Fachwerk celebrate 8 years Fachwerk with a special 2x12" Album Release... Fachwerk, established in Berlin in 2007 By Mike Dehnert, will be celebrating their 8th year this September with an album showcasing the cohesiveness of their sound and artists. In the past years, Sascha Rydell, Roman Lindau and Mike Dehnert himself have called the label home, hosting frequent nights at Berghain among other venues with the whole crew. With the minor exception of a couple releases the label catalog almost uniquely features the German trio. For this special series, the three have come together once more, with the last time being three years ago, to each contribute their perspective on this anniversary piece as they travel through various emotions that capture the uplifting energy of the label. The story is told as a narrative opening with a prologue from an alluring French female which slips gently into a punchy bass and cheerful rifts. The plot continues to unfold with dub-like chords that nurture serene atmospheres, which glide between bouncy beats and darker intriguing synths. The camaraderie is evident as the story progresses through a series of interludes embracing the banter of daily life running a label. The sheer ability for Dehnert, Lindau and Rydell to intermingle and rest so consistent has them fooling any ear into thinking this compilation is a solo album. This is not an easy task for many labels, yet they are able to embody the essence of what the label has achieved in the past 8 years as well as what is still to come.

Mike Parkers´s unique album 'Lustration' is a extremely good base for killer remixes. After the amazing original tracks, well known and respected Remixers like Svreca, Edit Select, and Cassegrain have designed three complete new Lustrations and providing a complete dedicated attitude to the rhythmic, full of stomping and gyrating patterns of Mike´s album. We call it deepest ritual techno for the mind.

For the Seventh output through Stranger's Self Reflektion Imprint the Rotterdam based label welcomes fellow dutch artists ''Moving Thoughts" to the label roster. ''Forward Motion EP'' proves to be a perfect showcase of Moving Thoughts' household style which revolves around thight packed textures, thriving drum patterns and mindblowing taints of mechanic sounds and extravagant synthesis.

Night Light Records presents a very limited release with their best digital releases till date. Mladen Tomic, Paride Saraceni, Sinisa Tamamovic & Dani Sbert provide the vibes on this excellent 4 tracker.

Thule Records camp is hitting it hard these days. This time it's a collaboration between two pioneers within the Icelandic techno scene. On the A-side, we have Static, a hypnotic groove with indistinguishable voices and shimmering dub chords, and Útkall, minimalistic dub techno mantra. On the flipside we have the heavily-rhythmic Sedna, where the drums and bass compliment each other in such a way that it might cause involuntary muscle movements, and at last Timelaps, a delicate minimalistic voyage. Ohm is best known for his releases on Force Inc with Exos. Octal Industries, a veteran who has already gained a respectable reputation within the IDM community under his Ruxpin pseudonym, returns to his origins with this collaboration. Thule Records is considered by many to be a pioneer in the field of dub-influenced techno music and was a starting point for many of Iceland's most renowned electronic musicians.

