Picture Sleeve Tracklist: Cloud Walker, Special, Zone In Short info: The inimitable LD Nero with his first outing for Running Back. Best-known for his merits on Trelik and a poetic sound which is distinctively his own, LD Nero immerses himself in a rare breed of deep house music that isn't classicist, yet dateless, emotional but not kitschy, and most of all meditative without drowsiness. Devoid of any second thoughts, these are three tracks made for those wee hours in the morning that may never end.

For over five years, All Day I Dream has been where deep and emotive meet House music. Propelled by a community of forward thinking artists drawn around the scion of master curator and sunset/sunrise set specialist, Lee Burridge.
All Day I Dream formally welcomes Lost Desert to the label with the release of Lingala, a two-track collaborative effort with Burridge himself, that also features Junior on vocals. Lost Desert was picked out of obscurity after Burridge discovered his music while trekking in a remote area of a long lost land. A fast forged friendship inevitably lead to the studio, and Lingala's the enrapturing sophomore result. The duo's first project together debuted on Lee's night time imprint, Get Weird, earlier this year to widespread support.
Lingala, is a beautifully composed ten-minute sonic journey. Built around a mystical lead vocal sung by newcomer Junior in his native Linagles the raw emotion slowly builds in intensity over propulsive basslines and deep melodic grooves . Gorje Hewek & Izhevski's interpretation of Lingala is a markedly different affair. Focussing on musical layers rather than the vocal the duo's signature spacey atmospheres and minimal rhythmic percussion add extra strings creating uplifting moments that contrast the original's mood.

It's been three intense years now since the formerly Tel Aviv-based DJ, producer and Girl Scout-leader Magit Cacoon hooked up with the Upon.You-family back in 2012 after relocating herself to Berlin. Within this period the charismatic performer served a string of groundbreaking releases on Upon.You Records that perfectly reflect on her musical vision now fully unfolding on her first album 'Other Dimension' which is a seductive, yet playful and surely spine tingling statement of a matured and fully grown artistic mind. With 'Love Express' we're proud to unleash the first 12 taken off this stunning longplayer, featuring two original album tracks alongside thrilling reworks surely about to work dancefloors right. The original version of 'Love Express' works dancefloors uncompromisingly, serving a hard, fevering, ever evolving track style to all creatures of the night whilst Magit Cacoon's repetetive vocals and the tracks' tense overall atmosphere open large, reverberating spaces. Re.You, widely praised for his releases on labels like Mobilee, keinerechte or Moon Harbour, the title track 'Love Express' takes a slightly different direction whilst introducing tribalistic drum structures, dramatic breakdowns and a large bassline perfectly complementing the hypnotic approach of this great rework.

Born and raised in Constanta, home of the legendary La Mania club, Sepp was influenced by electronic music's finest sound from an early age. Step by step he rose from the ranks not only to become his city's most beloved dj but also a La Mania resident. Production followed quickly and quickly came a few releases for UVAR, Body Parts or Andromeda. Now it's time for a new challenge and it appears Sepp is here to serve. Catren is the name, Sepp is the game !

Sepp's work is usually a bit minimalistic and super organic and this EP is no different. Crampei de balad starts a little broken an creepy only to develop into a super casual dance track. With the kick in comes the synth that will only be eclipsed by the occasional vocals. Dance !

Glass din stele is the serious one. The steely organic feel present in so many of his works is on. Dark strings, piano, ample reverbed spaces and a super groove come together into a ultra deep track that echoes the artist's fundamental influences. Petre Inspirescu and Ricardo Villalobos, probably, if we have to guess.

A fresh imprint, run by Nachtbraker and KiSk, with four releases in the pipeline, featuring four different artists and commissioned storyboard comics on the sleeve. For the first missive, The Good Guys will be represented by pianowizard Crackazat (Local Talk, Futureboogie) bringing the optimistic vibes we need to start this fight, while Saine (Sleazy Beats) - the king of subtle moods - provides that voice of reason to keep both our feet on the ground. The Bad Guys enlisted the services of groove maestro Nachtbraker (Dirt Crew, Heist Recordings) to help out with the detailed footwork and master of multiple galaxies Gnork (Blorp, Blind Jacks Journey) steps up to the plate with unmatched stamina to roughen things up.

