Straight after his contribution to the splendid Delusions of Grandeur compilation and collaboration with Sebastien Vorhaus aka Soul of Hex' as well as his latest EP's on the Russian Capital Bass' label and "Swedish Brandy" Ponty Mython is back with a full swung EP packed with cosmic deep house tunes.
How To Get Your Life Together And Succeed' sets the pace for the record, bringing together a kaleidoscope of sounds in Ponty Mython's signature style, soul meets dance floor punch. Changes We Go Through' oozes hip shaking appeal, a deep and sleazy bass line leads the charge on this bumping house track. Watch Over Him' slows things down a touch with live funk and jazz licks conjuring images of session musicians jamming in a smokey club, urging you to get down.
On the top of the B-side, we have man of the moment Red Rack'em who delivers a wonderfully Wonky' house remix in his very unique style, casually combining elements from three of the originals. Next up we have Love Is Not A Thing', another body moving sultry deep house offering, dripping with soul, as easy vocals ramble over lazy keys and lively percussion. Finally, easing us to the end of our outing in the sonic stratosphere is Lopp 17', back in the funk realm, with some tropical percussion thrown in and a steady grooving bottom end to keep heads

Here comes the third release from Pit Spector's unique live-label concept.
This first part of a double Ep, Prospector #3, which features Ben Vedren, an artist whose work ethic
and approach to music is in perfect unison with Pit's.
Conceiving a new concept that pulls together production and performance, 2014 saw Pit Spector
throw a series of Prospector parties. For each soiree he invited a guest artist to his studio to work on
an exclusive live show for the club, as well as new music for the label. Through 2014, Pit and Ben
Vedren got together for a string of night-time jam sessions, and now they release the fruits of their
labour.
The synergy between the two artists couldn't be stronger, both have grown parallel to the Paris
scene, spending ten years maturing their sound, which is focused around micro house and minimal
techno - pushing that 'less is more' ethic to its limits.
First up we're presented with 'Rave -3000', which epitomizes the duo's ability to create depth within
a seemingly minimal composition. The energy pulsates and flows throughout, with the track's
repetitive nature emanating a hypnotic allure.
On side B we have 'Trek', a more 'heads-down' track, with somber keys and warped jazzy flourishes
keeping things lively.
Once again the vinyl includes the corresponding Prospector party poster - original artwork by Paris
street art legend O'Clock of New York's 156 graffiti crew, who, inspired by the energy of 80s blocks
parties, offers a raw and colorful manifestation of the music.

Arcing Seas is back with ARCS-03; a unique EP of selected tracks from the first two releases, remixed by The Mover, Peder Mannerfelt and Shifted. First up, rave and techno legend The Mover presents his first new material since 2009. After using the slogan "See you in 2017" for years before, this marks the start his return. He turns Trappist into a hard hitting electro workout using original parts that explode and punish the senses. Peder Mannerfelt introduces the B-side with his take on Skull Gun. Broken beats and exciting percus-sion sit atop deep kicks, disorientating quick fire samples and rapid snares, showing how versatile and on-point he is. Finally, Shifted is called into action with a signature deep-sonic soundscape. Rumbling kicks and high frequency textures occupy the sound field, alongside reverberating samples from Vultures, making it his own. Label info: Arcing Seas is an anagram of Cassegrain. It started out as a secret alias, releasing a couple EPs on Our Circula Sound. The secret was less well kept after the duo appeared at Berghain under this name. A year later, after deciding to start a label, it finally made sense to bring the two together.

Described as 'the start of something special' by Simon Shreeve / Mønic and 'full of depth and texture' by Kamikaze Space Programme, Other Form's debut EP 'Unmarked Paths' lands on the artist's Unknown Movements label on 12th May. The EP's five tracks all began life as jams on analogue hardware, and there's a fat, noisy, intentionally-imperfect feel to each. Amidst the 'floor-conscious urgency of the two sides' opening pieces, the other three explore slower, darker territory — and all are glued together by a foreboding atmosphere rich in sepulchral reverb and analogue hiss. Killawatt calls it 'Wonderfully fluid techno.'