Setting up an array of soundmarks to be followed continuously, with ears wide open, Radiq supplies a reduced framework of themes and subjects where guests are welcome to get involved in. They are here to accompany Hanno's visions, to leave their own impressions, to deliver various ingredients of personal flavour, to provide some very special and unexpected aromas to the story of 'Eastern Hemisphere EP'.
Displaying a sophisticated funkiness like in "Brown Chase" and "Waiting for My Man", Radiq takes us on a trip on a serpentine road under a clear crystal sky with uncountable stars that mark the progression of the beat.
A true gentleman, his work follows the rules of understatement. His productions are of a certain hypnotic quality which makes the listeners feel like being spellbound. Every now and then the tracks appear to be close to bursting out,
but they always keep their decency by strictly following the storyline.
However, a storyline of surprises.
Driven by a percussive impetus which incorporates both a relaxed and carried-away play of the Tablas, "Cashmir" unites an Asian view on electronic, hypnotic meditation with lively African chants to create a friendly culture clash. Japan, India and Morocco are quite close here, as if there is no physical distance. Is it any wonder that Margaret Dygas opens the space wide again to gain an illusion of distance, allowing her psychedelic elements to breathe Her extremely reductive approach is of artificially calculated colourfulness and beyond reality.
Travelling to the "Eastern Hemisphere" with the flow of the continuing story brings us back a full scale of sensations: kidnapping the listeners on a dusty road to bliss, the track develops to become a breathtaking epic. Three raconteurs from Casablanca present their skills here:
Hassan opens the view to the horizon with his Rbab play, an Arabic onestringed violin, which soon enters into a dialogue with the Arabic guitar Oud performed by Salim. Along the persuasive drive of the beat, Rachid's percussive accompaniment conducts a serious dance move.
Surprisingly, the trip develops to an almost New Music-influenced full string drama that delivers an insight into the unfathomable depths of the soul. A true professional, Thomas Melchior steps forward to keep (the seriousness on) a solemn level. Here's the opportunity to drive straightforward through the night without thinking of tomorro - because there's no need to think, just feelings: feelings lost in the trance of the desert.
But then, like a gentle wake-up call, machines whisper and murmur incantations with their voices from alien spaces to resurrect the mysterious "Romeo". It's alive... but still held in suspension between the worlds of twilight and imagination. Its communication is focused on subliminal messages.
On the contrary, Moroccan singer Khansa Batma provides a sublime message that comes directly from her heart. Her beautiful singing and telling enhances the driving Dub energy of "Bonez" and the hotness of the amazing, finely syncopated Funk/Jazz groove of "Waiting for My Man". Like an emotional prisma, her charming and stunning voice of many phrasings splits up the path of musical experience and adventure inot several romantic views to a global dancing future.

Nested Structure is the first Great Circles release from artists outside of Philadelphia. THRIVE are Tetsuya Yoshida and Hitoshi Kojima. They both grew up in the North Kanto area of Japan. They first met at the club run by Tetsuya Yoshida called SOUND A BASE NEST, which is known as having the best sound system in the North Kanto area. In 2007, the duo started their DJ / Producing unit THRIVE. Previous releases have included a split 12" with

Keia Yano for Japanese label Struct, and recent solo releases by Hitoshi for Always Human Tapes and for his own label Ambivalent Deviation.

This record almost didn't happen! --- Tetsuya and Hitoshi were picking up Great Circles records in Japan and, having periodically communicated with each other about music, they sent us the Struct 12" to check out. While cleaning out the back of the car a few months later, the presumably empty record mailer was about to land in the recycle bin when we fortunately discovered a demo CD of unreleased THRIVE material inside. We drove around listening to it and week later we agreed to release a 12".

The music on the Nested Structure 12" is dark, foreboding, even outwardly threatening. It's hypnotic, textural and rhythmically complex.

Following Tripeo's acclaimed debut album 'Anipintiros', the artist asked a few of his friends to reinterpret his release. It resulted in 2 reworked EP's from his contributors, all of whom are from an all star techno line up. On part 2 we explore the harder mixes.
Blawan goes full throttle during his sonically destructive reconstruction of Ani #7. Not for the faint at heart. Ben Sims does what Ben Sims does best with his rework of Ani #5: over-driven grooves, acidic sequences kept together by the relentless tempo of a high-speed train. On closing duties we have the enigma that is Cadans. Still nobody knows which prolific Drum & Bass producer is behind this pseudonym and we have no intention to reveal that secret just yet. His skillful and highly detailed rework of Ani #1 shows him to be a master of his art.

'Control' (Roberto Capuano) begins with a quarter time drum beat that centers around a high hat track. Shortly following the introduction, the melody kicks in. Drawn through a remixer, haunting lyrics join the track, 'Do you know why you're here Do you think you have control' This track would be an ideal candidate for not only underground clubs and outdoor festivals but as soundtrack for any video game, regardless of genre.
'G.O.D.' (Saso Recyd) is a fun, upbeat track that would delight any attender at a club. The song opens with the sensation of almost being on a spaceship. Soon, the synthesized melody adapts a circular tinny sound. The piece experiments with unusual noises. It sophistication and patience gives way to a versatile, stand alone, feel-good anthem.
'Taipan' (Flavio Diaz) is a dangerous, exciting instrumental track. True to its snake-inspired name, Diaz uses a static hissing sound to complement the beat. The cymbals rattle, offering even more reptilian inspiration. The energy of the track leads it to be a flawless anthem for any festival, concert, or club. It would amplify any DJ's set list and also serve as a nice base for a mash up.

