For their 12th release, Fasaan Recordings has dug deep into the techno underground of Malmö and found the drum machine anthems of Frankie Twilight.
Not your usual techno producer, the woman behind this Alan Vega-esque alias does not subscribe to any genre definitions. Having played in a Berlin-based punk band as well as acting as resident DJ at a members only 78 rpm jazz club, to say her tastes are diverse is quite an understatement. The DIY spirit is however a red thread throughout the 4 tracks of her Synergy EP for Fasaan.
As her technical set-up is plain to see on the sleeve itself, the feverish live jams that form the base of these tracks comes off as raw and undiluted. Sometimes they are weighted down with the moody blues of numbing synth chords, like on "My Opal Gems" and "Coral Desires". Sometimes they're frying in the squelch of a classic acid bath, like on "Dizzmol".
All the while, the deranged funk of her playful rhythm patterns will surely see you crawling towards a concrete basement after sunset, contorting your body to fit your limbs into the grooves or sulking in a corner breathing in all of its gothic glory.

Mow Records proudly presents L’enfants De Kita, the third album from a series of five, all produced by label owner Mowgan. Each album features vocalists and performers with African heritage, channeling Mowgan’s passion for the continent’s diverse sounds into vibrant, highly emotive productions. On L’enfants De Kita he teams up with Fanta Sayon Sissoko, a female performer from West African nation Mali. Based in Toulouse, where the album was recorded, Fanta’s musical roots go deep - her father played guitar and ngoni for Baaba Maal and her grandmother is Kandia Kouyaté, one of Mali’s best-known griot singers.
Mowgan always dreamed of working with a female singer from Mali, enchanted by their vocal style. After moving back to France a few years ago he bumped into Eric Diaouré, an old friend who he worked with in his teens. Eric is also a musician and just so happens to be from Mali. Mowgan revealed his ambitions to Eric and a meeting with Fanta was arranged - within a few days they were in the studio together.
Like the other albums in this series, L’enfants De Kita is a fusion of Mowgan’s love for African music and his penchant for electronic sounds. Fanta’s raw, affecting vocals are complemented by Mowgan’s considered production throughout with additional instrumentation from a range of performers, including a group of schoolchildren on ‘Tubani’. Featured artists include Solo Sanou (whose album ‘Soya’ was the second release on Mow Records) playing percussion, Mamadou ‘Madou’ Dembele, a multi-instrumentalist who plays ngoni, Yohan Hernandez on guitar and bass plus Madani Touré aka Chanana (a famous Malian rapper from the nineties) contributing to lead vocals on the album’s title track, with Tim Xavier handling mastering.
Mowgan’s approach to creating albums is to get a vibe going with the singer, produce a batch of songs and then select the best seven for each LP. It’s a pressure-free attitude that has led to some truly heartfelt productions, which encapsulate the purity of the creative process when it’s liberated from rigid constraints. You can hear this freedom of expression throughout L’enfants De Kita, Fanta in her element as she sings with passion and grace across all seven tracks.
The album begins with the title song ‘L’enfants De Kita’, which pays homage to Fanta’s hometown, Kita, in Mali. It is the centre of griotism, the local style of passing on knowledge from one generation to the next via spoken-word storytelling. Chanana joins Fanta on this one, which is the most ‘western’ sounding cut on the LP, Mowgan’s deft touch taking us to the dance floor, while Chanana adds extra depth with his rapid-fire vocal refrain. The glorious ‘Tubani’ tells the story of Djene Tubani, a girl who thought she was a bird. She disobeys her parents and neglects her friends, but eventually learns the error of her ways. Fanta’s vocals are amplified by the voices of a group of schoolchildren, including her own daughter.
‘Mobaya’ is a reminder that we can possess wisdom and deep knowing, but we can also enjoy ourselves; dance, sing and party. This is a club-focused production with 4x4 beats and a traditional house feel, which provide a wonderful accompaniment to Fanta’s uplifting vocals. Next up is ‘Dakan’, a cut which is all about destiny: Everyone has been put on Earth for a reason and by working together we can all achieve our destiny. Layers of percussion skip over the warm low end, with a lively trumpet appearing in the second half.
‘Dounouya’ explores the notion that we live in a world where everyone faces negative criticism. Fanta encourages us to take responsibility and move forward no matter what others think of us with this inspiring guitar-led cut. ‘Djonya’ highlights the fact that slavery still exists in today’s world - modern slavery, hidden from public view but still very much alive. “Our Africa is going to be okay if we all hold hands, if we are all together, all united,” she says. Finally,‘Badeya’, a great outtro which focuses on unity. We are all one family on this planet and this song speaks of people coming together but also respecting ourselves above everything else. The pace is slow and the instrumentation perfectly balanced to allow Fanta’s vocals to flourish.

