This summer, the left of centre electronica label Greco-Roman hits its stride and celebrates 10 years of music.
And to celebrate they are reissuing their biggest dance floor records and remixes on a series of Ltd Edition 12's.

Norwegian producer Wasserfall makes his way to Chicago/Los Angeles based Hesperian Sound after several releases for Greta Cottage Workshop, offering a highly organic affair. The EP opens with "Stiv Heks" which evokes a lush natural landscape, both dreamlike and quirky. The remix from young Chicago newcomer, Daniel Chavez, strips down the original for a simplified yet feverish dancefloor edit. The B Side returns to Wasserfall's signature laid-back jazzy deep house sound with "Twilight" and "Gravlaks", which flex the producer's knack for working in samples into his grooves. A consistent warm psychedelia flavors these four functional tracks with looseness and reverie.

Following his celebrated Fusion (Broadcast Mix)' 12", Will DiMaggio returns to Future Times with debut LP, "At Ease." Recorded 2016-17 at the now-illustrious Fairview Ave spot alongside roommates DJ Python, Anthony Naples, and the Exotic Dance crew, "At Ease" is equal parts dizzy street beats and live keyboard action.
DiMaggio has a keen sense of dance music and how it gets to dancers, as evidenced in his stellar DJ mixes. At Ease' is no different, navigating listeners through a lush array of sounds that hints at DiMaggio's love of 90s hybrid techno, jazz(tronica) and deep house, all in psychedelic fashion.

Drums juggle around the beat constantly during opener "Fairview Jam," before DiMaggio's synth work takes the tune to space. "Steppin W Friends" is pure mellow heat. "All Good (Jazz Mix)" and "UH UH OH" are two opulent, soulful cuts, funky in a way most can't do. On the second disc, "O God Dam (Sus Mix)" and "Ooze Mix" go in and out of fidelity, tape hiss giving way to clarity and back again, gritty drums and crystal pads, biting synths and soft keys. "Could Be The Look," in that mysterious D1 spot, turns inside-out with cascading synth work and impossible-to-grab kicks that slam in and out, while "For T" closes with hi speed but horizontal lovers techno. At Ease!

From his early gigs throwing parties as one of the first generation DJs in lasi since 1997, ARH continues to break boundaries as part of the Romanian resistance scene and numerous time portals as they open around Europe. His blistering, mind-bending sets such as at Berlin's Tresor and Griessmuehle see the DJ with the red hand fuse pure Detroit electro and techno with the sounds of techno-bass, raw Chicago acid house, classics and futuristic beats. His mixes for Radio UR (Underground Resistance) and The Grid (Detroit Techno Militia) remain some of the best frequency transmissions to surface to air.

Armed with a Soviet Union reel to reel Majak 203, his scorching raw analogue and searing acid productions have been picked up by foundational Detroit labels such as Twilight 76, Matrix, Detroit Underground, Databass, Detroit Techno Militia, Cratesavers Intl, Visillusion as well as around the world from Holland's iconic M>O>S Recordings to 1Ø Pills Mate (Lobster Theremin), Bass Agenda and Land Of Dance. On his remix list includes work for Scan 7, Santonio Echois, Thomas Barnett, Sean Deason, Niko Marks, Six Foe, T.Linder and more while support from Anthony Shake Shakir, DJ Bone, Dave Clarke, DJ Godfather has been garnered for our sonic warrior... Deep Explorer opens the door to the African producers with this "Mind Jazz Explorations EP". Under the Ofuren's name, Siyabonga Ngwenya /Roots Go Deep) express all his lo-fi vision about the deep music. This is his debut on Deep Explorer with three songs full of smoke. The EP contains a remix of "Ancestry" by the mysterious Man-Drake with Afrikan Sciences (DeepBlak) helping on the bassline.