Prolific electronica polymath Emika found acclaim once again this year with new studio album 'DREI', an opus that picked up Ibiza Spotlight's 'Album Of The Week' accolade and was called a fascinating album' by Rolling Stone. With six new remixes on this EP, further life has been breathed into her latest LP - with stunning results.
UK techno legends The Black Dog provide a foreboding rework of Battles, all brooding pads, electro glitchery and stomping breakbeats.
Kamikaze Space Programme's version is more dramatic still, returning the favour after Emika appeared on his own 'Choke' recently.
CNCPT (Brenda, Natch Records) kicks off the remixes of What's The Cure with an industrious slab of dubbed-out, reverb-heavy techno, doing away with Emika's vocals entirely and instead making use of her sound design expertise with subtle finesse.
Mysterious German Clone and Bunker affiliates The Exaltics tap into their electro roots on their rework with a thick, rubbery bassline working its way under a simple, atmospheric arrangement that allows Emika's honeyed delivery to take centre stage.
Borai (Tasteful Nudes) teams up with Emika herself to provide a stripped-back, heavily-swung, stomping take on the track, boiling it down to its melodic and textural essence.
Eomac rounds off the package with his stunning string-laden instrumental interpretation.

Onnset's fourth release is delivered by label co-founder JoeFarr. Position Ep rounds off the series with three original tracks and a remix by Jamie Curnock.

Political post-punk trio This Heat dissolved at a turbulent time in the UK. Margaret The Iron Lady' Thatcher was in power, and her budget-cutting, ultra-conservative influence was felt strongly in-among many other places-the cultural melting pot of Brixton, South London, where This Heat had their origins. Dusting himself off after the collapse of the band in 1982, guitarist/vocalist Charles Bullen united with Julius Samuel to form Lifetones and embraced the sounds of the local West Indian community to fuse reggae flavor to the kind of propulsive, rhythmic, and experimental music made by This Heat.

Deceit, This Heat's 1981 album, had seen them work with David Cunningham, who had already helped mesh dub reggae with new wave pop on The Flying Lizards' 1979 single, Money (That's What I Want Want).' Even so, For A Reason was a great leap, one that created a strange, unsettling mood as Bullen's multi-tracked, chant-like vocals met dub beats and Krautrock-informed repetition. Where Deceit dealt with the nuclear threat, For A Reason was less reactionary, even quoting Bob Marley in its lyrics: you love the life you live, you live the life you love.'

Just six tracks and half an hour long, the album was recorded at Cold Storage studio and released on Bullen's own Tone Of Life Records. It has become a sought-after collector's item that changes hands for hundreds of dollars a time. As a solo artist, Bullen was not prolific-it was 15 years until, in 1998, he released Internal Clock under the name Circadian Rhythms-but like the rest of his band, he has enjoyed a long, enriching career in unending pursuit of new sounds.

Even though This Heat had no commercial success to follow up on, For A Reason was an album created with no intention of hitting the charts. Reissued on Light In The Attic, Lifetones' single album retains a timeless quality and perhaps-on tracks such as Good Side'-a futuristic sound that nobody else ever caught up to.

With this new project, Madben & Yann Lean get back to the essence of techno with a raw sound based on groove, textures and catchy

hooks. Influenced by 90's rave sound et artists like Jeff Mills, Surgeon, DJ Pierre, Dave Clarke or DJ Funk the french producers like to

write their music "on-the- fly" and are adepts of a very spontaneous track conception. With "Trunkline" they bring back the unique

texture of analogic techno. Trunkline's vinyl label will release the duos ep's. They plan to release one maxi per trimester. The project

will also take to the stage as a four deck DJ set and then a "100% machine" live performance in the summer of 2016.

