Finale Sessions is really pleased to launch new series Finale Sessions Limited with Berlin up and coming act Arcarsenal. Duo comprised of Alan Mathias and Etienne Dauta, both founders of Bass Cadet Records and its dedicated vinyl store located in the heart of the german capital, they are also active members of the large Underground Quality family. Arcarsenal have already started to establish themselves as proponent of a crossover sound, mixing many influences from jazz, house, ambient to dub and techno. They are always giving a prominence to jam, improvisation and textures work in their studio routine. This EP called « Dark Skies & Wetlands », even if slightly grittier than usual, is no stranger to the rules of the duo. The opening track « Different Planet » is an epic dark deep house cut which develops itself over a course of 8:40. Starting with a stamping ground bassline and hazy atmosphere, the track opens up with synth attacks, dub echoes and slowly brings in a blissful melody that ends up linking all the elements. « Substance Of Arjuna », the following track on the A-side, is a-contrario a short but intense ambient work. Shot in one take, this subtle cut showcases the kind experimentations that Mathias and Dauta can end up doing late at night in front of their machines. The b-side of the EP leaves all the space to « Racoons », one of the weirdest and yet most powerful work of the duo to date. Tribal techno could be a short try to define what they achieved here, but the track goes far more than this. Built on a gritty mental acidic bass and a huge drum kick, the frenchmen bring over aggressive synth work that could sound like an orchestra on rehearsal, pachydermic screams or an overdriven guitar larsen. Underlined by a complex percussion pattern recorded live in their nest and chopped up to the best effect, the track ends up in a looping transe from which the listener might not leave in a normal state.

When talking about sought after records in House music, Chris Gray's ''Sweetness You Bring'' which was first released through his own ''Deep4life'' imprint in 2000 will definitely come up as a golden grail every now and then. After enquiring about this release SAFT and the artist got the idea to re-issue this classic together with two alternative versions plus a ''Crue'' remix. The outcome is a solid 12''.
SAFT13 opens up with an interpretation of ''Sweetness You Bring'' by Chris Gray's very own ''Moonchildren ''project, this version is a somewhat more melodic edit of the original. After this, the highly sought after original version of ''Sweetness You Bring'' comes up.
Naturally the EP is built around this track which has proven to be a modern day classic. The Crue remix on the B1 position is a version where the signature vocal cut is being left out and the drums are altered big time which leads to a more dubbish version of the original. Chris Gray's Sultry version of the Title track is definitely the hardest hitting track on this EP altering the total mood with the use of firm built drums and funky organ sounds.

Micronation is the Frank Agrario's new label. After some key releases on Internasjonal, Tom Tom Disco and Maxi Discs Frank decided to start his own vinyl label. Micronation is a declaration of independence, Frank makes his own rules, passports and stamps, while music is the currency.02. Percussion, deep bases and Frank's trademark dubby dealys are all there. Bottin provides a killer rmx ready to destroy any dancefloor. Early support from Soul Clap, Jimpster, Munk, Swayzak, Mammarella and Thomas Von Party.

Das Duo sorgt schon seit einiger Zeit für Furore im Münchner Nachtleben mit ihren eigenen Nächten und DJ-Sets auf Autonomica Parties im KONG Club und im Harry Klein. Die "Saladin EP" ist das Debüt-Release der beiden auf Musica Autonomica. Die vier Original-Tracks sind seit geraumer Zeit die Highlights unserer DJ-Sets. "Saladin", "Noxe" und "Obsidian" haben so einige durchschwitzte Nächte gerockt. Innellea ist eine Wortschöpfung, entstanden in Bezug auf die musikalische Neuerfindung des Duos. Die komplette EP beinhaltet vier Originale, sowie zwei Remixe vom begnadeten Marco Resmann und von Upercent. Innellea übertragen ihre Visionen und Impressionen uneingeschränkt und ungebunden an Konventionen in ihre Musik. Die beiden gestalten ihre persönliche Reise zu einem unbekannten Ziel ohne Verlust des Impetus'. Der Name Saladin verweist auf den ersten Sultan Ägyptens und wird als Metapher für Innellea's Debut EP genutzt, da sie damit gezielt ihren Trip durch unterschiedliche Sound-Erfahrungen ausdrücken. Dieses Bestereben soll mit der Saladin EP vollendet werden. Die komplette EP beinhaltet vier Originale, sowie zwei Remixe vom begnadeten Marco Resmann und von Upercent.

