Jimpster has recently remixed Galcher Lustwerk for Tsuba, thatmanmonkz for Delusions Of Grandeur and Till Von Sein for SUOL. His Eel Pie Island track for Systematic has just come out with remixes from Adam Port and Hyenah. The Adam Port remix went straight into the Beatport Deep House top 10 and is getting plays from many of the top DJ's. His remix of Mr V - Something With Jazz drops on Razor N Tape in October.
Brian Ring's debut release dropped in 2015 on Gerd Jansen's Running Back. This exclusive is only his second ever release but he already looks set for big things.
Clavis return with a fresh track following hot on the heels of their incredible Banza release which won many fans and received countless plays from the likes of Dixon, Ame, Tim Sweeny and Damian Lazarus. Another cornerstone record from the mighty Strictly Rhythm catalogue, 'Waterfalls / Feel it' is an essential example of the deeper, more melodic style of house that emanated from NYC / NJ in the early to mid 90's. Originally released in 1991 the EP features the production style of Andrew 'Rags' Richardson with some co-production assistance from one Roger Sanchez. It perfectly encapsulates the style of music that would be played at clubs like the Loft, Shelter, Zanzibar and beyond, a more emotive and soulful strain of House that gives a respectful nod to it's Disco roots. 'Waterfalls / Feel it' has long been the toast of House aficionado's and is most definitely a record that will still have people rushing the booth asking 'what's this!'. An evergreen slab of wax indeed. Essential sounds for the heads.
'Waterfalls / Feel it' has been skilfully remastered from all original master sources and fully licensed and reissued officially for 2017.

The Klubb Kidz' was a short-lived project by Peter Primiani and Tyrone Solomon. Between 1993 and 1995 they released three records on DJ Duke's Power Music' and on 83 West.' It's that
typical mid-90s Jersey House with lotsa cut-up Vocals, Pianos and Organ chords. Real bangin' stuff! Loop-o remastered their 1994 tune Don't wanna hurt you' at the famous Calyx Mastering /
Berlin.

Karsten Weiss alias DJ with Soul' is a Deep & Vocal House enthusiast living and DJing in Berlin for quite some time now. His soulful instrumental tune (nomen est omen) is an ode to classical
House by the likes of Joey Negro, Kerri Chandler and others - an epic tune with a long build-up and two jazzy Piano solos by his buddy MickyWin.

Jordan Fields must be one of the most underrated producers of 90s Chicago House. He's done dozens of EPs and LPs under various monikers on tier-1 labels like SSR, House Jam, Large,
Daisy, Camouflage, Moody, etc. One of his first was Underground Fundamentals Vol. 1' on Strictly Rhythm Sublabel Red Cat' in 1994. Everybody Swingin' was also carefully remastered in 2016.
The EP is closed by Italian House Music connoisseur Gioele Giacopelli a.k.a. JWL from Perugia.
His tune's a reminiscence to all the Divas that have built the HOUSE.

Dortmund based producer ''Mr. Fries'' comes up with a soul'ed out 4-track EP for the Soul Notes imprint (11th installment in the main series).
''Norightnowrong'' is a cut that thrives through the use of the catchy vocal cut and the Rhodes that come in on various occasions.

For the A2 ''Datkoollook'' which features fellow North Rhine - Westphalia artist ''Kandinsky''. This track is a more uptempo disco tainted club track which showcases a great guitar solo.

On the B1 we find ''Change''. This is a thrilling piece of work with a some short chords that cut throughout and nicely fitting vocal cuts.

Cologne based Soul Notes usual ''Adryiano'' comes up with a very club oriented version of ''Norightnowrong'' in his signature style.

After almost two years it's the time for the boss ASYMMETRICAL to drop his second EP "For Muthafucka Use Only" merging his Hip Hop influences with Raw Culture's poetry. The release features some guest appearances by with his partner in crime ALTER D, boss of Marguerite Records, rapper BLUE and last but not least a fine remix by FLORIAN KUPFER!

The Brother's LEEB are releasing their first limited, vinyl only E.P. on "Smile for a while." Now, who are those guys

One of the bros - DJ Eb-clectic - helped building Germany's Hip Hop scene during the late 1980s and 1990s in Frankfurt / Main, but also did some Chicago House tunes with Deskee and Gene Farris on Force Inc. in the 1990s, as well. This brother is a real keeper! The other bro - Leander Janik - is in his mid 20s and quite an avid home composer on his little Roland Synthie. He's a long term member of the S4AW crew, and has shared a studio with all the other guys. Needless to say The Brothers are hell of a DJ duo, too...

So the results on this 12" are inevitable: Hip Hop style sampling technique meets lush piano chord sequences. Phat Beats vs. a whole lot of love. Brother's working it out, Frankfurt style!

The freaky kinda Remix comes from Kolja Gerstenberg, the guy whose debut EP on S4AW skyrocketed onto the Boiler Room & Groove Armada's Fabric mix CD. Deepest House for da real diggerz!

