Speaking Minds is a new project of two producers and Djs from northern Italy. Their productions and dj sets are focused on the deep and techno side of music. They are collecting fans in clubland thanks to their releases and remixes on My Favorite Robot, AEON, Cityfox and now: Musica Autonomica.

Charmin Records announce their 5th release, a split EP coming from label boss Florist and close friend/collaborator Tilman. From their base in East Germany, Charmin have been slowly but surely putting together an impressive catalogue of releases and this next offering keeps up this trend with aplomb. The EP shows that, while remaining deeply rooted in house, Charmin can bring many different colours and sounds to the table. We kick off with Tilman, who steps up to the plate with two cuts of excellent deepness. The A Side opens with 'Horizon', which all hinges on lush piano stabs and a deep, deep 808 kick drum. Next up 'Never Go Back' which is a brooding, heads down number. The sultry chords are wonderfully understated, brimming with energy. Over on the flipside, Florist's 'That Morning', which focuses on solid house percussion weaved together with silky Rhodes chords. Finally we round things off with 'Acid8', this bubbly number doesn't rely too heavily on tired tropes, but just builds up energy with the hypnotic acid line, playing with the swing of the rhythm track to break up the formula nicely.

After the success of last year's Various Artists Backpack EP, French house label D3 Elements is back with another fine four track affair that pulls together some key producers. Detroit soulful house star Terrence Parker is back once again, and he is joined by D-Knox, Dan Curtin and TechElectro.

It is Cleveland man Dan Curtin, a veteran of labels like Peacefrog, Metamorphic and Bass Culture. His cut 'House Spirits' is a summery, feel good house roller with trilling keys and organic chords all making for a jazzy vibe. Then comes a more synthetic and abstract cut, 'Stars That Never Die', from TechElectro aka the fearsome American techno duo of Solid Gold Playaz, who also release as Dark Matrix. Full of beeps and squeaks, smooth chords and broken rhythm, their cut is a truly original concoction that is sure to standout in any set.

On the flip side, D-Knox aka Groove Man, who has been producing spiritual techno since the 90s, offers 'Summer Beach Time,' a cool as you like track with breezy chords, radiant pads and wooden sounding percussion flapping along next to the drums. It's a fresh and original production that sounds like little else, and then it is to Detroit's positive force, Terrence Parker, for 'So Beautiful.' Deep and romantic, laid back and soothing, it is a sweet as you like house jam with magic chords and plenty of heart warming grooves. Once again, D3 Elements serve up proper house music with real feeling.

This May will see the return of Spanish composer and Seeking the Velvet Creative Director Cora Novoa for her forthcoming EP In Your Mind': a release that seeks to explore the deepest reaches of our minds through overwhelming sounds of a clearly acid and hypnotic nature, and featuring collaborations from French composer Maelstrom (Bromance/Zone), Dreems (Multi-Culti), artists Rubenimichi and audiovisual production company DG Studio.

Following her acclaimed last album Fight Love Faith' that marked a new direction in her artistic career, Cora Novoa unveils her darkest side with this new EP released under her very own SKTV label, an ambitious multidisciplinary project based in Barcelona.

In Your Mind' includes remixes from Maelstrom, who showcases his analogic sound landscapes composed of long improvisations and his signature techno, and from Dreems, an artist from Canadian record label Multi-Culti, who reinterprets the track Consciousness' until achieving a sublime balance of sonic exoticism inspired by African and Tropical music. A perfect work of sampling' made of the most minimalist sounds released by Multi-Culti label.

The cover features an original artwork signed by Spanish art collective Rubenimichi who, in consonance with Cora Novoa's aesthetic influences, play with symbolim and mystery elements to recreate a cosmic language that ultimately defines them. With ocultism, secrecy, darkness and magic as fundamental references of their work, they appear in perfect tune with this release.

Following their highly acclaimed video clip of Soag' for Bpitch Control's artist Phon.o and their Tw33tz' for 50Weapons, the audiovisual production Company DG Recreation has produced the accompanying video clip for the central track In Your Mind', featuring an oneiric visual narrative as their reinterpretation of this song.

All in all, In Your Mind' is a solid work that will lead us to Cora Novoa's techno sounds followed by a wink to her latest African music influence: call it eclectic if you wish, but you might as well miss the point, since this artist has always strived to be nothing but herself, beyond labels and styles, in her own rich and unpredictable artistic explorations.