The Black Key team return for their third various artist release, compiling tracks from an array of talent. The lead track comes from the SMPL pairing of Iron Curtis & Leaves, who deliver a wonderfully subtle journey through murky pads, shuffling percussion and a sparsely used vocal sample, fitting perfectly into the overall feel of this classy number. Proof once again that these two are at the very top of their game. Sharing the A-side Laak delve into late night territory with haunting layered leads & pads rubbing shoulders seamlessly with understated sub-bass and wonderfully panned hit hats - this really is a thing a beauty. On the flip, Terrence Pearce steps up with a track which changes the mood nicely, increasing the tempo with perfectly worked strings, driving bass and lusciously simple keys, delivering a track of real quality for the floor. Finally, Leftback's own Dudley Strangeways rounds off the EP is his usual style, which cannot be described as anything less than true quality. As ever, Black Key have excelled in delivering a package which ticks all the right boxes - this is a release which will undoubtedly appeal to a diverse range of house music fans who appreciate a rather large nod to the underground.

Aus Music follow up a string of new signings with the return of 2 of the long-standing staples - label owner Will Saul and long term affiliate Komon. The duo most recently collaborated on a 12 for Kompakt now together they ready the 'Eve's Seven' EP - a deep and dreamy 3-track EP that comes with a remix from recent signing Recloose. Bloom sets arresting riffs circling through rich textures that thicken and thin to startling effect. 'Eve's Seven' follows up with dusty drum samples and bold melodies before the Brooklyn native does what he does best in offering up a typically sunny take on Komon & Will Saul's 'Eve's Seven'. Sweeping filters and a short, driving bass line propel a highly energetic but playful rework primed for brimful dancefloors.

Fourth release for Blind Box, time for label owners Julien Sandre and Konstress to step aside and host once again a young yet sound-defined artist to the Series. It's UK's Patrick Lopaski going deep with a three-track EP firmly displaying the label trademark. On remix call Romania's finest Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia as SIT.

Maintaining the focus firmly on the underground and keeping that no-frills party vibe running throughout their output, Music Is Love keep things flowing at a steady pace with their 12th release. Dedicated to continually curating original ideas, the premise behind MIL012 is all about the label paying homage to their most prominent musical influences. Leading the way behind the new concept entitled Tribute, head-honcho Oli Furness teams up with one of his favourite producers - Chicago house legend Paul Johnson - for a four track EP, with two tracks from either producer intended to highlight the impact of Johnson's impact and influence as an artist.
Paul Johnson has been a staple of house music over the past 20 years, and has long been a revered DJ and producer known for his distinctive rhythm and soulful sounds. Continuing with his penchant for up-front house music, Johnson kicks off the EP with Movin Baby. A stomping 4/4 beat marches over an intermittent vocal grab, while 90s afflicted key chords flourish steadily on top of trailing drum sequences to give a predatory rhythm with a solid dance-floor focus.
I'm A Freak follows up, infused with the sort of unreserved energy that has characterised Johnson's music over the years. A solid train-track house groove built from only the sparest of elements kicks things off, before a hypnotic vocal prevails over incessant percussive slices, a wubbing sub bass and thick melodic tones, racing alongside the flecked groove for five minutes of deliciously locked-in pleasure.
Irresistible, stripped-back grooves are clearly a preoccupation for Furness, who delivers more heavy-hitting house in the form of Gurl and Nightclub Romance. Gurl is characterised by crisp, clean percussion sequences, snapping snares and an entrancing male vocal that coheres rhythmically over the cowbell and marching drum combo.
Laying the focus on a classic house aesthetic with acid-fused textures, Nightclub Romance finishes off this well-crafted EP. Acidy stabs and shuffling drums coerce against a flurry of hi-hats and sporadic, dubbed vocal murmurs to give a stomping groove aimed squarely at the dance floor; its unadulterated, primitive authenticity make it the type of track that would have worked just as well in the 90s as it would have today, a testament to the thematic style of the whole EP.

