Picture this: Cris Cassara's sizzling hot French disco house bomb 'La Vela' all looped to perfection and topped off with a 'to die for' lead melody that sounds as if it came straight out of a classic Ingrid Bergman movie filmed at the French Riviera.

Now take a deep breath as Monsoon Season enlists the fantastic vocal talents of Evelyn Joyce to create the beautiful, melancholic pearl 'You'.
All this before Pole Jam Vinyl all-stars Deep Sound Express & Raha combine once again to reveal another deep vocal house smasher.

Finally, hailing from the magical city of Izhevsk is Eclectic Sound's 'Forever Young', a deep, synth-laden floor filler that rounds off Pole Jam Vinyl's third release in mighty fine style.

There is no rest for Constant Sound, because the label quickly follows up top tracks and remixes from the likes of Paolo Rocco, Nail and Steve O'Sullivan with this new offering from Constant, aka the boss men themselves, namely Jon Woodall and Burnski. It also comes with remixes from Blackhall & Bookless, S.A.M and A Scott.

The Constant pair are well versed in house music in all its guises, both as DJ and producers, and it shows once again here. Their first cut, 'Dub Life', is a slithering, slippery and frictionless house roller with tunnelling percussive patterns, restless drums and myriad synth smears that really pull you down into a seductive groove. Subtle vocals add character and ensure this one will keep 'floors locked for days.

Acclaimed London based, Geordie raised duo Blackhall & Bookless then step up. As well as running their own night and label under the Jaunt banner, they play all over Europe and Ibiza so are well travelled talents. Their remix is a fired up, peak time techno leaning bomb with barreling kicks, ravey stabs and Detroit referencing pads that really grab your attention.

The S.A.M. reshape then offers up elastic, spaced out deep house vibes with airy hi hats, lots of height in the drums and plenty of feeling in the slithering synth lines that lace up the track. Closing out the package is a remix from returning label artist A Scott, who appeared on the second EP alongside Chad and once again impresses here. His fine remix is a lovably flabby and cavernous track with oodles of reverb, rattling train track like grooves and atmospheric pads that swirl all around you as you drift in his air beats. It rounds out another assured and accomplished package from Constant Sound.

FBK aka Kevin Kennedy is a hardworking man, be it battling computers and machines when producing music or when going out there and getting job done. In either case, one things is certain - theres no messin' around. He's also one half of 'The Fallen' a duo performing live, showcasing their love for banging darker industrial/wave inspired techno. His pal James Johnson aka Plural, artist with release on legendary Metroplex label last year, provided great remix on this latest EP by Kevin under his FBK moniker for Barba Records. All three original tracks are long building, big room, grooving stompers with a lot of emotions that would fit in various sets pretty much at any time. To keep things entirely 'D' footed, the legend, the man of weird, beautiful, unique and reduced techno world - Terrence Dixon rounds things up with his hypnotic re-interpretation of title track.

Zwei neue Gesichter die sich in der Telekollegen Familie verwirklichen sind Felkon & Fröhlich. "The Move" ist ihre erste gemeinsame EP. Mit ihren Melodien, die einen einfangen und nicht mehr loslassen, können sie hier zweifellos die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich lenken.

Geschmeidig nimmt der Original Track seine Fahrt auf und gleitet mit einem fetten 808 Beat über die Oberfläche. Von Anfang an stimmt der Groove und die hypnotisierende Pianosequenz im Zusammenspiel mit dem Vokal und macht damit den besonderen Reiz des Tracks aus.

Eine Spur deeper, zeigt sich die Interpretation vom Jakemode Artist Mario Aureo. Ein schiebendes Beatgerüst und eine hypnotisierende Hookline, die Raum hat sich durchgehend zu entwickeln, machen den Track zu einem Sahnehäubchen im Gesamtpaket!

Zum Schluss lassen Toni Haupt & Daniel Archut die Rakete noch mal richtig starten. Ihr Remix ist gewohnt druckvoll und mit einer ordentlichen Portion Groove. Hände hoch und Bewegung, denn "The Move" hat das Zeug zum Clubhit.