Kanja Records is sincerely honored to present its second vinyl release, based on a concept called Sunday Mornings. With this series of releases we will focus on that warm up, early morning, after party gems and slowly fading away from peak time music. Our philosophy behind this concept is that the focus goes to the tracks being timeless, and music that you can listen to in every time of day and night. Music that offers a vast variety, but in the end coming together in that sweet and warm morning glory.
Aishuu by Shintaro.D was definitely our first pick for the first track on this release. As the first sides of our releases will be oriented on a more housy sound, he perfectly captures this philosophy in his track.
Fo Rest by Consep perfectly sits beside our opening track, again confirming that the first side of our release will be soulful, with all around housy vibe. We are really excited to have another member of the Ukrainian scene on our release, because we are really in love with their production.
Benshou by Kensuke Yasuhara is a really impressive track, with a breaky vibe and beautiful pads and is perfect for our B side, as we like it to be more minimalistic. Shintaro.D and Kensuke Yasuhara strongly represent the current Japanese scene and we are honored to have this guys on our label.
The Bitch Of Glitch by Claire is the final track on our second vinyl release. Being a bit different from other tracks on our release gives it that special place, as it nicely rounds up the variety that has been presented on this release. 

Keep your eyes open because this September the mighty Serkal imprint drops its 8th vinyl release coming from Saved Records' Clio and backed up with Luca Agnelli's remix.

New York has always been famous for its Garage and House scene. Serkal has put the American city on the Techno map, releasing a series of quality records coming from producers all over the world. In September they present another strong package, 'Leave Me Alone EP', this time out on physical support, featuring the talented Berlin - based but French - born producer Clio. After releasing on Saved Record, Clio now offers up three tracks which move towards different genres, from Dub techno to raw House, clearly showcasing the producer's influences. The title track is a brainy and dark House cut driven by straight grooves, ethereal vocals and deep pad melodies. Desolat and Be As One's Luca Agnelli offers up his version of 'Leave Me Alone', a monstrous Techno dance-floor killer Berghain inspired. Following is 'Wanna Tell You', a melanchonic raw House track in which sampled vocals are fused with industrial sounding bass lines. The EP closes with 'What Is Life', an hypnotic Tech House tune in pure Serkal's style.

Two years after his latest solo appearance on DEMENT3D, Francois X, also co-founder of the label, reveals his new EP Unicorn Paranoia. A record that sounds slightly more intimate indeed, after a period marked by close collaborations, especially with Opuswerk (Hiss:1292) and Antigone (We Move As One).

Social Experiment Records teams up with one of Toronto's true old school techno legends, Greg Gow for the artist's stunning debut LP, 'Lost Days'... Greg Gow has been a respected ambassador of Toronto's electronic music scene for nearly threedecades, championing his long running Restructured label since 2001, DJ'ing in the cities keyclubs since the 90s and bringing the fruits of his relationship with neighbouring Detroit back to his hometown. It is his connection to the Motor City that has brought him attention over recent years,spurred on in large part by his signing to Derrick May's legendary Transmat imprint in 2009 with the techno anthem 'The Bridge'. This was to play a pivotal role in the regeneration of Transmat at the time and lead to further releases for Gow on the imprint, a record on Kevin Saunderson's KMS label and appearances at the Movement festival. Gow's sound speaks of this close affinity between these two great cities with a smoky, gritty dub inflection that permeates every bar of this his stunning debut album. He has long been a local legend in Toronto's scene but now there is a real sense that this LP is set to propel this unsung hero on to techno's global stage. The 'Lost Days' LP kicks off with 'Inception', a late night ambient soundtrack that conjures up a sleeping urban metropolis, before 'Fly Tipping' slides into a soul infused Detroit groove that is slow and sensuous, spaced out and smooth. Cleverly upping the ante, 'Curl De Sac' takes a dubby, deep rolling house direction with well crafted synths extending in all directions before 'Refractions' re-sets the mood with brooding and beatless chords, found sound details and gentle breaking waves. The latter half of this most coherent journey starts with a classic dub techno cut in 'Lost Days', rippled with electric static and underpinned by firm rubber kicks, before 'Still Life' shows off Gow's mastery of his synths: they ripple into the distance and bring a sense of serenity as they build to a peak then dissipate once more. It's a faultless demonstration of tension and energy as 'Too Late' gets more forceful and driven but no less deep and cerebral with its hypnotic stabs and subtle rhythms. Closing opus 'Beyond Time' is a blissful final interlude that sounds like a spaceship drifting through the cosmos as the captain mutters into his PA. That final track rounds out a truly outstanding collection of electronic music that is imbued with warm techno soul and makes sense both on intimate dancefloors as well as up close in headphones. The album itself was mixed down at Toronto's go-to facility, Treatment Centre Studios, and it's clear that every sonic detail has been treated with the respect it deserves. Greg Cow's debut album has been a long time coming but it has certainly been worth the wait. It is a testament to his true talents as a producer and is another milestone marker for the ever impressive Social Experiment Records.

