Kling Klong welcomes a new talent from Berlin: Steve Nash. He's already known for some releases on Dantze and Circle Music but what Martin Eyerer & Rainer Weichhold convinced to release this Ep was Steve's fresh approach on the use of nice melodies which give his tracks some nice pop appeal. Basti Grub, the remixer of our choice already proved his skills with very successful releases on Suara, Deeperfect, Kittball etc. and gave 'Taubenhaucher' a great different face.

In the lead up to their 5th year as a label Music is love celebrate by continuing their infamous VA series the 'LOVEBOX'. Sticking to the winning formula of a hefty double vinyl package comprising of 8 tracks from 8 top artists, this time they have some familiar people alongside new faces to the label.
Kicking off the package in fine form is South London's prodigy Wbeeza and his track 'Bodyman'. It's as if this track announces the the opening of the VA with its beat-less and thickly textured opening... when that beat drops you know your in it!
Label main stay Jamie Trench is up next with his track 'Oil Spill ', this sees Jamie veering away from his tech house roots, delivering a quirky house track laced with an almost footwork groove.
On the Flip we see more new additions to the MIL roster as Ingi Visions ( Samuel Deep & Julian Alexander ) drop Nauyaca, a deep druggy track, with the kind of hypnotic flow and delicate arrangement the pair have become known for. Liam Geddes finishes up the B side , fresh from dropping the previous release on Music is Love his track 'reach out' continues to stamp his unique sound on the label.
And it don't stop...
As we reach for the second vinyl in this double pack we are greeted with a familiar site in the shape of Dutch duo New Jack City. 'Pick Me up' is everything you want from a NJC track, big, bumpy and beautiful.
Mak & Pasteman counter with their very cool track 'U Said', the boys are in serious form at the moment and this track is no different. Slick drum workouts decked out with Juno licks, what's not to love.
The final side welcomes another new act to the stable. Am Unit present their track 'Bang Dat'. With 'Bicep' style production values echoing throughout this track and THAT break, this one will be big.
Closing out the final track is label boss, Oli Furness. 'Broken Summers'. A huge 808 rave workout. Broken beats and sub rattling kicks are the setting for this track, finely polished electronic music for those with a fondness for rave.

Our New Muna Musik 007 sounds like if all 4 artists were sitting on a table checking together sounds and how they can create a journey together. Never before we had soundwise one direction of grooves with deep and surprising synths and spinning voices around the dancefloor like on this new various artist. Cinthie´s 'Hurt me", Hector Couto´s 'Ciroco", Christian Burkhardt´s 'Hola' & Luca Donzelli´s 'Not Ordinary' are made for dancefloor lovers with a smile in their faces and enough energy to dance the whole night.

Weltschmerz and Nesta got very special technism this time, that is soft and pleasant and groovy at the same time. This release has the particular sense of the underground being and is called "The Sound Of Complatt" representing the tendency of the label.

Agoria's second outing on Sapiens presents some of his most uncompromising work to date. Boomerang manifests live percussion and analog pulse waves, rising through Shepard tone drama and succinct, minimalist form. Three additional solo performances accompany the title track - a clin d'oeil to the minimalist French synth pioneers of yesteryear. An exercise in humanity.

Over the past few years orchestral instrumental music from outside the classical establishment has become huge, and Neil Leiter and Margaret Hermant of the Belgian Echo Collective have witnessed the evolution and extraordinary rise of this movement right up close. They've worked with some of the most important players, including Stars Of The Lid, Dustin O'Halloran and Adam Wiltze's A Winged Victory For The Sullen and O'Halloran's solo projects, as well as Jóhann Jóhannsson. And though the Echo Collective members themselves very much do come from within the classical music establishment, they don't care which side of the fence they are seen to be on. It was this which grabbed the attention of German music hub !K7's new sub-label 7K! - who have signed them for a two album deal: first to release the Amnesiac reinterpretation, then for a record of Echo Collective's own compositions. Not only that but they have been signed for publishing by Mutesong, which led to a hook-up with Mute mainstays Erasure, re-arranging and re-recording their latest album World Be Gone with classical instrumentation backing Andy Bell's vocals. This ability to flow easily from black metal to Radiohead, from Erasure to Stars Of The Lid shows exactly what kind of musicians Echo Collective are. The album, which features artwork by the renowned photographer and artist Roger Ballen, will be released on 30 March on CD, 2LP and digital platforms.

