Generation Next returns with his 6th solo EP on the 7 Days Entertainment label titled Phoenix. The EP opens with the song Sundance Kid, a tune that carries a high-spirited synth and bass throughout mixed in with a simple kick drum, high hat and snare combo. Next up on side A is Roseland, a cool, smooth house track from GN. A funky baseline accompanied with a warm piano, some complimentary synth and a clean rhythmic drum kit pattern.
On the flip side, the first track is Jungle 10.10.15. The recording used at the opening is from a voicemail received on the date 10/10/15. This track is pure memorization.
The voice of a woman over a frantic high hat pattern and knocking kick drums. The last song of this 4 song EP is Gold Scorpion. A simple dance tune with high- energy percussion, piano, and kick drum. This dance floor mover will definitely be a favorite.

Onnset's Eighth release is delivered by Joe Farr. 'Ascend EP' consists of four original tracks.

Tech House royalty Mark Ambrose continues his benevelont reign with three slices of varied funk on the fourth is / was installment. The first mix of Makossa emphasizes the "tech" portion of "tech house", favoring driving rhythms and a big kick for peaktime vibrations. Mix 2 and Wagamama lean towards the tripping, spiralling kookiness that Mark is known best for. Laslty, we've commissioned some fresh-faced talent on remix duties. Teakup contributes a whirlwind remix of Makossa featuring broken, stuttering beats and advanced sample wizardry for a truly genre-eschewing workout.

UK producer Allen Saei aka Aubrey is no stranger to Burek family, having already remixed Information Ghetto's "Inspiration" track for Burek in 2013 and DJ Stingray's "Communication System" track released on Barba in 2015. As is to be expected from a guy who's been spending time in the studio for better part of the last three decades, on 13th Barba release Aubrey delivers a mature and consistent space-themed club 12" titled "Space Funk". Although pretty self-referential as a whole, each track on the 12" offers a different take on the topic. "Clock Funk" and "Space Jazz" are quite direct and peak time, "Spaceship Blues" is a chunky funk workout and "Path To Nowhere" is somewhat deeper introspective piece. Common thread moving through all four cuts is an infectious groove intertwined with synth lines that would not be misplaced amongst the best examples of space-influenced techno music firmly grounded on the floor but with eyes on the future. All that, pressed onto a heavy duty 180 gram vinyl and beautifully packaged in an original artwork by local artist EmaEmaEma.

CAIN is back with a BANG this summer! The smile inducing Eshu probably one of the biggest tracks he's made to date and one we've sat on for too long now..As always, the other two tracks are equally as varied and great - Phoenix makes for a great opener and Hoji is a current Lena Willikens hit.

Next up on the gold standard tech house imprint that is Roush, comes label boss himself, Hector Couto. On the Parental Advisory EP, the influential Spaniard has readied four cuts of to-the-point club music that cannot fail to make its mark.

Hector is one of the most respected artists around with a truly global allure for his brand of house music. He has released on labels such as Defected, Moon Harbour, Hot Creations and Get Physical and is no stranger to the finest DJ booths in the world, from Ministry of Sound to Amnesia Ibiza. As such any new music from him warrants deserved excitement.

Proving that once more is excellent opener 'Like This,' a wobbly tech house tune that is full of electronic funk. It has great vocals, swollen bass and siren like synths that really get under your skin and demand you dance. Title track 'Parental Advisory' is a real party starter with wild vocals and jittery drums. Off kilter synth stabs and fat bass all make it a hugely fun and characterful tune that is sure to stand out in any set.

Moving on to the essential 'Old Roots', this one comes laden with retro breakbeats and a dusty sense of groove. Air horns and crisp hi hats all get stitched into the loopy groove and pull you deeper and deeper in with each rotation. Lastly, 'Bubble Gum' comes with a snaking bassline that is tough and rugged. Classic 909 pops and clicks pepper the groove, as do plenty of sweet vocal samples and the result is one hell of a tech tune that sounds like little else.

This is another masterclass in effective, emotive dance music and marks another fine release for both label and artist. The vinyl elease will be accompanied by a digital version featuring an exclusive remix from Sante.

