Bucketround returns with an incredible work by the Japanese "Tominori Hosoya" "Anniversaries EP" 2 original cuts based on real love, superb melodies and rhythms that take you into a magical world and all this accompanied by the touch of the Brazilian "Ney Faustini" and the Spanish "Manuel Costela" to define a stunning release that you should not miss.
Quavius, the deep south vagabond known for his raw and sophisticated dance collages returns to Lustwerk Music with his second EP for the label, Find Ready. While mostly an instrumental affair, Find Ready is an updated glimpse into the producer / rapper's latest repertoire, ranging from the sunny, Baltimore club-influenced house of "Flo Central" to funky Motor City workouts like "Heaven Is In You" and "Find Ready". The EP starts off on a high clip with a nostalgic, forward-driving deep house instrumental, "That Beat." Quavius dons the mic on three of the seven tracks. "The Gist", the EPs cornerstone, sounds something like a Rakim-meets-Sensate Focus. The A and B side are each topped off with downtempo Hip-hop. "Let it Rock" and "Fa Sho" are contemporary updates on cloud rap that bleed atmosphere and confidence while revealing Quavius' knack for tight songwriting and arrangement.

No-one knows precisely how many eyes there are upon us. Technology and our our increasing demand for security have put us all under surveillance. How does it feel to be a witness of a scenario we only conceived to be a part of gruesome movie. Cyberpunk was supposed to be a warning. Instead, it became an ideal. And now we are living in it. Welcome to the future.

RETZA returns to the LO-FI-45 fold with Eta Carinae / Polar', the first of the label's catalogue to be released on vinyl. A fitting title, as this young talent's star is certainly shining brightly- RETZA is hot off the heels of collaborations with France's YOKOO on KINDISCH & ALL DAY I DREAM.
Eta Carinae / Polar' is a stunning addition to RETZA's solo discography. Showcasing his intrinsic knowledge of and feel for the art of musical composition, RETZA's intricately constructed soundscapes and authentic instrumental cutaways induce a sense of warmth and familiarity.
RETZA's electronic fingers cascade delicately in Eta Carinae' through piano notes, that enter almost immediately and remain, defining this deep house groove. The journey feels incredibly fresh, like a new resolution after intense period of thought.
Polar's' thick bassline slides around its low sub frequency range framing a variety of hand cut sample slices, carefully selected and cured from the finest audio delicatessen in all the land. Merging seamlessly together, they create a movement that's both dark and surprisingly funky at the same time.
Remixes for Eta Carinae' come from none other than Seattle's PEZZNER, whose 90's indie-electronic milieu is stylistically apposite here. The mix is dynamically diverse, presenting each of the charming elements of the original with revised scrutiny, forming a new persona and climate for the piece to thrive. Melbourne's MATT WATERS rounds out the package with distinctive panache in his truly outstanding tech-house cut.

Hot on the heels of the recent Normalizm EP and 4-tracker that topped vinyl charts for Kerri Chandlers Kaoz Theory, Art Department drops a 3 track vinyl-only offering for this year's Record Store Day, simply titled 'A Record For Records Sake'. The release kicks off with a warm, filtered and looped sample work out featuring disco guitar licks and a simple, infectious key melody executed in typically raw Art Department fashion. The song comes with a 'Dolled Up Mix' which sees subtle changes in filter work and mixdown to extract a different emotion from the record. The EP closes with a straight forward house offering in 'd'igualada ', a stripped back and deep affair with muted jazz undertones and relentless rhythm section. A perfect vinyl contribution to celebrate Record Store Day from the veteran Art Department.

