The latest EP on the indelible Sound Signature comes from an emerging young Detroit artist who goes by the name of Jay Daniel. Those just back from Dimensions festival in Croatia might have caught him DJ'ing there, and if you've been keeping tabs on his soundcloud over the past months then you'll already know he's a bringer of heat. 4 essential tracks of jagged House.

His 3rd outing for the label is a deep and dubby affair but with a musicality and rhythm thats going to make this one popular with a wide range of djs.

Comprised of 4 originals - 'Song for new' opens the Right Path to Prey EP with a heaven sent message setting the theme for things to come.

We are greeted with the most angelic of vocal licks harmoniously placed alongside a devastatingly playful bass line and kick drum, the subtle twists and turns that roll effortlessly from this track are something people familiar of Liam's work will already know he can execute with flair.

Right path picks up with an infectious skip and a kick drum that will let any system know what's up. Cleverly programmed and with an ear for details Right Path ebb's and weaves into a euphoric hazy dance floor bomb.

Prey to watch is trademark Liam, with his insatiable mix of driving sonics pushing his perfectly swung house beats. It's not often you find such refinement in such a young producer. Which leads us to So many needs Liam's return to his dusty house styling's, and after his previous B2s this one lives up to expectation, this is baby making music, warm luscious music, think hazy sunny days surrounded with your best people, you get the drift.

Roman Debnar with the 3 in his oxymoronic "Anonymous" releases. "Jeckle" is up first, with it's deep analog bassline joined by upbeat techy beats on a minimal tech-house groover. "Crunchy" changes gears with some driving techno that really does sound like the previous track sped up to 4 and then thrown into some filters! On the reverse, "Doors Of Perception" is a textured techno soundscape, with minimal beats and haunting synths the main features. After the brief tweaked out vocal twists of "Anonym (The One Who Is Anonymous)", "Lost Tango" goes back to the floors with some bass-driven tech-house grooves, joined by crisp beats and dubbed out synth lines.

One of Mexico's most exciting artists, Hector, launches his new label VL with Vatos Locos Forever - on vinyl with 8 fresh cuts from all founding Vatos Locos crew members.

The label collaboration follows Hector's acclaimed Vatos Locos parties, which he launched at the 2015 BPM Festival, and have since toured hotspots like Off Sonar Barcelona and Club Der Visionaere Berlin.

The official VL label launch party will take place at the homecoming on the 17th January at the 2016 BPM Festival.

2015 has been one of Hector's busiest to date.
As well as a crazy touring schedule with appearances at major events worldwide, he has also shown consistency in the studio with a flow of releases and remixes for vinyl focused labels; Serkal, Moan, Overall Music, Spartacus and Mindblown.

That aside, his biggest achievement was undoubtedly conquering the residency at Marco Carola's Music On through the summer at Amnesia.

The debut vinyl release Vatos Locos Forever is spread over 2 vinyl with 8 tracks that perfectly present the versatility of this new wave of underground talent and Vatos Locos core crew members; the first sampler features David Gtronic, Randall M, Hanfry Martinez of course the label head himself.......

Label Head, P-SOL teams up with Bugging' Out to bring you the label's debut vinyl release.

Lead track "Omar", reworks a fairly obscure early 80's R&B track into a dancefloor burner. Features plenty of loops, filters and added percussion.

Pay Attention captures a great piano driven soul loop, just the right amount of additional drum elements and topped off with some wise vocal samples from 2 of New York City's most distinguished voices in music.

P-SOL kicks the b side off by reworking, arranging & dubbing the Barbara Roy And Ecstasy disco classic, "If You Want Me" while still keeping the integrity of the original track.

'Passion" finishes off the EP as P-SOL has a take on a classy ride into the sunset!