Kapote loves the funk. And he loves Blaxploitation movies. The black underground cinema from the 1970ies. Kapote samples dirty talk from these movies and puts it on his bass lines. Melodic basslines with a heavy 1070 funk vibe. Bass lines that can create a sexual tension. Kapote adds a few warm, jazzy rhodes piano chords and a lot of reverbs and filtering. And the music rolls. Often more like a jam then like a constructed piece of music. In the highest points this music is pure endorphin. It's 4 to the floor - but it has a soulful analogue sound. Kapote says he was listening to records from old Detroit label Red Planet and Parisian downtempo pioneers Motorbass and La Funk Mob while making this record. And yes, the vibe is there. Like these guys Kapote likes to build his musical trips around snippets from old funk vinyl. Adding beats with vintage drum machines and creating an eclectic trip into a universe full of jazzy bits, noisy drums and dirty samples.

This album has its origins 17 yeas ago in early 2000, before Chain Reaction released the legendary Ship-Scope 12'. Three of the tracks here are taken from an acetate cut at Dubplates & Mastering at that time but which wouldn't see the light of day until now, including another batch of tracks taken from original masters. Only 5 copies of that acetate were ever made so this is the first time any of these tracks are available for public consumption and, for our money, rank among the finest and
most distinctive in either the Chain Reaction or Shinichi Atobe's vaults.

The material is effectively some of the Japanese producer's earliest work, showcasing the sort of tender, feminine pressure that would bubble up on the Ship-Scope EP and later be revealed in his new productions, Butterfly Effect and World yet, for many reasons, they would lay sunk in his archive for the next 17 years.
The tracks taken from that acetate are labelled First Plate 1-3 and really are quite remarkable, having taken on so much character and added weight over the years that the incidental crackle
of surface noise imbues proceedings with an added dimension that's hard to fathom. It basically sounds like a lost transmission making its way from Paul-Lincke-Ufer at the turn of the millennium
to a new, completely changed world all these years later.
The patina of crackle lends a mist-on-bare skin feeling akin to summer garden parties at Berghain in the stepping First Plate 1, and gives a foggier sort of depth perception to the hydraulic,
Maurizian heft of First Plate 2, but it's the submerged euphoria of First Plate 3 that hits the hardest; a heady, bittersweet reminder of days gone by.The other four tracks are crisply transferred from master tapes, relinquishing a sublime, impossible to categorise House variant that recalls everything from DJ Sprinkles to Ron Trent, yet with that weird, timeless production tick that by now has become something of a signature for this most distinctive and hard to categorise producer.

The third truelovesounds vinyl is coming from our friend Alin Crihan - Bucharest/Romania. The "Grosso Modo" EP is an outstanding two tracker record which conveys some meaningful, compelling and ghostlike elements combined with its own groove and rythm. Limited copies

Jon Gaiser returns with full length album 'III' on Minus Throughout his career, Jon Gaiser has been synonymous with forward thinking techno and sensory stimulating live audiovisual shows. Mixing up both analogue and digital recording techniques, his abstract music never fails to be both cerebral and cinematic as well as fresh and physical, never ceasing to place you right in the center of his own special universe. Since 2014's 'False Light', Jon has continued to headline shows around the world, while constantly producing new material to test in his live sets. Always evolving whilst remaining true to his singular vision for techno, this trained percussionist and skilled drummer once again confounds expectation with his latest opus. New Release Information The album kicks off with the introductory 'Wirelife'. Rolling beats underpin a percolating synth line and sci-fi sound effects that immediately get you in the groove. 'Stringtest' and 'Facefall' seamlessly round out the first chapter with oodles of pure minimal funk and rubbery bass, curious song details and subtle effects. The next chapter touches on darker, hard hitting rhythms in 'Doorway', freaky dehumanized vocals with 'Rubdown' and choppy house styles on 'Out Too', but all exude humid atmospheres and an inviting sense of otherworldly charm. The last trio of tracks completes this fascinating story with the shuffling drums of 'How's That', the colorful melodies of 'For Balance' and playful widescreen vibes of 'On The Way'. When all the tracks here are added together into one musical experience, it makes for a fluid, expertly programmed ride that takes you somewhere new and exciting, as is always the case with the one and only Gaiser.

It is with great pleasure that Desolat welcome the hugely-respected German producer and DJ Mathias Kaden to the Desolat family with his four track 'Tentakle EP' for the Desolat X series. 'Pitched' opens proceedings and is solely aimed at the dancefloor with its driving percussion, deep bass and pitched vocal snippets. Next up is 'Troija' which progresses with at a slower BPM, has a funkier and more exotic groove and is characterised by bouncing bass and tribal drums. 'Demence' takes the listener on a hypnotic journey with it's squelching acid-bassline and incessant echoing vocal. 'Propeller', which rounds off the EP, is another percussive groover designed to move a peak time club. The tracks builds throughout, with crisp hi-hats which drive the track's infectious rhythm. On top of the four tracks on offer, the 'Tentakle' EP also generously comes with two deadly FX Tools for all DJs to build into their set. Overall then Mathias Kaden's experience as a producer shines through on the 'Tentakle EP' as he delivers four killer tracks which are as expertly programmed as one would expect from the veteran producer, and designed to get the dance-floor moving.