Followed by the huge success and now eagerly sought after 12inch composition titled “Divine Harmonics.” Produced and Performed Kuniyuki Takahashi. Cosmic Arts Music (a division of Sacred Rhythm Music) brings to you the second installment of unique story telling by the way of Atmospheric Soundscapes, Rhythm and Melody.
Next up in this series is a man that needs no introduction. A Note from The Artist himself... "It’s been a long time in the making, but to finally release a piece of art with Joe is a dream come true. 'Teardrops' is part of a whole series of music I wrote just after my daughter’s birth, and I think you can hear that in the music. And to release it on such a dope label is a special thing for me. (and Winni) I wanted to do something different. Something out of the ordinary that stands out...I think a 5min beat-less intro is about as brave as I could be. I want to thank Brother Joe Claussell for his full support and belief in my music and me as a musician since the late 90's. With peace and Respects, Vince."
Like its predecessor, this is a Limited Release. Don’t Sleep!
Thank You for Listening.

PLEASE NOTE - REPRESS IS IN PLAIN SLEEVE !!
On Local Talk's 74th release it's about time to get real...and we're not only talking about the music! This a heavy and political record that through music expresses the constant struggle for many African Americans living in the US today. Or like Jamie 3:26 said after he first heard Sameed's initial version - it instantly hit me with the raw pain and emotion of the lyrics. There is so much struggle in the world today, many black men and women are in emotional, mental and spiritual battles. The message is delivered over two tracks, 'Testify' and 'Can't U'. Both tracks are using the same themes and samples but with a distinct difference on the end result. On the A side we find Chicago legend Jamie 3:26 teaming up with Amsterdam's new shining star Masalo (Brighter Days crew) for a gospel inspired Disco / House jam that comes with a slight warehouse feel and a thumping bassline that is 100% on point On the flip Sameed is back on Local Talk with 'Can't U'. A track that uses the same foundation as Testify but instead goes straight for that dirty disco knock out punch...heavy stuff!
As an extra bonus we also included 'Dusty Jazz', a fender rhodes driven Jazz-House cut from Sameed that sounds like it comes straight from a dark juke joint in Manchester.

Enzo Siragusa adds fuel to FUSE's milestone 10-year anniversary with the release of a metamorphic album that draws influence from the London institution's cultivated sound, as well as the capitals '90s rave heritage that so heavily influenced their decade-long dominance.
On A Decade of Rave, Enzo presents a cross section of his sound - one that has refined this fusion of jungle roots with house, creating eight straight-talking dance floor cuts that capture the essence of FUSE raves over the years, and two ambient tracks that lean on lengthy quests behind the decks. The music spans across two years of studio sessions and exhibits Enzo and the FUSE label's biggest work to date.
Starting with 'Beautiful Emi', then shifting through 'Stromboli', 'Mixed Emotions' and 'Paradigm Shift' all geared in their own way towards the many faces of house music.
'Voodoo', 'Deeper Inside', 'Rollin' Riddim' and closing track 'Mysterious' see Enzo tap into Jungle, '90s hardcore and speed garage becoming clear they were made with the early days of FUSE at 93 Feet East in mind. Big basslines and big breakdowns are the common denominator with the intricate minimal twists that so often characterise FUSE's sound.

This is a reissue of a short-lived and obscure UK dance music label. A compilation of tracks featured on releases across 3 EP's between 1991 and 1993 incorporating recently emergent dub techno and progressive acid house sounds. Nation of Noise was conceived in the early 90's, following a meeting of minds between the producer and Ambient Soho mainstay Django, and vocalist Jon Martin (of Pizzaman fame) at the legendary Soho institution: The Brain.Plate 1 is a fully remastered reissue of the first Nation of Noise record - Xes Noiz, featuring 4 locked grooves.Plate 2 takes two tracks off both the Lockgroove and Super Bubble EP's. One side is smooth, after-hours deep house whilst the other reaches for two progressive, acid cuts. Fully remastered.

