DJ Bone returns to Leftroom this July with a fresh two-tracker entitled 'It's All About'.

Detroit's Eric Dulan, better known as DJ Bone, is a name synonymous with the Techno scene across the globe having headed up his Subject Detroit imprint and worked with pioneering Techno imprint Metroplex since the mid 90's. Here we see Bone return to the Leftroom imprint following his critically acclaimed 'Cultural Variance' EP on the label in December of 2014.

Title cut 'It's All About' kicks off the EP and sees Bone deliver a typically gritty up-tempo workout, laid out over it's five and half minute duration with frenetic stab sequences, raw distorted rhythms and sporadic spoken word breakdown of zealous manner.

On the flip Dulan offers up 'Tipping Point', which retains a similar aesthetic yet employs a softer sound palette with soft chord cycles gradually blooming and retracting across its seven minute duration as the sturdy drums smoothly carry the assimilating groove.

Haunting, ethereal, emotive, propulsive Guy Gerber and Puff Daddy's long-awaited collaborative album project 11 11 will at last be revealed.

At once a meeting of two worlds, and yet also a dismissal of those signifiers, 11 11 inverts the recent dialogue between the worlds of hip-hop and electronic music, eschewing simple radio friendly factory fare, for darker, richer, deeper soundscapes. 11 11 is not a project aimed at main-stages and masses, but outliers and after-hours.

Guy and Puff Daddy's collaboration was not born out of opportunism, indeed it's disruptive of the current main-stage malaise, and was germinated before the current electronic explosion; it's collaborative and combative, an expression of two outsized creative personalities unfettered, unfiltered, fearless, raw, and after four years of work, almost unrealized.

Despite their obvious differences, the duo behind these 11 tracks have crafted an album that feels organic and truthful. Puff Daddy's delicate and understated vocals, Gerber's emotive layering of synths, drums and melodies, 11 11 feels like a nuanced and diverse exploration of whatever powerful force drew these disparate talents together. On paper it's a crazy collaboration, on the ears it's magical.

How an underground Israeli techno producer was cherry picked by Puff Daddy as his partner on this project, says a lot about Guy Gerber, and in turn, about Puff Daddy. One of electronic music's most vibrant and contrarian characters, Gerber possesses one of its most singular contemporary voices, his music is both simultaneously haunting and uplifting, its music that inspires you to dance yet is evidently colored by melancholy.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is one of hip-hops biggest and most successful stars, but he is no stranger to the electronic music, indeed he was one of the first hip-hop artists to embrace dance music, and has been making annual pilgrimages to Ibiza's DC10 and Miami's WMC for over 10 years. He has recorded electronic records with dance icons like Felix da Housecat, DJ Hell and Erick Morillo and released the much venerated album, 'Last Train To Paris'. '11 11' is the realization of his long-standing desire to create a soundtrack to, as he puts it, 'rooms I don't belong in.'

Mancunian duo System2 are up next on VIVa MUSIC, with four high-energy tracks that wouldn't have sounded out of place at The Hacienda.

Title track 'Everybody's Freakin'' sets the tone for the EP, closely followed by the gritty bass and catchy snares of 'We're Here'. The intensity drops with 'Waiting For It' and 'Hypnotic Carpet', but both still deliver a whirring groove.

System2 is a relatively new alias for a previously well-known duo. They had a loyal following before taking on this new identity, with releases on Get Physical, Nervous, PIAS and Cécille Records. By reinventing themselves, however, they have been able to create a different sound, which is also proving very popular.

Following his hallucinogenic EPs'Dust' and 'Green Man' for R&S, Alex Smoke returns with his latest opus 'Love Over Will', perfectly crafted electronica, brimming with layers that mixes depth, euphoria and social commentary in equal measure. Love Over Will sees Menzies further exploring the melding of his voice with intricate electronics and discordant melody.

The title 'Love Over Will' is a play on "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law. Love is the law, love under will", the central tenet of Thelema, created by famed occultist and ceremonial magician Aleister Crowley, with the central thread of the album being "a statement on the times we are living in, but with an optimism relating to ways forward that are possible".

Also Menzies's work has been informed by his ongoing installation work with artist Florence To, primarily on the links between sound and spirituality (ritual music, psychoacoustic effect).

The album's palette of otherworldly strings, distortion, clicks and synths acts as a bed for Menzies' voice, calling to mind the emotive fragility of Arthur Russell, at times confessional, others loudly declamatory - 'Love Over Will' is unquestionably Menzie's finest work to date.

First release on Constant Sound, a new label from Burnski and Jon Woodall. The original comes from Burnski featuring a vocal from Beckford. Remixes from Prime Numbers' Trus'me, and Mosaic boss Steve O'Sullivan producing a rare remix.