Tracklist CD

Summer 2014 saw the release of Anton Pieete's 'The News', an eight track selection that further cemented his new musical path. Raw, powerful productions that matched the classic sounds of early Detroit and Chicago, with the future leanings of Anton's own production tastes and techniques.

The News was an instant hit with his peers, drawing a tidal wave compliments and club support. It was some of those same supporters that Rejected have looked to when drawing up their wish list for this exciting remix release.

UK sensation Mosca was first on board, having been an early fan of the originals. He chose to take on the deep, mysterious and somewhat spooky 'Next Year', with the Not So Much boss toughening and twisting the original with reversed sweeps in an elongated beatless opening that leaves us feverishly anticipating the drop of the first kick drum, at four and half minutes.

Fellow Dutchman Tom Ruijg goes to work on the title track. Relegating the original's dominant synth chords he strips things back, only to rebuild as a tense, minimal and mysterious techno outing. Anton himself joins forces with Awanto 3, layering their wonderful vocal lick over the original to give it a fresh and addictive new face for the summer.

Detroit's own, Rolando, also takes on The News. Feeling at home with those home-town synths he pulls them further within his remix, filtering things down whilst pushing his beats and snare to the fore. Still keeping things deep Rolando creates an impressive and essential rework of Anton's original.

Ripperton turn's Baikal's Why Don't Ya into a 14 minute epic.

Maeve is the record label run by three close friends, Mano Le Tough, The Drifter and Baikal. With over a year passing since Maeve 01, they are back with a bang.
Maeve 02 consists of two versions of Baikal's "Why Don't Ya" from friends of the label, Ripperton and Dixon.
Ripperton turn's Baikal's Why Don't Ya into a 14 minute epic.
While Dixon gives Ripperton's remix his concise edit treatment on the flip.
The tracks have had huge responses worldwide and have appeared on Dixon's BBC Essential Mix and Sasha's Mixmag Mix.

Next up on Moon Harbour is a pair of label debutants in the form of prolific German Turk producer Butch, and Be As One label regular Gel Abril. Together they cook up a pair of enticing
tech house cuts that get remixed by Re.You, who himself released on the label back in 2014.

Butch has been active for years, has collaborated with the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and has served up tons of killer hits that have kept people all over the world dancing non stop. Israeli Gel
Abril has also released a consistently inventive stream of EPs in the tech house mould and
together this pair really excel.

Up first, 'Juice Machine' is a barreling cut with pinging drums that ride up and down in infectious style. Carefully treated vocals echo up top and add a dub flavour as subtle rave horns and old
school motifs also colour the groove. When remixed by Re.You, the track becomes a more
subdued, deeper cut with spraying synths and a sense of late night paranoia in the grooves.

Lastly, 'Badass Acid' is a minimal cut with warm pads, hiccuping sine waves and a growing sense of synthetic tension. It's a masterful bit of slow burning craftsmanship that has icy hi hats
to die for.

With this excellent EP, Moon Harbour once again widen their sonic remit and welcome some truly tastemaking talents to the label.

Following recent releases on Nick Curly's 8 BIT and Steve Bug's Poker Flat imprints respectively, Carlos joins the Electronique family for his latest EP instantly hitting the mark with some chunky Tech House grooves across the 2 original cuts.

5 October 2015 will see the launch of self-distributed Munich based record label Àlden, with 001 - Satellite EP - coming from label bosses Cocolores and Maurice Paloni. Àlden Records itself aims to be a wider picture of interesting music, out of which every release will be a close-up into a different style. With an artist roster that will move from techno to experimental-pop, piano improvisations to old-school hip hop, the label will look to define it's very own genre from within.
The artwork for Àlden #001 is part of a larger chalk drawing by Berlin's highly regarded painter Carsten Fock. Different close-ups of the abstract pastel-coloured painting will be used to cover the artwork of each release illustrating the music of the record label Àlden as a never ending musical experience led by the passion of creating something unforeseen.

DENIS A. the first and only artist from Russia, performed at the events BEDROCK Label.