In the fall of 2013 Maria Minerva mapped an 8-show United States trek up the west coast and across to Chicago but, being newly emigrated and without car or driver's license, needed a traveling companion who did. Given the grueling itinerary only one road warrior / joie de vivrist came to mind: dear friend, penpal, and SILK sister Chelsea Faith AKA Cherushii. The two covered over 3,000 miles together, performing in bars and towns not known for leftfield electronic patronage (i.e. VFW halls in Missoula, Montana). Though attendance was occasionally minimal they bonded deeply, in ways specific to arduous American DIY touring. In subsequent years the pair shared bills, traded tracks, and remained close - even playing live together a few times - yet the dream of a proper collaboration always loomed.
The tragic Oakland fire of December 2016 cut short such plans but not before they'd written, recorded, and mixed the better part of six songs. With the devoted assistance of David Last, Adam Gunther, and Brian Foote these recordings were posthumously polished and finalized and it's our heart-aching honor to share them with the world. Drawing on Minerva and Faith's most vibrant Venn diagram overlap, the tracks evoke mirror-lined music video sets, downtempo night drives, rainbow eyeshadow, glittering skylines, and sweaty discotheques, flowing from lush to lavish, highly finessed and full of feeling. It's the sound of true union, Faith's divine dancefloor DNA threaded through Minerva's chic pop hooks, rhythmic and revelatory, the best of both beautiful worlds. The collection closes with a swooning ambient edit by Glassell Park hardware-whisperer Leech, Maria's voice dubbed into a gauze of otherworldly emotion: 'I'm going astray.'

Mysterious talent Clouds Of Kouros returns to their self-titled imprint to deliver the second EP on the
label this March, with three fresh cuts making up their 'Houghton Time' EP.
The enigmatic Clouds Of Kouros guise first surfaced in November of 2018, with the debut 'Reason's Why' EP picking up a slew of support from Secretsundaze through to Laurent Garnier and more.
Heavily influenced by the early UK rave scene, the project looks set to highlight key early inspirations from within the electronic sphere whilst keeping the focus solely on the music and not the artist behind the project across with each release on the imprint. The latest installment, the 'Houghton Time' EP, was written out of frustration after missing last year's edition of the festival through a last-minute transportation cancellation and in-turn returning to the studio to channel this frustration into a handful new productions. The result is an impressive fresh three tracker that takes cues from breaks through to deep house and beyond set for release on vinyl only this March.
Title cut 'Houghton Time' opens the package with authority as slick breakbeat arrangements combine with menacing basslines and infectious vocal hooks, before 'Diego's Groove' takes things deeper as dubby chords and bright melodies work in tandem. Last up, 'Hide2' completes the EP in style as the focus shifted towards punchy drum licks, resonant stabs and eerie melodies throughout.
For his 5th vinyl release, the french label Pulse Msc comes back with a great Various Artists EP which sounds assuredly groovy, in a universe which pays tribute to GTA Vice City. Through their tunes, Jehan, Tech Support, Mangabey and Ari Bald will transport you straight to Miami Beach on a summer evening... A record to get urgently!

LoveHrtz bounce back onto Richy Ahmed’s Four Thirty Two label with a bumper release, brining together two original tracks and remixes from Chicago house don, K’Alexi Shelby, and rising star, Seb Zito.
‘Crazy About Your Love’ is a euphoric and hyperactive house track; a Marshall Jefferson-esque piano riff hammers over a pacey groove and classic strings augment the sense of drama in this dramatic vocal track. Seb Zito (FUSE/Edible) provides two remixes here; ‘Remix 1’ pairs quirky organ stabs and a bubbling acid motif with chopped up vocals, whilst ‘Remix 2’ takes a darker route, reminiscent of Sound Factory era NYC house, with a decidedly dubbier and sleazier take on the original.
In their original mix of ‘Burning Up’, LoveHrtz deliver more top notch, classic house vibes, with a frenetic and bouncing club heater. Relentless bells, a seductive saxophone riff and a roof-raising vocal, a future classic this does make!
House music royalty, in the shape of K’Alexi Shelby, graces Four Thirty Two with his musical presence, remixing ‘Burning Up’ into an everlasting (well, just shy of 10 minutes) slice of pure disco heaven. With a musical curriculum vitae that has contributed to pivotal labels like Trax, DJ International, Djax-Up-Beats, and countless more, K’Alexi sprinkles huge handfuls of feel-good factor over his version of ‘Burning Up’, topping off a huge release package from Four Thirty Two.
For a lucky few DJs, including Jamie Jones, Hot Since82 and Butch, who received the release early, it has been one of the big records of winter and spring. Now with summer around the corner everyone gets to share the love with what is set to be an anthem for the months ahead.