Not many labels make it to release number fifteen, let alone year 15, but that's exactly the milestone the Moon
Harbour family is celebrating throughout 2015. Headed up by esteemed DJ, producer, remixer and
Circoloco/DC10 Ibiza resident Matthias Tanzmann and manager André Quaas, the Leipzig based label has lasted
so long on account of it having always moved ahead of the times. Celebrated for its diverse output from tech
house to minimal to deeper club sounds, the label's ever evolving roster of artists is like a who's who of the
contemporary scene.

As Matthias Tanzmann puts it looking back at the development of the label: 'I was still pretty young when we
started the label in 2000, so we have all grown up together for 15 years now. Moon Harbour is like my child. I am
happy many artists joined the family or became good friends and that the label has become a home for all of us.'
Next to core family members and label acts like Luna City Express, Sable Sheep, Marco Faraone, Sven Tasnadi,
Dan Drastic and the boss himself are new school talents and carefully A&Red artists like Adam Port, Re.You,
Ekkohaus, wAFF, Cuartero, Steve Lawler, DJ T., Chris Wood & Meat, Butch and Detlef.

The label has built up an exceptional canon of music that's lead to the release of no less than 100 EPs, five artist
albums and ten label compilations. It makes dance floors move hours and hours, but also sticks in the minds
much longer thanks to its real sense of invention and originality. This has been proven by big Moon Harbour hits
such as Sable Sheep's 'Upon Burning Skies', the summer hit of 2013, Santos' 'Hold Home', but also Matthias
Tanzmann's 'Bulldozer' and his remix of Marlow & Delhia's "Movin" back in 2006, which took Moon Harbour to
the next level in terms of international awareness.

Thanks to the reputation of the label, Moon Harbour label showcases are a solid addition to globally
acknowledged festivals and events such as the Miami Music Week, Sónar week in Barcelona, the Amsterdam
Dance Event and at various places in Ibiza, to name a few.

The monthly Moon Harbour Radio show, hosted by Dan Drastic, has meanwhile clocked up more than 60
episodes and is available as a podcast at iTunes and on Soundcloud and Play.fm, as well as being broadcasted
through various international radio stations such as Ibiza Sonica. It has established itself with fans as a reliable
source of new music and information from the Moon Harbour label and its artists.

To celebrate all this there will be a Moon Harbour tour around the world, which kicks off at the Sónar week in
Barcelona. Additionally there will be an anniversary compilation with exclusive tracks by Moon Harbour artists and
friends, as well as rereleases of the most successful tracks from the last 15 years.

It might have been around for 15 years then, but Moon Harbour and its ever evolving family still very much lead
from the front.

This MUSHROOM HOUSE EP is the first release in a series of EP's that will feature this new weirdo house sound that is influenced by ethno, afro, psychedelic music. On this first 4 track EP you get new music from ALIEN ALIEN aka Italian producers Rodion & Hugo Sanchez with a Detroit techno kind of track with mushroomey space voices that drive a dancefloor crazy. (Alien Alien previously released on Turbo, Nein, Slow Motion, Gomma). Then Australian surfer kid and house producer JAD & THE LADYBOY doing a afro heavy old school MPC house jam. The unrelenting force that is Hot Creations often acts as a breeding ground for raw talent. This next release does just that with four 'Hot Jams' from upcoming artists Lee Walker, Pete Dorling, Neil Parkes and Greeko.
First up, young producer Lee Walker from Middlesbrough makes his debut on Hot Creations delivering 'That Little Ditty', which takes hold with a deeply intoxicating bassline, prominent hi-hats and punchy stabs that build to a frenzied climax. Shooting onto the scene in 2015 with his off-the-cuff edit of DJ Deeon's 'Freak Like Me', which played by the likes of Marco Carola, Dixon and Loco Dice, soon gained over 1 million hits on Youtube and was finally picked up by Defected Records.
Having featured on 'Hot Summer Jams' on the label back in 2014, Essex DJ and producer Pete Dorling is back with another killer track. 'Manyana' drives with a heavy bassline as tribal vocal cuts are played throughout. Other releases can be seen on the likes of VIVa Music, Resonance Productions and NoFitState.
Also appearing on the same 'Hot Summer Jams', Neil Parkes is back on board the label with 'Peil Narkes.' A swinging bassline sets the groundwork as layers of moody synths roll out over punchy hats. Since his first release on Metroline Limited, Neil has spread his wings releasing on labels such as MadTech, Leftroom Limited and Underground Audio.

