Roam Recordings' 38th release comes from Italian producer Luca 'DJ Rocca' Roccatagliati. Having previously released on Compost, Classic, Sonar Kollektiv, rekids, International Feel and currently working with Daniele Baldelli and Dimitri from Paris his impressive acid disco narratives were perfect for Roam Recordings.The EP starts out with DJ Rocca's original 'Maccheroni' - a stunning blend of jazz, latin rhythms, and analog melodies - that shows undeniably the mastery of this dance music veteran. Joining the EP for a remix is New York's Eric 'Dr Dunks' Duncan (half of legendary DJ & production duo Rub n Tug & also half of DFA's 'Still Going). While DJ Rocca's version could just as easily be played at cafe as in the club Eric Duncan takes the remix into acid warehouse territory.The EP continues with 'Aula', another excellent original from the maestro DJ Rocca. 'Aula' keeps with the theme of blended jazz, latin rhythms, and analog melodies, but in a much more subtle stripped down fashion. Also joining the EP to remix 'Aula' is Black Spuma, the production duo of Lauer (Tuff City Kids/Talamanca System) and Fabrizio Mammarella (Telespazio) who have a history of quality releases on labels such as Running Back, Beats in Space, Permanent Vacation, Rollerboys Recordings and International Feel. Together they rework Rocca's 'Aula' into a head nodding house music for house people textured track with a body moving bass line. A superb addition to the strong cast already on this EP.

Following on from label boss Matthias Tanzmann's latest and great LP, Moon Harbour announce the return of a big talent to their ranks: that person is Ninetoes, aka German producer Özgür Yelmen, and he serves up a fine new single that finds brothers Santè and Re.You appearing together for the first time ever as remixers on the same EP.
Stuttgart's Yelmen has been busy in the last three years, making a name for himself as a producer with real skills after initially starting out making hip hop. His tunes, as well as lighting up Ibiza in recent summers, have got into the DJ bags of those who know and are always slick and engaging affairs that include a recent hit, 'Finder,' just recently reworked with none other than rave royalty Fatboy Slim. He has released on labels like Kling Klong, Saved Records and Play It Down, as well as contributing to Moon Harbour's Inhouse Vol.7, so is a man on the rise.
His standout offering here is 'All Night Long,' a texturally rich tech house cut with plenty of grit in the drums and coarse hits, but a smooth sense of soul in the subtle vocal yells that are buried in the groove. It is a peak time cut with real heart as well as plenty of drive, and is sure to become another big anthem for the man behind it.
Santè is a key player in the house world right now thanks to the influence of his Avotre label. This is his second remix on the label after a debut last year and finds the German artist reworking the track into a more dubbed out and bouncy roller that is stripped back and as fun as it is functional. It is a brilliantly no frills affair that will do plenty of damage.
Lastly, label regular Re.You adds his own spin and the fantastic result is six minutes of teasing, playful tech with bleepy melodies, deep drones and reverb heavy vocals that cast a truly hypnotic spell on all those who hear it.
Once again this is a refreshing and robust three track package that will invigorate any dance floor.

Camea returns with the second release on her Neverhwere imprint, titled 'Signs'. Made for the stars and just for you, she has also invited two great producers, Ian Pooley (Innervisions, Pooled Music) and André Kronert (Figure, Stockholm LTD) for remixes. As usual with Camea, she likes to seek all of the beautiful things in between, and this EP takes you around the spectrum from a magical sunrise to a dark, pulsing rave cave.

