The record was mastered by Sam Smith at Green Door Studios in Glasgow.

Spread across two 180g discs, spanning 24 cuts and served in a gatefold sleeve designed by members and affiliates, the Young Echo LP is a capsule intended for cementation through time.
It's been almost five years since their last album. As a group, extended radio submissions, prolonged studio sessions and notorious club nights make up the cogs of time. Over the course of these years, the network has grown continually, both as one, and with singular, multi-directional paths from each of the 11 artists that make up the Young Echo collective, counting Jabu, Vessel, Kahn, Neek, Ishan Sound, Ossia, Manonmars, Bogues, Rider Shafique, chester giles and Jasmine towards the crew, with projects such as Bandulu, FuckPunk, O$VMV$M, Gorgon Sound and ASDA adding to the table in their individual ways.However, this record aims not to be judged on any single producer or vocalist. It is most effective as a whole, simply titled Young Echo. Of course each of the artists has an important part to play, but it is very much about the act of balance, accepting individualism to form a greater whole.A good example is the welcome addition of new energy coming from Jasmine (1/3 of Jabu) who injects endless space with her vocals, perfectly answered by the cool-killin' wordplay of Manonmars - who makes his long awaited debut here - sharing stage with the immediate poetry of ASDA's very own chester giles, along the mighty sound of Rider Shafique, and Bogues' versatile style that can flit between rap & song within seconds. Five very different vocalists that could've tried to find a compromise, but instead choose to connect in different ways, finding their niche in the equal range of rhythms and sounds that sprawl in this shared space, the juxtaposition.
Detuned soundsystem stylings, love songs swaying in hacked up ambience, skeletal dancehall, microphone technique, dread electronics, outsider pop, this record manifests the outcome of the shapeshifting anarchy which rears it's head when no one idea can rule, embracing the diversities when one path must be made up of many.

London star Alexis Raphael returns to Hot Creations with the dance floor killer It's Kinda Jazzy, with fine French exports Dan Ghenacia and Chris Carrier teaming up to deliver the remix with electrifying results.
Title track It's Kinda Jazzy is an ultimate peak time weapon. Alexis explains how it's 'a real melting pot of different musical influences that have inspired me over the years. There's everything from Hip-Hop to 90's UK House and Garage, Jungle/Drum and Bass, upfront House and Techno and, of course, Jazz.' On the flip Dan Ghenacia and Chris Carrier deliver a solid remix that keeps the pace, changing gear through trippy turns. Last up, second original track Strip Off lays down the swing with sultry vocal slices.
An influential player on the London scene, Alexis Raphael earned his stripes across the pirate radio stations of North and East London during the late 90s and early 00s and went on to hold residencies at legendary London clubs The Cross and Bagley's. His first release Spaceship was picked up by Hot Creations sub-label Hot Waves in 2011. Since then, he's had numerous releases and remixes on labels including Jackathon Jams, Of Unsound Mind, Avotre and Get Physical and not forgetting his anthem, I Know.
Dan Ghenacia is the undisputed kingpin of the Paris underground scene, having founded and ran Freak N'Chic for seven years and now one of the three creative minds behind new label and b2b2b DJ outfit Apollonia. Chris Carrier is another heavy-weight from the French underground scene. Together they have delivered some recent killer EP's on Appolonia, Music For Freaks and Adult Only.

Apollo collect rare highlights and new productions from the desk of Moscow's premier deep house producer. Disc 1 is drenched with the luscious 'Water', his rugged 'Road Trip Song' and the spectral original, 'Fade To What' from his Ethereal Sound releases; Disc 2 features 'Miles and More' from the C.O.M.E compilation on Fred P's Soul People Music label, plus the exclusive beatdown number 'Funky Man' on side A, backed with one of our favourite A. Zap cuts, 'Captain Storm' from his eponymous debut on Underground Quality circa 2008, and finally the beautiful ambient house patter of 'Miniature'.

One of the most busy and consistently excellent producers in all of electronic music is Boris Bunnik, and now he is back under his most loved alias, Conforce, on his most regular home, Delsin. As well as releasing as Versalife, Hexagon and many other monikers, the Dutchman is best known for his serious deep and underwater tracks that are part dub, part ambient and part techno. Opening up this new EP is title track Depth Over Distance. Driven by buried deep kick drums, up top are thin lead lines that leave trails like beams of light as ticking percussion and more widescreen synths flesh out the airwaves. Plateau is less spacious and has more detail in its midst including clacking hits which reverb off into the distance, supple and subtle bass notes and a general sense of aqueous fluidity all characterise this brain soothing bit of music. On the flip, Rendez Vous is more directed at the dancefloor with big drums, cold and edgy chords and gentle acid lashings. It's vast in size and scale once more, and drives along with a sense of muted menace. Finally, Closer is another airy and cavernous bit of ambient music that is sombre and serious. Swathes of echo and reverb make for an immersive, underwater soundscape once again and close out the EP in devastatingly emotive style.

