The A Side 'It's Saturday' is a heavy as hell piece of colossal techno loaded with a kick like a mule and enigmatic vocals to boot. On the flip and we are indulged with another hefty affair 'I Am Changing', with another vocal led jacking heavy hitter with vocals courtesy of Dino again. Serious stuff for discerning dance floors, speakers beware!

Dino has been making music for since the late 90's having remixed everyone from Madonna to Underworld, and have been championed by everyone from Peter Tong, The Chemical Brothers and Maceo Plex. This fantastic Ellum debut is tantamount to his electronic wizardry.

For the past seven years Kornél Kovács has been busy rocking dancefloors and boomboxes worldwide as one third of Stockholm's Studio Barnhus alongside Axel Boman and Petter Nordkvist. The label and DJ trio is spearheading a new era of fearless Swedish off-centre dance music, straddling the line between the cute and the menacing. Anticipation for Kovács' debut album has been rocketing following stand out releases like 2014's wistful Szikra, last year's mad party anthem Pantalón on Glasgow's Numbers imprint and the late night groove of Space Jam on Smallville Records. On The Bells, Kovács pops open his trunk full of sounds nicked from the lost and found bins of nightclubs all over the world. From the distorted organ chords of BB to the stripped down trancehall beats of Josey's Tune and Szív Utca and the title track's cinematic romanticism, it's all of the bells and all of the whistles - further positioning Kornél Kovács as one of the most characteristic producers of modern house music. The record was completed in an intense two-week session with Kovács' great friend and great studio engineer Matt Karmil in the cold winter of 2016. Another close friend, artist Malin Gabriella Nordin, has created the album artwork together with her brother Jonas.

Welcome to Audiolith's Stiff Little Spinners Volume 7. Once again, we asked familiar and unfamiliar sound progressors to build a helicopter out of paper-clips for us, however all they delivered was solid techno. Very well then! A1 Trummerschlunk & Ivan Capriles - Frau Bose (Abgelehnt, leider voll) Trummerschlunk operates wacky musical machines by teasing electronic music out of them. Tough, but sweet and beautifully minimal. Frau Böse' is an anthem against the compassion-lacking bureaucracy with which Europe cultivates its inhuman immigration (and deportation) policies. Electronic music can be more than numbing. A2 Kalipo - Dyson Kalipo a.k.a. Jakob Häglsperger shouldn't need any further introduction. As part of Frittenbude' he's a star, as Kalipo he's a down-to-earth producer and a passionate techno machinist. It's only natural that he would name this track after his new vacuum cleaner. A3 Joney & Gimmix - Can I Haz Guestlist The Hamburg-Leipzig axis stands for electronic music with an attitude. On both ends are artists who the monotony of familiarity behind and and break new ground. Sometimes a little difficult, mostly surprising, always with impeccable style and particularly wicked. B1 Rampue - Adagio for Phoenicopterus Only the one who knows what a flamingo really wants should attempt writing a track for these wondrous animals. Rampue has travelled to faraway countries and studied their wild-life along the way. This is how he knows that these birds can never resist a beautiful melody in adagio. B2 Krink - Ascent Krink - a name like a stone. Hard and void of embellishment.

It is no surprise after such a long friendship to find Nicolas Duvoisin and Agaric getting in the studio together. This techno release is aimed at destroying the dancefloor at peaktime moments. Fast Forward is a real long progressive time bomb with a hint of acid, so brace yourselves as this is a groover! Flash point on the other hand is more of a tool kind of track for the more « playful » and creative DJs.

Curtea Veche returns with Alex Tea & Vivi's 'Nemesis EP' includes remix from Alex Celler, Early support coming from Dewalta

Abstract Music hits release number four with a firing new EP from Budai. His one original gets remixed by
Obrotka and Basti Grub and it makes for another great package. Budai is a Hungarian producer who has been kicking out
the jams since 1997. He has released on labels like Universal and Foundation and many more.
His cut here Katmandu is a playful party starting house tune with wonky synths and big vocal line that is classic and fun.

Up first to remix is Basti Grub, and he layers in more wild synths, percolating percussive sounds and big chords
and the whole thing carries you away on a nicely colourful groove.
Another Hungarian in the form of Obrotka then adds another remix, and takes one main time bomb.
Deep and dynamic with lots of moody grooves all sucking you in.