Californiabased producer Damon Bell could not find a more suitable home for his new 12' than Croatian label Burek. It's his first one since Blues For The Libyan' LP released in 2015. for Deepblak, and it sounds as if the time off was well spent. Two words that perfectly describe this record are rich' and colourful', and the description is equally applicable to all three cuts. Stand By Me' is a synthheavy piece built around the interplay between track's rougher sounds and big lush pads. On the flipside, Life' is slightly faster and more direct, with a wonderful guitar part that circles around the main theme throughout the most of the track. Similarly mannered, but slightly more intense TransAtlantic Journey We Been Here!' is the last piece and features an infectious groove with lead synth piercing through layers of delicate arpeggios playing in the background. All in all, it feels good to have Damon in the team. We hope you'll enjoy this record

Since 2015, James Welsh's contribution to Phantasy as Kamera has delivered a series of releases shrouded in mystery, injected with the personal energy of both a hardcore and club heritage. Two EPs, 'Arc' and 'Ventoux', set a distinct tone, with the latter complimented by head-turning remixes from artists such as George Fitzgerald, Throwing Snow, Truncate and Yaleesa Hall. Now, the key Phantasy artist emerges from the shadows under his own name, in order to continue his uncompromising musical journey.
Returning with a new, two-track EP, 'Standing/Slip' captures the finely tuned tension and euphoric release of Welsh's sound in arguably its strongest form to date, showcasing not only the dancefloor mettle firmly established under his prior alias, but a new sense of wistfulness that coaxes his typically outstanding machine work into altogether more reflective territory.
'Standing' throws listeners headlong into Welsh's formerly anonymous industrial complex, generating a churning, relentless rhythm offset with a dry female vocal that recalls the sardonic stance of vintage electroclash.
Following this, 'Slip' is an initially unexpectedly spectral diversion, transmitting a curious synth line into space, and receiving a choral, sombre frequency in return. Without losing it's emotive qualities, the track succumbs to a hailstorm of Welsh's sharp, potent drums, before collapsing in understated catharsis.

New from emerging Dutch label Mimi Music comes this exciting 3 track EP from Komplexx (featuring PvH). Hot on the heels of 'The Reason', released earlier in April, Mimi Music continues to impress with the Death No More EP from label head Komplexx and photographer Peter Van Hal. The EP contains 2 distinct versions from Komplexx with remix duties handled by Marcus Sur.

The original version of 'Death No More' defies genre boundaries with ease. Fusing old school progressive stylings, well placed percussion, an epic choral vocal with a catchy main hook and a rubbery bass line, Komplexx has unleashed a summer anthem for the discerning dance-floor worldwide.
The remix comes from well respected German artist Marcus Sur. A producer in his own right, signed to Noir Music, Trapez, Highgrade, Four:Twenty Records and many more, Sur created a darker more hypnotic journey focusing on the percussive aspects of the original. The result is a satisfying mid-setter with bags of bounce and personality. Stripping back the melodic elements allowed Sur to add additional percussion to drive the track forward and in doing so, transform the remix into a tougher more robust track with the versatility to appeal to a cross section of DJs.
Komplexx's v.i.p. mixx heads off into housey techno waters from the start. Deeper, more percussive and driving, the v.i.p. mixx takes us into early-morning Berghain territory keeping the central melody intact while creating a darker feel. The break acts as a delicate counter balance stripping away all the percussion, before introducing more melodic elements for an epic finale. This has mass crossover appeal written all over it.

Correspondant mainstay, Man Power, returns with his first artist EP for the label since his debut, the "Kiloton EP" back in 2014.
A lot has changed for the artist since Kiloton, with 2015 seeing the release of his self titled Album (also via Correspondant) which not only gained an unprecedented 10/10 in Mixmag, but was also named as one of the Electronic albums of the year by iTunes US.

The second imprint of Another Earth is upon us and this time it's all about proper Detroit techno combined with distorted left wing machine house. The label combines 2 acts together in a Split EP series which compliment each others sound. For the A-side the highly talented producer, Plural (Separate Skills, Metroplex, U.S.), created 2 essential Detroit techno tracks. The A1 is a warm uplifting peak time bomb and the A2 has a darker vibe concentrated on the groove. The B-side hosts 2 tracks from the intriguing mind of Hakim Murphy (Machine Dreams, Chicago, U.S.). The B1 is a heavy distorted peak time house banger while the B2 is quite the opposite, deep and obscure.