After two sold out 12" EPs on Optimo Trax, Boot & Tax head over to mother label Optimo Music for the release of their debut self-titled, 9-track album.

The Milanese duo are comprised of Cristian Croce (already part of The Barking Dogs) and Claudio Brioschi (Brioski), two of the most popular and respected djs/producers of the Italian scene who share a great passion for analog synths and experimentation, and a deep knowledge of both clubbing and production.

Dance albums are notoriously difficult to pull off and often fall flat but Boot & tax succeed where many fail by making a record that will work on open-minded dance floors but isn't necessarily a dance album. Indeed, my 80-year-old stepmother hasn't danced for years but has been listening to this on repeat all month. Incorporating Claudio's guitar playing, Boot & Tax's trademark eccentric instrumentation along with their analogue arsenal and the occasional vocal from Cristian, they have managed to forge a uniquely characteristic sound world.

Playful, psychedelic, hypnotic, captivating, the album comes in a gatefold sleeve on double vinyl and Boot & Tax will be touring live in support of the record throughout the summer and beyond.

Cromby is an exciting addition to the London House music scene: Originally hailing from Belfast he has made camp in the British capital and brought his MPC 2000 XL with him. The young man who has grown up listening to Chez Damier and Moodymann makes use of the Japanese sampler from Akai in a highly fresh and creative way combining raw drums with sweet and melancholic pads and chords. On his 'Planets And Parks EP' Cromby displays a very nice balance between a traditional Deep House understanding and a forward thinking attitude and is thus just perfect for Tenderparks's idea of musicality. As far as the artwork of the record is concerned the beautiful black and white image is the last part of Tenderpark's current series concieved by art director Till Sperrle and photographer Magdalena Bichler. And as you've come to expect from Tenderpark all tracks have been mastered and cut by Helmut Erler at Dubplates & Mastering once more.

Nascent London label Ex-Local announces its arrival with a new 5-track EP from South London talent Kxngs. With an extensive back catalogue that includes a release on the LA collective Soulection's imprint (as Kings in 2012) - as well as self-released album earlys & EPs that can all be found on his Bandcamp page - the 25-year-old Brixton resident has been winning admirers on his own terms whilst studying Sound Arts at the University Of The Arts London which offered him an escape from a year living homeless on the city's streets.
The scope of Kxngs work on this EP draws on global travels, particularly Africa, as well as Deepak Chopra's 'The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success' - a book that Kxngs cites as having helped him "gain enlightenment and self-awareness, helping to not only focus on everyday life but also my creativity". The Earth Sign EP draws on Afrobeat, Kuduro, Hip-Hop, Trap and further influences from South America and the Middle East. This passion for exploring world cultures and to base his musical projects on his experiences with them informs all his work, and through basing his musical themes on different areas of the world Kxngs seeks to manifest his dreams and become author of his own story.
Earth Sign will be the first release on Ex-Local - a new label born out of the London club night that shifts venue every party. With a core of local artists who became returning favourites that regularly had sweat pouring from the party's ceilings, the next logical step was to start a label to help bring this young, exciting & creatively adventurous new talent to wider recognition. First stop, Kxngs.