(DVS1 / Lucy rmxs) Darko Esser is back on Curle with the deep and dubby builder 'Clean Slate'. On remix duties this time are two fast rising techno talents; DVS1 (Klockworks, Transmat) and Lucy (Stroboscopic Artefacts, Curle) big support from adam beyer, ben klock, dj koze, marcel dettmann, agoria, karotte, gregor thresher, laurent garnier and many moore...

Snork Enterprises is going W!ld, this release will make your eyes glisten!!! Known for his releases on Catwash, Robsoul, Love Letters from Oslo and many more labels, we´re happy to announce that Mr. DJ W!ld found his way to Snork Enterprises, which surely brings the label a supreme kick of groovy and pleasant cheerfull housemusic from Paris. Next to the violin version of "Pour tes jolis yeux", there will be two more tracks available on a hot and touchable vinyl.

After one & and a half year without editing Bloop Recordings (Lisbon) returns with Magazino. # 22 is the track

and the remixes are from well-known Brett Johnson and Tiago Marques. VINYL ONLY!

Everybody knows Microworld from his legendary EP on Derrick May's Transmat label in 1999. His output has been rather limited since then, with only a handful of releases on labels like Styrax Leaves and Millions Of Moments. He sent us a demo because he liked our recent releases and we were thrilled to say the least. The best Detroit techno to come out of Australia, and that's a fact! :-) First pressing on marbled orange 10" vinyl.

Everyone's expression is unique, interesting and a collaborated product of life's experiences, so is the music, the art and the vision. We carry this essence in everything that is TECHFUI. Our label brings family, friends and fresh talents together, and is built on a strong relationship around the people and their talents. We stay true to our roots, traditions and culture, always forward thinking and cutting edge.

The next step in the evolution of the label sound came from our fellow Dubai based UK friend Nohijo (Lee Sandwith) for the second instalment. Nohijo has been releasing for a while and has recently evolved himself to more raw stripped back house and techno feel.

Sound of hybrid.

Taras van de Voorde has been a busy boy the last months. In between re-decorating his studio with analogue equipment and remixing Bluetrain from Michel de Hey & Rauwkost, he found time to do a proper release again. Taras is somebody who does not believe in doing a weekly release. He prefers to do one release every year, and he makes sure that the release is worth the wait. Manila is a strong club track which combines his biggest tunes so far; "1998" and "The Game". Strong synths, a hip-shaking bassline and an energetic club vibe... and again he scores, three in a row! The B-side Hong Kong shows a different side from Taras, being influenced by the Rotterdam scene with artists such as Rod, Alden Tyrell, Secret Cinema... Taras shows his dark side where there are no lights needed... You only have to bring a strobe light and a lot of smoke! Hong Kong will get Taras a new group of followers as he and EC Records return to their techno roots.More support from DJ Sneak, Jimpster, Raresh (Arpiar)!

Ever evolving Dutchman A Made Up Sound is back with a new EP on Delsin a whole six years after his last. Here he proves once more why he is so vital across four cuts of heavyweight technosoul. Thin Air pairs fast-paced 4/4 beats with stormy layered pads, all coalescing into affectional yet powerful techno grooves. In typical AMUS fashion, with its swung drums, sampled chordlines and flanged percussion it's simply hard to categorize but easy to love.

DJ Haus goes a little freaky on the Helta Skelta EP. This 4 track ep show his strangely funky side with some odd and jerky rhythms and melodies. It takes it ques from the windy city but doesnt hide DJ Haus's roots in the UK with a bleepy techno twist and pirate radio energy.

The Digital Afterlife is a live workout recorded in Amsterdam, early 2016. The B side features a couple of prime Gherkins straight out the Hieroglyphic pickle jar...

Split release from the Black Market archives with tracks by Larry Heard and The It (with a main role for Larry Heard too). 2 amazing tracks which actually 20-25 years later still sounds more futuristic as many releases nowadays. Spaced out jazzy keys on the mind blowing Black Oceans with trademark Larry Heard melodies. Flip side takes things to the darker chicago jack territories with the great Endless flight track by The It (also known for classic tracks such as Donnie and Gallimaufry Gallery ). This is one of their overlooked and more obscure tracks! Worthy re-issue on one of UK's coolest house labels. Tip!

