Following up on their original release, we are happy to present 3 excellent remixes
for Andre Crom & Chi Thanh's "Freedom Call", featuring the anthemix vocals of
Jinadu.

dubspeeka, known from a streak of amazing originals and remixes on Drumcode,
LNOE and other labels, makes his OFF debut with a deep dub techno remix in his
signature style, chopping up the vocal in a hypnotic way.

Musumeci, who established himself with a small but very characteristic number of
tracks on Connaisseur, Bedrock and his own "Engrave LTD" label, delivers 2 remix
versions, both in his trademark minimalistic and timeless production style.

Finally, Melokolektiv, one of OFF's new core acts, deliver an interpretation that is
both functional and epic, based on a latin flavoured groove.

The Polish DJs, producers and Pets Recordings' label owners known for their electrifying performances and catchy cuts announce their third LP, 'Basic Colour Theory', a fruitful collection of evocative melodies and gorgeous vocals. This album marks a pivotal moment in their career as house outfit Catz 'N Dogz. Taking firm lead of the Eastern European electronic music revolution, the pair, who have previously graced the cover of both Mixmag and DJ Mag Spain, have for some time been poised for significant success as their international recognition on the underground has never lacked momentum. 'Basic Colour Theory' will add to the list of remarkable accolades the dynamic duo already have under their belt; joining their acclaimed Essential Mix in 2013, and weighty remixes for a who's who in music electronic or otherwise, including Basement Jaxx, Kings Of Leon, Thomas Schumacher, Friendly Fires, and Kim Ann Foxman, not to mention their two previous LPs. Colour; such a pervasive part of everything we visually encounter, and its many theories a logical structure that for many artists, designers and music producers becomes an intuitive choice - a melting pot of ideas and influences in varying quantities. Poker Flat inaugurate their brand new vinyl-only series with a special gem from Kindimmer. Born and bred in Greece but now Berlin-based, Thanasis Voulgaris has built up a steady following and gained significant support from a range of heavyweight DJs. This record puts the seal on his burgeoning reputation for sophisticated and varied house. 'Quite Beachy' teems with subtle textures and dynamic details. A rich, heavy kick and crisp percussion underpin a spooky melodic motif, casting a vibe of eerie suspense and hypnotic intensity. 'Fractions of Essence' veers off into different territory, marrying a rubbery kick to sustained pads and snatches of birdsong. Gliding, smooth and dappled with light and shade, it's the sound of an endless autobahn journey through the heart of a dense forest. 'A Complex Network Of Flaws' and '3 Thoughts' both sit on lo-fi rhythms created from a bricolage of eclectic sounds. In a time before CDJ loop buttons and stone-cold arrangement techniques, bonus beats and beat records were a vital tool for aspiring, working and tone-deaf DJs. The third release in an unofficial beat-tracks sublabel (se Redshape and Todd Osborn for further reference) 'Rhythm Trainx Vol 1 tries to breathe new life into that lost craft with an all-star cast: Manuel Tur, I:Cube, Blank Spanner, Disco Nihilist, Âme and Radio Slave. All in different BPM, varying styles and (un)fortunately a bit more than simple kick-drum-hi-hat patterns. Built to last.

The debut release, 'Just A Little' sees Niggemann explore a chunky tech house aesthetic, precise analogue drum programming and gnarly melodies. Narrated by a late night House mantra and punctuated by full bodied synth work, 'Just A Little' is destined for the more discerning floors.

Bolstering the original are two well executed remixes from fellow scene stalwarts, Glimpse and Steve Bug. Poker Flat boss Bug's mix adds a metallic shine and sleazy edge to proceedings, whilst Glimpse employs his trademark heavy set, stripped back grooves, coated in layers of gritty atmosphere and off-kilter processing.

A strong release that forms the foundations of what is set to become the go-to label for authentic House and Techno, Alex Niggemann showcases his production prowess alongside his A&R nous.

Escapism Musique continues the vinyl series with an EP from the greek, Hamburg based, dj and producer, Boronas (Visionquest / Suruba / Claap). Fake Romance gathers a mix of feelings, introducing the first original with slow deep sounds and the second one with more cheering and stimulating tones.
Nikola Gala (Escada Music / Ibadan / Rekids) and Nico Puestel (Ponsactrilau / SOSO / Pimprinella) revitalize the originals with two ecstatic remixes that complete the EP and make it perfect for the dancefloor. Enjoy!