Rising stars Pentatones, justly lauded for their distinctive blend of oblique pop, jazz-inflected electronica and languorous torch songs, receive the full Steve Bug treatment on Poker Flat's latest 12 transmission: a meeting of minds that produces an utterly seductive dancefloor anthem. The original version of 'Karma Game' appears on the Pentatones album 'Ouroboros' which will be released early 2015. Distilling the original's haunting noir pop into a deep techno groove, Bug suspends tinkling chimes and tuned woodblocks around a gritty bass stab. A choir of siren voices follow, hauntingly layered as the tension builds and the riff tightens its grip on synapse and sinew alike. But all this is merely a prelude to the introduction of Delhia de France's vocals: a heartstring-pulling foil to Bug's intense repetitions, creating a heady blend that is deeply involving and instantly memorable. An instrumental version on the flipside gives harder-leaning DJs the chance to focus on the hypnotic riff and crisp, percussive touches that comprise the trademark Steve Bug sound, topping off a rich and unforgettable packagep.

When WPH boss Red D heard 'Toriton' being played by Ken Ishii during a WPH radio takeover on Belgium's Studio Brussel radio station he ran to the booth and knew this track had WPH written all over it. Not abiding to any trends, just devastatingly beautiful house music.

Some licence negotiations and months later Satoshi Fumi agreed and made 'Lalalalaland', a brand new track to go along with 'Toriton' and make up this E.P.

The title track has that unmistakable Detroit feel that takes you from melancholy to euphoria and back, while 'Lalalalaland' has been described by people hearing it in Red D's sets this summer as 'Japanese sunset trance' or 'end of the night eyes closed hands in the air stuff'.

Dense & Pika are a British electronic production/artist/DJ duo compromising of producer/DJs Alex Jones (Hypercolour label boss) and Chris Spero better known to many by his Glimpse alias.
The duo first came into fruition in mid 2011 with a number of white label releases. It wasn't long until they were noticed by Scuba and have since had multiple releases under their belt on Adam Beyer's Drumcode, Scuba's acclaimed Hotflush imprint and have branched out onto the elusive Hypercolour. Dense & Pika have also been showing off their remixing talents by reworking the likes of Adam Beyer & Ida Engberg, Digitalism, Disclosure, KDA, Leftfield, Maya Jane Coles, X-Press 2 and also Paul Woolford's 'Erotic Discourse', which won the DJ Mag category for 'Best Remix' in 2014.

Touring across the globe on a weekly basis has seen the duo play at the cream of the world's clubs such the now legendary Trouw (Amsterdam), Panorama Bar (Berlin), Fabric (London), Gashouder (Amsterdam) and international festivals all over the world. Gaining club support from electronic music's finest DJ dignitaries such as Skream, Scuba, Chris Liebing, Breach, George Fitzgerald, Adam Beyer, Dubfire, Jackmaster, Dusky and beyond.
They first linked with Nervous Records when they played Output Club in Brooklyn in May 2017 at an event that was promoted by Nervous Records founder and label chief Mike Weiss. That meeting lead to discussions about possible remix of one of seminal tunes in Nervous' legendary house music catalogue. The result matches one of the most prominent names in House Music - Kerri Chandler - with one of the most exciting emerging production teams in techno - Dense + Pika.

Matt Edwards' newly launched reissue label, R-Time Records, prepares its third release, the second instalment of Sir Lord Comixx 'Retroactive'.

R-Time Records shines a light on classic tracks that didn't always get the recognition they deserve, with the label's first two releases coming from Sir Lord Comixx and FBK. Real name Amoon Andrews, Sir Lord Commix's discography has been in high demand for many years, evident by soaring market prices. The A-side of 'Retroactive (Part Two)' features two tracks from a rare untitled release on 'Hard Up', whilst the B-side is made up of 'Chicago Jazz' from the 'Funk Box EP' on Eukahouse (under his a.Moon' moniker in '98) and 'Motionvibe' from 'Azid Jazz EP' on Cynic in '05.

Cosmic synths join wonky arps in 'UR My Omen' before moving into the more up-tempo 'Fog Horn' with its robust drums, off-beat bleeps and filtered effects. 'Chicago Jazz' takes things into deeper territories with crystalline Rhodes and jazz-influenced samples until 'Motionvibe' concludes the package with its syncopated structure comprised of twisted sounds, murky atmospherics and effervescent nuances.