Efdemin is back on Dial Records with his third full-length album DECAY, following his self-titled debut in 2007 and CHICAGO, in 2010. Once again he offers a stunningly seductive stream of music written in his very own hand. After three years of extensive touring as a DJ, Phillip Sollmann took the chance to compose his third album under his Efdemin moniker while spending three months in an artist residency in Kyoto, Japan. Living next to the Kamo river, surrounded by temples, shrines and the ever-present blue mountains, he started working in the late summer, facing typhoons and intensive heat, and finished the album in the early mild days of winter. Thus mainly assembled in autumn, his favourite season of year, the ten tracks on "Decay" express the paradoxical relationship between beauty and decay. The production procedure was a dichotomous one. Recording was done in his recently finished new Berlin-Wedding studio, "The Meadow," mostly on analog equipment, while the final production took place in Japan. The result is an album of intriguing rigour and a certain beauty hidden within. It marks a big step towards the deeper side of techno and lets many of his early influences in 90s techno shine through (from early Cologne minimalism, M-plant and Axis to Terrence Dixon) as well as his love for drone music. Although at a first glance it might seem that this album is a somehow more distant and less melodic than the previous output, it provides the full unique range of Efdemin's vocabulary, which he is known and loved for. Decay sounds in certain parts like a of process of correction, revaluation and re-alignment, making room for new thing to come. There is beauty within decay.

The Opilec Music label has once again cooked up a very special new project for its next EP: 'Dirty Talk' is a remake of the classic '80s Italo disco, proto-house tune by Klein & M.B.O. and has been produced by label boss I-Robots.
The release comes with a Club Version made by I-Robots together with the Piatto Brothers, Alessandro & Davide, who bring a truly authentic Italo sound to the project with the use of the same vintage hardware utilised on the original (Roland SH1, Roland 808 etc). Davide Piatto was part of seminal act N.O.I.A., was the musician that provided the guitar & synth lines and all the electronic programming on the original 1982 version and was behind the Klein & M.B.O. productions along with Mario Boncaldo (r.i.p.) and Tony Carrasco.
The original recording featured the vocals of Italian pop singer Rossana Casale and this vocal mix alongside the ever popular instrumental played a key part in the formation of Chicago fledgling House music sound. For this re-imaging I-Robots decided to update it and contacted cult disco soul singer, Donna McGhee of The Fatback Band, The Phreek and Universal Robot Band to provide a stunning new vocal.
The club version is a dazzling bit of cosmic, lovably retro sounding disco-house with lush arps, sombre chords and seductive vocals from McGhee. Arranged and produced faithfully like the original, this is sure to once again grab the's world's attention.
The Virgo Four original version (a digital only track) is a more modern sounding, deeper and stripped back house cut with driving rubbery drums and bouncy melodies, whilst the I-Robots Reconstruction is a deep and atmospheric, almost spiritual version, with whispered vocals, standout melodies and tons of colour in its grooves.
This very special release is a collectors' edition that very much charts the earliest roots of Chicago house music. A remix Ep will follow soon with reworks by Gene Hunt and Radio Slave.

DEBUT ALBUM KNOCKIN' BOOTS RELEASED ON 7TH AUGUST 2015 ON BROADWALK RECORDS Bristol-born, London-based producer Julio Bashmore will release his debut album, Knockin' Boots on 7th August. Released on BASHMORE'S own BROADWALK RECORDS, KNOCKIN BOOTS is the culmination of five years of intensive experimentation and honing of the BASHMORE sound: an ultra-vivid, totally authentic, raw and rowdy house music record that keeps the dirt and the soul of the music intact.
The album features a host of collaborations with new vocal talents, with BASHMORE joined by the likes of SAM DEW ('Holding On'), BIXBY ('Let Me Be Your Weakness', 'Kong'), J'DANNA ('Rhythm of Auld', 'Simple Love'), JULIE MENDOZA ('She Aint'), OKMALUMKOOLKAT ('Umuntu') and SEVEN DAVIS JR. ('For Your Love') across the twelve tracks.