Cera Alba returns to Electronique for our first vinyl release of the year with his Equilibrium EP.
First up Collision is a tough, moody tech house monster, tearing back a heavy bassline and metallic synths while Tenencia goes for an altogether more darker, deeper driving sound!

Planet E's Vince Watson is up first taking us on a bit of a journey with his remix giving us an epic 9 minute warm and melodic techno workout.

Following eight years running the EevoNext imprint with Stefan Robbers, Rosedale Records aims to showcase hand-picked producers sharing sides with remixes by techno's establishment and some of Estroe's new discovered talents via her own producer advice company. But there's no better way of getting down to business with a pound of no-nonsense, signalling of intent from the boss herself, a nice means of getting the ball rolling and to set future contributors on the Rosedale path.

First up, 'I See You', which has all the welcome of a sniper looking at you through a set of crosshairs. A glowering riff wades into alien frequencies and floating signals caught in Estroe's bass-mounted operation. For all it's worth as a piece of razor sharp techno, it still shows plenty of energetic, accessible bounce in its hydraulics, and ability to bring tension to arenas twice over where the pressure of the kick drum undercuts shadowy, ambiguous shades.

Re-serviced by Deadbeat, the Canadian Scott Monteith speckles his nickel-plated pistons with dirt, double-times the original's riff and drives home a metronomic, tech-energised raider of the dancefloor. Making the engine purr, clamping the joint down, and then adding fuel to the fire with an injection of acid, this is the sweet spot for those who measure track desirability by the amount of sweat they're swimming in by the end of it.

Dragged along by an 8-bit-themed wash of addictively Sheffield-born bass, 'I Wish' is set in the long tradition of dance music where airy, twinkling keys are pitched against what is a savage bottom end. Dreamy clubbing in many ways because of its trance veneer, it shies away from an ambient tag by making you think you can sail away, before you realise you're knee deep in beats that develop the bump of a cuddly monster. What's more, it epitomises the new label's ethos of supplying tracks that are 'moody and deep, but always with an energetic edge.'

Nadia Struiwigh is one of Estroe's regular partners on the platters, and her remix reiterates the package's demeanour of being granite-jawed and something to swerve in a dark alley. Despite being dominated by a kick drum leaving bruises on your ears, it fits the profile of the strong silent type in parallel to the gentle giant of the original, patiently lying in wait and unperturbed by a stretch of synth flicks looking to find a break in its defence. Struiwigh is resourceful with her power, offering wide open spaces so as to maximise its stark noise, and chiselling away into the night like a skilfully sharpened sledgehammer.

After the first collaboration on Samuel Deep's Native Tribe EP, these infamous jungle brothers decided to do a full EP together. When together they go by Ingi Visions and have a unique heavy underground sound made for dancefloor destruction. The "Get Slapped" EP features two solo tracks as well wich really represents their own styles. U can expect a lot more music from the brothers in the future.

Mark Fanciulli returns to Saved following 2012's 'Sacrifice' with a 2 track EP.

On the A side is 'Presets', a track where the organ locks the groove from the very top.
As the piece progresses and the bass line comes in, the organ then develops into a longer pattern and the pads' pitch bends with a cool, trippy feel. On the break, a bright synth opens up with processed vocals layered across it which builds atmospherically until the track drops back in.

Over on the flip is 'Game Plan' which is built upon a solid percussion and a deep, rumbling bass line that evolves throughout, pulling the listener in closer. The track builds further with a fresh synth that works perfectly alongside the tight-looped vocals until the drums smash back in.

1080p make their much anticipated vinyl debut with a special wax edition of Project Pablo's "I Want To Believe". "I Want To Believe" was originally released as a cassette on 1080p earlier this year, and the vinyl edition features a special mix of "Follow It Up", alongside another three of the original cassettes lushest jams. Very limited copies!!

My Little Dog welcomes the 2014 summer with another solid VVAA ep. The first track comes from the skilled hands of the Chilean producer Rodrigo Laffertt. 'Punta de Flecha' is a sweat, groovy and dark trip, seasoned with a deep and elegant Spanish voice. A serious candidate for this summer house hit in the best open airs.

The next track is a brand new version of the epic 'Santiago Deep - Bonsoca'. The one in charge of the remix is the German underground superhero Mollono.Bass. Molle gives his personal touch, adding new tribal elements, voices and flautes, and pumping the groove until getting a new powerful masterpiece. Another clear summer winner.

The third track comes by one of the My Little Dog CEOs, Sergio Parrado. This time he teams up with his mate Plä Ziom, and delight us with 'Mushrooms'. A perfect combination of Chicago old skool and deep house. If that were not enough, Aldo Cadiz remixes the track, moving from Chicago to Detroit and going a bit deeper than the original. Brilliant!