This is another fresh EP that is sure to make a mark on the floor.

Melbourne party enthusiasts Animals Dancing launch their self titled label with the sophomore release from Krautback duo Coober Pedy University Band (Tornado Wallace & William Paxton AKA Tom Moore of Otologic). Kookaburra, once described as "a bit too mental for me", continues in the vein of their Moon Plain release, but this time takes it a step further. Perhaps too far.

Remembering the old days is not always the wrong choice. David Jach focused on his roots and with Back To House and he reflects where his own sound is coming from. Oldschool vibes meet a new way of club aesthetics. A homage to friends of classic but modern house productions with punch. His friends Okain and Agent are with him on his journey and provide their interpretation of oldschool house music. Both give the original an individual twist and the three productions together build a harmonic picture Back To House .

More than ever before on Koze's records, there are fascinating, individualist - and well-known - voices through out Knock Knock but again, each of them is rendered strange, drawn into a different reality Bon Iver's ghostly hymnals samples on Bonfire' are very recognisably Bon Iver, but the way they twist and merge with synthetic sounds until choir and computer are writhing around one another in bliss are something else. The ever-unique Róisín Murphy, on two stunning tracks, becomes a cyborg funk diva. Speech from Arrested Development delivers luscious and lazy R&B-funk on Colors of Autumn', but Koze's warping bass, dubwise echo and alien nature sounds take it to an alternate dimension tropical landscape. Kurt Wagner of Lambchop is a vocoder bohemian, Sophia Kennedy is a sci-fi Weimar cabaret star, José Gonzalez a holographic projection from an old film of South Sea Islands... on it goes, nothing is real, everyone is an inhabitant of Koze-world.

Saint & Don't introduces it's second vinyl release, this time we have one of our favorite producers that needs no introduction. Betonkust immediately blended in with the 9300 family and it felt like we've been knowing each other for years and years. After his characteristic remix on Innershades' latest EP (AAL006), it was only a matter of time before he would deliver his own release on our label. With varied percussions, hard kicks and dark synths, the 0% swing EP brings you back to a time when Belgian highways were still lavisly flanked by discotheques and afterhours clubs. An era that counts as one of the most beatiful pages in Belgian dance history and of which Betonkust probably has more knowledge than most of our fellow-countrymen. All four tracks on this proper release produce a thrilling energy that will bring those sleepy ravers, from the 90's, back to life.

On the A-side you have - Make 'Em Match', a rough and steady house-groove containing a constantly bouncing bassline, a deep chord-pattern, a complex percussion-cluster and a well infixed electric piano...all elements are perfectly balanced, finalized and formed to a completed floorfiller. Then there is - Monument Street' after which the EP was named. Starting really deep and minimalistic it developes to an impulsive und powerful song. Organic pads, pulsating deep chords, a rhythmic bassline and well arranged drums make - Monument Street' flowing impressively from start to finish.
The B-side starts up with - Hot Concrete', a blazing, drum-driven basement-groover. With a sharp deepchord which is wrapped-up in several padsound-patterns, Monosoul creates a very own athmosphere. In combination with an impulsive bassline and a distinct percussion- ensemble - Hot Concrete' beats time on the floor noticeably. Finally - Life On The Red Island' as the perfect final track brings the - Monument Street EP' to an end. It builds up by adding small bits and pieces very subtly to a point you recognize a pulsative deephouse beauty. The remarkable bassline and the concise and bouncing kickdrum are casted in a flowing deep sounded carpet full of hope. - Life On The Red Island' disappears to where it came from and leaves you with strong impressions.

B1 Ricky Montanari & Tone-On - I Believe (Do you)

The old and new school together for the B side: Ricky Montanari and Tone-on.
Their track has a dirty 909 groove, old school swing and a killer bassline.
The main female vocal gives an amazing soul to the darkness of the instrumental part, club track to kill the dancefloor.

