true hallmark of the classic sounds of the Motor City. Originally released on Outpost Recordings, the label run by Scottish techno don, Funk D'Void, the masterful Original Mix from Takuya Yamashita gets three new versions from Mirko. Takuya, a techno artist from Kobe, Japan has already sparkled on labels like Biotech and Espai, and in his Original version we have a driving and energetic piece of classic techno. Mirko remains ever faithful to the melody and sounds of the original, providing a full beats re-rub on the 'Mn version', and an alternate 'Taiy version' that's more urgent, with its broken beat. The digital only 'Kanj no' version dispenses of a backbeat entirely, creating a remix that forever teases with it's percussive elements, building up great anticipation throughout. As Cadenza continues to celebrate its 10th year as a label, it takes delight in backing great music from its artists and associates, and this release is another curveball in the label's eclectic catalogue.

The second Release on the limited "Rare" is produced by Eintakt matador Chris Air.

To create the Leave It All Behind artwork, the track was played through cutting edge audio technology and translated into woven patterns. Synthetic yarns were then chosen to weave the patterns together using a digital loom. These included polyesters, nylons and metallics. The result is a one of a kind vinyl cover, a true collector's art piece which reflects the heart of what's set to be one of 2014's most galvanising underground electronic releases.

Leave It All Behind is Demi's first solo foray and involves the lyrical re-arrangment of one of the most iconic pop songs in music history. The immortal words and voice of Freddy Mercury provides the listener with a 15 minute sonic odyssey that forms the basis of Demi's own voyage of self-discovery. Cactus forms the b-side which delves deeper into sonic exploration to reinvent the vocals of musical great David Bowie. With the use of modified hardware units, Demi manipulates and glides Bowie's voice through a murky, mysterious and seductive path that challenges even the most discerning of dance floors.

Jordan Peak makes a stellar return to the Air London imprint this September with the 'Cause For Concern' EP, a three-track collection from the London based producer.
The ever on-point Jordan Peak has been continually delivering striking and versatile material over the past four years, releasing records via some leading labels in underground house and techno, such as Tsuba, Robsoul, Bass Culture and One Records. Here we see Jordan return to the Air London label, following his 'It's Time / Hanging By A Thread' EP on the imprint last year.
Peak kicks off the 'Cause For Concern' EP with 'Tones & Textures', a rugged groove-led workout fuelled by a bumpy, penetrating rhythm. The synthesized elements then add a warm and charming character to the composition, meandering around the percussive foundation; Peak employs ethereal pads, swirling dub echoes and resonant stabs here to create a mesmerizing and hypnotic vibe.
Following is 'Sacred Ground' which picks up the pace slightly with insistent sub tones, naturally swung organic percussion, ever evolving, tension building atmospherics and a trippy spoken-word vocal line uttering the track's title sporadically. Once again resulting in a classy, understated piece of work from this clear-cut talent.
The package is then closed with 'Divider', a brilliant construction to finish the package which sees Jordan opt for a more minimalistic approach, stripping back the drums to a sparse yet punchy vibe, while rounded low-end tones drive things along, and bubbling bell sounds, gritty stabs and aggressive bass hits are thrown into the mix intermittently.

Out now We Reset's new 12 inches, their third EP on Wonder Wet Records. Techno flow along with deep atmospheres are melted together with jazzy elements. Hard not to follow them blindly into this intriguing musical experience. Atom sphere A side is a psychedelic trip based on an original rhythmic interlocking in which electronic and instrumentals jazzy groove elements are melted together. From low frequencies through the use of a distorted double bass's string the whole construction is colored with pure electronic shades with a very dark vibe. Different approach for the B side: ' Turing Machine.' Less experimental, more techno flavor. The way the synthesizers are used makes the sound very warm. And the half studio / half live production, where rhythmic interventions are played and not programmed, brings us back to a human feeling. This track stands out the nature of this strong duo, made up of a skilled programmer and producer and a drummer. The duo We Reset manages to blend various musical influences, to pull off an unconventional sound in which the rhythmic and tonal joints are never common.