Denis Sulta's Silver Service imprint - an offshoot of Sulta Selects - present SSSS-3, a two-track collaborative package from the inimitable Hammer and Atlus, Denis' own darker alias.
Taking reign over the A-side, Belfast export Hammer brandishes a weighty dose of low-slung, swollen bass and disorienting vocal stabs on 'Dance Since'. Using a palette of cathartic 90s house vocals he morphs their energy into something far more twisted.
For the B-side, Atlus forges an equally hefty fusion of raw percussion and swirling vocals, spun round by a dizzying acid bass lead.
Wasting no time in heading straight to the dancefloor, SSSS3 sees two esteemed characters doing what they do best.
In 2019, the World is shaking... our man Too Smooth Christ, prolific & sensitive composer invite to expand your body and mind beyond with its new release Emogreen Thoughts EP. Bringing you a good dose of Acid on one side, featuring two bangers flirting generously with Chicago House vibes and Detroit Electro gems, keeping the floor filled and your senses in orbit on the other side with two trippy, cosmic ambient sound scapes, perfect for creative excursions. The FUEGO 004 will come in a limited number of 300 copies, watch out!
A solid House and deep house EP.
Famille Electro Records spins back with a 2nd V/A and a guiding principle : electricity. A (side) for Air : Nikholson's breath-catcher 'Spin Things Out' gathers smashing claps and heavy funky bassline while Federico Mesclando's 'In the true' invites you to take a deep breath. B (side) for Blast : Maurice Skine's 'Isobox' is packed with unrestrained rythmic and seesaw bass parts. When the english DJ-producer Simon Baker tailors his remix, Isobox onto eclectic genres, electric pleasures.

In 2017, Bartellow deviated from ESP Institute's celebrated Tambien, the Bavarian trio (alongside Public Possession's Marvin and Valentino) whose two prior releases had stormed castles across the land, and graced us with his debut 2xLP Panokorama. He set a high bar for discerning listeners, painting grand gestures from a rened palette and bending unconventional audio sources into a rich textural melange. Now, two years later, a motley crew of producers reimagines two of Bartellow's captivating album cuts. Side A leads with a blistering bastardization of Sala Sensi by Florian Kupfer, a down-and-dirty mechanic from the neighboring L.I.E.S. camp who's built a base of thick relentless drum patterns that batters beneath disorienting machines and a haphazardly stabbing piano. Following this, Stockholm depth-charger Skudge strips away the lth, reducing Clypp to a few tidy elements and focuses on their warm hypnotic nature. Side B holds a distorted mirror to its former, leading again with Sala Sensi but Chateau Flight's Gilb'r twists the music into an exquisite corpse, a loose amalgamation of late-night sessions from his Amsterdam studio interwoven as one. Rounding out this bizarre exercises is another remix of Clypp by longtime collaborator from Osaka, Ground—this reciprocates for Bartellow's remix of 2018's Logos—and the musical approach here is somewhat of a Ground calling card; playful, psychedelic, organic and dripping wet. Upon rst listen, this collection may feel disparate as utensils in a kitchen sink, but with time spent pinging between all four corners, we discover a sense of freedom in amongst their disengagement, an unapologetic 'fuck you.'