The long established and critically acclaimed DJ-Kicks series kicks off 2017 with suitably accomplished DJ, producer, vocalist and instrumentalist Matthew Dear at the helm.A man of many musical hats, Texas born, Detroit raised Dear has a wide reaching discography that takes in face melting techno as Jabberjaw, dark avant-pop under his own name and intricate minimal as Audion.Often with a gothic slant and full of curiousness, his pensive but playful music is an intoxicating distillation of many different influences, often withhis own stylised vocals at the centre.

Austrian shooting star project NIEREICH was founded in 2010. As DJ/live act, producer and label co-owner of Audio Stimulation Recordings he serves as a true multi-purpose weapon. While playing at the biggest in- and outdoor events and his releases being supported by the biggest DJ's across the globe, he undoubtedly set his mark on the international dance scene. Niereich is known to be rocking as there's no tomorrow.

This Urban Format EP is packed with techno bliss and consists of 3 strong, dark and deep tracks.

Perc Trax vs. PoleGroup is a collaboration between Perc's imprint Perc Trax and PoleGroup, in which each of the labels champions their recognizable dark techno sound, with their own clear identity and vision of the current techno scene.

The collaboration has already got off to a good start with several successful showcases at the infamous Tresor club in Berlin, with line-ups certainly worth mentioning that include Perc, Oscar Mulero, Reeko, Truss, Exium, Ancient Methods and many more.

Aside from the showcases, the labels will be exchanging artists for some of their releases: the first instalment is a four-track EP with Reeko and Christian Wunsch representing PoleGroup, and Perc Trax label head Perc, together with Greek producer Sawf, doing the job for Perc Trax. This EP is scheduled to be released at the beginning of November.

Be prepared for the second instalment, coming out in December on Perc Trax with Oscar Mulero, Exium, Forward Strategy Group and Manni Dee.

This Berlin based imprint drops once again a special minimal & microhouse 3-tracksr vinyl borned by the cooperation of Rqm's label lord Francesco Passantino with Sonartek. Mental grooves and dark breaks melted to create an eclectic ep adaptable to several set times. Another great example of the Round Qube DNA, show the deep need the crew to propose high quality standards both music research and in sound mixing and mastering.

MindTrip presents MT13, which sees another young Argentinan talent - Farceb - making his MindTrip debut. Farceb is a producer who's been pricking ears over the last couple of years with strong releases on labels such as Arts, Orioni and Circular Limited. He now joins Pfirter's imprint with his superb Signals From Space EP. Exoplanet War sets things in motion and is a stylish, entrancing tune, which - if it wasn't for it's intrinsic energy and power - would border on the somniferous. Next up is Signals from Space, a tough, brutal and percussive workout, punctuated by dark, organic synth stabs. This track builds and rolls along in a way dancefloors will love. Unknown Shadow is a powerful, stripped down merciless lump of peak-time techno which cleverly blends atmosphere and hard hitting percussion. The final track - the superb Hyperion - is a 6 minute, deadly exercise in pushing intensity and tension to (and sometimes beyond) commonsensical limits. This is MindTrip music!

RAS Records or rather Reach Another System is a new small record label straight outta south Germany. The first EP is a distorted Techno piece from our lovely friend Frederick Block. The EP contain four tracks including a psychedelic remix from our Berlin based man Florian Kupfer.

3LP + DL Card. Hyper Opal Mantis is a triptych on 3 states of desire, and the first long player of Kangding Ray for Stroboscopic Artefacts. HYPER is the primal, sensual lust, OPAL is the emotional catharsis, a blissful desire for love. MANTIS, like the insect it refers to, is the destructive, fatal attraction.

The tension between the natural and artificial, the body and mind, are central themes in electronic music in general, and Techno in particular, as the means of creation, focused around technology and interactions with machines, contrast with the emotional response to sound, the mystical ritual of collective dancing, and the ethos of liberation and tolerance embedded in the culture it produced.

Our primal sensuous perception, vastly more abstract, emotional and sensual, make us feel the world as an ambiguous realm we are part of, but not in control of ; a complex network of interacting forces and enigmatic patterns, a matrix of overlapping desires. Rebuilding our bonds with nature, Reconnecting with our senses, and spreading love in the process becomes an essential act of resistance.