It was Memorial Day Weekend 2016, and the sun shined bright over the Detroit River. Pontchartrain stepped up to the decks at the Red Bull stage at Movement Electronic Music Festival donning his infamous "Detroit vs. Itself" t-shirt. His first song through the Rane rotary mixer was a dubplate made specifically for his set: “Afterlife”. It’s a brilliantly executed balearic daytime disco rework that warrants the praise of summer anthem that it’s earning.
On the flip is “Pool”, an equally sunny slomo beatdown rework from Blair French. It's a delightful blend of cerebral and soulful, and is finally getting a release after being originally championed by Peter Croce on his Le Mellotron Paris set back in early 2018.
This 7" is pressed heavy and cut loud at 33.3 RPM with a normal non-dinked hole.

Full Pupp is 15 years old and we’re marking the occasion by inviting old and new friends to contribute a track each. Doc L Junior from Tromsø returns to our shores with a track that took us 15 years to get our hands on. Blackbelt Andersen made this fun little track for him to play out, now you can too. Bjørn was the first person I asked for music when I started the Full Pupp’s precursor label “Tamburin". It’s a true pleasure to finally have him on board. it only took 18 years. Despite chiefly being known as an artist who moves dancefloors, Joris Voorn has always made clear his intentions to be known as more of a musician in the traditional sense. Steadily releasing three acclaimed studio albums that display his keen sense of musicality, mood and arrangement, he has proved that he is highly accomplished at providing more than just dancefloor fodder. His fourth album ‘\\\\’ four is now ready to be unleashed: the glorious pinnacle of his studio efforts to date. Where his first two albums ‘Future History’ and ‘From A Deep Place’ saw Voorn draw inspiration from Detroit Techno, this new album finds its inspiration in the European electronic scene of the mid-’90s. From the crossover success of acts like Underworld, The Prodigy and Orbital through to bastions of hard techno and ambient like R&S Records, it’s the fertile and rapidly-evolving sounds of his formative musical years that he has looked back on with such reverence for this majestic record. “I believe the mid-90s was the most inspiring time to be listening to electronic dance music” he says. “Artists were discovering new sounds and genres every single day, never again has there been so much innovation in such a short time. Where in the very early-’90s it sounds like most producers were still using their equipment in quite a basic way, around ’94/’95 the same artists mastered their instruments and studios to create masterpieces that still sound inspiring 25 years later. I’m glad to have entered my musical journey in just the right time.” states Joris. The backslashes of the title refer both to this being his fourth album experience and a nod to the design of the ‘V’ from Voorn in his logo. “Like my previous albums, it’s a collection of tracks that I’ve worked on over the last few years” says Voorn. “Some even date from before my last album ‘Nobody Knows’. As an electronic music artist, I’ve always worked on many different sounds, whether it’s dance music or more atmospheric or experimental melody driven music. ‘\\\\’ is no different in this.” Featuring collaborations with Voorn’s heroes Underworld, British trip-hop outfit HÆLOS, the South African poet Lazarusman and Dutch pianist Michiel Borstlap, the record exercises his wide variety of tastes. From tried-and-tested dancefloor workouts through to introspective, languid compositions, it’s a beautifully varied package. Guitar plucks rub up against delicate synth arpeggios, crashing breakbeats contrast soulful vocals, dulcet piano tones glide over ghostly hip-hop rhythms and classic techno stabs permeate among atmospheric pads. While texture and cadence vary, it’s the melodic content that ties the record together. “As always in my music, melodies are important on ‘\\\\’. They are what defines me as an electronic music artist the most. The album features some tracks I’ve played out in my sets for a long time — which represent my work as a DJ and dance music artist — tied together with tracks where the drums are less prominent and melodies or synth arpeggios are the driving force.”

In another tight and consistent projection, Paxton Fettel actualizes his assertion for independence, eclecticism and voodoo - with a collection of delightful enchanting vibes.
Familiarly neat and energetic, house beats and crystal-clear chords accord to accompany the melodic dawdling, while insatiable and unbelievably facetious talkative babblings of all kinds stretch out into organic gliding laces.