Back in August 2017, Jerome Derradji received a call by one of Chicago's most renowned record dealer.
It went like this: 'Hey Jerome, I've got all these reel to reel tapes of Chicago House stuff. You want to take a look'

Less than 24 hours later, more than 160 reels were purchased and safely hauled back to the Still Music office and Jerome got to work.

In fact, these reels - that were lost for more than 20 years - contain some incredible stuff that we'll be releasing in the years to come but right now it's time to Jack!

The DJ and producer from Cantabria comes back into the picture with this 'Seconds of light', which is released on his own Seven Villas Music. Boli´var goes deeper and deeper into velvet soul Deep-house, with a dreamy touch which is especially present in the track which names the EP. Therefore, it counts on a soft groove and an inherent club vibe which makes it perfect for summer sophisticated sets, or even for listening on one's 'me' time. Simo´n Garci´a's remix of 'Seconds of light' darkens up the original, giving it an extra push of strong kick in order to take it to the late hours and the vibrating underground dancefloor.
'All Clear' is under El Txef_a's approach, a modular, cosmic and disco kraut-rock space trip, with an acid reminiscence. Illustrated escapisim whch does not forget about the dancefloor.
'Leaves without shadows' was a track which was originally included in Bolivar's last compilation 'The Obscure Figure', also released in Seven Villas. Pablo enjoys this time the collaboration of Upercent from Valencia, and also includes a remix by Berlin's duo youANDme. Deep but rhythmic, almost martial tech-house, which is as well danceable and in constant emotional progression.Through his new 'Seconds of Light EP', Pablo Boli´var makes us involved in his sound imaginary, which is always wide, varied and gets given qualities which are linked to his music bet: quiality, good taste and international scope.

Next up on Late Night Burners we have four warm cuts by Roman Coskun. With the 'Feels Like Forever EP' he showcases his own personal brand of wayward, but elegant deep house. The title track is deep, but very functional, and clearly built on the underpinnings of classic deep house, while remaining fresh at the same time. Then it's time for 'Sunwards', blending acidic dreaminess with a lock-tight groove. On the B1, 'Steps' reminds us of Mediterranean summers, with its warm pads and floaty steel drums, and finally, on 'Tales from the Reef' the gifted 92 Spacedrum Orchestra joins in for a raw, yet delicate late-night club joint.

Man Power's Me Me Me label proudly presents a very special new compilation, 'We We We', which will see all profits donated to the vital Help Refugees charity. The release boasts 25 new and exclusive tracks from a wide range of artists both new and established including Pional, Juan Maclean, Shit Robot, Medlar, ASOK, Ian Blevins and more. As well as the full album, two limited, vinyl-only samplers will also be released, with each featuring one exclusive track that is not available anywhere digitally.

The recipient of the albums profits, Help Refugees, is the leading UK NGO in a new movement of humanitarian aid, helping to plug the gaps in services not provided to those displaced by war. The man behind the compilation's concept is Man Power aka Geoff Kirkwood, an established producer with credits for his off kilter mix of house, disco, ambient and techno on labels like John Talabot's Hivern Discs, ESP Institute and Jennifer Cardini's Correspondent.

Kirkwood says, 'I have wanted to do a compilation of this nature for a long time. I'm incredibly lucky, as well as eternally grateful, to know so many talented artists who were willing to donate wonderful music towards this important cause.' The gratitude clearly flows both ways with Help Refugees director Philli Boyle saying 'We are so grateful to Man Power and to all the incredible artists who have shown solidarity with displaced people across the world'.

The superb compilation kicks off in plaintive fashion with absorbing ambient tracks from Ian Blevins, Dharma and ASOK. Pale Blue's 'Eyes' then brings deep and persuasive drums into the picture with thoughtful, sombre synths lingering up top. There is a real beauty to much of the selection here, as demonstrated by more wistful chords on Forriner's lush deep house day dream 'Sunrise in Bensham', while jacking dance floor tackle comes from Pink Skull and Medlar's pumping 909 drums and the pixelated melodic delights of Christophe's rugged, Chicago-indebted jack track 'Winder'.