For the its 11th release, MindTrip brings together 4 of the most challenging and interesting artists of the current techno scene, presenting two original tracks and two remixes. This record opens with Ovadoca' from the highly productive Dutchman Tripeo, also known as Darko Esser. Ovadoca is a dark, meandering and trippy track which incorporates rich analogue sounds with a deep, rolling groove - perfect for parties which continue for days not hours. The second track introduces Finnish DJ and producer Juho Kusti to the MindTrip imprint with his brilliant interpretation of Ovadoca. Juho's take on the track loses nothing of the original's quality and adds eerie tones, additional percussion and a new arrangement, making this version a club friendly roller. The B side reverses convention and opens with a remix of the final track, Contortions by Jonas Kopp. As you would expect from the Argentinian, the track is a tough, driving chunk of techno. The mood undulates throughout and tension is expertly built throughout in this storming, peak time track. The original version of Contortions closes the EP. Penned by Simon Haydo - who is well known for delivering consistently high quality music on a range of respected labels like Balans and Stockholm LTD - Contortions is a bass heavy track with a mesmerising hook which DJs and dancefloors will love in equal measure. This is MindTrip!

Ostgut Ton reissues Drei of Zehn with original tracks by Function nd Substance as well as Len Faki remixing L.B. Dub Corp.
2015 marked Ostgut Ton's ten-year anniversary, celebrated with an extensive 30 track compilation release, titled Ostgut Ton Zehn, spread out over ten 12 vinyl records housed inside a limited box set. This sampler sold out in no time, which is why Ostgut Ton is re-issuing these ten 12"es individually in 2016.
Zehn Drei is an unfussy record on the one hand - three Techno tracks and therefore stylistically cohesive overall - but a personnel- and sound-wise multi-layered 12 on
the other hand. Luke Slater (as L.B. Dub Corp), Dave Sumner aka Function and Len Faki all feature on A, Faki's reinterpretation of Roller feat. Function' is a subtle but intensifying update of the original's nuanced kick drum. On B1 Function sets his

Canadian based label Eternal Drive Recordings is proud to present it's first vinyl release by Jay Zoney titled "Workhorse" with remixes by Audio Injection & Axkan.

This is the label's eleventh digital release and first to be cut on vinyl featuring two original tracks from label boss Jay Zoney. Jay's productions have picked up previous support from artists including Ben Sims, D.A.V.E. the drummer, Bas Mooy, Speedy J, Sam Paganini, Joseph Capriati and Gary Beck.

On remix duty is Los Angeles native David Flores, who takes on the EP's title track under his Audio Injection alias, where many people will also know him as Truncate. Between his two aliases this heavyweight producer has racked up an impressive back catalogue of labels including CLR, Mote-Evolver, Affin, 50 Weapons, Figure and Gynoid Audio to mention only a handful.

Also featured as a remix artist is Federico Sánchez aka Axkan originally from Mexico, now calls California his home. His dark, experimental and edgy sounds have landed his tracks on the likes of Morgan Tomas' Reloading Records to Israel Toledo's Assassin Soldier and many more.

First on the EP is the title track 'Workhorse,' which true to its name is steady and relentless. A kick drum that stamps like heavy hooves on concrete gives it a powerful sound. The fast flowing percussion is brought to life with startling rips and synth stabs that grunt with determination and grit. This industrial workhorse delivers the goods every time with expert precision and perfect timing.

The second track is titled 'Mr. Ed' shows Jay Zoney's acid roots. Industrial like the first track, it's hard hitting with a rolling acid line that wriggles and twists as the track progresses. It has an intensely powerful clap with sharp hi-hats and a shuddering bass sound that when combined give it an infectious throwback groove.

Third on the release is the Audio Injection remix of Workhorse, and although dark like the original, it's less industrial overall. Opting for his own spacey percussion and bassline David (Audio Injection) creates a rolling groove packed with forward momentum. With the addition of a half bar synth hook and rising pad sound, this remix is powered by a prominent off beat hi-hat which makes it both hypnotic, euphoric and menacing.