After a long absence, Imported Recordings celebrates his return and comes back to his first love, presenting "Volupté Amère", an EP featuring their vision of house music: a multifaceted music tailored to ambience crowds in clubs, vacationers at the beach, and family at home.
After releasing a last EP "Vague Aléatoire" in 2018, this new opus sounds like a return to the roots.
The EP offers a "guest" half with two tracks from the demos we receive during the year. The first one, signed Martin Alix, is an ode to the dancefloor that will bring together fans of powerful bass and strong beats. The second track, deeper, is signed by the Italian Steve Hammer, and shines by the efficiency of his extended break that quickly plunges the audience into a state of trance.
The second half is worn by artists from the big Imported family. The first one is a nugget that could already be described as a classic house signed Major League House, a melancholic track carried by a piano that takes you straight to your guts. Another talent of the house, Matthieu Faubourg gives us the pleasure to sign, just like MLH, a first track on the label. Evolutive and club oriented track, we recognize in "Swell" the characteristic paw of the French producer in this heady track which rhymes with rise in pressure and explosion.

A four track vinyl sampler of the new compilation series from Crosstown Rebels, allow us to introduce Spirits. Label founder Damian Lazarus has compiled what he describes as 'a fresh psychedelic journey into the mind', aiming to bring together a collection of new artists from both his imprints.
Opening up is Audiojack's 'Reverie'; a heavy kick from the start is succeeded by spoken word on the subject of meditation sets the scene appropriately. dubspeeka's 'Lyssa' is next up with a sturdy bassline, eerie synths and a haunting melody reminiscent of yesteryear.
On the flip and Alice Rose seduces in 'Another Way' produced by Raw District. Her voice, similar to that of Bjork, perfectly encompasses the heavy bassline and hard-hitting percussion. Finally 'Be Mine' by Siopis featuring Ellbee Bad gets straight into the action with hard-hitting reverberated low notes, steadily building up through sentimental vocals and enticing synthesis

Over one year on from its initial release, Kraak & Smaak's latest LP PLEASURE CENTRE eventually gets the remix treatment. For the occasion, Boogie Angst's chief trio has gathered a cast of collaborators new and old and invited them to add their own distinctive spin to the album's fifteen tracks. The result runs up to twenty-seven cuts split over two parts and features a hefty batch of unreleased, in addition to a solid base of remixes previously released throughout 2020.
Lead-track TWILIGHT sees double with a pair of reworks courtesy of Belgian vibist and Eskimo mainstay Aeroplane, and label habitué Titeknots. Whilst the first's version harnesses a carefree storm of disco buoyancy aimed at clearing the sky from all cloudy presence, the latter opts for a more subdued, velveteen rendition, sure to drape the dancefloor in warmer shades and folds.
Meanwhile, DWTTBO, is here presented in three variants; one from Jean Tonique, taking us on a slo-scudding, folk-informed ride, the second from Knight One, dishing out a precious slice of 80s-nostalgic arcade RnB, complete with 8-bit-friendly melodies and soulful vox, and the last one courtesy of Saison, developing the original into a mischievously arranged and thoroughly funky filtered-house brainwasher.
A cathartic, trip-hop-infused ballad, Kerem Akdag's exclusive revamp of SOUL LIBERATOR cuts a path of rhythmic devotion and contained suavity, whilst Georges' remix of NAKED eases us in a playful maelstrom of octave-shifting chords and sun- streaked piano stabs, which the Stripped rework (exclusive) achieves taking to full-out dancefloor functionality with relentless drive, whilst 24 Carrot's production unit Fouk alter the base mix's accordingly to their own playfully bumpy sound grammar.
Going full-scope, Turbotito's extended version of PLEASURE CENTRE blends in Middle- Eastern tropes with nu-age disco accents, eventually hatching into a full-fledged acid roller. Adding his ever-delicate production touch to the original dreaminess of SOMMERON, Satin Jackets entices the listener in a laid-back, nerve-soothing organic environment, whilst label staple Feiertag drowns the track in multiple layers of FX to weave a wholly new but consistently floor-ready narrative.
Up with a disco spaceship-ready rework of SWEET TIME, French producer Yuksek casts his net in classic late 70s-early 80s vaults to deliver a space-op kind of tune Cerrone wouldn't disown. Former The Moreau's member Rodney Hunter tackles IN PLAIN SIGHT with an equally true-school disco house approach, full to the brim with funk-oozing slap and string-laden momentums. Taking on SAY THE WORD are UK house vet Atjazz and Heist affiliate Makèz (whose debut album is underway, this one's an exclusive), respectively rendering a tear-jerking downtempo ballad and more muscular workout blended in with balearic guitars and feverish congas.
Entrusted to True Romance boss Tensnake and Norwegian master / Full Pupp main operator Prins Thomas, it's safe to say SAME BLOOD was in absolute safe hands from the start. Emphasizing on different aspects of the track, Tensnake amping up the tempo and exploiting the original's club-readiness to the maximum, whilst Prins Thomas stresses on the in-betweens to form one of his trademark spaced-out, wonkily groovy hybrids.
Laying optimal focus on the rhythmic side of things, Fatnotronic & Emmo's reshape of ECHO PARK (exclusive) fuses sequences of touching melancholia, forcefully offset by the pair's natural attraction for intricate drum programming. Revolving around Gavin Turek's nonpareil vocal assets, OUT IN THE DAYLIGHT (exclusive) as remixed by Nicolaas clearly sets its sights on classic upbeat 80s pop a la Cindy Lauper, whilst I THINK (exclusive), rebuilt by FSQ in true 'Funkadelic' fashion cranks up the funkiness levels a notch further.
Handed to up-and-coming Berlin via Warsaw-based duo Casiopepe, 24HR FLING (exclusive) gets all turned inside-out thanks to the pair's own-admitted "no-nonsense molecular approach to nostalgic flavours", and OPOLOPO's own signature sliced-and- diced, multi-directional funk blends, unloading clip after clip of intricately woven rhythmic patterns and sample-heavy head spinning. Rounding off the package are three digital exclusive instrumentals of Tensnake, Yuksek, Atjazz and Rodney Hunter's remixes to draw out the pleasure.
a 01 | Twilight (Aeroplane Remix) feat Izo FitzRoy
b 02 | In Plain Sight (Rodney Hunter Extended Remix) feat IVAR
d 04 | Same Blood (Prins Thomas Diskomiks) [feat The Palms]
[e] 05 | Naked (Fouk remix) [feat IVAR & Berenice van Leer]