For over five years, All Day I Dream has been where deep and emotive meet House music. Propelled by a community of forward thinking artists drawn around the scion of master curator and sunset/sunrise set specialist, Lee Burridge.
All Day I Dream formally welcomes Lost Desert to the label with the release of Lingala, a two-track collaborative effort with Burridge himself, that also features Junior on vocals. Lost Desert was picked out of obscurity after Burridge discovered his music while trekking in a remote area of a long lost land. A fast forged friendship inevitably lead to the studio, and Lingala's the enrapturing sophomore result. The duo's first project together debuted on Lee's night time imprint, Get Weird, earlier this year to widespread support.
Lingala, is a beautifully composed ten-minute sonic journey. Built around a mystical lead vocal sung by newcomer Junior in his native Linagles the raw emotion slowly builds in intensity over propulsive basslines and deep melodic grooves . Gorje Hewek & Izhevski's interpretation of Lingala is a markedly different affair. Focussing on musical layers rather than the vocal the duo's signature spacey atmospheres and minimal rhythmic percussion add extra strings creating uplifting moments that contrast the original's mood.

The Bad Guys enlisted the services of groove maestro Nachtbraker (Dirt Crew, Heist Recordings) to help out with the detailed footwork and master of multiple galaxies Gnork (Blorp, Blind Jacks Journey) steps up to the plate with unmatched stamina to roughen things up.

In January we brought you a fantastic joint effort of Australias Emma Louise and Wankelmut, 'My Head Is A Jungle - Part 1', marking the young Berliner's second official production. Now we laid the track in Gui Boratto's hands, and the two remixes he came back with is nothing short of phenomenal. First up on 'My Head Is A Jungle - Part 2' is the 'Extended Vocal Mix' byWankelmut himself, adding not only length but also the sweet vocal sounds of Emma Louise for your pleasure. This mix adds depth to the original, making the dance floor even hotter than before.
Gui Boratto decides to open with a straightforward beat in his remix, laying thick bass lines down and adding even more funk to the mix. The result is an absolute dance floor killer in every way. The dub mix deepens the whole track, taking it into underground territory. The grime is laid on thicker and the vibe is dirtier than before while clearly taking a few cues from the Nu Disco scene. A beautiful interpretation, completing another wonderful remix package on Poesie.

Javier Orduna grew up with the sound of legendary punk associates like the Bad Brains, Joy Division or Dead Kennedys. But already in the 80s he was dedicated to acid house and the techno of Detroit which brought an inspiring vibe to his frst productions. An infuence you can still hear in his recent works. Emerging into Barcelona s vibrant electronic music scene in the early 2000ers with residencies e.g. at the legendary moog club Orduna was soon touring clubs around the world and releasing his output on Visionquest, Viva Music or Moda Black. What brought him to JEUDI were his undeniable production skills and his big warm and crazy heart. For our 26th release we are proud to have him on board with this stunning 4 tracker defnitely will fnd some lovers out there. Fool Again' sets the mood for this this release. Deep, poetic and sentimental with the right amount of bass pressure and fow to fll the foor. Orduna is telling his story unagitated, reduced and with charm. 'Circles and Lines' is softy transitioning you to the other side leaving it up to you where you want to bring it. Drawing you in to tell your own story while 'Everything Is Real' is the early morning track. Seduces you to stay. 'Mardigan' is the true beauty here. Tim Toh is the Berlin based producer responsible for some fine output on Soulphiction's Philpot label as well as Mild Pitch and legendary house imprint Nervous.
The New Tower Generation have had two amazing releases on Austrian label Praterei.
Jimpster & Luv Jam hooked up for this collaboration following Jimpster falling in love with Luv Jam's mad-cap Detroit-inspired deep house on We Play House, Phonica
and Tsuba. Luv Jam also produced an exclusive track for the Freerange 200th release entitled Hamburglar.

Over half a year has passed since Loz's last outing on Brooklyn's Razor N Tape but he's back on a solo tip with this 4 tracker of slightly deeper and more synth-driven cuts than we've been used to this year from the man. Slap Dancer sets the tone with punchy drum & sample hits, easily the most club oriented of the bunch. Duplicity sees Loz back on that slightly funkier sound we have come to know of recent times, but with a little added dustiness. Flavour adds a little extra sprinkling of dust with it's rolling drums and chords - proper chillin' basement tackle. Be sure to check that B2 cut Sunset Vista for that slow, machine driven & synthed out acid jam as well.