Finishing off the release is a rework of Workhorse by Axkan whose rippling remix is both eerie and mysterious. Loaded by a grinding synth sound which echoes round the mix to create the feeling of open space, his remix starts off four to the floor, but with an unexpected shift morphs into a more broken rhythm. Building in intensity, this pulsating masterpiece has mechanical qualities and a truly individual sound.

Valere Aude, the debut album from Romans, a collaborative project between New York techno producer Gunnar Haslam and Vienna-based acid evangelist Johannes Auvinen (aka Tin Man). Featuring 12 tracks of hallucinogenic, psychedelic techno, Valere Aude is an acid-etched trip to the outer reaches of the mind.

I just really like listening to albums. I think the popular notion of techno not lending itself to the album format is just a myth," says Haslam, a statement we can't help but agree with. Both Haslam and Auvinen are no strangers to the album format — Haslam has released three under his own name, and Tin Man has released no fewer than six. "The album format allows for more cohesive artistic statements than other formats — it feels like more of an achievement and delivers a filled-out narrative," explains Auvinen. That's a perfect summation of Valere Aude. Building on the blueprint they sketched with Ambulare Aude, their first 12" for The Bunker New York, Valere Aude presents a fleshed-out vision of another world where acid techno falls like rain upon a forgotten civilization. "The album connects to a fantastic fictional history in which we are imagining attitudes lost to the waters of time," Auvinen says. The track titles, in fact, allude to geographic designations in the greater Roman empire, adds Haslam.

Although both Haslam and Auvinen are fully established artists in their own right, Romans is more than a mere meeting of the minds. "We are discovering a third entity as Romans, within Romans, which is neither he (Haslam) nor I," explains Auvinen, cryptically. "Our decisions as producers become simpler as we get closer to discovering Romans' sound." Haslam concurs: "Our production process is pretty quick — our compositional style is similar. We give each jam all that we have, then, later, sort 'em out and let Providence decide whether it's any good."

The finished product is a steamy, moody record, experimenting with atmospheres, tempos, and sounds, designed for blistering hot days and cold, rainy nights. We couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

My first meeting with Keita Sano
A little over a year ago I spent a day off in the lovely seaside town Enoshima. There is a really nice club, cafe and concert venue there called Oppa-La which I had played the previous night. So my dear friend and japanese promoter Hagi tells me we should go back there the following night as there will be local bands playing followed by a live-set from Keita Sano. I was only vaguely familiar with his music but had noticed his name crop up more and more frequently so off we went.
a couple of beers later and around the third track in : somehow managing to merge the playfullness of disco with the physical impact of techno I'm sold there and then.

This new double AA sided 12" in the Gynoid Limited series sees two heavy hitting originals by the rising star of Dutch Techno - Doka, and Gynoid regular, Ground Loop from Melbourne. Both tracks receive complimentary remix treatments, with Mørbeck performing a raw techno workout of Doka's original, while on the flip-side, Ground Loop's track gets a deep and dubby signature remix by Advanced Human.

In 2013 Drumcell debut his first full length album 'Sleep Complex' on CLR. Around the time of the album release Drumcell invited three of his close label mates Luis Flores and Raíz Truncate from Droid and Lucy from Stroboscopic Artefacts to create their own interpretations of his music. The unreleased tracks were constant dance floor tracks used within the teams DJ sets and it's about time to release these tracks to the public!

Blossom Kollektiv returns again with a new vinyl release that showcases the labels organic growth from passionate beginnings to a name that is established in the minds and hearts of many. Label co-founder Jepe has put together a very exceptional release that is sure to warm the hearts of Blossom fans around the world. The EP features one track from Jepe with remixes from Patrick Zigon, Joel Alter, and label mate Leo Wölfel.

The title track 'Amaebi' immediately whisks us off to a beautiful land with commanding drums, lush pads and graceful synth stabs. Paired together with moving percussion the piece is carefully crafted for moments on the dance floor that will be the highlight of the night for anyone looking for a deep moment to lose themselves in.

Moving on to Patrick Zigon's interpretation he presents a more playful version while never losing the core deepness of the original and taking it even deeper. Playing heavily with dubby pads and abstract synths he completely transforms Jepe's original into something fresh that will work flawlessly in many moments in the night.