Fresh with a new two colour screen printed sleeve and a couple of track changes, the album (in his own words) 'is how it should have looked and sounded the first time around'; occupying an important transitional space between the highly collected early Firecracker 10"s and the crafted Linkwood sound of today.

The Grouse approaches, intent on witnessing Helium Robots release the ghouls and demons from their machines. What potent mix can this mean? Channeling the raw energy of their 2018 track Sly on Running Back, the monolithic baselines and surging, dense forces of Defy Me and The Grouse itself unfurl from the speakers. To mop fevered brows after those torrents, the alchemy changes to create the fuzzy warmth and bounce of Pang. Playful vocal samples flicker and weave through the chords, giving way to the final melodic flow of Revel. And we’re done. The Grouse, unruffled, proudly turns and stalks away……

Opener "Wasting Time" is a collaboration with Desolat label head Loco Dice. The track, which was creating during a jam session between these friends, is a deep and twisted journey, with ocean-deep sub-bass, and features Loco Dice´s own distorted vocals which echo in and out of the music. With several collaborations already under their belt, including 2017’s esteemed Implications EP, Gruuv-bosses Audiojack and American-talent Kevin Knapp make a return to Crosstown Rebels in February with Under Your Skin. The release, taken from Audiojack’s forthcoming May album, includes a club edit of the single as well as a remix and dub version courtesy of Hessle Audio mainstay Pearson Sound.
The club cut of Under Your Skin takes the lead, pairing punchy kick-hat combos against a tension-building breakdown before the hard-hitting four-four bassline is swiftly brought back in. The single version comes next, taking no prisoners with a breakbeat backbone that brings Kevin’s lyrics to the forefront, paving the way for UK-talent Pearson Sound as he serves up five minutes of glitchy, dancefloor-ready breaks on the main remix. Rounding off the release is the Skeleton Dub, a
tripped-back late-night creeper that showcases the UK-talent at his best.
Leeds-born Ibiza-based Audiojack have been carving out a unique sound for over a decade. Earning their stripes with several standout releases on 20:20 Vision in the late 2000s, it was in 2010 that the duo launched their own label, Gruuv, welcoming the likes of Bushwacka!, Pawsa and Josh Butler in recent years. US-native Kevin Knapp is a leading figure in the contemporary house sphere, having cemented his standing as a true heavy-hitter with recent productions on Dirtybird and Repopulate Mars. London-based Pearson Sound has established himself as a prolific producer over the years with an array of standout releases on Hessle Audio, including this summer’s Alien Mode, as well as on his own self-titled label.