We are proud to present Souki for our third Pfand release. Third time is always a charm and this time, we bring our longtime close friend and collaborator Souki with her stellar release Hot Jupiter. The outofthisworld title track, cowritten by The Hubrist, features an eerie extraterrestial backdrop captured from the Deep Space array by NASA. Also on this release is an upbeat remix by Yapacc + Hali under The Cabin. The B Side is packed with two stunning minimal tracks entitled Chicxulup and Korona, both contending title tracks on their own. And rounding out the release is the beautiful, atmosphereic track entitled Etna which serves as a fitting way to close out this gorgeous EP.

Following on from Anetha's 'Ophiuchus' EP last year, Work Them Records founder Spencer Parker has compiled a remix package featuring himself and French techno stalwart Antigone.
A key component in the thriving Parisian techno scene, Anetha is a resident at monthly party series BLOCAUS.
Spencer reworks 'Drive With A Dead Girl', incorporating punchy kicks and shuffling hats before the original's
mesmerising arpeggios come into effect.
On the other hand Antigone distorts 'Black Widow' beyond recognition by blending fuzzy atmospherics with a cavernous
808 and glitchy hook.

Bastion of the Parisian underground scene and Circoloco resident at DC10, Dijon-born DJ W!LD is a longstanding figure who has remained true to his roots since the outset. Having been responsible for an array of over 300 records on some of the most respected labels around, W!LD founded his own imprint 'W' in 2010. W!LD has since exercised an unrestrained artistic vision and output on the label. This has culminated in the forthcoming release of his album 'Techno City,' W!LD's first album in over two years, and a noticeably darker and more stripped back offering than the disco-fuelled production of his last LP 'When You Feel Me.' DJ W!LD's brand of techno is certainly unique. Swathed in sparse melodies and luscious pads, W!LD's airtight machine funk is a minimal orchestra of 808s, 909s and incisive sample use. Being both inherently danceable and listenable, DJ W!LD's 'Techno City' LP is a purposeful and coherent opus that works both as a whole and individually, as club tracks. With cutting edge production and rich aesthetics, W!LD carries the listener through an array of expansive hues, crescendos and cinematic atmospheres,
all underlined by a throbbing sub bass.
This pure 4/4 techno offering from the French veteran undertakes an ethos of simplicity that is as refreshing as it is clinical. 'Love on the Beat' sets the tone from the first kick drum as the swelling bass line glides into 'Time to Say Goodbye,' a deft piano break later and 'Street Religion' serves up a sweeping disco-synth groove. 90s influenced 'Americana' rolls into the hedonism of 'Aimer et C'est Tout' before the cinematic, floor filling title track 'Techno City' jacks up the energy. 'All Night' provides light relief before dialling up the energy into the acid-tinged 5am roller 'Talking With Hoffman.' The climax brings us to the undeniable club track on the LP 'King Hit,' an orchestra of snare rolls, emotive pads and
rising energy topped by a striking vocal sample.
With 'Techno City' the Parisian veteran has successfully created a crisp web work of harmonics and functional club tracks that will no doubt make the rounds on the international circuit. DJ W!LD's 'Techno City' is a sonic landscape that proves both
an exercise and a master class in the age-old adage 'less is more.'

The Night Watch brings the two of them together for the first time for an intergalactic rollercoaster ride, swerving between jacking techno and starry eyed electro.

Matuss takes techno and turns it on its head. The cybernetic sound has been filled with human emotion, giving it a more organic feel than much of the music that would fall under the genre.She opens her Absence Seizure 007 EP in trademark style, with a dark jacking cut entitled Pitchureque, in which a pulsating bass line throbs alongside ominous acid swells and disorientating panning effects.Next up, Tektango takes a different route honing in on a set of live tribal tinged percussion, which sway and dissipate with hypnotic effect driven further into the depths with a bubbling synth lead and filtering atmospherics. This live percussion gives the track that organic feel mentioned earlier. Escapade kick starts the B-side with a robust rhythm, built from the ground up with resonant hi hat stabs, echoing claps and sturdy kicks which forms the framework for a deranged lead melody laced with wide open synths and emotive chords to carry the groove. Closing the package is Fonque, where flanger-tinged snare rolls work in unison with driving rhythms, delicate arpeggios and an intricate 303 bass line to create an infectious closing cut.