New 030303 release

First solo EP from artist Baptiste Veilhan under the alias Bataille, this second release from RER is a self-contained universe that fits into the label's open-minded, experimental style.Veteran of the Parisian club scene, Bataille has risen through the ranks of several house and minimal labels with his group Antislash as well as joining forces with trans-genre labels such as Silicate to release solo work under the name John Merrick. With this EP he delivers two tracks that share the same tone but differ in intention. Like two sculptures crafted from the same material, these pieces use a common tool to reveal two distinct aspects of the artist's psyche. The spirit of the record is eminently sensitive and in this respect Bataille develops a panorama of emotions to illustrate his narrative, culminating in two poems that are a reminder of how techno can tell a story as well as make people dance. DUB CONNECTION relates an aching surge in a deluge of chanting, heady synths. The loops emerge from the track in search of a summit that doesn't appear, and this restraint, this melancholic pressure, is vertiginous like the insatiable moments of adolescence. In a confusion of grace and hostility, DUB CONNECTION bellows out that all is lost yet the game was still worth playing. ACID DIRTY LIFE is another vicious spiral. But unlike the internal storm of DUB CONNECTION, this is an acid hurricane that threatens the world and its inhabitant. Turbulent rhythms bid us to a tropical communion where the seasons favour techno that is hot and heavy.

Antonio from Italy, Pescara, now living in Frankfurt Germany, is doing the 4th EP on Deeptrax. Heavy hitting 'tape techno' tracks, some with pace, others with that charming Italian passion into it. Harsh groovin' but deep basement tracks for these wrenching, pumped up, club nights in abandoned warehouses. Raw Chicago house and Detroit techno on a twist.

On this new EP, DJJ's trademark jagged take on filtered French house is still present, but with Chicago bump, techno and more random elements thrown in for good measure.I Keep Trying To Convince Myself is the tougher, more rugged and even funkier cousin to DJJ's hotly-hyped 2016 summer anthem just a lil. Chi house meets soca in this carnivalesque new classic, which hits the perfect spot between sweetness and dirt.Yn Y Ty is fast, jerky funk and almost a new genre in itself. Both melancholy and pumping, think DJ Rush meets the Tetris theme in an oddball, groovy-as-hell work of genius.The cut-up, loopy loops and tough, tribal beats on Apilli are deranged in a good way and - as with the rest of the EP - demonstrate a quirkiness and subtle humour akin to Basement Jaxx's early golden period.A big sample drives the jacking, sweaty, glitz of Upsqwar's warped take on handbag, which channels the spirit of Modjo and features a ponderous, almost chiptune melody drifting subtly over the top.The EP closes with the Greek flavoured stomper Glas, which wouldn't sound out of place on Richie Hawtin's 1999 mix album Decks, EFX & 909. This new EP is first release since jus a lil for Crazylegs, which gained high praise from NPR, Resident Advisor, Indie Shuffle, Mixmag, Dummy, Hyponik and FACT - who commissioned a video and coined the tongue-in-cheek genre name 'outsider Ibiza'. Comparisons have been made to Thomas Bangalter, Alan Braxe, Todd Edwards and David Morales - albeit a skewed reinterpretation. Like the punks' assimilation of rock and roll, DJJ's fresh and irreverent take on highlights from dance music history make for some of the most exciting sounds since Daft Punk's first forays.Although distorted and with lowered bit-rates, to call theses tracks 'low fi' is to do them a disservice, as DJJ's manipulation of frequencies, distortion and samples is deceptively simple yet not easily matched. There's a mastery of sonics and leftfield sensibility at play, akin to fellow EQ tweakers Heiroglyphic Being, Aphex Twin and Adrian Sherwood.DJJ is a member of the Bristol-based label/collective Crazylegs, alongside artists including Gage, Sudanim, Finn (all of whom remixed just a lil). He's also one half of ISLAND, whose grime-flavoured Nokia EP was release in 2015 - also on Crazylegs.

Bedouin was first featured on the label's 2015 Summer Sampler with‚Flight Of Birds' helping build their reputation as master music makers. Following on from this is their first full EP on All Day I Dream. Each track casts its own unique spell. One thing Rami and Tamer know is mood. Opening with 'Straight To The Heart' beauty and hypnotic vibes abound. Sounding as good pitched up as it does at it's patient pace, it's groove ignites the dance floor as well as the heart. ‚The Way Home' takes it's time to build textures and layers creating a more somber mood. Welcome to the all new Children Of The Box, a label heavily inspired by the edgier side of Chicago's legendary club, the 'Music Box'. We're getting things rolling with a whirlwind of raw Analog recordings by Gavin Guthrie, aka TX Connect (L.I.E.S., Creme Organization, T.R.U.).
First up is 'Dripping', which carries a vintage (yet modern) Gherkin Jerks sound. The song continuously builds throughout the track, ending in a frenzy of synthesizer's & 707 drum patterns.
The title track 'Into the Box' takes you on a hypnotic journey through the mind of Hellraiser's very own Pinhead. A melodic interlude gives the listener a slight break, but only to return with a vengeance.Not Forever' brings a 'back to the future' vibe, equally stacked with both vintage & modern elements. The song comes complete with an overpowering low synth line & 707 drums. Closing things out is 'Destinies', a track inspired by the deeper side of the Windy City. A more than perfect ending to a stellar release.

89:GHOST present an EP recorded in 1996, and originally only a test pressing (2 copies remain in existence) on Nottingham house oracle Cas Roc's "Big Fella" imprint. Now remastered from the original tapes, it's 20 year wait for an official release is over. 4 late nite trax from deepest 90s Nottingham, DiY studio kinda cloudy.. 300 slabs of no-frills black wax.
