With his accomplished Barcelona EP having turned the heads of Seth Troxler, Maya Jane Coles, Ben Pearce and Maribou State among many others, Church head honcho Seb Wildblood returns with a hugely assured EP that matches his nascent label's promising recent output. Side A opener Hunney is a blissful summer evening affair, offering a shimmering, reflective twist on new sounds that's tailor-made for cruising down the strip with the top down. Edmondson, meanwhile, delicately flips the script towards the dancefloor with a vibrant and ethereal remix perfect for a season of rooftops, beaches and back gardens. The A Side also features the EP's eponymous track, a downbeat, atmospheric and subtle piece that's over all too quickly and demands another listen. The B Side to Wildblood's latest release seems to possess a more timeless quality. Warm brings together a wealth of rich samples - think dreamy echoes, lush chords and irresistible drum programming - to create possibly the strongest club cut of the bunch. Church partner in crime Apes is on hand to turn in a catchy, swinging and snare-driven remix, while Kommune1 brings the curtain down on the EP with a deft reinterpretation of Come Into My House that preserves the original's soul and warmth whilst skilfully upping the intensity.

Ahead of a related documentary project titled 'HOUSE' in Japanese characters, the compilation is the first to showcase the works of Japanese house on an historical and global level, with classics and rare-as-a-hen's teeth tracks. Carefully selected by Brawther and his sidekick Ailxkun, this is a nectar of deep grooves and blissful melodies that form the blueprint of the Japanese House Sound. Legends like Soichi Terada, Yukihiro Fukutomi or The Ecstasy Boys are back to back with unsung hearoes like Takecha, Magic Ware or Katsumi Hidano. Aimed at the house music lover and overall music enthousiasts, this compilation is the one stop shop of all things early Japanese House, unveiling the mystery behind it all and shining a brand new light on it, dusted and remastered, for your listening pleasure.

Highway Records presents the long-awaited vinyl release by Gorje Hewek & Izhevski — Russian duo, known for their releases on such labels as Pro-Tez, Cyclic and Phonique's Ladies And Gentlemen. Two beautiful melodic tracks Morning Bells and Voltiger are completed with brilliant remixes by European underground stars Markus Homm (8Bit, Highgrade, Brise) and Adriatique (Diynamic, Culprit, OFF Recordings).

Some more grittiness from the Hard Beach Entertainement camp, introducing this time the one and only "Cuban House Don" Toni Moralez with a bold mix of unfussy, old school influences. "NY Edit 1" plays the catchy 90's house vocals card while "Time 2 Hit Da Dope" pays tribute to the Memphis hip-hop scene with its heavy 808 and cryptic loopy lyrics. Finally, wrapping things up with a bang (and hitting 140+ bpm!) "Antonio Montana At A Techno Rave" will keep only the most daring ravers going!

Belgian duo Raw District pair up with the formidable Aquarius Heaven for a sophisticated and seductive EP for Crosstown Rebels. 'Her Mind' also comes with a brilliant Martin Buttrich remix.The iconic vocals of Aquarius Heaven sway against the mechanised dub-laden beats of 'Her Mind', forging a glowing fusion of languid harmony. 'Tell No One' is a sonically imposing beast of a track, whilst Martin Buttrich's outstanding remix nests firmly in the heat of the night.Raw District are the Belgian duo Vernon Bara and Massimo DaCosta, who met in a Mons record shop in 2000, and run the label Homecoming Music. Born in 2013, their music has since been seen on labels such as OM, Brique Rouge, Souvenir, Robsoul, OFF, and now Crosstown Rebels. Vernon Bara is also known as Ultrasone alongside Igor Vicente, the techno project that has released on Hot Creations and Supplement Facts.Aquarius Heaven, born Brian Brewster, is an ex reggae dancehall and hip hop singer. Now based in Paris, he has had previous releases on Circus Company, Visionquest and Wolf + Lamb and also collaborating with dOP & Art Department.Martin Buttrich's journey into electronic music began in clubs in Berlin and Hannover at the dawn of the '90s. His notorious collaborations with Timo Maas and Loco Dice have led him to form the infamous label, Desolat and he still manages to find time to put out a remarkable collection of music.