Turning the disk over we reach the B-side remixes. The first remix from Iron Curtis showcases a solid deep house vibe. Keeping the pad from the original but toying with the elements and adding a funky bassline he revamps the original into a different vibe that it's beautiful and moving all at the same time.

Continuing on with our deep exploration of 'Amaebi' we come to Joel Alter's interpretation. His version provides a reconstruction of the original with a soft rumbling bassline and subtle acid synth stabs that take the listener to a place they have yet to travel on this musical exploration.

Finally finishing things off is label mate Leo Wölfel's solid floor filling version of Jepe's original. This version is intended to take you straight to the dance floor with its more upbeat approach but without loosing the elements of the original that took you to a magical place to begin with.

The first in a series of hugely exciting Shangaan remix instalments come this time from legendary Basic Channel affiliate and one of the brains behind the 2010 Shangaan compilation, Mark Ernestus. Taken to the task of reworking the frenetic 180bpm speed of the original, Ernestus condenses its hyper-activity down to a hypnotizing and particularly engaging house groove punctuated with moody synths. A second version strips the components further bare for a sparse but verdant landscape of dubbed out bass. Extremely recommended.

Weekend Circuit, record label born out of London, England, is an artistic entity focussing primarily on releasing first-rate Techno since it's inception in 2013. In 2011 Dave Monolith released his first CD album "Welcome" on Rephlex. Here is finally his first album in vinyl which brings together the EP released on his Bandcamp (in digital format only) with unreleased tracks between braindance and acid. Everybody can find his groove thanks to the quality and the completion of his work!

Following on from Radio Slave's 'Vision' that landed earlier on in the year, Rekids assembles three colossal remixes from Rødhåd, Obscure Shape & SHDW and Johannes Heil.
Rødhåd's remix leads the package with tantalising synths, filtered effects and stuttering percussion that together assist in generating an impending tension. On the flip, Obscure Shape & SHDW immediately drop cavernous kicks before the original's distinguishable pads brighten up an otherwise dark and sinister aesthetic. Tying up the package, Johannes Heil's ethereal rendition echoes throughout providing a deep and mesmerising conclusion.

Project formed by Mynationshit and Sentionaut which is influenced by horror movies .They definitely love directors such as Dario Argento ,John Carpenter,Wes Craven, Mario Bava and of course their hypnotist aesthetics and sinister atmospheres. .On this occasion, They have recorded an eerie album with two outstanding remixes by Hyboid and Synth Alien and also four tracks of them where black cats,stained glass window and darkness are always present. This is called 'Sequanza Lunga' and obviously is inspired by Suspiria which is a 1977 Italian horror film directed by Dario Argento.

Reset Robot is back on Truesoul with an exquisite 4 track EP. Exploring his signature deep and funky tech-house vibes, Reset Robot has used percussion and synth stabs to create a deep, underlying groove throughout this EP. Tickled with hooks throughout the EP, there is a defining character within each track, in particular 'Lost in a Duvet' with its unique piano hook that you will stay with you for days.

Subterranean Techno Cuts with a strong Ancient Underground Texture. Sawlin reveals himself to us with something totally unique, just like the spirit and the soul of ARTS elite, but there is one more thing, we give you James Ruskin remix served on a silver platter. No more words needed here.

It starts with slow tempo dark magic of the In Slow Motion track on the side A. Then the incredible remix from Arnaud Le Texier (Children Of Tomorrow, Safari) increases energy of the EP. And on the side B the two break techno stompers complete this striking 12-inch: a peaktime rave anthem MRI, and a throbbing raw banger State Variable.

Absolute Body Control was formed by Dirk Ivens in 1980 and joined by Eric Van Wonterghem just after releasing their first single 'Is There An Exit'. Achieving an underground cult following, the band took their influence from bands such as Suicide, D.A.F, and the UK electronic scene. After a few years, the band members all went their separate ways finding success in other influential acts such as The Klinik, Dive, Sonar, Monolith and Insekt.