Recorded in the main at RED BULL STUDIOS in LONDON, where BASHMORE was given free reign throughout 2014 as their Artist in Residence, KNOCKIN' BOOTS will be the first ever album release on BROADWALK RECORDS. Since launching three years ago, the label has gone from strength to strength with a string of forward-thinking, underground single releases from the likes of VELOUR, MADDSLINKY, FUNKINEVEN, SHANTI CELESTE, KOWTON and, of course, BASHMORE himself.

Marking the first output of Cymasonic's offshot vinyl-only label and collabaration with Subwax Distribution, the Balder EP is a two-hundred copy, hand stamped entry into the world of Cymawax. There's no better way to start than with four quality tracks of hot and crunchy Norwegian techno with soul by Trulz & Robin, under their new moniker for otherworldly machine sounds: Ksmisk. The duo from Oslo have been a force in Norway's electronic music scene for over two decades, but their current project is set to bend and exceed all expectations. The title track makes full use of spacial effects to create the kind of landscape deserving of the cavernous exchange of industrial rooms or the breathing walls of smaller sweatboxes. Its energetic arpeggiation carries the driving, raw bass line home. Less linear and more neurotic, "Jonson" squelches its way into existence. Next, "Water" is as fluid as the name suggests, using deep, delayed dub chords to sustain listeners during its eight minute life. Finally, the release ends on "Tehjerk" which is full of electricity, heavily charged with distortion and powerful drums before opening up into a euphoric waterfall of melodies. It's fitting that this chronicle should end up pressed onto wax, a monument to the physical launch of Cymawax and Trulz & Robin presenting Ksmisk.

Dreader UK pressure from Bristol via London on PAN affiliate Beneath's Mistry label, coined for his peers and like-minded bass cadets. The label's 4th drop is Laksa's first, framing the ruggedest UK house sounds with red-eyed night vision. 'Draw For The' strides over the A-side with drunken master style; all sloshing subs and roiling drums inna cold and brittle echo chamber style.
B-side, 'Baded' drops the tempo a few notches but brings up the celsius at the same time, finding a woozy sub-tropical swagger in its hard surfaces and synthetic bird calls, whilst 'Touchdown' forges a killer sort of bleep techno mutation hingeing on roving subs synched with sub-aquatic cowbells and body-scanning pads to counter the EP's icier aspects. Mikron are two English brothers, Michael & Ciaran Corcoran, living in Australia. Returning to CPU with their L.P. (CD/Digital) & E.P (Vinyl) Warning Score.

Mikron's love of melody and pattern are very much at the forefront with every track full of great hooks and rhythms. The album takes you on a journey through various sub genres all delivered with careful execution and enviable studio mastery.

The title track 'Warning Score' is forged from an acid bassline with Mikron's signature saturated drums, which begs for a big room / system.

You'll find plenty of analogue action throughout, along with some downtempo IDM affairs. Prepare yourself for dark, moody and bass-heavy electronics.

Nick Höppners Folk wirkt wie eines jener raren Alben, das man auch in zehn Jahren noch auflegen wird, und es wird genau so relevant klingen, wie es das heute tut. Es gibt Musik zu hören auf Folk - eigenwillige Stücke, die den großen Kontinent von Techno- und House-Music abschreiten. A Series Of Shocks" is the second solo album from accomplished Berlin based producer Tobias Freund.