In January we brought you a fantastic joint effort of Australias Emma Louise and Wankelmut, 'My Head Is A Jungle - Part 1', marking the young Berliner's second official production. Now we laid the track in Gui Boratto's hands, and the two remixes he came back with is nothing short of phenomenal. First up on 'My Head Is A Jungle - Part 2' is the 'Extended Vocal Mix' byWankelmut himself, adding not only length but also the sweet vocal sounds of Emma Louise for your pleasure. This mix adds depth to the original, making the dance floor even hotter than before.
Gui Boratto decides to open with a straightforward beat in his remix, laying thick bass lines down and adding even more funk to the mix. The result is an absolute dance floor killer in every way. The dub mix deepens the whole track, taking it into underground territory. The grime is laid on thicker and the vibe is dirtier than before while clearly taking a few cues from the Nu Disco scene. A beautiful interpretation, completing another wonderful remix package on Poesie.

COMSUME is even more otherworldly with its stumbling, shuffling beat and a spaced-out vocal sample taken from an unnamed sci-fi movies from the 50s.
COFFEE BREAK, the last track of the EP, is a deadlock groove of heavy beats and freaky breaks, that leaves you lost in time and space.

WOLF return with a second EP from rising Dutch star, Frits Wentink. Fresh from remixing FCL, Frits steps up here with three late number house stompers.

The EP is rounded off with the latest WOLF recruit, Ishmael, who adds his trademark sound to Geeses.

Fur Coat return to Crosstown Rebels - the label that launched and empowered them to grow into the major techno force we know today, with their 'Numbers EP, featuring a remix from US native Vin Sol. This is music that keeps you guessing. Initially it appears dark and forceful, and suddenly a sound appears that results in a smile, a warm feeling that only the highest level of production can deliver.
Fur Coat's schedule is unrelenting. The last couple of months involving a standout set at DGTL Festival, releasing on Watergate Records, remixing Nicole Moudaber & Skin on Mood Records, combined with numerous festival appearances over the Summer. Resident of the popular night Club Lonely in San Francisco, Vin Sol, founded an imprint with the same title earlier this year. A self confessed lover of the drum machine and regularly collaborating with Matrixxman, Sol has previously released on Soo Wavey, Clone Jack for Daze and Delft among others.

Javier Orduna grew up with the sound of legendary punk associates like the Bad Brains, Joy Division or Dead Kennedys. But already in the 80s he was dedicated to acid house and the techno of Detroit which brought an inspiring vibe to his frst productions. An infuence you can still hear in his recent works. Emerging into Barcelona s vibrant electronic music scene in the early 2000ers with residencies e.g. at the legendary moog club Orduna was soon touring clubs around the world and releasing his output on Visionquest, Viva Music or Moda Black. What brought him to JEUDI were his undeniable production skills and his big warm and crazy heart. For our 26th release we are proud to have him on board with this stunning 4 tracker defnitely will fnd some lovers out there. Fool Again' sets the mood for this this release. Deep, poetic and sentimental with the right amount of bass pressure and fow to fll the foor. Orduna is telling his story unagitated, reduced and with charm. 'Circles and Lines' is softy transitioning you to the other side leaving it up to you where you want to bring it. Drawing you in to tell your own story while 'Everything Is Real' is the early morning track. Seduces you to stay. 'Mardigan' is the true beauty here. The topline melody awakes this special melancholy you just can't deny. Rounding up this stunning release and makes you want to listen again. Good thing is: With the vinyl you just can turn it over and push the start button.

Back in 2015 our bearded Dirtybird Player, Will Clarke, needed a secret weapon for some of his festival gigs for the Summer. He sampled the ghetto house legend, DJ Funk, who made an appearance on Dirtybird back in 2013 for the Kill Frenzy smash, 'Make That Booty Clap'. Will passed it on to the rest of the Dirtybird crew, and before we knew it the track took a life of it's own and quickly became one of the most requested tracks, even to this day. Will ended up linking with DJ Funk himself, and they turned what was a quick bootleg into a full blown collaboration.

For the flip side, we added Will's solo effort 'House Girl', a bumpin' ride with a contagious bassline and chanting vocals for all the 'House Boys' and 'House Girls'.

Reggie Dokes will be back this fall with another EP on his own label Psychostasia. After a long hiatus he returned last spring with his fresh Detroit House sound. Now, we're happy to present his follow up; New York EP.