"""Back 2 Life EP"" produced by DJ Joe Lewis is the first classic edition series of the label. It contains three tracks of Joe's epic record 'Love Of My Own EP"" a collab with Larry Heard released on Joe's label Target Records back in the early House days.
The tracks are all B-side bombs becoming a long lost mythical slice of Chicago wax. 'Love Mystery' is an outstandig song, you can hear that Larry Heard influence as it sounds like his earlier 'Mystery Of Love' prototype.

Deep melancholic vibes of two originals on the A side by Eric, remixed in two variations on B side by Romanian duo - SIT

GeorgeX brings a poised balance and combination to his tracks of melancholic sounds over more aggressive beats. The titles reflecting a journey that took him to musical places unimagined in his studio beforehand. Music is the pathway to his dreams while sunny days in Greece also inspire certain feelings in his sound. Emotionally charged 'The bridge' features spacious zitar lines and emotive strings that send you upward while the rough and ready groove keeps your feet on the ground. "In my dream' sprinkles a lighter more airy atmosphere over the dance floor drawing the listener in to it's hypnotic spell.

Unquestionably one of music's great innovators, there are few accolades that Martin Buttrich is yet to possess. Consistently pushing boundaries with his unique creative vision and mindset, last October Martin announced his new 'Collaborator' project which will see him collaborate with an array of underground music's most iconic artists, with regular releases on his new imprint 'Rhythm Assault'. With the first release coming in the form of 'Synchronicity' with Mathew Jonson, the global dance music community has eagerly been awaiting the next move from Martin's thrilling concept.
Set for release on June 24th, the latest vinyl in the 'Collaborator' project features 'Perpetual', a new collaboration between Martin Buttrich & DJ Tennis. As well as Martin & Guti's joint production, 'New Game' (already released digitally to great acclaim in May this year). Both tracks perfectly capture Martin's unparalleled studio work and production style weaving together minimal percussion and warped sounds creating stunning listening experiences.
True masters of their crafts, both DJ Tennis and Guti's statuses within music are greatly profound making it no surprise that Martin has chosen to work with both of these long time friends. 'Perpetual' eases the listener through an introduction of haunting synth keys slowly building into a crisp drum rhythm and chilling vocal sample, a recognizable style of both Martin's and DJ Tennis' studio work. Following the vinyl release, 'Perpetual' will be available digitally from the 8th of July. 'New Game' provides a bass driven production that relentlessly progresses fully encompassing the message of creativity staying true to the nature of these collaborations. Floating vocals and gentle tones combine with the ever-present bassline to create a track that intricately displays both artists ability in their truest of forms.
With the 'Collaborator' project providing a new platform for Martin's artistic expression and in turn allowing him to collaborate with his much esteemed colleagues and friends, 2016 is set to be yet another milestone in Martin Buttrich's remarkable career. The coming months will see a host of collaborations with the likes of Timo Maas, Loco Dice and Carl Craig to name a few, further showcasing the prominence of this project. 'Mystic' Bill Torres is a producer that we feel deserves more props! A Miami born, Chicago dwelling artist who's output has gained total cult status among lovers of that deep, narcotic, late-night groove that he has made his own.

Bill's sound is everything that House music should be, it encapsulates the smoky after hours and throbbing dance-floors of darkened spaces where folks really get down. Fitting then, that a lot of Bill's music is seriously sought after by DJ's and dancers from all over, most of his records are at the top of the wants lists of House fanatics who truly understand the music. 'Classics from the vault vol.1' is one such record - Originally released on Cajmere's mighty Relief Records back in 1997 it wears it influences on it's sleeve proudly, track titles such as 'Late night at the music box' obviously reference where Bill's sound is coming from, but his style is completely original and crystallizes the energy and expression of Ron Hardy and Chicago's heady dance music history into something fresh and individual. Tim Green is back with another brace of high impact club tunes of the sort that have made him one of the most in demand producers of the day. Whether serving up rolling techno treats for Cocoon, essential mixes for the Body Language series on Get Physical or laying down compelling club sets in the DJ booth, Brit Tim Green is unstoppable right now. Here he steps up to the Get Weird imprint with two more tantalising cuts that show just how broad and brilliant an artist he is. Stirring opener 'For A Memory' is eleven minutes of wordless and intoxicating female vocals, slick rubbery drums and plunging bass. The overall effect is hypnotic, rolling and perfectly groovy, and it will no doubt have whole dancefloors locked under its spell. Some little melodic explosions, sweeping filters and luscious pads all help add a real air of grace to proceedings that mark it out as another classic from Green.
'For A Distant Memory' is a subtle but noteworthy reworking of the same cut. In this one, the drums are less direct and more stripped back, there is a focus on the angelic, glowing pads and on spine tingling slices of synth that are reflective and emotive as they drop in and out. It is a perfectly trance inducing, heart warming cut that the likes of Lee Burridge at his All Day I Dream parties, or various DJs playing on a sun kissed terrace around the globe, will all lap right up. These are two more essential tracks from the ever on point Tim Green.