Swiss producer Honorée returns to Rekids with 'Marée Haute EP' this January, featuring two intelligently produced deep cuts with a remix from Perlon's Margaret Dygas.
Basel-based artist Honorée's inaugural release 'Marée Basse EP' appeared on Rekids earlier this year and demonstrated a musical understanding acquired from extensive DJ experience within Switzerland's club scene. 'Marée Haute EP' is Honorée's second outing on Rekids and includes a remix from renowned minimal DJ/producer and Panorama Bar regular Margaret Dygas.
'Dorian' delivers crisp drum grooves which underpin mesmerising chord progressions, haunting synthesizer motifs and spacey vocals before '208' provides infectious drum rhythms, glitched vocal cuts and hypnotic melodies which sit on top of a rumbling low-end. Margaret Dygas' take on 'Dorian' offers a pulsating bass hook and sharp percussion which lays the foundation for dubbed-out synths and ethereal atmospheres to close the release.

Rekids regular Markus Suckut returns to Radio Slave's renowned imprint with a solid techno two-tracker this November.
Recent years has seen Markus Suckut's distinguished career enter its next phase, whether playing a role in the relaunch of Steve O'Sullivan's Mosaic imprint, debuting on Rekids, or pioneering his own imprints Exile (alongside Johannes Heil) and SCKT. In his next outing on Rekids the German DJ and producer demonstrates functional techno from the off, initiating with the cavernous and uncompromising '10 Y' which forges a swelling tension using echoing stabs and rolling kicks. On the flip, the groveled 'Zero Nine Six' meanders forward with subtle bass tones as mesmerising synth throbs gradually ebb into the mix.

Following a string of remixes for Livity Sound, Jon Hopkins, Depeche Mode and Marco Shuttle, Hessle Audio co-owner Pangaea presents four new tracks for his Hadal imprint.

(incl. Joris Voorn remix) It's a brave artist who takes on the task of remixing what many would regard as a true 'Classic' record. Especially when said track holds it's own personal memories, having played it's part in shaping their own musical path. Green boss Joris Voorn has taken the plunge, by lending his skills to reworking 'Mengs Theme', a true Dutch techno classic from Secret Cinema's former alter ego, Point Blank.

Rekids founder Radio Slave readies a colossal double A-side titled 'Overdue' this June.
''The Revenge' is my homage to clubs like 'Rage" and my days growing up in London", says Matt Edwards. 'The Reverse' came from some late night studio sessions in February and I've had a lot of fun playing this out. All I can say is it's very me - stripped back and made for the dance floor'.

Urban field recordings and a spoken word sample set the tone in 'Revenge' before an onslaught of breaks erupt into a frenzy; the overall aesthetic borrows upon numerous UK rave hallmarks whilst sounding fresh and impeccably geared for modern DJ use. Meanwhile, 'Reverse' is a quintessential Radio Slave record with its polished production, repetitive minimalism and atmospheric aura - rounding off a two-tracker expertly produced with the dancefloor in mind.

One of the UK's most exciting and versatile young talents, Route 94, is the next to make his mark on Crosstown Rebels with Mind, Body & Soul featuring a Body Rhythm Soul Version from NYC's Joaquin Joe Claussell. Cohort and Leftroom boss Matt Tolfrey is also onboard, collaborating on second track Habitual.
The title track sets the tone of the release by heading straight into the late night hours with varied drum workouts and inspiriting keys that compliment the meaningful vocal. While Habitual, produced alongside fellow Londoner Matt Tolfrey who has been a mainstay DJ, producer and label owner in the underground house and techno scene for over a decade, is electric and sensual with an enticing bassline.

Damian Lazarus has enlisted influential NYC head and Ibadan label co-founder, Joaquin Joe Claussell to deliver a stunning Body Rhythm Soul Version, remixed in reference to his infamous Body & Soul Sunday parties. Here he delivers delectable keys and soothing brass tones as the serve of the day.
Route 94 aka Rowan Jones shot to fame, hitting No.1 in the UK charts with My Love featuring Jess Glynne. Keeping things largely underground, he followed with releases and remixes on Leftroom, Defected and Hot Creations. Overwhelming success ensued as he performed at the likes of fabric, Sub Club, Space, Ushuaia, DC10 and many more. With an abundance of new material about to drop and a packed calendar of gigs already booked in for the coming year, this is only the start for the talented artist.