Facing the future, but remembering all things that have been, we are focussed on the universal presence, the eternal here and now. Four tracks by four artists guide us through this constant state of nowness. First up is FOXDEVILSWILD, whose "Steppenwolf" rides on through endless mystic plains at a leisurely pace. PHILIPP FEIN then carries on with "Cogitatio", a deep reflection that will not only touch our minds, but even more so our bodies. The flipside brings us JOHANNES KLINGEBIEL's muzzy "You", which lulls us into some more enigmatic spheres. Pete Tong made the new single from Eats Everything his Essential New Tune at Miami's Winter Music Conference.
'The Duster' delivers a rousing and infectious siren call, loaded with the trademark pace and fervour that we've come to expect from Eats Everything and continues an unstoppable streak following the release of his recent fabric 86 compilation and a summer of festival slots and shows around the world.
I made this record a while ago with the original Nuyorican Soul vocal and sent it to a few people, I gave it to Annie Mac and she absolutely loved it, which gave it a new lease of life so I started playing it again and realised it could a big one. I enlisted the help of my good buddy Green Velvet to redo the vocals and the rest is history...' -Eats
The Duster comes backed with the equally stomping 'Monegros' to round out another undeniably powerhouse release following Eats' club smash 'Dancing (Again!)' featuring Tiga vs Audion on Method White last year, a track that kicked off as Annie Mac's Hottest Record and went onto top the Radio 1 Dance Chart with streaming plays in the millions.
Eats has a packed out summer already that will see him make festival appearances at Parklike, WILD LIFE, Lost & Found, Lost Village, Hideout, Love International, X Festival and many more alongside a number of shows around the globe.

Nobody can deny the fact that Vilnius in Lithuania is currently a very creative and agile place. First and foremost Mario Basanov of course, whose Ten Walls moniker swept the board last year and whose hype seems to have only just started.

His popularity was heightened by the start of his own label Boso. It took off with the highly praised "Walking With Elephants", which was already one of the biggest tunes of this summer, before it even came out.

The second release is by Few Nolder, another highly talented native from Vilnius, who showed frst signs of life on Connaisseur with his lovely tune "Space Espace" on our last edition of Livingroom Techno as well as with his remix for "Canto D'Amore" by Marco Effe & Francesco Carone. "Clouds" is the name of his Boso release, and it looks to be the next big thing for this young label.

For his frst own release on Connaisseur he delivered "IF".The fact that it is different from his other output is why we have decided to present this tune in two versions as a 10" vinyl-only single.

The original is a summerish and catchy house cut with a bouncy bassline and a slightly UK-approach.This tune makes you move without there being much you can do about it.
The alt version goes deeper, building up with a question/answer theme until a strong, driving piano element joins to complete the track. Lovers of older Pokerflat releases will truly enjoy this version.

We really believe in Few Nolder, which is why we can already announce another release, which is planned for autumn.

With release number 09, Robot Ranch Records is featuring Liro, actuelly one of the bustling electronic music producers of chile. His releases sounds always fresh, organic and timeless, one can listen it in every hour and every moment. That's what is all about. Particular the influence of traditional south american music makes this ep to somthing special! With this four track ep he pic you up for a roundtrip to the electronic epicenter of Santia...GO...so...dance first..think later!!

Michele Mininni's Hyper Martino EP is a strange adventure in sound, the finest example of music noir and engaging story of audio science fiction. Michele hails from South Italy and counts everything from post-punk, krautrock to new wave, house and disco amongst his influences. He's been a DJ for years but only in 2014 has released his debut Tupolev Love EP on Glasgow's Optimo Trax. He immediately found himself in the spotlight of discerning DJs and music collectors alike. After a few months he released another highly acclaimed EP entitled Endless Ceremony on Belgian label Curle. And now, after a short hiatus he returns with his latest Hyper Martino EP radiating oblique and unpredictable sounds. Remixes come courtesy of Tel Aviv's hit-assembly-line Red Axes who yet again deliver a bloody good remix, and of a reckless New Age traveller, industrial-yoga-trance guru and Australian multi culturist Dreems.Le Temps Perdu is a new label founded by Lemmy Caution, a man of mistery, a fan of steal mustangs, robot poetry and otherworldly sounds, well know across The Outlands and operating from Alphaville.