Man Power himself pops up with an epic nine minute opus that is broad, sweeping house music at its most dramatic and evocative, and Pional's 'Night Charmer' is a typically inventive cut with icy drones and dehumanised vocals. Big hitters like Shit Robot offer a heavy dose of dub house, while 'Quantume Reach' by Juan Maclean (feat Amy Douglas) is gorgeously off beat house with thoughtful chords and spine-tingling vocals with a poignant message.

This is a compilation jam-packed with a broad array of accomplished and standout sounds, and that it is all for charity only makes it an even more essential and welcome release.
The full album is released exclusively via Bandcamp on 4th May in exchange for a 'no minimum' donation to the charity, with the label asking to please give generously.

Colourful Recordings welcome a new addition to the family with Amsterdam crew Dilated Pupils dropping Quantum Space EP. A record setting a mark both sonically and musically with its warm thick sound signature and diverse track selection. If the A side is dreamy with floating textures and minimal grooves, B side is more earthy and straight up housy, yet still with a strong musical identity.

Second up on Sour Edits is the Polish sample wizard Marcin Krupa with three breezy summery house jams for sweaty basements and sun drenched terraces worldwide..'

Nicolas Lattansio, aka SHIT, was raised in Temperley, a small borough in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1996, he had his first encounter with electronic music and has been inseparable ever since. Hes in love with the beats and the dance floor. His tracks are played by the likes of DJs Pareja, Alejandro Paz, Carisma and Mijo. Hes the founder and resident DJ of Te Re Cagamos La Fiesta and TOKYO, the Festival. He defines his music as indie techno, with strong beats, vocals and plenty of attitude. Without a doubt, SHIT is one of the most powerful projects in the neighborhood.


The Solo En La Pista EP shows SHIT's veritable force in the blooming indie-techno scene growing out of Mexico and South America, and the remix with Mexico City's Ali X x Ximena (former Azari III) is an extremely strong dance floor track that has proven itself upon many floors and festivals from Burning Man and beyond over the course of 2017 in preparation for it's public launch this year.

'Family Horror X Good Times' is an extensive 15 tracks compilation, where the Leipzig label reflects on an intense and impassioned decade. KANN asked close friends and long time idols to play their part to the full to complete the third edition of the label's Family Horror compilation series. The outcome is a clear snapshot of the musical inclinations of the three label founders, Sevensol & Map.ache (aka Manamana) and Bender, encapsulating an idiosyncratic, modern house sound that demands an emotional response.
The compilation comes rounded off by a booklet of photographs from Ria aka Lux which just like the music captures some of the beautiful 'Good Times' from this very special period, this time on paper.

For its seventh offering, Sol Power Sound taps into the pulse of the French Antilles for Tambours de Martinique, a blistering EP of original and remixed versions of rare, drum-centric dance floor workouts. Licensed directly from the legendary Martiniquan label Hibiscus Records, the EP features cuts by Eugène Mona and Max Ransay, two of Martinique's most storied musicians. With reworks by Spanish DJ and producer Kiko Navarro and the Sol Power All-Stars, this one will be in the record bags of discerning DJs all summer long.

The A side features 'Lizo' by Eugène Mona, an essential figure in the folkloric music of Martinique based on the bamboo flute, bèlè drums, and the island's specific variant of Antillean creole. Lizo was originally released in 1990 on Mona's Blanc Mangé Blan Manjé LP and is anchored by frenetic percussion, a driving bassline, and house-evocative key stabs. Kiko Navarro's remix takes an already dynamic cut to deep Afro-space with thumping drums and a bubbling synth-bass groove that will put dancers through their paces.

With its powerful combo of urgent brass and ensemble vocals, Max Ransay's 1988 recording of the traditional Martiniquan folk song 'Ti Kanno' fills the B-side. 'Ti Kanno' was previously recorded by Ti Émile, Ransay and Mona's legendary forebear. Full of surprises, Ransay's version is a sonic melting pot of hand percussion, horns, unexpected synth lines, and bass. The Sol Power All-Stars edit fills out the low-end thump and teases out the groove for maximum impact.