Rafael Da Cruz' 1st Black Label 12' finally hits the streets, dipping into deeper, gloomier spheres of house. Soaring synths cleverly trim the bed of fat broad baselines. The Black 80s give the original a wicked analogue touch, with a splendid soulful vocal version as bonus track. Cosmic Cowboys and David Hasert supply two impressive remixes that both create a dark, but uniquely vibrant scenery and complete the package.
With a name like that, you should become a leading actor in an Coen-Brothers-Movie, professional soccer player at Benfica Lisbon or head of government with a dictatorial claim for leadership. Eduardo Rafael Da Cruz Ferreira - editor of the magazine FAZEmag - early devoted himself to electronic music. His graceful and melancholic interpretation of deep house he quickly made a name for himself in numerous clubs from Cologne, over Hamburg to Berlin and at festivals like PollerWiesen, RaveOnSnow, Utopia Island and Nature One. With "Right To Love" he started running his own night in Cologne's most famous Club called Gewölbe, where he presents acts like Maceo Plex, Mario Basanov, Ten Walls, Deniz Kurtel, Miguel Campbell, H.O.S.H. or PillowTalk in a very exclusive atmosphere.
'Cosmic Cowboys" is a project born from the different styles of two young venetian artists: Nicola Sansoni aka Randomatique and Kaled Jabari aka Kaledj. Big friends since they were 10 years old, they got involved into electronic music since they were really young being influenced at first by artists as Ian Pooley, Dj Deep, Chicken Lips, Frankie Knuckles and then by names as Ripperton, Trentemøller, Martin Buttrich and Röyksopp developing a style that couldn't be defined with other term than "cosmic", edging between deep-house, dub and tech-house with their quintessential romantic touch, always able to create a special intensity in their music. Their first EP "Rent a Starship" was released in december 2008 on the german label Ostwind Records being reviewed also on the spanish DjMag as one of the best records of the year. 2009 and 2010 was the time for Nico and Kaled to make more steps with releases as the "Dusk EP" and the "Piano Africano EP" on Kollektiv Turmstrasse's imprint Musik Gewinnt Freunde followed in the last years with more productions for labels as Traum Schallplatten, Katchuli, Plastic City, Time Has Changed or Suara being as well in charge as remixers for artists such as Minilogue, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Italoboyz, Dj Le Roi, Moodymanc, P.Toile, Ryan Davis or Lucy among the others. Beside their productions also their popularity as djs and live performers grew up thanks to their own party "Origami" and the festival they organize in Croatia called "Somewhere In The Woods" or to their performances in some of the best clubs, festivals and events in Italy and all over Europe. Released in November 2014 again on Musik Gewinnt Freunde their long awaited first full length LP "Zero Gravity Love", where they gave again proof of their skills as musicians starting as well to perform concerts together with their band.
Hollis P Monroe is responsible for classic songs in both the Deep House and Funky Breaks genres. Since 1994, Hollis has made sporadic but significant musical contributions on highly respected labels including Ovum, Defected, West End, Stickman, Soul Candi and Jive Electro. Since early 2012, Hollis has been refueled by Noir Music's highly acclaimed remixes of his timeless track - I'm Lonely' and rejuvenated by talented music veteran but newcomer to House music, Overnite. Overnite brings his vast experience as a vocalist and producer into the musical direction, DJ sets and live performances as they swiftly move forward as The Black 80s. Initially billed simply as "Hollis P Monroe and Overnite", The Black 80s have already made a big impression on the House community, starting with stand out collaborations with Rampa for Keinemusik, Trickski for Suol, and KiNK and Sierra Sam for Upon You. As well, they have well-received releases on Noir Music, NAU and forthcoming appearances on Freerange, Stranjjur, and Noir and upcoming collaborations with Bloody Mary, Trickski, Flash Mob/Dirty Channels, and Coyu.
German artist and live act David Hasert, also known as Hasi, is the founder of the label LIKE records and public representative of Cologne's Reineke Fuchs club. He is responsible for the high quality bookings and the club's unique success. Living up to his rather rebellious reputation David would do almost anything to avoid conformity and one-dimensional attitudes. He is polishing his tracks like gems, crafting the whole with such finesse that it leaves you begging for more. David is also a member of Kompakt Records' new uprising act DAMH (DogAteMyHomework), which released their first record in spring 2014 with remixes by Hamburgs Mastermind DJ Koze and Matt Karmil. David is also really happy about living in Cologne.