Behind the next release on Meant Records are Italian duo Boot & Tax, a relatively new pairing made up of Claudio Brioschi and CristianCroce. Here they serve up three great originals baced with a stellar remix from Alien Alien. Before now, Boot & Tax have released two extremely well received EPs on JD Twitch's Optimo Trax and have also recently had their music licensed to Erol Alkan's Fabric live 77, so the pair are really on the up. Title track 'Brace Brace' is first and is an elastic, analogue workout with gurgling synth lines riding up and down atop steely drums as punky vocals come on at various intervals. Acid and electro, techno and house all get bottled up in the arrangement, which is fresh and just what you would expect of someone backed by JD Twitch. The Alien Alien remix of this one is slow and trudging, purposeful and swampy. Snaking synths, coarse claps and a sense of foreboding pervade this most groovy of slo mo cuts. 'Niente Per Niente' is a dark but balearic feeling bit of chugging disco, with big licks and groaning bass all gliding along at an inviting tempo. Breathy female ad libs add a sense of character to the shadowy drums and ensure this one will set parties like ALFOS on fire. Lastly, 'Balkan Youth' gets much more cosmic with its flipping synths, twinkly melodies and rattling percussive patterns. Ascending ever higher, it takes you on a ride through the cosmos and dumps you out somewhere altogether happier. This is sure to be a breakout release for Boot & Tax who seem right at the heart of the analogue disco revolution.

Richy Ahmed launches his new imprint, Four Thirty Two, with a self-produced two-track single, 'Put Me In A Trance', featuring the vocal talents of Gloria Adereti and a collaboration with up and coming producer, Janson.
The new label is a back to basics, analogue vision, directed by Richy, which will include original material, unearthed and undiscovered artist appearances, and remixes from the Richy and Janson alias Love Hurtz, as well as featuring a variety of vocalists from surrounding circles. Each release will have a clear focus on the sound of vinyl and clean-cut imagery presented with each record.
Richy explains; "The first release is from myself, my good friend Janson and Gloria Adereti, all original and new material. I am super happy with the EP and both tracks are sounding really strong, so cant wait for you to hear it. Check the original artwork also done by Will Worrell and myself, each release will have unique and bespoke artwork that we've created and photographed in professional studios. I'm super proud to kick start the label with this release."
Since his debut EP 'The Drums' on Hot Creations in 2013, Richy has continued to pave the way for genre spanning and aspiring artists. Aside from his recording and production ventures, Richy has been at the forefront of UK house music and its surrounding avenues for some years, taking a lead role in programming DC10'S Paradise parties, and a variety of club projects. Richy has forthcoming remixes for the likes of FFRR and Snatch, and has recently had solo singles out on Strictly Rhythm and Rinse Records, as well as a prestigious remix for New Order.
As an extension to the label releases, Four Thirty Two will tour the UK as an operating label party brand, with early shows selling out in record time and forthcoming label nights around the UK and Europe scheduled, all side stepping Richy's usual realms of clubland for smaller and more intimate venues.

Belgian producer Joris Biesmans (aka Cashmere* and Benn Lian) delivers a counterweight to the "fast food music" that ram-raids its way into today's mainstream consciousness, with a project named TVe - "The Virtual escape" - indicating his urge to escape from today's data-saturated, music-as-mass-industrial-product environment. Musically, TVe aims for an aesthetic ambush incorporating strange & self-made hardware instruments, tape machines, non-standard structures, atonal abstraction, noise, distortion and randomness - openly embracing imperfections instead of smoothing them out with calibrated presets & templates. To this end, TVe has brought two masters of this approach on board for the label's debut EP and with Creme Organization alumni Legowelt and ASOK bringing forth their own inimitable style on remixes of Biesmans' delightfully askew original productions. Versatile celebrates its 20th Anniversary with some classic represses...