Some of you might know Jakob Seidensticker as one of the masterminds from Wareika whose productions have been released on labels such as Perlon and Visionquest amongst others. After years of playing as a DJ-team in Hamburg's famous clubs like EGO, Waagenbau, Purgatory etc, they are eager to focus on their own 'house-influenced

Cocoon Recordings COR12138 presents three previously unreleased tracks taken from the upcoming - Dots & Pearls 3 mix-cd (CORMIX052 mixed by Daniel Stefanik). The exclusive three tracker starts with - The Concept by Waveshape - an extremely powerful club tune that demands a very good sound system to deliver its full potential. This tune delivers the definition of a fat kick drum par excellence - this track creates a strong vibe and comes with a xxl fat punch! The arrangement is based around a cool organ chord that lightens up the dark techno monster a bit however without cutting of the power and energy. Coming up next is Music On My Mind' by Subb-an. The Birmingham based producer Subb-an looks back onto an impressive list of releases and excellent references in his discography featuring productions for labels such as Crosstown Rebels, 20:20 Vision or One Records. In 2012 he even remixed pop icon Lana Del Ray! Music On My Mind' is a perfect deep tech-house gem, bass loaded and with a decent thrust coming out of the speakers. We especially fancy the hypnotic touch the vocal snipplets give to the tune. Disappear' by Kamran Sadeghi and Julia Govor is slowing down the tempo a little bit and opens the door to the harmonic and experimental area. Clubland beauty Julia Govor left quite some impressions on the floors and behind the decks over the last years. Her vocals for - Disappear create a mysterious flavour. Her intimate singing and spoken lyrics work very well together with Sadeghi's programming and result in a mesmerizing piece of electronic music for the very early morning sets. The three tracks summarize Stefaniks journey on - Dots & Pearls 3 in a very good way. Minimal and deep is the basic line but still with an enormous amount of energy and driving beats. Parisian DJ and producer Armless Kid joins Radio Slave's Rekids this June with five smooth house cuts.

Armless Kid started his career in Paris' house circuit with respected collectives like La Chinerie and Copie Blanche. Having released on the Copie Blanche label, Hustler Trax, FINA and Classic Music Company, he's received regular support from names like DJ Harvey, Karizma, The Black Madonna, Voyeur and Fred Everything to name a few.

Kicking off the package, 'Troisième Acte' mixes warm pads, cosmic synths and rattling organic percussion before the up-tempo 'Abdos Fessier' delivers infectious two-step drums and scintillating chord stabs. 'Jojo On The Moon' is next with its disco vocals until 'Air' combines thumping kicks with a pulsating sub and mesmerising atmospheres.Finally, 'This Generation' utilizes a shuffling rhythm with a trippy spoken word vocal to round off the release.

Derek Carr has flown back onto the radar after reissues on Ben Boe's 'For Those That Knoe' imprint and a string of newly released music through 2017 and early 2018. In true Craigie Knowes spirit, Derek has been drawn off of the beaten path to supply a wider variety of sounds than you would usually expect to hear from the Irish producer. Acid, Techno and Detroit Electro tinged sounds throughout. TIP!

Chicago house pioneer DJ Sneak and Russian export Tripmastaz have proven themselves to be a formidable pairing since their first EP landed on Sneak's imprint, I'm A House Gangster, in 2014. In July, they add to their joint discography with a three-tracker dispatch on Cassy's burgeoning label, Kwench Records.

The label's sixth release, Cassy takes a step back and gives this collaborative duo yet another outlet to showcase their dancefloor fodder, which follows releases on Kaluki Music, Mr. Nice Guy, Reptile Dysfunction, Ovum Recordings and, of course, I'm A House Gangster.

Extraterrestrial Intelligence reminds fans of not just their deftness in producing tough house cuts, but also their prowess at manipulating the Roland TB-303 to deal a solid smacking of acid. 'UFO' reaches out to roughen up the humanoids of this planet with the 303's distinctive squelch and those clattering drum machine rhythms - a track that's guaranteed to get you twisted. Gruff vocals on 'Click Thang' break through as a tough bassline ensures your participation on the floor, and 'Last Daze of Dizko' maintains momentum with a thumping bassline that any peak-time burner should possess.