The DBA DUBS series returns with a fresh tropical house roller from Samrai backed by a remix from Michigan resident James T. Cotton. Khadi brings together Samrai's tough drums and ethereal sun-kissed fx with a helping of keys from an anonymous local collaborator. On the flip JTC, the artist behind Dabrye, Sound Murderer and a host of other cult catalogues reinvents Khadi as a Detroit house stepper.

Manchester resident via the Midlands, Samrai makes up 50% of the Swing Ting production unit. He's released with distinguished labels such as Keysound, Niche & Bump and UTTU as well as collaborating with Ruf Dug, Murlo, Brackles & Hyperdub's Okzharp. His DJ sets take in x-amount of styles, always system-friendly with an emphasis on the soulful side of things.

On April 29th Hamburg-based musician Stimming will release his fourth artist album 'Alpe Lusia' on Diynamic Music. It was named after a remote little alpine hut in northern Italy, in which he had secluded himself to work on his LP for a full month, all by himself.
What could possibly make a grown man move into a small hut in the Italian Alps and elude civilization for a whole month In the case of electronic music artist Stimming it was the work on his fourth album, which was named after his refuge 'Alpe Lusia'.
When asked 'why', Stimming responds with the constant distractions inherent in the affluent society: 'When I reduce the outer impulses, I create a sort of artificial understimulation which in turn makes all my gear and equipment appear incredibly attractive again (in the way it actually deserves to be).'
However, even isolation can outgrow you, because Stimming is not just Stimming, but also Martin Stimming. After two weeks spent with only cows, goats and sheep, he needed a change of scenery. Or rather, he felt the urge to consume. In order to see some human faces and civilization, he drove to the city of Bozen, which is two hours away, and returned with a newly bought perfume and newly found strength and courage. These four weeks also cast out an idea Stimming still had since his youth, which was to live as a lonesome shepherd in the Scottish Highlands. Stimming's album begins with the rippling noise of a little creek, and in a way, it is precisely that: A river, which in its course ingests further streams and by that gains force, while still remaining the same. At times powerful as a rapid, then again calm as a river bend, but always originating from the same spring.
'I wanted to create something of my own, a journey that (apart from the basic House formula) orientates itself as little as possible on contemporary influences', says Stimming. If you want to rely on his many colleagues' feedback, it seems he has mastered that - e.g. DJ Koze, who says: 'I am amazed. Incredibly warm, stripped down, deep, playful und most of all personal! Almost as if someone sat in front of his gear while cruising on a cutter boat over the ocean all by himself (and on Ritalin).'
And the cutter boat is indeed part of the story: After finishing the production of Alpe Lusia on the lonesome lodge, Stimming went (not without taking a short break amongst people) onto a container vessel by himself for seven days, sailing through the wintery North and Baltic Sea from Bremerhaven over northern Sweden back via Rotterdam to the starting point. Stimming used this time to single-mindedly work on his new live set - in preparation and anticipation of his upcoming album release tour, which will stretch across the whole globe come April 2016.
Would Stimming recommend this excursion to fellow producers Not without preparing sufficient material and ideas: 'I think starting with a blank piece of paper would be way too tough.'

Sireli is the first release of Viken Arman's newly created record label. He will be gathering his closest friends on this project and was was joined by Bedouin, Mira, Christopher Schwarzwalder, Canson and Nutia for this EP. Sireli is an amalgam of Viken's unique folkloric and traditional crafted sounds. Drop of Raki is the result of an unexpected early morning collaboration with Jo.Ke and Iannis Ritter. The track goes deeper into Viken's armenian roots and oriental influences.

Is the Cornuta Sound's return after a long resting time. This new 10" contains one of the most saved songs by Above Smoke (Deep Explorer) that runs into the jazz world and an outro take for djs. The flipside brings a great rework by the label boss (W&P Hgg).

Baba Stiltz returns to his throne at Studio Barnhus, following the masterful Total album released last year. This new 12'' delivers four highly exciting dance tracks straight from the House of Flogsta, ready to be worn and torn by all you shameless deejays, robot-curious lovers and funky outcasts out there.