Fatima Yamaha's first release ' A girl Between Two Worlds' (2004), including the masterpiece 'What's a Girl to Do' has been lingering since it first came out. The story of 'What's Girl to Do' is nearly as brilliant as the song itself. It took almost a decade until the world acknowledged the tracks brilliance. After being sampled by Hudson Mohawke on his 2015 album 'Lantern' and much demand, it is finally been reissued on Magnetron Music alongside Dekmantel . Only now in 2015 her debut album 'Imaginary Lines' is awaiting release.

Fatima Yamaha is not only the creator of this music, she is also the subject of it. Each song

Jorge Savoretti delivers an array of intuitive cuts in his debut album 'Triskelion' this summer, the first album to land on his vinyl label Savor Music.

Born and raised in Argentina, Savoretti began DJing at a young age and quickly picked up an accomplished residency at El So´tano as a teenager. Before long Savoretti got involved in the studio, dropping his debut release 'Frozen' on Argentine label Igloo to inaugurate a discography now boasting Oslo, Drumma, Esperanza, Lawler's VIVa Music and Hawtin's M- nus. 2011 saw him launch Savor Music, a vinyl imprint that has so far hosted the likes of Felipe Valenzuela, Martinez, Franco Cinelli as well as fellow founder Cape.

'Triskelion is an album composed of different musical landscapes based on diverse influences that I have had since first listening to underground house/techno in Argentina in the 90s' says Savoretti on the album. 'It's what I've experienced throughout my 'techno' history reflected in the present and also a new starting point of what's coming up in the future - European/American influences touched by Latin feelings.'

These eclectic landscapes are vivid from the off as Savoretti instigates his album with a downtempo cut named 'Minigang Love' before following a dubby direction in 'Chrystalis'. He then injects purring basslines and a dose of rhythm in the likes of 'Jardin Av' and 'Lovejack' until spectral synths and heady grooves appear in 'Souljack' and 'Silb Ando'.

'Cuban Dreams' focuses on a stripped back approach with its subtle rimshot and tantalising hook, before ethereal house appears in the form of 'Revolution' to later be joined by an innovative display of synths in 'Simple Acid'. Atmospherics and otherworldly pads are the focal point in 'Song For Konamita', whilst title track 'Triskelion' saunters along gently, until 'Aurora Borealis' concludes the album with a cinematic crescendo.

The bi-product of collective experiences in clubs, dusty basements, and on public transportation, Chem Club Records is a label showcasing the parallel relationship between introverted House/Techno and dance floor chaos. Greatly influenced by time spent roaming parties in New Jersey, Amsterdam, Brooklyn and the Bay Area, Chem Club holds no allegiance to one place as we try to capture the meaning of the modern wandering Techno nomad and the sounds that fill their heads.

Kazak sees Swaab return to Wrong State, presenting one of his most direct and intense workouts to date, following recent releases on Voltaire Music, Push-Push, Jesus Was Black and Recovery Tech. Grunting bass drives along one of his typically stomping grooves, metallic atonal synths giving the track an icy cool. Subtle dashes of infectious percussion increase the track's energy, with a big atmospheric break allowing some hypnotic FX to take centre stage. It's a heady, dark ride that carries a lot of weight without ever overbearing.

Marcman's rework is the most upbeat of the package, bringing the swinging groove that saw him release on Adult Only, Bass Culture and Love Letters From Oslo and marrying it to seductive female vocal refrains and deft switches in rhythmic percussion. Nervmusic's Denis Kaznacheev supplies a disorienting, woozy remix reminiscent of Villalobos in his deepest moments, mysterious newcomer Chasing Blondes provides a charismatic acid workout that recalls early Winx, while Romania's Horatio (Natural Rhythm, Quanticman Records and Waldliebe Familien) also plumps for a dab of acid but delivers in a far more soft, deep and tripped-out manner on his contemplative ride through slow-burning grooves.

Russia's Denis Kaznacheev continues his explorations into warped minimal techno with his latest release on the burgeoning Wrong State Recordings.

Cheerful Gait To The Wicked Witch is an immersive 14+ minute journey into his scientist-like mind, bubbling away unhurriedly like a slow-cooking lab experiment. From the metallic sounds of the intro, we build through wooden snares and mystifying bass tones, the percussive energy building gradually in layers. Abstract sounds fly in and out of the mix at will, the patient listener rewarded as the track unfolds and plunges in different directions.