RFBCOLOURS hits release number 3 with a return from Jamie Trench this time delivering 2 tracks himself alongside JammHot who bring two of their own. Jamie opens up with "Snap" a bassline lead driver with vocal snips that twist and change throughout. Then JammHot bring "Look To The Skies", this one on a more sunshine vibe with garage-esque vibes and great for those day parties. On the flip we begin with Jamie's "She Likes To Play" this one carrying a hedonistic groove that again relies on a dinstinctive low end Jamie loves and this time rallied alongside drifting horns and female vocals. JammHot finish up the 4 tracker with with "Under The Boards" which is the most melodic of the bunch with a more head down persuasion.

For AAJA001 we're pleased to gather 4 friends and artists in their own right for a diverse, inaugural 4-track Various Artists EP. Commencing proceedings on the A1, 'Abzent Mindz' by In:State & Guili lets rip. Following their recent 12" on Not An Animal, this ever-giving cross-European collaboration churns out something that is both functional and emotional. TIP!

For A2, whilst this might be the start of his production journey, Ady Toledano is a permanent fixture on Berlin's queer club scene and we're excited to share his latest production. Regularly spinning at Cocktail D'Amore, Buttons at About:Blank & Riot,
Toledano delivers 'Rare Earth'. A deep, ceremonial journey best suited for those late night, deep in the rave moments and let's be honest, mornings. Flipping the 12" over for B1.

The third track of the EP is produced by Everson. One of the co-founders of Aaja teases sample-work in an out of a grinding, tool style track bridging busy, UK influenced percussion and influence with slower, sledging techno.

Finally, Alex Richards finishes off the VA with 'Platform' on the B2. His words about the track... 'messing about making noises'. Richards lends the compilation a superlative, building and stripped back tune. Suited equally to the early doors as it is the
early morns.

After sharing his flair for producing polished house grooves on Kwench Records' last EP, Philly veteran Pete Moss returns to collaborate with Cassy on the fifth release. This instalment gives two original tracks, and introduces AUS Music steamroller Marquis Hawkes into the fold as remixer.

Keeping to mind that Cassy's motive was to produce with esteemed artists that she personally came to admire, to be enlisted on two EPs is a testament to Moss's finesse. For Marquis Hawkes, Cassy's admiration runs deep into his ability to expertly produce quality house music on many levels. Last year he had three critically exclaimed releases on Aus Music, with 'The Basement Is Burning' EP securing its place as a summer smash.

Hawkes blazes into 'I Want You' wielding sharp kicks and soaring pads, creating a mesmerising track that's sure to elevate clubbers. On the B-side, Cassy and Moss' 'You Said' breaks the silence and grabs us with the kind of spacey, distorted vocals that are sure to hypnotise listeners. Hawkes then leaves his mark by offering a euphoric slab of dance floor fodder that's driven by a robust bassline for those peak time moments.

Seth Troxler continues to showcase the work of Chicago great K'Alexi Shelby: after an EP on his other label Tuskegee Music and a remix for Sean Miller on this imprint, Shelby now steps up to Play It Say It with a trio of excellent club cuts.K'Alexi Shelby is one of the Windy City's most venerated heroes. He's put out six albums and almost 60 EPs since the late eighties, all of which have helped evolve and establish the Chicago house sound around the world. Next to remixing acts like The Pet Shop Boys and Derrick May, he runs his own K Klassik and 321 labels and remains as vital as ever. The perfectly titled 'Groove With Us' opens up with a cut and paste style, funky disco loops and plenty of filters all bringing the loose house funk. It's a playful and timeless tune that is designed to blow up the 'floor and most certainly will thanks to its unbridled energy. The dynamic and driving 'So Chicago' then slips into a slick house groove, with great percussion, more big string samples lighting up the track and a knotted bassline that keeps you on your toes. Suspenseful and explosive, it's filled with authentic party vibes and a real sense of fun that will ignite any set. Last but not least is the excellent 'Black Sunday', which takes uplifting preacher vocals from a church sermon and backs it with gospel singing, an old school baseline and raw energy that will get hands in the air. It's a definitive piece of authentic house music with real heart and soul.
This is an expressive EP of house tracks that embody the instinctive and emotive spirit of the genre to perfection.