Damon Bell arrives on DBA with a debut three-track EP that delves deep into the musical influences that shape his sound. Best known for his output on fellow Oaklander Aybee's Deepblak Recordings - where he holds the title "Chief Connoisseur"- Bell has won ardent admirers both with his string of EPs and with last year's debut LP 'Blues For The Libyan', in addition to releases on R&S sub-label Meda Fury. The trio of tracks that make up the Ankh Boogie EP find Bell returning to the dynamic African rhythms of his most floor-friendly work, with live instrumentation layered over an electronic pulse. Having had his start as a teenager obsessing over Afro-Cuban jazz and jazz fusion, his long-standing devotion to learning and adapting the music's polyrhythmic sensibilities in his own music, coupled with the voyages of sound Deepblak is known for, result in a unique collage of sounds that at various moments can recall the likes of Joe Claussell, DJ Qu and Ron Trent. Where the title track plays with sun-kissed melodies and percussive elements, the B1, Aural Afrek, goes into darker techno territory, while B2 cut Time For Change is an organ-led house workout.

After a successful first year, Untzz Twelve Inch start off 2014 with their first extended player, a collaborative offering between friends Freddie Norwood & Dass.

Freddie touched gold since his debut They Never Used To Stay Out All Night, winning the hearts of selectors and home listeners alike, and the tongue in cheek How Low Can U Go went on to become an anthem of both European and Australian summers.

All the while Dass has maintained a strong presence in the shadows, honing a dark and atmospheric sound that remains inviting for the creatures of the night.

Together, they've crafted an elegant and timeless record showcasing a further look into what's still to come from Untzz Twelve Inch.

A lot has changed for Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets in the past two years since they first send me a demo with their music. When we met in Amsterdam in 2011, they had just started their Detroit Swindle project and were making music just out of fun. They did not yet think of taking it to a more professional level. After some time, Elef got them to send me a few of their first tracks, which resulted in the 'Nothing Else Matters' EP together with the now 'classic' Detroit Swindle track 'Jick Rames' on it. 'Jick Rames' is truly a breakthrough track for the guys: it was something completely different at the time with its ultra slow tempo combined with Detroit/ Chicago-esque feel and hip hop attitude. Along with their well received release on Huxley's 'Saints & Sonnets', this marked the jump start of their musical career and it were these releases that marked the way the guys would take, combining the early 90's garage styles with deeper Detroit and Chicago house influences. Their music sounded so fresh and new that you could immediately pick out a Detroit Swindle track when you heard it in the clubs. It was something about their way of building breaks and especially the rhythms that had a typical 'Detroit Swindle' style with lots of shuffle and off-grid action going on. Their tremendous rise in the house scene already got them to be noted as newcomers in the 'Making a splash in 2013' section in DJ Mag and from there it just went off.

Glenn Astro is a living legend. On this dj essential we compiled six of his most outstanding early productions- incl. Colored Sands, three killer tracks from the Tearz EP and a groundbreaking but almost unknown remix of Scherbe's Me and My Mouse.
It's been 5 years since Glenn Astro had his debut release with Colored Sands on Bigbait. We knew from the first moment that this guy has the explosive potential to become an international star. Since almost all his older releases are sold out by now, we decided to give in to the many requests we got in the last month and repress these tunes on a 12' vinyl special edition.
To put this limited Edition (555pcs) in a proper shape, our pressing plant gave in to produce 555 individually colored vinyls. Every record is an individually colored unique piece. The colors range from black to white, from red, green, yellow and blue to all the mixed and mottled color variations in between.

Hypercolour's Alex Jones & Ste Roberts team up with David Elkabas of 1Trax to deliver Initials, a new imprint which

In almost ten years of existence, Throne of Blood has cultivated a diverse family of musical talent spread across the Americas and Europe, refusing to settle into any particular sound or scene. Foremost among this crew of almost-impossible-to-pigeonhole producers is Dissident veteran Hardway Bros aka Sean Johnston, known to many as Andrew Weatherall's partner in A Love From Outer Space.
His third EP for the label, 'Pleasure Cry,' is characteristic of Sean's style : a modern sound with sly winks to his rich history in electronic music.
The proceedings kick off with 'Pleasure Cry', an ode to submission featuring the exotic talents of vocalist Sarah Rebecca (formerly known as SR Krebs) anchored by a classic 'Reece' bassline. Possibly not suitable for work but we suggest you blast it at the office to see what happens. The tune gets the remix treatment by Gerd Janson and Philip Lauer aka Tuff City Kids, piling on the pianos and cutting up the vocals in a very Saundersonian fashion.
'Argonaut' was originally written for an ALFOS gig on the Adriatic sea, and pays homage to the sounds of early 90's Balearic house. It's perfect for sunsets AND sunrises, we'll let you pick which works best for you. The self explanatory titled 'My PNO' is Sean's take on piano house, steering clear of throwback clichés. Its hook, however, should have a similar arm raising effect on dancefloor revelers.