Quirky and trippy house flavours are served up by Desert Sound Colony and Baby Rollen on the 'Beta Burner' E.P., with added psychedelic flavours courtesy of an A Sagittariun Remix.
Hot of the heels of stellar releases for Touch From A Distance, Snap Crackle & Pop, and his very own Holding Hands Records, Desert Sound Colony debuts for Futureboogie, and delivers a trio of collaborative tracks with Baby Rollen, and a solo jam to boot!
Title track, 'Beta Burner', is built upon an infectious break- beat groove and bumping sub-bass line; Rhodes chords jostle for position with dubbed out tones, synth hits and acid riffs, as this colourful and contagious track works its magic.
Bristol based techno dreamweaver, A Sagittariun, summons up the original track's darker elements for a slower paced, but just as deadly, 'Re-Dream'. 'Sagi' slingshots his remix with tribal snares and a typically transcendental arp riff over muscular beats.
The inventive and playful work continues on 'Dumpster Truck', with the gargantuan bassline taking centre stage, supported by swinging broken beats and frisky sound manipulation for a truly enjoyable ride. Wrapping up the EP, Desert Sound Colony goes solo on 'Seismic Soy Bean', ramping up the funk factor past 11, and dishing up the kind of headsy, happy tech grooves that the likes of U-Freqs and Wiggle were foraging at the turn of the millennium, to great effect.

It's been five years since we had Manuel Tur grace us with a solo release on Freerange. In that time he and studio partner Adrian Hoffmann have been busy igniting dance floors with their side projects Clavis and Amberoom for labels such as Innervisions, Ovum, TAU and Freerange as well as remix and production work for artists like Andhim, André Hommen, Tensnake, Shit Robot, Tale Of Us, Ane Brun, Larse and Asobitai.
Manuel continues to push his sound forward on three original tracks which make up the Organic Reach EP. On the lead track Astrakan he has crafted a sublime slice of deepness centred around a driving groove, building layers of chiming chords and a perfect bassline. Sitting somewhere between Motorbass/Super Discount, DJ Q/early Nuphonic and Steve Reich this track looks set to cast it's majestic spell on those whose idea of a banging tune isn't confined to obligatory 8 bar kick drum dropouts and white noise risers!
On Hold Your Hand Manuel coming up with another masterpiece of deep, emotive, widescreen atmospherics with organic percussion, pulsing bass and jazz vocal refrain adding to the dramatic late-night mood.
Finally, Organic Reach closes the EP in a dark and heavier style with experimental textures, time stretched fills and mutant sonic explorations making for what must be Manuel Tur's most 'techno' production for Freerange to date.

Roy returns (triumphantly) to our lovely little label. And what a return it is. The reactions to both "Rumbala" and "Megakraft" have been immense. Just try to keep your dance floors hands down. Well, we must admit it is more a single hand in the air after the break kind of deal (think Italians at parties in Ibiza) but a hand none the less. Seriously though, these tunes are going to be heard all summer long. On the flip side are two more wistful house music lullabies. Don't miss them either as the moods they conjure are magical.

Deep positive vibes from the soul of Zûg to elevate the spirits.
Part 1 of 2 for 'Algunos Sentimientos' translates to 'Some Feelings'.
First episode contains: joy, wellness, constancy and celebration.
This first release is made up of 3 tracks from my friends and 1 from myself. There's no concept here other than putting out music that was otherwise not going to see the light of day. The first track is by Bleaker who put out a 12' on Unknown To The Unknown last year, the second by Miz aka Big Miz who's been putting out music on Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, the third by The Burrell Connection who has a release on West End Communications and a track on a Craig Knows released compilation and the last track is from myself which got a play on Big Miz's boiler room set.
These tracks were all sent to me around the same time and it felt right to make a place for them on a record. Bleaker, Miz and The Burrell Connection have all been making waves in Scotland and beyond and these 3 tracks are proof that the attention is warranted. And I don't think my track is too bad either.