Greece's Kreon provides a throbbing, bouncing remix, with subby thumps and muted tinges of haunting piano working at opposite ends of the scale. Snappy percussion licks away at this undulating, murky rhythm, and the overall effect is like tech house stripped down to its very barest bones.

The radio is a memory machine. It is an airborne exchange of information between celestial host and terrestrial audience. Radio is a medium which configures collective cognition through mass media, harmonizing voice and anonymous ear. The magic radio exists in its connectivity.

For many in their formative years. This connection occurs within the emancipated preserve of the college radio. Beats in Space began and perseveres in the preserve, though its reach now extends beyond campus to wider culture. As a student, Tim Sweeney began broadcasting on WNYU in 1999. Twelve years later, Sweeney created a label under the same name, preserving waveform memories permanently to wax.

BIS001-020 is a compilation surveying the first twenty Beats in Space Records releases. In keeping with the sensibility coveted by Sweeney during his time on air, it's clear what makes these releases harmonious. Theses an attitude: a little bit rude, but softened with sensitivity. There is a sense of motion narrative and duration: a dedication to crescendo, a theatricality that never yawns. An appreciation for melody, but no at the expense of propulsive percussive textures.

Appleblim and October — two key figures in the Bristol electronic music scene — reunite forces to deliver 'Other Side of The Sky' for Tempa.

A melodic and cycling kick drum and sub-bass pattern propels the spectral, white-noise hiss of the Original Mix forward on side A.

Appleblim breaks apart and refixes the track for his remix found on the flip, in a style reminiscent of label mates Horsepower Productions — all dubbed-out tape echo and amped up paranoia.

Delicious music to lean back to, enjoy and let that special swing inside your ears. A mix between relaxing summer vibes and absolutely danceable floor sounds is awaiting you! The b-side is hosting also a delicious remix of "Hello Darling" from the good guys of Super Flu!

British imprint Act Natural drops 'She Loves It' by East End Dubs this January, comprising four
original cuts from the London based producer.
East Ends Dubs is most notably known for his imprint of the same name, releasing a series of limited colour
vinyl EP's and digital releases 'East End Dubs 001-006', seeing in chart support and praise from the likes of
George Morel and Rhadow. Here he joins Act Natural's roster alongside the likes of Alex Arnout, Adam
Shelton, Huxley and Matt Tolfrey.
Title track 'She Loves It' opens the release here, a deep, sub-bass driven cut with sensual, sleazy vocal
chops worked in, uttering 'I Love It' and 'Fantasy'. Shuffling drums meander around the groovy bass licks and
ever-evolving atmospherics smoothly as East End Dubs manipulates the melodic elements to create a
cavernous, intense depth.

Next up is 'Stranger', dropping the tempo slightly Dubs applies an amalgamation of percussion, drawn out
dub-delays on the synthesized parts and filter modulation throughout the structure to mold together a moody
drum driven workout.

'Make Some' follows, taking on a stripped-back form the percussive elements lead the way here. Weighty
drums lie at the forefront while a warm deep house pad softly flourishes in the hidden depths. A gritty
electronic bass is introduced to the latter stages rounding off the cut as an effortlessly sleek deep-house slow
bloomer.

To close the release East End Dubs turns in 'Charlie Foxtrot', embracing a dark aesthetic with punchy synth
stabs, elongated delays and a bubbling background foundation. The London based producer applies subtle
automation to the hooky feel of the track to build tension and keep things motivated and stirring, resulting in a
3am heads down groove.

Inmotion Music welcomes Chilean born Felipe Venegas Felipe Venegas. Polarize EP brings a excellent four tracker, a deep driving, journey of hypnotic madness chuggy grooves and delicate percussions galore. On remix duties we welcome Germans Dorian Paic who delivers a wicked minimal rework.