Continuing his exploration into "non-standard" electronic music, and expanding on the rich sound palette charted in his first LP, "Leaning Over Backwards" (2011, Ostgut Ton), this new chapter presents 10 versatile tracks taking us ever further into the purist, evolving sonic world of Tobias. A warm wash of synthetics begins it all with opener "Entire", a lush synthesiser sequence with additional contributions from NSI.'s Max Loderbauer, the track casually flaunts the sheer depth of sound and sense of space awaiting the listener. Varied, playfully contrasting moods then follow, with great finesse and an ever-present attention to detail. Freund's live shows, where the use of either the Roland TR-808 or TR-909 has become an integral part, have clearly played a role in the development of the Tobias. sound manifesto, and a large proportion of "A Series Of Shocks" has the 4/4 structure at its "Heartbeat" - indeed track two takes this as its namesake, in a submerged and tense exercise. Exceptions to that steady throb are also a joy to be found, with the frenetic techno syncopations of "Testcard" offering an early moment of broken-beat hypnosis, and later excursions into breaks like the euphoric "Cursor Item Only" or the brash dub of "If" prove there are indeed complex systems at work. Reaching for more energetic zones, fans of classic Tobias. jams like "Street Knowledge" or "Dial" will be pleased to find several well-honed and on-target club tracks, like the textural "Instant", "He Said", or the more meditative, but no less visceral "Ya Po". Snaking, arpeggiated synth patterns are Freund's go-to tool to build paranoid, yet at once funky and complex moments of mystery. Repeat listening will reward the listener by unearthing even more subtleties beneath these undulating elements. For an album produced largely with machines, the end result is in fact anything but rigid; a multitude of dynamics breathe life into every track. Synth elements swim in tension, build and recede with grace, and intertwine themselves into oblivion. Warm, natural drums state their presence, but do not overpower, letting the sum of the parts create the power, rather than merely the kick alone. The resonant sting of "The Scheme of Things", matched with its smooth undertones illustrates this perfectly.

With clarity of sound and a conscious mind to allow each element its place, Tobias. has found a maturity and a true art in controlling the lively dance of the constituent parts. A master at the mix-down, everything gels; nothing is left in-concluded. This sense of togetherness continues until the very final bars of "Fast Null" leaving us in a suspended moment of wonder, and appreciation.

What becomes apparent is that this album carries not only sixty-one and a half minutes of inventive contemporary electronic music, but also decades of experience, knowledge and passion for an artform that can only grow through the work of activists such as Tobias Freund.

The latest various artists EP from Fuse London's 'Infuse' imprint features labels stalwarts Rich NxT & Seb Zito kicking things off with the deep and moody 'Serve' whilst Pat Ondebaak's 'One' delves deeper still with it's deliciously hypnotic vibe.
On the flip, Ant & Ferro up the energy levels a notch with the quirky little roller 'Toasted' and rounding off the ep, Inner provides ' Mascota Arlechin', a fresh tech tinged groove.

Vince Watson is next up on the Amsterdam based label Indigo Aera with a collection of tracks from his peerless archives. All were produced in the late 90s and early 00s and two have been previously released under his V-Phorms alias on the British Native label, but four others are never before heard gems. Scotsman Watson, of course, has been releasing tough house, acid and techno under many different names since the 90s. Currently releasing on Planet E, Poker Flat, Cocoon, Ovum and Yoruba and has recorded for Delsin and Tresor in the past. He has constantly evolved his sound so that he has tried, and succeeded, at making just about everything. Here he serves up some classic hi tek soul.

In seinen eigenen Produktionen tobt er sich filigran und ausgetüftelt im Genre House aus.

After the first Monotonik Records release the imprint is presenting the next long awaited 'Mirror' EP, performed by Ukrainian artists who are well known both in Ukraine and far outside of it - Qbeck & The Maneken.
Qbeck is the producer with the likes of Tale Of Us, M.A.N.D.Y., Droog, Maceo Plex, Luciano, Solomun and many more who must be known for underground electronic sound fans of the world with his collaboration with Julia Govor which was out on Seth Troxler's Visionquest label, Amam Records EP with Mihai Popoviciu and Hooved remixes to start talking about the discography.
The Maneken - the Multi-instrumentalist who is known for his extraordinary and bright live perfomances of various genres with using of huge amount of equipment and own voice reveals his vocal skills this time.
Immensely weighed groove with hardware taste of the original mix will surely find its place on the dj booth.
Remixers of the release are the artists who don't need to be described.
Mexican duo Climbers (Get Physical, OFF Recordings, My Favorite Robot Records) makes his own vision more powerful with progressive elements, still sounding solid for big dancefloors though.
Italian producer FreakMe - Diynamic records scarlet, also Get Physical artist - shows his absolute and refined style in his remix - slow and organic.
Brazilian artist Re Dupre - Monotonik Records' resident - closes the EP with his low groove version.
Watch out for a label to find quality underground music.