Rising Dutch talents Chris Stussy & Toman reveal their collaborative ‘Timewriter’ EP on new FUSE imprint LOCUS this July.
A leading collective at the forefront of the UK electronic music scene for over a decade, FUSE and label founder Enzo Siragusa continue to set the standard when it comes to releasing consistent and quality underground electronic music alongside hosting stand-out global events which encapsulate the brand’s principles – and 2020 has been no different, revealing a complete refresh to the core label whilst introducing a new project into their family tree. Launched by Siragusa and team to kickstart summer, new label LOCUS’ ethos will welcome material from across the house sphere, uncovering new music from rising talents and showcasing material from leading names alike. Having welcomed emerging Italian talent and Infuse artist KOKO to launch the imprint, the label now welcomes two of Amsterdam’s hottest property as PIV co-owner Chris Stussy and ever impressing No Art regular Toman combine to offer up their collaborative four-track ‘Timewriter’ EP to open July.
Title cut ‘Timewriter’ opens proceedings in classy fashion as hazy chords and bumping low-ends meet sweeping synths and infectious, filtered vocal hooks, whilst ‘Serendipity’ combines chunky bass licks alongside further delicate vocals and track accents throughout. On the flip, the lively ‘Zerlon’ ups the energy levels and journeys into a hypnotic trip through evolving lead lines and warped electronics, before closing with the wonky, off-kilter programming of ‘Boiling Point’ – a twisting production guided by organic percussion licks atop of cavernous bass hits to offer up an entrancing cut perfect for the after-hours.

The 27th of March will see one of this year’s most sought-after releases, as Paradise founder and Hot Creations head Jamie Jones teams up with long-term friend and Paradise resident Alan Fitzpatrick on Fairytale Frequency. The stunning two-tracker is the debut collaboration from two of electronic music’s most in-demand talents and, as expected, the end result is an outstanding offering that showcases both artists at their best.
The lead track Fairytale Frequency instantly showcases the bespoke sounds of both artists. From the get-go we witness the tell-tale signature of Jamie in the tribal drum patterns and whispering female vocal hooks, whilst Alan’s trademark club sound comes through in the pulsing, acid-twinged lead synth. Sundancing rounds things off. Soulful and soothing, the track is reminiscent of Hot Creation’s early days with it’s warming bassline and deep, emotive vocals, as gentle hats converge on light kicks to form a Baleric-inspired closing cut that tugs deeply on the heartstrings.
As a world-renowned DJ and producer, head of Hot Creations and founder of the global Paradise event series, Jamie Jones has etched out a legacy on electronic music that few can attest to. His personally curated Paradise series offers an international showcase of house and techno’s most recognisable artists. Kevin De Vries delivers big room drama on his 'Aratak' EP for Afterlife Recordings. Spirited synth lines, drum rolls, gripping moments of silence and weighty kick drums make the title track of De Vries' Afterlife debut formidable club gear. 'Sciamachy' is more subtle, centred around a euphoric arpeggio which spirals to its apex. Konstantin Sibold contributes a fine remix, toning down certain elements of 'Sciamachy' to let others shine. And one day Jack yelled down from his box “Let There Be House” and House Music was born. House is a feeling it´s very positive, it´s uplifting, it´s dance music and most importantly it´s for all people from every different walk of life. Back in the days it spoke especially to those who were considered to be outsiders. The house music dance scene was one of the most integrated and progressive spaces in the 1980s where gays, blacks, and other minority groups were able to dance together in a positive environment. House music helped to glue communities together it was like church for people who have fallen from grace and it´s influence on the development of the modern dance music culture is undeniable. Until today the idea of equality, unity, love, and respect is a widespread set of principles for the rave culture which developed out of house and retained a foothold on the underground scene but also across it´s borderlines all over the globe. The new NBAST Sub-label “We Must Protect This House” is a homage to the ethos of the Paradise garage and to the early days of house music, to Chicago and New York and the music culture itself with a more grown up approach … but with the same distinctive spirit as #datsoulthang