02AM is an 4 track EP by the young producer Hekkla from Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
The first track is 'Sunset Strip', a slowly build house track that moves like the last waves of heat at the end of a hot summers day, walking home feeling satisfied, all ready for the night. 'Saturday Morning Sentimentality' is a hard to pinpoint track that sounds like the bastard son of a trio between the melancholic side of Cyndi Lauper, Alphaville and the echoes of a cheesy saturday morning cartoon theme song from the late 80's. When it comes to influential dance records 'Dirty Talk' is right up there. Slant Magazine placed 'Dirty Talk' at Number 37 on its 100 Greatest Dance Songs and it sits happily in the top Pitchfork 500 of greatest tracks from Punk To Present. Creatively, 'Dirty Talk' has spread its inspirational tentacles through literally hundreds of records in the past 30 years. The most famous example being New Order's 'Blue Monday', which came out a year later in 1983. The grooves, arrangements and sounds have provided more than a few touchstones to house, electro pop and beyond.

The original single was created in Milan in 1982 by Italian producer Mario Boncaldo and American electro soul house master Tony Carrasco. It went on to become both a dancefloor and mainstream hit in the USA, Europe and all over the world. In 1982 there were 25 different pressings from record labels all over the world.

'Dirty Talk' has long been a favourite at Tirk Towers, who first released it on vinyl as part of Greg Wilson's 'Credit To The Edit 2' in 2008. Fast forward to 2014 and, as well as the original USA-European remix, the label present a fine selection of remixes.

Up first fellow Italian legend Danielle Baldeli joins with DJ Rocca for their own cosmic re-interpretation.

Whilst randomly flicking through his Itunes library Manuel Tur hit upon a selection of remixes that have been made of his music over the years and realized that, as well as many of them having gone criminally under the radar, many are absolutely solid gold and all of them deserve to be put together on one LP to showcase these beauties. The artists involved reads
like a who's who of underground house and techno with vintage names like Pepe Bradock, Ian Pooley and Isole´e rubbing shoulders with young upstarts like Ugly Drums and Damiano von Erckert. For those who are already familiar with these remixes we wanted to make sure you had some brand new
and exclusive music to get your teeth into so added three brilliant
remixes of tracks from Manuel's latest LP Es Cub to the package which is exactly what you have here on this sampler release.
All three names need little by way of introduction, being Poker Flat
honcho Steve Bug, Feel and One Track founder John Daly and Innervisions and Pets regular Aera. All three deliver their own unique take with their trademark quality and attention to the dancefloor all present and correct. Steve Bug's Remix of Ara Anam kicks off the release in classic Bug style with clipped beats, simple stabs and that warmth of production that makes everything he does work so nicely in the club. John Daly is up next ditching his more cosmic, spaced out deep house sound for a straight up
dub techno onslaught. Not your usual Freerange fare of course but when the music is this good who cares Play loud in a smokey warehouse or not at all! Finally, Aera gives us his spin on Agrafena, a twisted and edgy track with crazy synths and stripped back beats taking us on a turbulent magic carpet ride into the future. Or something like that.