In 2007 Absolute Body Control re-formed and released Wind(Re)Wind on a very limited picture disc LP and later on CD including updated & re-recorded versions of their best tracks. Modern sound recording techniques blend seamlessly with the classic roots of low-fi electro.

Now, almost a decade after the first pressing, "Wind(Re)Wind" is relunched including all the 13 tracks from the CD plus two new versions ('Waving Hands' and 'The Man I Wanna Be') and a live recording from WGT 2007 (previously available only on a limited CD)

All tracks have been remastered by Eric Van Wontergehn at Prodam Studios (Berlin).

Insula records presents their first release with the debut EP of Cyspe (Robin Koek), half of the Artefakt duo and known for releases on Delsin and Field records. It features three killer cuts that will be released on both vinyl and digital. 'Amnesia' opens things up intense with sub-heavy layers of drums, synths and icy hi-hats all adding up to a steady and hypnotic groove. It is a cut that travels deep down the rabbit hole and takes you with it. 'Transmission' is then a soothing and blissful interlude with beautiful, floating chords all underpinned by a menacing bass line that grows loud and quiet as things unfold. Lastly, 'Passing' is deep, spaced out and atmospheric with subtle pads and rolling drums that locks you into a perfectly endless groove. This is a varied EP that starts off what is sure to be an interesting new label.

Excellent techno release on

Gregor Tresher already liked Mars Bill's tracks on Suara and Intacto a lot but when he heard these demos he was immediately convinced to sign this new Italian artist on his label Break New Soil. And when he received the Basic Channellesque remix from Heiko Laux from the Kanzleramt, he was sure to have a true gem on his stick. Do you agree

South Brooklyn's P.Leone returns for his second release on Spencer Parker's Work Them Records with four atmospheric techno cuts this November. Earning his stripes in New York and Tokyo, P. Leone is an established DJ however since turning his hand to producing his talents in the studio are indisputable.
Echoing kicks and piercing stabs form the effervescent '9V9' before a chugging low end works alongside tantalising effects in 'Cold Metallic'. Next up, 'Stability Control' generates a dusky aesthetic with moody bass throbs and saw like synths until the high-octane 'Apex Corners' concludes the package with a relentless energy.

4 classic Paul Johnson tracks on the Dance Mania imprint from 1995. Re mastered and officially repressed for 2016.

Cin Cin, a series of split 12's from Fort Romeau (Ghostly Int. / Running Back / Robert Johnson) and Warm's Ali Tillett. Each instalment bringing together friends old and new in a spirit of collaboration and togetherness.

Cin Cin is back for round two, this time calling up Michigan superstar Todd Osborn who delivers a 1,2 knockout punch with heavyweight acid killers We Gonna Jak' and On the T'.

On the flip Londoner Laurence Guy gives us an anglo saxon take on that heady deepdiscohouse sound thats guaranteed to warm the body and soothe the mind in these last dark days of winter.

ETHER003 is a four track release by Helsinki based DJ/Producer Kitkatone. The release includes two original tracks with two remixes by techno masters Woo York and Attemporal. Starting off the release, A1, 'Oppressor', is a slightly old school tune - raw and beautiful blend between House and Techno. The following 'Woo York Remix' turns the track to a ruthless techno beast with a hint of industrial vibe. B1, 'Remainder', presents a darker atmosphere with crude and fierce banging and mid-winter gloominess. The closing track 'Attemporal Remix' brings in a deep and spacey brooding, bonding the release into an extremely sterling techno pack.

It is a painting on frequencies that gives us this new volume of the Japanese craftsman Yaporigami, scour your ears before to see it.

AnD make a return for the 6th instalment on Brothers, hooking up with 3 fresh new artists, adding to the label's growing roster of techno talent.

Headless Horseman makes his debut ride out for an external label, laying down a bad boy broken beat stepper with AnD for a brutal but grooving A side offering. For B1 Earwiggle boss and one half of Tinfoil, Sunil Sharpe, teams up with AnD to serve up the pounding slab of acidic techno that is Security Breach. The final track for BROS006 sees AnD and D.Carbone collaborate on a relentless 4x4 acid bomb.