Brand new Music For Dreams vinyl from Danish DJ, bar owner, producer and record collector extraordinaire Peter Visti alongside his son Lukas. A real family affair, the pair worked together after dark when the rest of the house was sleeping. 'Oba Oba', is a sublime afro journey with lots of Konk/Jan Schulte style percussion, weird synthy noises, a funky ass baseline, acoustic guitars and an french afro hook - sheer balearic brilliance. 'Passion' is blissed-out sunset material - soft percussion, spacey flutes, gentle pads and Lukas' beautiful Santana style guitars sounding like a lost tape from the mountains of Peru.
Flip for 'Madness', a track concocted via email with label head Kenneth Bager A thumping ass shaking club tune with hints of Earons, this creeps up from behind, climbs oin your ear and sticks in your head with its perfectly sampled dubby vocals and magical guitar from Lukas. The Kenneth Bager Experience remix of 'Besos' has been around a while but this is its first outing on vinyl due to public demand. A building loop with simple chords and hypnotic Manuel Gottsching flavours, this is stamped with Bager's remix hallmarks of beautiful kaleidoscopic melody patterns and precise compositional anatomy. Following PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED - the critically-acclaimed run of nine 12' vinyl EPs released this summer over 9 weeks by Trevor Jackson's much loved PLAYGROUP - a Limited Edition Double CD (and Digital Album) of highlights from the vinyl will be released on December 2nd, via Yes Wave records. The music featured is a collection of reworked demos and unreleased recordings. A hedonistic mix of raw Disco, Dub, Funk, Electro, New Wave & Post Punk that still sound as relevant today as they did when initially recorded for the debut PLAYGROUP album during 1997 - 2001. The sold out run of 'PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED' vinyl has been supported by numerous DJs including Four Tet, James Murphy, Gilles Peterson, John Talabot, Optimo, Pedro Winter, Heidi & Laurent Garnier. Several of the tracks were freshly re-edited and tweaked with the assistance of Sasha Crnobrnja from In Flagranti. Ed DMX lends a helping hand on one track, two feature the vocals of Mike Z from the seminal new wave band Crash Course In Science, and a young Kieran Hebden (AKA Four Tet) plays guitar on the album's final number.

I started writing demos for what eventually became the Playgroup album at the start of 1997, after an extensive period producing recording and remixing dark hip hop based tracks as The Underdog. I consciously wanted to move in a different direction combining influences from my youth along with inspirations from the foundations of club music, that were barely written about seriously in the mainstream media at the time', explains Trevor. Inspired by the hedonistic early days of house, disco, post punk, no wave, electro and dub, these tracks reflect a unique moment in time. The emergence of underground club culture in New York, London, Chicago, Paris and Northern Italy was driven by pioneering DJs playing a wildly diverse soundtrack to a passionate, dance driven and open minded audience. A sensory overload of chemicals, bass, smoke, sweat, sex and danger, a testament to the non-air conditioned, non-i-Phone infested and non- corporate clubbing days of yore.'

PLAYGROUP'S self-titled debut album was released on the Virgin affiliated Source label back in 2001, then re-issued on Trevor's own Output recordings label in 2003. It received overwhelmingly positive reviews, with Mojo stating there will be few better albums this year' and The Face calling it a shuddering amalgamation of risky disco, punk-funk and early house vibrations'. Rolling Stone described perfect incandescent pop funk' whilst XLR8R dubbed it a concept album that does that rare thing - actually delivers'. Featuring Kathleen Hanna, Peaches, Gonzales, Edwyn Collins, KC Flightt, Rowettea, Roddy Frame, Dennis Bovell and Shinehead, the album played a key part in the rediscovery of modern dance music's foundations rooted in the 80's underground - something that still powerfully reverberates today.