Following a few remixes, as well as "Luna" - an original contribution to the Moon Harbour In House Vol.4 compilation earlier this year - veteran techno producer Guido Schneider steps up for a first full EP on the label. One of the tracks sees him team up with old friend Florian Schirmacher, with whom Guido produced as Glowing Glisses, a much loved minimal and tech project who had many great releases on Steve Bug's Poker Flat over a decade ago. "In The Toilet" - alongside Schirmacher - opens the EP with a devilishly detailed sound design: panning FX, echoing claps and plenty of different metallic sounds fill the airwaves as hidden little synth lines grow louder and louder with time. When the wavy, dubby groove is fully formed, a soulful male vocal stops things being overly synthetic and keeps you locked in place until right at the end. The same track gets a remix by Highgrade's Philip Bader, who turns it into a choppier, more anxious and loopy tech house cut full of glassy shards and dramatic cymbals. "Hanna" features more abstract digital sounds, scrapings and clicks, but this time a heavy, flabby kick drum underpins them all and a cheeky sense of funk rises throughout as the micro sounds continue to dot out complex rhythms around an airy vocal hook

well known for their unique concepts and ideas, Steyoyoke continues to surge forward and launches yet another annual vinyl project. 'Couple Affair' is both innovative and exciting, as it channels all the skills and talent already residing within the label. Two artists are paired together to collaborate on one track, allowing Steyoyoke to streamline their skills and co produce freely within the realms of the family. The outcome is four polished originals, all exclusively created for the Steyoyoke 'Couple Affair' vinyl series.
 
'Couple Affair 01' sees Nick Devon teamed up with BLANCAh, Dahu with MPathy and Soul Button works along side both, Nick Devon and BLANCAh, for a collaboration with each of them. 

Soul Button & BLANCAh kick things off with 'Rising Silence', an unmistakably simple track that is beautifully balanced between dreamy synth lines, clean hitting drums and layers of snappy high hats. It's hauntingly delicate with embellishments of intensity and emotional longing.

The 'Shattered' collaboration shows Dahu staying true to his roots and reveals MPathy's more sinister side. Infiltrated with a strong techno presence, this track also carries a subtle progression to it, which is built upon a tapestry of dark chord progressions and murky soundscapes.

The Soul Button & Nick Devon partnership gives birth to 'Fading Light', a wholesome melodic track which is generously crafted with that ever present and distinguished Steyoyoke sound.  Alluringly, hypnotic and almost trance inducing, this track is all-consuming and confines you to place of refined aural pleasures.

The last duo of artists to team up are Nick Devon & BLANCAh with their creation 'Harmstrings'. Well defined by its vigorous energy, 'Harmstrings' is the type of track that induces a heightened sense of mystery and broodiness. The melody is both dark and ominous, with a backdrop of swirling synths and stabbing percussion.

Lighthearted yet focused, taking inspiration from the most random of sources and trusting their intuition. Ahead of the release of his first full length album on the label, Moon Harbour regular Sven
Tasnadi serves up a first single from it. As well as his original, globally recognised DJ and
producer Doorly and Danish talent Christian Nielsen both turn out compelling remixes.

Over the years, Sven has released many essential EPs for the Moon Harbour label as well as
sister imprint Cargo Edition. Someone who favours the deeper end of the spectrum, his clued-
up DJ sets reflect that and so too will his excellent forthcoming album.

The original he serves up here is 'My Groove,' a firmly rooted and solid bit of house music with
classically inclined vocal chants by Gjeazon from Crazy like a Fox records, that recall Eddie
Amador's biggest cut. Subtle details embellish the groove and make it all the more standout,
and those deep looping basslines really pull you into the middle of the track, which also has airy
hi hats and a sleazy sense of funk.

The first remix comes from Afterparty founder, Rinse FM radio host, former Usher tour DJ,
Southern Fried affiliate and Pioneer collaborator Doorly, who also runs his own Pigeon Hole
label. His remix smooths out the kinks and simmers a grainy groove for seven shuffling,
seductive minutes. Rolling effects and a big breakdown are sure to make for some fist pumping
moments in the club.

Last to remix is Play It Down producer and foremost Danish DJ Christian Nielsen. He does so
with an increased sense of urgency and his track hits that bit harder as a result, all thanks to a
dirty down low bassline that just rolls and rolls.

'Get Real' is the new project from legendary producers, Green Velvet & Claude VonStroke. The pair, hailing from Chicago and Detroit, headed out on the road together for a string of shows at the tail end of 2015. Get Real was born and VonStroke was soon heading to Green Velvet's Chicago studio to work on new music. The result of that trip is the debut Get Real EP featuring two slices of amazing future funk from two creative giants.