Richy Ahmed has been steadily building his Four Thirty Two label over the last 12 months, introducing talented artists such as Jansons and Senzala to the fold. The imprint is fast becoming a 'go to' label for those who like their house music uncomplicated and hype free, ensuring the Chicago and Detroit house sound burns bright with new music indebted to the roots of the music.

On 'Can't Stop Us', chunky stabs incessantly jab at meaty drums, as a female vocal loop rides on an opening filter. The good vibes build to a classic house piano crescendo that Marshall Jefferson would certainly approve of, as the soaring strings and evolving drums raise the rapturous mood to dizzying heights.

On the flip, the percussive disco drums of 'Dials Mavis' are bolstered by a booming sub bassline whilst deft keys and deep Rhodes chords deliver the infectious melody on this bumping jazz ride.

For our 10th release, we put together a ten track compilation featuring new material by us and our friends titled 'Nie wieder Streit'. The four sides showcase some familiar Lehult sounds as well as some unexpected surprises: Original crew members Liem, Lucky Charmz, Eddie Ness, Johan Kaseta and DJ Assam are all on board with new material, while Matthias Reiling, A Trap Jr. & DJ Slyngshot, Rainboy and Epikur also join the party. For the special occasion we wanted to compile a collection aimed at the DJs that have been buying our records and supporting the little outlet we founded a couple of years back. LHLT10 is one of those versatile records that offers something for every situation, one that never leaves your bag. There's chilled, intricate songs for the early and late hours on the dance floor, dark and vibey Jams for the dungeons, joyful and weird peak time stuff, and some straight up groove monsters - all on one release. Liem & Eddie join forces for the seemingly deteriorating, jumbling peak-time cut 'Exodoros' while Liem's other contribution, 'Truly Super', serves up sweaty basement magic. Following the massive success of Sireli, Viken Arman returns with a delicate and subtile EP. Aragatz, which means « Ara's throne » in ancient Armenian, is an isolated volcano massif in Armenia. Like this mountain, travelling through time and history, Viken Arman combines ancient cultures with modern deep grooves.
The new EP evolves with the tracks. It starts with « Believe » a very mellow track featuring Feathered Sun singer Jo.Ke and continues with « Zephyr » which almost sounds like a spiritual prayer. « Aragatz » and « Yari » have deeper and darker groove. The release also features two remixes of « Believe ». One from Nicola Cruz, adding a soft touch from the Andes, and the second one from Acid Pauli who brings his futuristic waves to the track.

These tracks are inspired by a series of events that happened in a difficult place by the end of the 90's. Everything was possible with the help and efforts (without profits) of many people who believed in this new sound that would change everything and hypnotized us till the rest of our life's. This record goes to all the people involved in that movement, who still stand strong and believe in the true original values of this musical genre called Techno.

NYC's finest DJ Spinna comes through on Local Talk with an epic release that might surprise those of you expecting a more traditional Soulful House workout !This time Spinna went out of his comfort zone with a deep warehouse journey that works equally well in dark European House clubs or at the Shelter in NYC. 'TB or not TB' got that perfect blend of space darkness, analogue synths and that old school House thump.
Initially it's quite raw and simplistic but the true magic of this track begins halfway in (be patient!). If there ever was a journey track, this is the one! But we're not done, on the flip Spinna also comes through with a warm and melodic Deep House jam destined for those very last small hours. Oh btw...that analogue bassline got that extra...Thang!!

The next installment on Aus Music sees the return of a relatively new addition to the roster Rob Glassett aka Fold. Throughout previous 12s on Manmakemusic and Electric Minds and on his outstanding 'Netflix & Chill' debut for Aus last year - Fold has laced together dusty House grooves built with a classic approach to sampling Funk, Disco and Soul records. Next up - his 'Lenny's Jam' EP starts up with a dub techno groove built with delayed and panned stabs and sharp, pacy drums. 'Rosie Lea' lays out a rich and sunny groove as a playful sample filters into focus over deftly treated drum kit samples and a buoyant bass line. 'Tracksuits and Tennis Shoes' then follows up with a no-nonsene party jam - a short funk link is set over a booming kick that closes up a nicely varied package".