With two record labels already under his belt, and a proven track record for creating exciting music projects, Jonny White aka Art Department is set to launch yet another vinyl only imprint called Sunday Money Music.
Sunday Money puts a fresh spin on all things after-hours. Inspired largely by the work of White's close friends, namely Rompecorazones label manager Morgan Hyslop who has been entrusted with the inaugural release, the imprint is designed to provide a new platform for artists to explore a deeper, hypnotic space without a care for clubland. From its esoteric ideas and A&R to unique and fantastical artwork, each Sunday Money Music release is quite simply a carefully crafted collectible.
Already featured on No.19 Music's latest V.A along side Guti, Morgan is set to release hervery first solo EP on Sunday Money named "The Queens". This first release boasts 4 cuts ofpure stripped back deepness including two versions of the aforementioned lead song. Andwhat better way to release this first EP then on April 18th during Record Store Day to celebrate the vinyl imprints launch!As of late, Hyslop - the Australian ex-pat based out of Bucharest has been honing her skillsin the studio, behind the decks and behind the scenes managing Guti's revered Jazz/electronica music label as somewhat of a renaissance woman of today's undergroundelectronic music scene. From performances at Beach House in Ibiza to Nordstern, Basel and Kristal Glam Club in Bucharest, Morgan has quickly made a name for herself as a purveyor of the purest of the pure minimal house. 2016 is set to be a monumental year for the young artist as she steps out of the shadows and graciously shares her knowledge and dedication to her craft with the world.

Following on from Part 1 of "Between Two Cities", Neko Neko is ready to drop his next instalment of sample and analogue synth-heavy electronica. Comprising of 15 tracks (9 of which feature on the vinyl, with the rest accessed via included download code), Neko's debut full-length feels like a strong logical progression from his previous single releases, and showcases an artist finding creative maturity and exploring a range of electronic styles while still maintaining a cohesive body of work.

"Memories" and "Twitch" are nimble house cuts featuring marimba and kalimba samples expertly crafted into infectious and hypnotic hooks, with subtle vocal chops and percussion. "Waiting For" is another highlight, with guest vocals from Najia Bagi floating over tough low-slung drums, climaxing in a skittering, double time percussion workout. Across the other tracks Neko Neko expertly weaves in between different BPMs and textures, including several beatless ambient tracks such as "Hot Breeze", which wouldn't sound out of place on a Boards Of Canada record. Further dancefloor explorations come from the mysterious Cloud Mines, who reworks "Twitch" into a 6-minute atmospheric analogue synth workout.

Sao Paulo born Ney Faustini is an activist in the brazilian underground music scene. After releases on Foul & Sunk and Appian Sounds, he showcases a broad range of angles from which to approach deeper house music with 'Hot As Ice EP', on FoxTrax.

The opening 'Hot As Ice' sets the mood of the EP, bringing warm chords over a dubby atmosphere, a deep bassline and a stunning breakdown. The hi hats chug along while a filter gets tweaked on the floating reverbed pad. 'Deeper Illusions' is one from Ney Faustini's vaults. Smooth beats and boucing bass wrapped in a soft, vacant and delay-treated synths. 'Luandkin' is the smoother jam, keeping it deep, raw and hypnotic, with the floating filtered pads and vocal samples hovering.

Glow Worm'/'Aloha Ice Jam' is the third release from O'Flynn, and follows two sell out releases on Blip Discs.
Described by Boiler Room as 'one of dance music's most prosperous newcomers,' O'Flynn is quickly establishing a reputation as a bright young talent and has already had his releases supported by Ben UFO, Gilles Peterson, Bonobo, Pearson Sound, Bradley Zero, Joy Orbison and Four Tet to name but a few. A-side 'Glow Worm' was premiered by James Blake on his BBC Radio 1 residency show and showcases a contagious synth melody that is underpinned by a percussive house groove.
In a similar way to both his previous releases, the flip side takes things into a whole new territory, and in this instance the infectious disco-tinged 'Aloha Ice Jam' takes aim squarely at the dance floor and doesn't miss.

For it's third release, Sorry For This Records welcomes Italian innovator Roberto Clementi to its stables, providing two lush cuts of deep techno and then invites Steve O'Sullivan to slow things down a little...

First up Clementi bring us Sedate Love, a throbbing club cruiser with a constantly evolving groove-box. Organically morphing pad play and analogue percussion punctuate the rhythm stylistically whilst Roberto underpins the entire track with a thunderous, grooving sub bass! Whereas Start Not Straight, Clementi's second offering is a thumping analogue techno behemoth, underlaid rhythmically by bubbling acidic synthesis and resonant pad stabs.

Finally 90s UK dub techno legend Steve O'Sullivan once again breaks out the tape echo and dons his Blue train alias for a special ultra minimalistic dub version of Start Not Straight keeping the beats slow and the subs pitched even lower! Steve slowly releases heady passages of spoken word whilst giving the feedback on his delay unit a real workout! Real after hours stuff!