LUMIERE NOIRE : a stroboscopic collection assembled by Chloe on Kill the DJ.
We are happy to bring you the third opus of the Lumière Noire collection. This one is a one way ticket Los Angeles - Mexico - Paris oered by our beloved mariachis MODERNA y THEUS MAGO.
Immersive slow-tracks, techno tension at its worst with sharp acid basslines. Add to this a remix from our favorite electronic post punk band Die Wild Jagd and you just have to Ring the bell, tenemos 4 bomb alertas.
Moderna & Theus Mago met in Mexico a day of "Ley Seca' (when the Mexican government shot all bars and clubs down the entire weekend for voting purposes). That night, as djs in the city were gig-less, they organized an impromptu illegal' house party outside the city, with most of the local heroes (Mijo, Sanfuentes, Bu, Andre VII, Moderna, Max Schmitt, Watty and more). This EP is the result of the « Ley Seca ». This is probably why it makes it so special. 3 tracks of pure modern techno to ght for your right to party

Apparently eveything is lost nowdays. But no worries, we will always find a way. Forget what you see but definitely don't forget what you feel.

1x each customer!

Arriving at the mythical 23rd release is a time for contemplation. A chance to abandon the structures, guidelines and ethos of what has gone and do something different and fun. Here then is the apt titled 2 Late 4 Love EP from young Roy. To fit, the aesthetic of the label is abandoned for a sparse black + white hand stamped sleeves, limited one off pressing and congenial smiley on our faces. Afterall, everything starts with a 303...

One of the pleasures of running a label is the connections made, people met, artists worked with and also, opportunities it brings. To overcome ego is an unachievable life long challenge, so to work with others and bring the light their way is to seek some redemption. of a darkened soul.

Newcastleis Acid Waxa label has been bubbling away for years, putting out limited cassettes for the (acid) heads. Star of the show. Player of the year. Roy Of The Ravers !! Himself mythical beyond time. Here on new adventures in the search for love.
The title track comes in versions of snap electro percussives, dream-laden pads, all twinned with an ethereal otherness via contorting 303 melodies. Star of the piece Emotinium is itself a homage of a homage. Replays not yet banned, this is space-age dance music for the mind and body that goes beyond being bounced around via some Melchester Acid (anyone). Crunching, tough, primordial, a return to our source.
All together an EP celebration of the TB-303 at its finest. All this still links to the Emotional family via a meeting of minds. An Acid

Ryan Davis teams ups for his newest release on Traum with French artist Electric Rescue creating a powerhouse of cosmic techno. It should come as no surprise then, that their debut 12" together is a many sided prism reflecting different iterations of techno from various angles. The 3 originals of "A Walk" determine the release as a "tour de force" spiced up with skilfully played chord melodies, always driving and adventurous and sophisticated full with courageous key changes. This release is not for the weak. Weighty bubbling, nutritious analogue synth sounds provide the tracks with an enormous strength. But the release also includes remixes of a more melodic nature by Ronan Portela, Dutch Roel Hoogendorn, new signed artists Peet and Canadian Philip James De Vries as well as by Traum core members Mononoid who all give the original an extraordinary twist. The first track of the release "Stroll" consumes sequences and arrangements in split seconds to transform them into a rush of melodies and explosive synth thunder. This track is more of an "energy flash" than anything else... and it is over before you have realized what it has done to you. The track has all the quality of an melodic techno stormer.

GERMAN HOT SHOT SABLE SHEEP IS NEXT UP ON THE FAMED DESOLAT X SERIES Bursting onto the seen in 2011 with releases on Moon Harbour, Be As One, and Defected Records sub-label DFTD, Sable Sheep has quickly positioned himself at the forefront of the new breed of electronic music producers. Hailing from Germany, Sable Sheep is one of the finest purveyors of dance-floor orientated underground sounds and it is with great pleasure that we see him release the Vagabond EP on the Desolat X series this May. 'Fallen Lead Showers' kicks off the EP with aplomb. Here Sable Sheep infuses a distinctive tech-infused psychedelic quality into the track from the beginning, which develops until a classic sample comes in alongside well-placed percussion flourishes which are sure to send the dancefloor into raptures. 'Vagabond From Hell' continues in a similar vein, energetic from the off, it features sharp percussion and deep elastic bass, with speckles off trippy sounds entering the fray. 'Sobriety' is another dance-floor orientated track underpinned by a driving beat while a meandering electronic synth, incessant hi-hats, mechanical sounds all combine with fantastic results. 'Crown' rounds off the EP in fine style with a slowly building bouncy beat, industrial bleep, showcasing a classy twisted house aesthetic. On the Vagabond EP, Sable Sheep has expertly demonstrated why he is one of the most sought after electronic music producers to emerge in the last few years. All four tracks are bursting with personality and he is a great addition to the Desolat family.