Brooklyn's own, Jovonn returns on his Body'N Deep label with a release containing tracks from his forthcoming album Timeless. Two deep, future classics from the New York legend.

After a gap of seven years JS Zeiter returns with the next instalment in this long running, but intermittent, series of releases.
The JS series originally started back in 1997 with the semi-legendary JS-01.This is a limited release, pressed up on dark red marbled, coloured vinyl and featuring two different interpretations of the main track.

Formerly remixed by Move D and a former remixer of Cassius, young German talent Kolja Gerstenberg has been building up some serious pedigree. His EP for Monologues showcases his wonderfully wonky sound, full of chunky, bugged-out grooves, killer samples and a generally off-kilter vibe, with a chunky acid / breaks infused remix courtesy of Monologues mainstay, G. Markus.

(en) Constantly on the move, never standing still. Always looking ahead and never back. Everything sooner rather than later. This is what our modern lifestyles feel like, keeping us prisoners in the wake of time while everything around us is in a permanent state of change. It seems as though Andrei Anto- nets, aka OID, could sing a song, or at least produce a track about it. But rather than the soundtrack to our hurriedness, the Russian musician has seemingly created the opposite with his new track - Perma- nent Departure'. He achieves this by letting various sounds meander alongside a bass drum for about eleven minutes. Guitars, pads, Hi-Hats, everything comes and goes, arranged with tremendous flair. Antonets has already proven his capability to do exactly this with his project Alexandroid or with his work on labels like Pampa and Sealt Records.
The French Band dOP's remix on the B-side is much shorter but sends us on the same trip as the ori- ginal. Shortened to just eight minutes with a slightly new route, the dOP remix takes us directly to the club and peak time for the advanced. If we have to have a departure, then this is the way.

Es scheint so, als ko¨nnte Andrei Antonets alias OID ein Lied davon singen - oder zumindest einen Track dazu produzieren. Doch statt den Soundtrack zur Hast, erschafft der Russe mit - Permanent Departure' lieber einen kontemplativen Gegenentwurf dazu. Knapp elf Minuten lang la¨sst er dafu¨r weitla¨ufige Sounds entlang der Bassdrum ma¨andern. Gitarren, Pads, Hi-Hats, alles kommt und geht, arrangiert mit massig Gespu¨r statt purem Geto¨se. Dass Antonets genau das kann, hat er bereits zuvor mit seinem Projekt Alexandroid oder auf Labels wie Pampa und Sealt Records bewiesen.

lvin Toffler was overwhelmed. When in the morning of October 4th, 1988-it was his 60th birthday-he was starring with a still somewhat absent look into a bowl of cornflakes, he thought that in the surface structure of the yellowish shimmering milk which was making an emulsion with the maple syrup and slowly but irreversibly corroding the crunchy crystals on the flakes, he could see through a window into a timeless dimension. Toffler, who at that time had reached the peak of his fames as a future scientist, was sustainably disturbed from his peek into this extra temporary peephole. In none of his books-'Future Shock' had just been released with yet another edition featuring a proud printed note on the book cover stating 'more than 5 million copies in print'-did he ever mention this occurrence. Even after his death in June 2016, no note on this incident could ever be found in his estate. The 'flake dimension' as Toffler called it in notes which were later shredded remains a secret of opaque, hard-to-grasp radiant power.

Maybe it's too simple to describe 'Pneumatics' as a creation coming from this cornflake world Without doubt. Are there any more precise terms or instruments to determine the multifacetedness and beyond-timeliness of the 'Pneumatics' soundscape There are still unknown. 'Pneumatics' is, after releases at Innervisions, Die Orakel und his own label Sound Mirror, the debut album of Orson Wells (as long as you don't count in 'Jupiter' - Wells's first LP which was released in 2014 with 48 copies on cassette-have fun digging for rarities and bargains!).
Perhaps Wells, known in Frankfurt under his real name Lennard Poschmann and as an employee at the record store Tactile, is only a messenger. Or a psychic. The sound manifesto that he apparently transmits from Toffler's secret dimension tells of a city of upside down pyramids ('Tianon'), of passes into the land of the five elements ('Multipass') and dead straight four-to-the-floor lines which appear bended within the spherical dimension (''Geodesic'). These beats are right on the heels of the ones of Intersteller Fugitives; the strings sound like that at any moment a vocal sample edited by Moodyman could warp over through the Cornflake wormhole. Pneumatics is the science of all technological applications powered by condensed and often by quite heated air. It is a matter of mechanics, compression, jackhammer, ramblings, high pressure levels, valves for blowing of steam. On 'Pneumatics' it's all about this. And more. Orson Wells's album gets to the point of the post-retro futuristic state of the dancefloors of the house and techno clubs of this planet. It is like a peek into another dimension, right on the golden cut of spacetime geometry.