One of the most promising newcomers around and known from releases on Bedrock and Aeon, italian born Francys presents his first EP for OFF.

Now based in Berlin, and already hauling an impressive back catalogue, Francys delivers five tracks filled with dancefloor goodness.

Opening up with Elsewhere, a catchy melodic deep techno cut, the track creates a tense yet sustainable build up by the way of ambient-ridden synths.

Title track Komorebi exerts a similar feeling, craftly layering grave synths peppered with high pitched acid-like bits.

Fellow Berliner and BLKRTZ label boss Deadbeat is the muscle behind the remix, bringing his well known penchant for timeless techno to the game. The reputed sound designer manages to inject more groove, turning Komorebi' into a peak time
contender.

Pandora's Scream' rounds up the release, exposing a metallic ridden bassline, interspersed with eerie high pitched sounds.

Last up is The Monk', a dark and somber sonic exploration infused with mysterious,
chant-resembling vocal pieces that give the track a ghoulish atmosphere.

We are looking forward to introduce Marco Resmanns new EP on Watergate Record, which starts off with a RAD-feature: 'Life About To Change' is a vocal-based track, whose dreamy synth-scapes wind around a deeply reduced beat structure. The second track, whose name is reminiscent of Marco's summer-Thursday-residency on the Waterfloor, begins playful and timid, but picks up speed gradually after its first break:. 'Thursdate' comes with a massive remix by the Pokerflat-mastermind Steve Bug. Marco Resamnn - Life About to Change Epwill be released December 2nd on vinyl and digitally.

Martin Eyerer returns with the single release of probably the strongest track from his last album 'Struktur' featuring the vocals and bass from Berlin's celebrated band ABBY. With remixes from Chopstick & Johnjon (SUOL) and Ackerman this release looks like a biggie!

Following on the heels of last year's "Circuit EP", which got support from the likes of Scuba, Matthew Dear and 2000 And One, Andre Crom starts into 2017 with "Short Circuit", another offering of stripped back and highly functional dj-tools.

The title track's energetic drums are inspired by it's predecessor, but "Short Circuit" ditches "Circuit"'s vocal in favor of a mental industrial percussion-lead.

Impedance takes things towards a more stripped back and minimalistic route, the "randomly" syncopated drum patterns giving the track an ever-evolving feel.

Tallmen 785, a new member of the OFF-family and known from releases on Hotflush, Fiedel and his own "Tallmen Records", delivers a trippy and hypnotic underground remix.

OFF welcomes 2 new techno artists to its roster, Spains' Rehmark, and UK's Bahahs.

Both artists deliver one piece of functional and deeper techno each, all tracks share a raw and analogue feel.

When Daniel Kyo was producing 'Galaxy' in his studio he stood up and felt it. Following several months of what he calls a "musical reset", he knew he'd hit something special. After releasing music for a decade, Core might be the boldest step in his career. A new identity in which all his influences finally come together into an absolutely fresh perspective. Melodies are still the main driving force of the five cuts in 'Galaxy', but the approach is more raw and heartfelt, injecting the kind of vivacity that determines if a track it's simply a product of it's time or if it becomes timeless. Borrowing elements from the cosmic side of techno, the darkest corners of trance and the glacial atmospheres of Synthwave, all of the tracks in this EP ooze the kind of immediacy and transcendence you can only find in the best 90's dance music. Driven by is interest in astronomy, Daniel says he tried to achieve an "outer space feeling"; we can only add that embracing the void was never so gratifying. The 12" comes housed in a sleeve designed by Barcelona-based artist Alicia Carrera.

Daniel Avery returns to Phantasy for a 4-track limited edition 12' vinyl EP, Slow Fade, featuring the title track and first single from his much-anticipated sophomore LP, upcoming in April via Phantasy.

A prelude to the LP's sonic exploration of the twilight world of a personal, transient life spent between clubs, hotel rooms, airports and home, Slow Fade captures the expanded foundations of Avery's sonic palette. Arresting club moments linger under the surface, but the focus is on the smudged ambience that underpin Avery's grasp on rave euphoria.