Music is Love's sister label MIL returns quickly returns after the dark and edgy Warning EP by kastil and the tougher sound seems to have stuck around in this their 7th release. Muscle House sees young Irishman Chris Hanna step to the plate with his very own brand of tough synth driven electronic music. Having just released on ejeca's own imprint this is a name you'll be hearing more of. Opening the ep is DRONE, a rough distorted track that is narrated by the constant synth buzzing above the heavy groove laid down by hanna, Peak time madness. A2. Finds chris' track THE COLONEL, another furiously paced peak time track laced with a seriously 'evy sequenced based line straight outta Detroit. Flip the record and on B1 we have the title track of the ep MUSCLE HOUSE, an acid tinged roller with hats that sharp they could cut the devil himself. The final track on this impressive 4 tracker is mysterious yet beautiful UM9. Hanna really out does himself on finding the balance and beauty between emotive content and harsh electronics here, almost like a trancelike dream, breaking and building, pushing and pulling yet wanting more and more. In such heavyily synth ladened territory sometimes the percussion can usually take a step back but this is never the case with the Muscle House ep, the quality of the sonics produced are as admirable as the groove and intent on them.

*** vinyl only** HMC's most recent offering of techno and house music, City Rhythm, (Juice 002) is a sound typical of his influence on dance music culture in his hometown of Adelaide, Australia. From pre-internet days when scenes throughout Europe and the US were created on the back of techno and house music, a smaller but just as significant scene had developed in Adelaide, Celebrations were a weekly occurance on Adelaide dance floors and DJ HMC was responsible for the playlist. He established himself as one of Australia's most popular Dj's and his recording career followed soon after. By 1991 his massive hit 'life Support System' from the 100% Juice EP. (Juice 001) had his local fans citing him as a pioneer of Australian techno and house music.HMC's, City Rhythm, is vintage and new. Damien Donato of Juice Records say's, 'you cant create a more true Juice Record than this. Our signature sound was founded on the early years of HMC's recording career". City Rhythm has a maturity in composition and sound. With classic synth sounds, arrangements of deep house and the revered pulse of a solid techno groove, there are club anthems, underground house gems and techno moments designed for any sound system. Listening back to HMC's Southern Cross EP, (Juice 012, 1995), you can hear his international appeal. He had a global hit in the track LSD, but the EP hid gems, such as, Digits. These were true House Master C trax. These elements have more clarity on City Rhythm. HMC has stayed true to his musical ambitions but has embraced the technology of today without fear of losing any appeal to techno and house music purists. Damien continue's..."City Rhythm puts those early years into perspective, we have very different lives since those days, but HMC's musical output remains a constant, it is the same music but HMC has refined his art...' A vision of 20 years ago by a label and artist wasn't a fad, it was a sound. City Rhythm is available now.

With this 3-track vinyl only EP FLANGER continues to explore a techno-infused notion of nuclear Jazz. The Spinner-EP contains arguably destructive synths on "Spinner", an insane 5-beat derived from the FLANGER's 2015 "Lollopy Dripper" (non41) album, called "Spin". Both the 12 minutes lavish groove-intricacy "Loose Joints" and the one, straight tittle titled "It From Bit" are Atom™& Burnt Friedman 2016 originals, adding to the most compelling and witty electronic collaborative utterings to date.

Formerly of the G-Strings label out of Chicago (first heard in 1990), this is truly a classic rarity that now takes pride of place in the 7th Sign Catalogue. This newly re-mastered issue features all the original tracks, including the classic title cut with its haunting strings and Kraftwerk-esque mechanical groove. All the tracks have a very deep minimal arrangement and production and each stands up against today's modern backdrop. This is a real gem and a great time capsule of Chicago House from back in the day. This release offers a rare opportunity to own a rare record that has assumed classic status and price. TIP!!

Tang breaks out a little-used alias, transmitting from the concrete jungle, audio hallucinogens changes thoughts. The "habit" is a subtle rumbling bass line evolving into a fluid, acidic language, which only crickets would understand.

Long live 90s House!
The new 10 inch SuperSingle 160 by O*RS takes us back on a journey through time without suffering a loss of modern or contemporary sound. With "Body Talk" the Berlin based female producer PEREL creates a future house classic featuring no less than Abba Lang. Lang, who lives in Berlin but originally comes from Uganda, not only add his voice to the original track but creates a delicate Hip Hop rhythm while reciting - and harmonizes perfectly with PERELs vocals and the sound of the track. "This Love", the second track featured on the limited SuperSingle is a house tune which has it all: love of detail, funky grooves and extravaganza. O*RS 10inch 160 - one record, two tracks and a perfect fusion of House and Hip Hop.
