Already a regular studio collaborator with Richy Ahmed, Michael Jansons AKA Jansons strikes it solo on the fourth release for Richy's flourishing Four Thirty Two label.
The 'Mode' EP finds Jansons following up from recent chart topping original releases and remixes for Knee Deep In Sound, Lower East and his 'Panic At The Disco' single on Leftroom, which is their best selling single on Beatport to date. It's a bumper 4 track EP, showcasing and encapsulating the many shades of Jansons unique sound, and bolstered with a remix from aforementioned collaborator and label boss, Richy Ahmed.
The Original Mix of 'Mode' comes correct with plenty of classic house music chops; frenetic synth keys jab away over a rubbery, percussive groove for a sophisticated and energizing club cut, whilst Ahmed plumps for a real old skool flavor on his remix. Chugging drums and a tight bassline give more than a whiff of classic Windy City house vibes on this killer remix.
Two versions of 'Colours' are packed with hypnotizing string riffs and bumpin' percussion, with the

'The Continuum Hypothesis' by Cleymoore and Andrea Cichecki stood proud as Rotate's first collaborational EP, and despite being the imprint's first attempt on showcasing its roster
through talent fusion, it served perfectly as a refined and spontaneous creation where both artists could easily be heard and identified.

Rotate's curatorial decisions seem to consistently circle around a small but extremely talent-ed group of young artists who aren't afraid of musical experimentation, with command of
very personal visions of futuristic dance music, no matter the style. For the second collabora-tional EP, Rotate hand-picked two young artists that share a strong vision about music, how
it should be created and ultimately, experienced: Greece's Anestie Gomez, and Russia's Denis Kaznacheev.

Denis has succeeded in keeping us engaged with his imprint Nervmusic since 2009, showing us a steady catalog of releases that share a refined and minimalistic approach to dance
music, while Anestie is slowly but fiercely leaving his mark in the music world with a handful of releases and a quiet yet exquisite A&R work for several successful imprints.

Using each other's sounds to create new compositions, 'The Wieferich Pair' is about them both, and speaks for them both. 'Early Finish' is an addictive piece that utterly succeeds in
sucking you right in like a vortex. The marching bassline serves it's purpose of movement in a strong loopy groove intertwined by tight snares, while the pads and poltergeist'y sounds
reformat our heads with an inability for space-time tracking. The other side of this affair, 'Late Start', is all about the sleazy jazz dance moves. It's a microcosm of sparkling glitches
and vocal snippets, locked in a simple yet flowing bassline and a sea of shuffled hi-hats. A piano kicks in at key points, alongside percussive elements, adding some deepness to the a
already rich palette.

This is the world of Anestie and Denis as one. As playful as it is serious, this double tracker takes you to a place where you don't know if you're diving in ,or actually diving out. A sonic
rabbit hole of sorts, just like they intended. Hypnotic artwork and design by Max Binski, the current visual curator of Rotate.

Russian producer Nocow debuts on Rekids with five murky tracks this December. Based in St. Petersburg, Nocow is undoubtedly one of Russian electronic music's
most remarkable protagonists having released on Clone, Figure, Fauxpas Musik, Gost Zvuk and Styrax. Recognised for maintaining consistency whilst traversing various sub-genres, Nocow is as comfortable producing intricate IDM and robust
techno as he is calm ambient and melancholic electronica.
In 'Soul Connection' a spoken word vocal mutters over metallic percussion and ominous stabs whilst a dense pad washes over everything. An undulating synth and ethereal effects make up 'Disappear' before moving onto syncopated drums
and shadowy atmospherics in 'Samaya Dolgaya Noch'. Next up, 'Stop' is comprised of mesmerising melodies, sturdy kicks and a looped vox until Nocow concludes the package with a short 2-step cut titled 'Aesthetic Mind'.

What attracts us to Chilean-born artist Ricardo Tobar is the notion of intersection, and although fusion is nothing new, as a concept it will always pull our heartstrings. Applying influence is amateur, we see this over and over again as we endure trend-driven appropriation of cultures the world over, but the epiphany when an artist finds true synergy between heritage and influence is a pivotal moment that the inspired will seek, even though it may take the length of one's career to behold. As pretentious as that may sound, it is precisely the hybrid born from that place of intersection that
excites us at the ESP Institute, the 'A plus B that equals 3'. We hear this in Ricardo's music — the Latin American instinct in his drums and percussion, sometimes tightly aligned with body movements and other times hauntingly mis-aligned and chaotic, intersects with his rock influence of ethereal (micro) melodies that slowly layer and layer until we're climbing a glorious (macro) wall of sound — but most importantly we hear where these different parts of his life come together to further create one unique voice. On both sides of his ESP Institute debut Liturgia, Tobar couples one pulsing dance-driven track with another atmospheric and immersive track, requiring we educate ourselves in the polarity of this language he's building, one that will expand to tell a broader story later this year with his debut album. We welcome Ricardo Tobar, another forward-thinking artist, to the ESP Institute, and are proud to support any direction his compass points from here, as we believe he'll never follow but will always lead.