As a re-entry into a broader musical universe, 'Slow Fade' is immediately compelling, combining neo-acid, feedback loops and pure atmosphere at a patient but restrained pace. Meanwhile, 'After Dark' alters this aesthetic to it's raw, pensive elements, stripping Avery's distinctive drums completely, revealing a meditative, ambient fog.

'Radius' announces itself with industrial intent, before unfolding seamlessly into a wistful electronic hymn, the perfect soundtrack to brooding London skies, and eventually evolving into slow-motion motorik. Closing the EP, 'Fever Dream' finds Avery at club tempo, but in a somewhat agitated state, on this occasion focusing on a paranoid rhythm that emerges clean from eerie, even paranoid territory. Rewind: 1989. Germany is enjoying its own summer of love. Thick waves of acid house wash every oompah band out of every sleepy German hamlet and a hazy season of heady parties ensues. West and east united by vibe, it was the starter course for the reunification feast the followed later that year.

According to German rave legend, the south eastern town of Halle was home to the finest of raves. Many of which were hosted by Opa Herbet. Super Flu Felix's grandpappy, and Monaberry's number one mascot, Herbert - aged 50 at the time - was renowned around town as THE key player in the acid house movement.

You see he wasn't just a savvy promoter, but also a deeply spiritual gentleman. He knew his grandson would fulfil a rich dance music destiny, he knew his family would create and contribute to the life-affirming world of house music. This year Monika Kruse runs her label Terminal M for 15 Years. With an impressive roster, worldwide #1 clubhits and classic releases she constantly proved the right taste and is set to continue for another 15 years with big success. To celebrate this 15. birthday Monika invited new friends as well as longtime Terminal M artists to contribute an exclusive 'A-Side' for this set of three EPs.

Super Rhythm Trax welcomes back Cardopusher for his second appearance on the label. This EP showcases a range of styles including his trademark jackin' acid trax but also widens the net to include the New York Freestyle of 'Never Fade Away' and the Nu Groove-esque 'Mental Jobs' .

Dapayk Solo, Berlin based producer and veteran of the minimal techno scene, announces the release of his 10th studio album 'The Calling'. This latest project will be the producer's first solo album since
2015. The 8-track double 12inch LP will be available via Dapayk Solo's label Mo's Ferry Productions and comes with a free download voucher for the extended 12-track digital album.

The first track on this LP 'The Calling' shares its name with the album and starts off with a pang of energetic, chopped beats before exploding into a brassy melody, continuously gaining momentum.
'Blackout' immediately announces itself as a next generation Detroit House anthem. The rolling synths, hi hats, and vocals make this one of the most outstanding tracks on the album. 'Aurora' stays true to its name with a buildup composed of throbbing ethereal synths that give the track an otherworldly vibe. 'Flood' transports listeners to the dancefloor with its pulsating bassline combined with Komplement's quaint vocals.

The second part of the album begins with 'After All', one of the most enticing tracks on the album. It combines the groovy rhythm of four to the floor percussion with tantalizing vocals by VARS before New Release Information 'Low Tinnitus' reverts to Dapayk's signature minimalist sound. The transition into 'Wanderer' continues the momentum built up by the previous tracks. Dapayk Solo, alias Niklas Worgt, isn't afraid to try new things. With 5 aliases under his belt, he continuously strives to experiment with different styles and production techniques to create innovative sounds. Throughout the span of two decades he went from producing drum'n'bass to house to ultimately crafting the groovy, edgy techno sound that he's now known for.

With more than ten LP releases and over 70 single releases on his record, he is one of the main protagonists in the world of underground electronic music. In 2017, he released an LP titled 'Harbour' with his wife Eva Padberg under one of his many projects, Dapayk & Padberg. While that album aimed to steer away from traditional club beats, 'The Calling' sees Dapayk reassume his deep, dark, and infectious sound. While Dapayk is often categorized as a minimal producer, the LP proves that he is capable of extending beyond the scope of a single genre. 'The Calling' is just another example of why Dapayk has managed to stay in the scene for so long: he loves electronic music and he's great at
making it, too.

Moss Co. kicks off 2018 with the 'Indivisual' EP from the supremely talented Mariano Mateljan. Mariano and label boss, Archie Hamilton have been talking about an EP on Moss Co. for a number or years, and it is a tribute to both of their perfectionism that it finally lands in all good stores April 6th.