Bicep continue to bolster their Feel My Bicep imprint and follow up their recent remix of Blaze's 'Lovelee Dae' with another reimagined classic. With this - the seventh addition to the catalogue, the Irish duo pay homage to another equally seminal recording as they rework 'In Yer Face' by 808 State.
Originally released via ZTT on the group's third studio album 'Ex:el' in 1991 - 'In Yer Face' reached number 9 in the UK singles chart. Engineered by Graham Massey, the original mix is model 808 State - bold, Northern House Music that captures perfectly the zeitgeist of 90's Rave culture.
Now - 25 years have past and on request from 808 State themselves, Bicep reimagine 'In Yer Face' breathing fresh air through the original, re-contextualising it and adding in their own signature sense of warming euphoria.
Included in the package are two dramatically different remixes the first of which aired during Bicep's AVA Festival Boiler Room back in 2015. Fast forward to September 2016 and the package is due for release both on 12" and digital on the 30th.

NorthSouth Records invite emergent talents Chris Geschwinder and Henry Hyde to whip up some dazzling peak time house fare, with each artist presenting themselves across two tracks. Geschwinder is up first with the charging "Modern Axis Of Evil", matching the haunting purr of the lead synths with an insistent kick and clap combo that can't be argued with. He's no slouch on "In 2" either, getting into a subtly lopsided and seriously swinging spot that it's hard to wriggle out of. Henry Hyde too seems to have a focused vision for what they create, fusing the pops and wobbles of minimal and matching it with the overall bulbous nature of the music on NorthSouth.

KDA's 'Hate Me' (featuring playwright and poet Patrick Cash) is the freshest sounding British house music record for years. First given to a select handful of DJs, including Jackmaster, Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones, Tiga and Pete Tong (Essential New Tune on Radio 1), 'Hate Me' has dominated their sets since IMS. Originally slated as the first single on KDA's new label 'The 35 Records', 'Hate Me' has been picked up by BMG and will be available as a collaborative label release from 8 December (impact mid-Feb).

Whilst 'Hate Me's pulsing bassline immediately commands any dancefloor; the lyrics here provide a lot more food for thought than your usual club banger. Though echoing the spoken-word house records of old, in contrast 'Hate Me's' lyrics are delivered in Cash's British accent.

For someone who suddenly found himself atop a pop chart with his debut single, KDA draws from a diverse range of influences - taking in Masters at Work, J Dilla, Lone, The Beloved, Jill Scott, Tame Impala, Roisin Murphy, and Maya Jane Coles. KDA's first track, 'Rumble', was the instrumental of summer 2015 played at every club from Panorama Bar to Warung before the dub started picking up daytime Radio 1 plays.

Simultaneously, KDA asked Katy B to write something for it just as Tinie Tempah spent that Summer free styling over it, and so 'Turn The Music Louder (Rumble)' was recorded. The song went from Annie Mac's 'Hottest Record in the World', to No.1 in the UK Singles Chart (beating One Direction) within weeks. KDA received his Official Chart Award at Radio 1, where he chose to retain his anonymity in the publicity shots (but wore a t-shirt emblazoned with 'Mum Is Proud Of Me'). 'Turn the Music Louder' has since achieved gold status, and sold in excess of 500,000 copies.

KDA's second single was, 'Just Say', a collaboration with Tinashe that he both wrote and produced. Premiered by The Fader, 'Just Say' was championed by the likes of Radio 1 (Essential New Tune and Future Anthem), Complex, Popjustice, and Clash Magazine, earning a place on national radio and streaming playlists across the globe, and becoming the highest new entry on the Billboard Dance Charts, where it remained for a further 8 weeks.

In addition to writing and producing his own tracks, KDA has remixed a suitably diverse spread of artists, including Sia feat. Kendrick Lamar, London Grammar, Moby, Metronomy ft Robyn, CHVRCHES, Alma ft French Montana, Fatboy Slim, Brooke Candy, Kylie, Banks & Steelz, Seinabo Sey, Busy P, Waterson, Taya ft Yxng Bane, C Duncan, Joe Goddard, and more.

KDA's UK DJ highlights include Brixton Academy, Printworks, Tobacco Dock, fabric, Sub Club, and Warehouse Project. Internationally, he's played Ibiza clubs including DC10, Ushuaia and Amnesia, summer festivals like Creamfields, Secret Garden Party, and Lovebox, through to the odd party in the holy fashion week four - London, Paris, Milan and New York.