A quest for form which is never static and accompanied by two constants - repetition and reduction. Reduction requires repetition in order to make the intangible tangible for man. This repetition also stimulates our perception and helps us find an inner self while illuminating towards the primal thought. Another synonym for 'intangible' is 'not human' - for the most reductive of primal thoughts, sprung from fractal chance, does not deal with human beings but with a formal language that is universal, drawing from the innermost, and only becomes tangible in accidental, fortuitous moments. Our efforts to free this formal language, by means of fragmentation, from the human conventions that bind us to overabundance, turns out to be - in our limited human perception - a never-ending search for artistic discovery. Repetitive Juxtaposition LP takes up two individual, but in their essence mutual, interpretations of seeking and breaking form, and places them - not opposite but next to each other.

Barotti is a musician and contemporary multimedia artist based in Berlin. After years of working on urban sound installations, performing arts and experimental music, he is now releasing his debut album. A soundtrack for fantastic futuristic fairytales. Epic and symphonic - with a deep electronic base. Armed with iconic analog gear of the 1970s and 1980s, a hand-picked group of high level classical string and horn players and the whole imaginary world of his absurd fantasies, Barotti is opening up a new dimension in the vast field between contemporary classical and electronic music. Rising stands firmly with one foot in the same mud as Woodkid and Sohn, and the other foot dipping into the past 200 years of classical music, resting in a lukewarm cocktail of Funkstörung and James Blake. The album was recorded in Casablanca and Berlin. Co-written and co-produced with Swedish composer Anders Ehlin and German producer Valentin Sommer. Biographical details: Arriving in Berlin in 2007 after completing his music studies in drums at the Siena Jazz Academy, Barotti has pursued a wide variety of activities in the art world. He quickly joined forces with Plastique-Fantastique, producers of inflatable urban architecture. Together they started creating interactive sound sculptures. Their installations have been exhibited at Saatchi Gallery, Clerkenwell Design Week London and Design Week Milan. Their latest work Sound of Light (made for Urbane Künste Ruhr) won the Let's Colour Award. Their work also extends into pop: they have designed a stage machine for Peaches, now touring around the world. Barotti has also worked with Asphalt Piloten, an interdisciplinary group of artists transforming public spaces.

Black Loops have previously released on labels like Toy Tonics which brought them fans like Groove Armada, Huxley, Art Department and of course Audiojack who signed them to their own Gruuv Recordings. Simplon is a New Jersey jacking house track that bumps along when remixed by Sidney Charles, who ups the ante and increases the energy of the super smooth original. Cabron is next up with its moody b line and gravelly vocal snippets. Up on you is the last on the Ep and this verges towards the deeper end of the scale with soft pads, bass tones and shimmering house grooves. Four very useable quality house tracks on a great label.

True Chicago legend DJ Jes joins up with the Karlovak boys and delivers a four tracker with his trademark swaggy west coast sound for KRLVK 2.

Glasgow/London label collective Numbers announce their newest release and their second from the fast rising Welsh beatmaker known as Doc Daneeka.

'Treptow', set for release on 9th June 2014, follows the breakthrough club anthem 'Walk On In' which rightly appeared in a swathe of end of year round-ups including Time Out's Top 10 dance tunes of 2013.

The eponymous Side A on the Doc's new offering, a banger titled 'Treptow', is designed to move heads and feet via the medium of thunderous kick drums and slamming piano stabs, and showcases some of his darkest, starkest work to date.

The pounding, grunting rhythms of the A-side could sit pride of place amongst the back-catalogue of any of the Detroit's intense second wave godfathers, while its deeper flip-side, 'Paname (Piano Vers)', in its full near nine-minute glory, takes a similar propulsive formula but via a journey of keys and filters that expands and builds gradually to dazzling effect.

Mana All Night is another imprint of DJ duo MANAMANA. Next to their artist focused label KANN they are going to establish a new vinyl platform. As a long- term dynamic dj team composed of Map.ache & Sevensol both love to play extended long sets, that make room for dance music in all its facets. Mana All Night wants to represent all that kinds of up and downs that that completes a satisfying night.

Radio Slave follows up last years 'Repeat Myself' on Spencer Parker's Work Them Records with a 12' entitled 'Werk' set to drop on 2nd June.

Drawn out hypnotic cuts are Radio Slave specialities and with 'Werk' and his previous Work Them outing he delivers his trademark with unflinching confidence.

The two full tracks on the EP take simple vocal samples and cast iron grooves and stretches them drum-skin tight while two accapella versions make for irresistible DJ play.