Made in his home studio in Split, the record came together from several analogue jam sessions. Aimed squarely at the small hours, the deeply trippy and haunting tracks take influence from the micro house of the 90s; labels like Cabinet and Perlon and producers like Schatrax and Matthew Johnson.

The record is a fine example of Mariano's ever-maturing sound; timeless minimalistic house music that will cast a spell over dance floors the world over.

Following the widespread acclaim for Ferro's The Neverending Story, Lessizmore continues in its quest to highlight some of the most captivating practitioners of mind-altering house and techno. This time their search takes them to Istanbul, shoring up with the considerable talents of Mutlu San. This young producer has proven to be one of the most exciting artists in the Turkish scene, already laying down a solo EP on Petra Digital. Meanwhile he also works in partnership with fellow Istanbul firebrand Batu Guler as Bartaub, the pair having recently released the Rhizome EP on the ever-excellent LumieresLaNuit.

London star Alexis Raphael returns to Hot Creations with the dance floor killer It's Kinda Jazzy, with fine French exports Dan Ghenacia and Chris Carrier teaming up to deliver the remix with electrifying results.
Title track It's Kinda Jazzy is an ultimate peak time weapon. Alexis explains how it's 'a real melting pot of different musical influences that have inspired me over the years. There's everything from Hip-Hop to 90's UK House and Garage, Jungle/Drum and Bass, upfront House and Techno and, of course, Jazz.' On the flip Dan Ghenacia and Chris Carrier deliver a solid remix that keeps the pace, changing gear through trippy turns. Last up, second original track Strip Off lays down the swing with sultry vocal slices.
An influential player on the London scene, Alexis Raphael earned his stripes across the pirate radio stations of North and East London during the late 90s and early 00s and went on to hold residencies at legendary London clubs The Cross and Bagley's. His first release Spaceship was picked up by Hot Creations sub-label Hot Waves in 2011. Since then, he's had numerous releases and remixes on labels including Jackathon Jams, Of Unsound Mind, Avotre and Get Physical and not forgetting his anthem, I Know.
Dan Ghenacia is the undisputed kingpin of the Paris underground scene, having founded and ran Freak N'Chic for seven years and now one of the three creative minds behind new label and b2b2b DJ outfit Apollonia. Chris Carrier is another heavy-weight from the French underground scene. Together they have delivered some recent killer EP's on Appolonia, Music For Freaks and Adult Only.

Deep melancholic vibes of two originals on the A side by Eric, remixed in two variations on B side by Romanian duo - SIT

GeorgeX brings a poised balance and combination to his tracks of melancholic sounds over more aggressive beats. The titles reflecting a journey that took him to musical places unimagined in his studio beforehand. Music is the pathway to his dreams while sunny days in Greece also inspire certain feelings in his sound. Emotionally charged 'The bridge' features spacious zitar lines and emotive strings that send you upward while the rough and ready groove keeps your feet on the ground. "In my dream' sprinkles a lighter more airy atmosphere over the dance floor drawing the listener in to it's hypnotic spell.

Delsin's considered re-issue and re-release arm follows up on EPs from Claro Intelecto and son.sine with a trip back to an early UK techno heyday. The man behind the two tracks getting attention is In Sync aka Lee Purkis, generally regarded as someone who played a key role in the development of house and techno in England not just because of his DJ sets - Purkis would travel to the US to buy records no one else had - but so too for his productions. A steady stream of them was released from 1992 onwards on Irdial Discs, Plink Plonk and Fortune8 and each one was to the furthermost of futuristic techno and deep, spacious house music. The re-issues presented here ('Storm' from a 1992 EP and 'Subway Route' alongside Pluto from 1993) have been fully licensed by Delsin from Irdial and have been transferred from the original master reel-to-reel tape for full authenticity. 'Storm' is an epic 12-minute plus track that travels to the furthest regions of out galaxy where warm solar winds breeze past, the sound of spaceships circles you and a pinging kick drums drive you along. The hi hats are feathery light and jazzy and curious little alien synth sounds draw you deeper into this still futuristic sounding world. On the flip, 'Subway Route' is a 17-minute house trip that's lively and jazzy, airy and breezy and sounds like Boo Williams jamming with Carl Craig such is its hi tech sense of soul and seductive synth work. As ever this is a quality re-issue from Delsin that shines light on an often sadly overlooked producer and his truly pioneering discography.