Trevor Jackson has been working at the forefront of audio and visual culture for over 20 years. The London based Creative Director, moving-image maker, producer and DJ's work includes countless classic record covers, and has been exhibited at prestigious international galleries/museums like the ICA, the Barbican, and the Guggenheim. Jackson's iconic Output Recordings label ran from 1996-2006 and helped launch the careers of Four Tet and LCD Soundsystem. Trevor has released a released a 'DJ Kicks' album for !K7 and produced/remixed Metronomy, Massive Attack, U2, The Cure, Tiga, Run DMC, Soft Cell and Dinos Chapman. He has created award-winning artwork for Soulwax, been commissioned to create audio visual works for major brands like BMW, Lexus and Coca Cola, and continues to work as an art director, designer and film maker - most recently for XL recordings signing POWELL and US beat-maker Clams Casino.

'PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED' follows the success of last year's multi-edition album release 'F O R M A T' via The Vinyl Factory and media praise his 'Science Fiction Dancehall Classics' On-U Sound compilation, and the 'Metal Dance' series for Strut.

Jackson DJs internationally at some of the world's finest clubs, such as Berghain/Panorama Bar, Salon des Amateurs, Robert Johnson, Watergate, The Rex, Lux, Fabric, Oval Space, The Warehouse Project and Red Bull Music Academy. Recent festival appearances include Sonar, Primerva, Bennicassim and Glastonbury, plus's he's played at top galleries including LACMA, The Serpentine and Kraftwerk's Tate Modern residency. He also hosts a fortnightly radio show on NTS featuring the very best in brand new, alternative underground music titled 'Music for Sick Minds and Warm Hearts'.

With his first release over 20 years ago and a discography than bears the hallmarks of over 20 labels, Rick Wade needs no introduction to the discerning house fan. Growing up just outside Chicago before moving to Detroit in his late teens, Rick has, and continues to, live and breathe the spirit of house and to this day remains ever relevant in a scene he has helped shaped, without ever compromising his vision.

Making his debut on MN2S, Rick serves up typically classy house section opening with 'Goon Hand', a piano laden cut with a funky flair.

As its name suggests, 'Sacred Jazzomety' explores a muted jazz-house aesthetic with great prowess, whilst 'Mysterio', with its hazy remit, broods an air of late night, smoky intelligence.

For the next volume of the long running Turntables on the Hudson series, we head down south to Brazil to get a little dancefloor sunshine to warm up these cold winter months. The Turntables on Ipanema EP features four tracks on a 12" from the digital compilation which will be dropping the same day on Wonderwheel Recordings.

First up, Brazil's DJ G gives us "Samba Da Terra", a deep, jazzy Brazilian house/samba fusion joint sure to get all the dancers on the floor. Next, the ever prolific Simbad comes through with the brand new "Detroit De Janiero", a bangin' track equally inspired by early Motor City Techno as the drum rhythms of Brazil. On the flip side, Nickodemus and Simbad collaborate on "BerimBOOM" - another deep Electronic house joint with an infectious bassline that percussively floats into Rio. Rounding up the EP, Wonderwheel mainstay Zeb comes with the slo-mo spacey dub house vibes of "Space Forest".

Back in 2015 our bearded Dirtybird Player, Will Clarke, needed a secret weapon for some of his festival gigs for the Summer. He sampled the ghetto house legend, DJ Funk, who made an appearance on Dirtybird back in 2013 for the Kill Frenzy smash, 'Make That Booty Clap'. Will passed it on to the rest of the Dirtybird crew, and before we knew it the track took a life of it's own and quickly became one of the most requested tracks, even to this day. Will ended up linking with DJ Funk himself, and they turned what was a quick bootleg into a full blown collaboration.