While 'Werk' marries its eponymous vocal with shuffling, scraping percussion and little else to create a timeless jacking house dub the flip side's 'Jus Werk' evokes Dan Bell minimalism with fluttering, mechanical sine wave sequences

Over two decades ago, Roland Leesker would play and produce with artists that are legends today. Slaving away with Ricardo Villalobos in his living room, creating loops with John Selway at New York´s Satellite basement, working as a light jockey for Joe Jam and Marc Spoon, cooking the heat together with Cajmere and ATA at the Wild Pitch Club, or running various record shops around the globe. Since then, he's invested much of his time, knowledge, heart and soul into electronic music to further the scene and support the art. Now, he's returned to the studio with his production partner Philipp Maier also known as Sante to bring you a new instant classic, 'My Warehouse' In a way, you could say 'My Warehouse' has been in the making for 25 years. In that time Roland Leesker has studied the music, gathering inspiration from the sounds, people and experiences along the way and putting them all together to create his perfect sound. 'My Warehouse' is a bass-laden House killer, with intense kicks and a gritty, in-your-face bassline. The first exclusive vinyl release will feature remixes from friends he met along the 25 year journey; techno-prince Chris Liebing delivers an edit of Cardopusher´s sexy remix, as well as the original. Remixes from M.A.N.D.Y. and DJ T. are currently underway and expected soon.

After an incredible summer that saw the Diynamic label release more big hits from boss Solomun and hot talents Adriatique, as well as hold down their fantastic outdoor parties in Ibiza, the Hamburg house stable is unleashing a brand new series of four Various Artists Eps called 'Four To The Floor' - Four EPs with four tracks each, focussing on the dancefloor. The names included along the way are largely exciting new producers who are being welcomed into the label fold for the first time and each of the four new EPs will be released roughly two weeks apart, starting November 10th. The producers hail from all over the world including France, India, Switzerland, Israel and many more places besides. This, then, is something of the start of a new era for the ever-evolving Diynamic label and showcases their skills at unearthing the next big things. Continuing with the new talent themed series of 4 new EPs, Diynamic now hit EP2. Opening up the account is Undercatt, a Yuma associate who contributes 'Golden Area'. It's a punchy, meaty house track that gets cut up with future sounding alien synths that will send dancefloors wild. Next up Denite & The Liquid Mirror, who have previously released on London's Third Ear, offer 'Together'. Their track is a lively, up-tempo tech house affair with celestial pads, hooky synths and lots of bristling drums that drive things along in style. Then it's to French artist Anton Dhouran of Kumasi Music. Just 20 years old he is inspired by the likes of The xx and Stephan Bodzin and his cut 'Mirage' is a make you reminisce house track designed for the hearts.

Si King aka Chemical Play has been involved in the underground electronic music scene for quite some time now and releasing material under this guise since 2012 via imprints such as Bulletdodge, Low Battery and of course his very own Hide + Seek imprint launched in early 2015.

Since its inception the label has garnered support from the likes of Joris Voorn, Evil Eddie Richards, Pezzner and Okain, a striking indication of the classic meets contemporary appeal embodied in its output.

The original mix of Night Is Ours opens the release, seeing Chemical Play deliver a percussive slice of Techno utilizing raw distorted rhythms, fluttering low-end tones and processed samples to create a subtly blooming upfront workout.

Crosstown Rebels artist Russ Yallop reworks Night Is Ours next, creating a contrasting and more refined take on things with sweeping bass drones, climbing synth licks and swinging rhythms. ViVa's Ninewire steps up next on remix duties, reshaping 'Night Is Ours with shuffled organic percussion, tripped out vocal swells and a bulbous bass hook.
Lastly the package is rounded off with a Vinyl Only exclusive original from Chemical Play entitled Brain Numb, a stripped back number which closes the package brilliantly and lays it focus on ghostly synth lines, sparse rhythms and eerie vocal styling's.

On the day today tonight, Ethyl & Flori launch their own imprint, E&F Records. With dancefloor focus, EFR001 guarantees crowd reactions reminiscent of Clinton's welcome home after machine-gunning 400 buffalo.

Calling on his collective and collected spirit, El Rudo del House strikes again with this fourth release of this series. Since the start of this journey the goal to bring the awareness of body mechanics to the masses through the sounds, sights, and movements of El Rudo Del House has brought him on adventures while touring this message- from the clubs and bush of South Africa to the streets and rooftops of New York City, to the stage of a multi-coloured fiesta at Vive Latino in Mexico City.

From Sci-Fi to Lo-Fi LOD presents a journey inside analog machines and science fiction movies. Two producers from different countries had split the release with their sounds and their musical attitudes. Lost SoundBytes is a Brussels Based young producer that develops an haptic music, diving sometimes into cryptic and anxious foggy areas through analog materials experimentations, as drum machines & synthetisers like Poly 61, AcidLab Bassline 3 , Wardolf Blofeld. Sebastian Swarm comes from Glasgow his three tracks are full lo-fi acid music, imprinted by a cosmic sight and chicago house' quotes. Enjoy the trip!