Up next on Hot Creations is the hugely influential Leftroom Records boss, Matt Tolfrey. Well known for bringing fire to the dancefloor as well as to his productions, this punchy two-parter is no exception.

On title track Americas, Tolfrey delivers a peak-time slice of rolling electronic goodness with pounding pads that bounce around the percussion, with a drum and vocal loop that lure you in. Regain The Past is laden with throbbing bass and subtle vocal stabs that gently caress your ear before thrusting you headfirst into the break.

Matt Tolfrey has come a long way since his musical journey began. Spotted by Craig Richards and invited to play at his fabric night, this culminated in the honour of recording fabric 81. Since then Tolfrey has become a mainstay in the scene. Playing countless clubs and festivals across the globe, he also holds down residencies at Stealth in Nottingham, Bar Americas in Guadalajara and R33 in Barcelona. Productions can also been seen on esteemed labels such as Cuttin' Headz, Phonica, Crosstown Rebels, REKIDS and his own impressive imprint, Leftroom.

We are happy to introduce our Second Vinyl - Excuse Fear EP. This time it's gonna be solo EP by really talented musician from Spain - EQUAL aka Dakpa.

After dropping their first various, Figures, Slowciety is about to release Guru, Sunrom's next EP. The artist has already worked with prestigious labels like Kompakt, Ancient Future Now and The Bricks. The EP lays down four organic tracks for a blend of deep house, world music and techno. The title track sounds like a ride on acid and is followed by Quirigua, a rich track conjuring transcendent Mayan rituals. The B side opens with Elephant's deep muffled kicks and takes off with Utopia's elegant arpeggiator for a final flight. This strange and personal EP will cast a spell on the dance floor.

For some it might be Kraftwerk, but for me, my favourite electronic pioneers are probably Australia's Severed Heads. They were so far ahead of the game that they had to invent a lot of the technology they used. Inspired, playful, never boring and always sonically brilliant they pushed at the frontiers of electronic music more than most. By the late 80s they were pursuing a slightly more polished course and made a series of records that had the potential to reach a much larger audience. Possibly because of their name they never quite managed that, but they had several big club hits; the dub versions of which crossed over into the nascent house scene. I am honoured that I am able to make the dubs of those three 12"s from 1988 - 1990 available again.

On side A is 'Greater Reward (Dub)' which has possibly thee most beautiful piano in the history of dance music. Often sampled but never equalled, it still brings joy to dancefloors 27 years after it was released. Severed Heads original production and mastering was so ahead of the game that it needed only the slightest re-master. The original, while perfect in every way was always tricky to dj with as THAT piano was right at the start so if it was mixed in, it wouldn't get heard until much later in the track. I've slightly rearranged it for dj use but haven't added anything whatsoever. Side A also includes the majestic original.

On the AA side. 'Big Car (Crash Dub)' is a masterclass in how to make a track that chugs that is tedium free. At the time it had possibly the heaviest kick drum I'd ever heard and was akin to a mutant cousin of one of David Morales legendary Red Zone house dubs. 'All Saints Day (Saints Day Dub)' rounds off the EP with future looking sound design, hypno bass and trademark Severed Heads edit magic.

Imagine if you will, the Midwest in the 90s. A UFO lands discreetly on the roof of a warehouse in the middle of the night. As beats pulse through the walls, two extraterrestrials lounge on the hood of their saucer, vibrating to bass frequencies. As the sun rises, these explorers return home, and give their people the gift of techno. After a few decades of evolution, those alien jams might sound something like Chicago's Dar Embarks. Their latest record, the Cypher EP, channels the spirit of the rust belt's formidable musical lineage into four sci-fi stompers. This is Kenneth Zawacki & Dan Jugel's second release as Dar Embarks following Fleer, a double disc for Still Music. As Juzer, alongside Beau Wanzer, Dan Jugel has also released on The Corner and Dog In The Night.

For the third and final part of Jerome.c, Dubfluss - Friendship connection we invited Julian Alexander and Guy From Downstairs to join our artist roster. A lot of hard work was made into this 3 part LP by our good friends and we hope everyone enjoys it as much as they did producing it.