Jacob Groening’s debut EP for Kamai Music takes the listener on a trip
out into the wide open, a journey through wild sonic landscapes. The
title track - „Sulg“ (A1) sets the mood. A blurred picture rendered
through a minimalistic instrumentation of echoing saxophones, guitars
and piano. It oscillates around repetitive themes that range from oriental
sounds to reduced blues chords like in „Giom“ (A2).
The B-Side shifts away from this and shines its light on South American
influences as in „Sosa“ (B1) and the remix „Sulg“' (B2) by the Argentinian
producers„Kermesse“. Groening's approach to his productions, ranging
from down to midtempo, is characterised by its use of live recorded
instruments, well tempered minimalistic percussions and rich melodies
that take the listener on a voyage into the mind's very own comfort zone.

A collection of side notes, a tale of the little stories. Compiled over the course of years, renewed, revisited, enlarged and extended, a very personal collage of single frames and flickering motion. Long overdue to find its place in the shelf, Kleintierschaukel‘s first album is ready to accompany the season change. The perfect fit for upcoming golden hours and longer lasting nights.

Lost Souls Of Saturn (Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa) launch their new label ‘Holoverse Research Labs’ as the hub for both LSOS’s audio transmissions and their adventures in media and technology.
The first release HRL 001 presents special interpretations of Lost Souls Of Saturn’s eponymous debut album by the legendary Pépé Bradock. ’Cycloned by Pépe Bradock’ finds Lost Souls of Saturn, in the words of Bradock, “Dreamed, Weighted and Micro-Waved”. This is the album shattered into pieces and brought back together into new forms as the parts and files fall. Deconstruction or reconstruction? It’s unclear. What’s tangible is that the new tracks are very special, with Pépé bringing his unique talents to the control room / operating table.
“Bouillabaisse From Space Remix” is the sound of Pepe singlehandedly launching the French space program to find lost dance floors deep in our own cerebral cortex. “Pacific Limbo Bonus Beat” channels more of the same. This is head music for the dance floor. No amateurs.
Further remixes of tracks from the ‘Lost Souls of Saturn’ album are to follow in March from Mathew Jonson, Freedom Engine and Carl Craig.

As one of the original British interpreters of Detroit's machine music Steve Pickton is an undisputed UK techno legend - his unique take on the original Detroit sound and his productions on his own labels as well as B12, Peacefrog and Kirk Degiorgio’s ART and op-Art imprints are acknowledged as sublime examples from this seminal period of UK Electronica. He’s probably best known for his work as Stasis but he's also released records as Phenomyna and Paul W. Teebrooke. His work is characterised by a singular vision that delivers a poignant and emotional blend of soul and synths seasoned with jazz, funk and sci-fi flavours.
This second release on his co-owned Fencepiece label features three majestic examples of his work and comes as a vinyl only, individually numbered, strictly limited edition. The celestial Tau is released for the first time on vinyl, after its original appearance as a CD only track on the 1995 Stasis album Inspiration. Travellor and From Afar again also appear for the first time on wax - they were previously only available on Phenomyna's 1994 CD Unexplained on ART.

Alexander Kowalski makes his debut on Vince Watsons Bio Music imprint with an awesome EP.
Berlin resident Kowalski has been at the forefront of the German music scene for many years, playing all the big festivals and events across the world for over a decade. With his huge discography, most notibly for his releases on the seminal Kanzleramt label, as well as his own imprint Damage Music, Alex has generated a massive following and fans will not be disappointed with this new EP. His recent collaborations with fellow Kanzleramt resident Diego are nothing short of mindblowing and Alex has taken that form forward into this new EP, Green Eyed.
Opening with Falling Down and the title track Green Eyed, both are a perfect blend of old with a modern twist of new and this is as good as it gets from Kowalski, taking his signature sound and tweaking them for that Bio influence. The Garden of SEM takes a different approach, and slows things down into a deep atmospheric groove which takes you on a real trip from start to finish. We only Wish Alex had released more tracks like this as its shows his true talent in making deep beautiful music.
Finishing off the EP are 2 digital only bonus cuts of Falling Down Spiral and Green Eyed Escape. Falling Down takes a similiar route as Garden of SEM, but Green Eyed Escape is a 5min ambient piece which matches beautifully with the rest of the EP to complete what is a quite awesome release from this very talented producer. Exceptional stuff. Expect to hear this on dancefloor and radio imminently.