The first release is always a big milestone for any label. In our case the first one (Astrac EP) is also a long anticipated one, the title track waiting to be released for a long time. So far there is nothing ordinary about Ztrl's career as he had a big fan base without a single release or a DJ gig. As a result of his ongoing inspiration by Ricardo Villalobos and encouragement from a:rpia:r's Petre Inspirescu among others he sharpened his producer skills which yielded Astrac EP, another 2013 release on Pluie/Noir Recordings' compilation ('Pluie/Noir Year One') and an independent release on Soul.On Records titled 'Soul Two' which was also remixed by the Hungarian Laurine Frost. On top of his producer activity he's an avid record collector and a regular guest on UK's Rejam Radio Show, he's also done a podcast mix for the Romanian Nightclubber webzine's Unknown 500 series.

Besides releasing on labels like Playhouse, Minus, Mental Groove, Dessous, Get Physical and Perlon, she also started her own label, entitled Cassy. Shes also known for her countless collaborations with musicians like Ricardo Villalobos, Steve Bug, DJ Elin, Dave The Hustler, Luciano, Mathew Jonson and Swayzak and of course for her excellent Dj-Sets all around the world. PERL82 is Cassys third 12inch for Perlon.

Silicone Soul's Craig Morrison and Graeme Reedie have lined up a succession of exciting releases and events to mark ten years since their subterranean parallel project and label, Darkroom Dubs first unleashed its uniquely idiosyncratic take on house music.

Charged with the purest distillation of the edgy early hours spirit from which house music was originally forged, Darkroom Dubs has become renowned for Silicone Soul's walks on the dark side and for showcasing likeminded producers, drawn to mining the deepest substratas with a freedom to explore in; the ultimate bastion of deep electronic dance music.

The first of the labels celebratory releases comes from Sebo & Madmotormiquel. The duo have been reigning supreme in the deeper download charts over the past few months and their 'Don't Eat' (Katermukke) track was a dancefloor favourite last year. The URSL label bosses recently saw two of their latest productions, 'Everything Will Change' & 'Slow', feature on John Digweed's 'Live In London' 5CD mix on Bedrock.

Their 'Don't Wanna Go To' EP features three deep and warmly textured productions. The title track is a creeper with its spoken vocal and popping synth work. 'Take One Step Back' matches smooth rhodes keys with sumptuous acoustic guitar and goosebump-inducing vocal. Final Cut 'Honey Bomb' steps up the tempo and increases the funk. Twisted electric riffs and echoing chimes working brilliantly together to create a dancefloor gem.

Long awaited understand 004 sees the light of press as a double ep containing 4 tracks from our own Lazar Cezar. Om vedea may well be or not be seen as an album, as each track has it's own individual life, nevertheless you can somehow feel they come from the same source.
First disc shows a very dubby side of Cezar. Time en spies is a haunting psychedelic (yet powerful) tool while Sun2216 is an layed down percussive dub track.
Disc two is strongly directed to the dance floor. If you were wondering if Cezar can do techno now you've got the answer. Shakeuit is a track that really means business ! Adagium or truism is no stranger to that concept also but tackling the electro chord as well. If you needed something to remember now you've got it !

Etruria beat's 017 release sees his founder at the forefront, Luca Agnelli, who is back on his own label after his latest track Dark Moon which was played by the best artists of the techno scene, and after being the cover Dj of DJmag Italy May 2014. Two original tracks, Orion and Cassiopea, plus two remixes of well-known artists such as Brett Johnson,who just released on Visionquest, and Daschund from Highgrade and Clapper. Orion has an old-style flavor, characterized by a 909 groove and a bassline from an old 303; the main element is the Moog synth, that is addictive, melodic and hypnotic, that will lead you away through the atmosphere of Detroit. Brett Johnson turns Orion into much more deep track, playing with the main synth and making it suitable to afterhours. Daschund instead has a tech-house touch giving relentless and happiness to the groove of the track. The last track of ep is Cassiopea, inspired by the sound of Ostgut Ton. Dark and deep sounds will bring us into a subterranean journey ... on the way to Etruria!