The last essential outing of 2017 for the Play It Say It label is from legendary DJ and producer Harry Romero. Globally acclaimed and recognised star Harry Romero has been a driving force in the scene since the 90s. He's released on such seminal labels as Sex Mania, Power Music and Strictly Rhythm, but also contemporary imprints like Ovum and Defected. Never far from the dance charts and an inductee into Pete Tong's Hall of Fame, Harry's own Bambossa Records is another fine chapter in his definitive story. Here he shows off his current sound across three fresh tracks. Opening up the EP is the arresting 'Mother Earth,' a percussive and tribal number with pinging kicks and loose hits all encouraging you to cut shapes. Bright synths rise up through the mix to bring some tension and drama and crowds are certain to react with hands in the air. The masterfully mangled 'Lesson on Swing' is a vibrant brew of skewed synths and surging bass, vocal yelps and wonky chords that will freak out any floor. It's another robust and full fat tune from the studio of Harry Romero.Last of all is 'Scatter', a high-pressure tune with characteristically big drums and fat bass all overlaid with vocal effects that build the intensity. Hooky little synth motifs and metallic percussion all add to the steaminess and ensure this a huge anthem in the making. This is a top trio of tunes that are imbued with all the knowledge and know how of a real house legend.

Abstaxion and Kasper Bjørke return for their second collaboration on DC Salas and Abstraxion's Biologic Records imprint. 'Matin + Nuit' is a 3-track EP out in April. Biologic records aim to explore the relationship between organic and analogue, natural and urban. This idea of polarity is addressed here through the themes of morning and night. 'Matin' is a ten-minute journey through a glistening landscape. Celestial arpeggios and subtle dissonances are grounded by a hypnotic bassline and restrained percussion. 'Ivre' (drunk) takes an emotive turn. Disorienting acid bass winds its way through mournful harmonies and overcast melodies, held together by a spirited rhythmic pattern. 'Nuit', naturally, progresses into darker territory. There are familiar elements of disco, but they've been mangled to create something far more twisted. Drums take the lead, punctuated by assertive bass stabs and ominous chords that howl through cavernous acoustics. 'Matin + Nuit' explores seemingly familiar themes without the use of cliché, employing a diverse range of sound manipulation techniques to paint vivid imagery.

Ellum Audio welcome a new name to their ranks for the label's first EP of 2017. That man is Barcelona based Raxon and he serves up a brace of brilliant tracks that prove he is a fast rising star.
Before now, Egyptian born Raxon has been based in Dubai, where he was resident at the Audio Tonic events. He has released on label including NM2 and Tronic and
has a release coming soon on Diynamic. From Creamfields to Watergate to ADE, he has played all over the world as well as guesting on John Digweed's Radio Show and is one of the Middle East's most prominent talents.
The steely and direct 'Majoris' goes first with its driving drums and slithering synth sounds. Building to a big energetic peak with plenty of effects and filters, it is futuristic and abstract and full of the sort of tension that makes Ellum Audio releases so high impact.
The stellar 'Sin Control' is much darker and more brooding, with a paranoid lead synth pinning you down as spaceship sounds and whirring machines gurgle all
around you. It is one to get heads down and feet stomping and makes for a brilliantly austere and intergalactic atmosphere.

The underground anthems just keep on coming from Seth Troxler's Play It Say Itlabel. Next up is assured party starter and Snatch! label boss, Riva Starr. This Italian hit maker has long been delivering off-kilter and playful underground house tunes. He does so on his own label as well as Cajual and Hot Creations, always injecting them with plenty of colour and charm, which help them stand out in any set. These latest two offerings are no different, and are sure to blow up dance floors all over the world.
First up is the arresting title track, 'Another Dimension', a skewed and sideways house cut with booming bass, bumpy drums and quirky trumpets going off in all directions. It's a grinding groove that will drill to the heart of any 'floor and really set it alight.
Then comes 'Another Race', a much deeper and more direct tune for heads down dancing. It has surging kicks and synths, slinky percussion and an irresistible sense of forward motion that will sweep up all those who hear it. Clever filters bring real tension, teasing out plenty of pressure and ensure this one is another modern classic in the making.
These are two powerful tracks from Riva Starr that are sure to make a real impact this spring and mark another standout release from Seth Troxler's ever impressive Play it Say It.

Wow. Now we're talking, all time classic material right here from the Strictly archives. The legendary 'man of many hats' Armand Van Helden dropped this almighty, hypnotic slab of deepness under his Mole People guise in the mists of 1995. A total deep House classic indeed. Dreamy, driving, dubby, hypnotic, narcotic - It has it all. Super long tracks, for the DJ's to work and for the dancers to get fully lost in. 'Break Night' is colossal, this one will literally transport the dance-floor to another dimension, guaranteed. Sounding as fresh and as relevant as ever. Timeless. 'Ocean' on the flip steps up the toughness factor with some super hard, swingin' NYC drumz, but it still has that otherworldly edge that the A-side drenched us in previously. A near perfect record here, made available again, undoubtedly this will win a new legion of fans it's that good! This one's a tasty 2017 reissue and remaster, featuring both cuts, unedited, as per the original release way back when. Essential stuff here. Do not sleep.

After the huge waves caused by the first release on Guy Gerber's new Rumors label - a collaboration between himself and Innervisions king pin Dixon - the second release is sure to be just as hotly anticipated. It comes from inventive Israeli house man Chaim and is backed with a remix from Life & Death boss DJ Tennis and Guy himself.

Chaim, real name Chaim Avital, has been producing celestial, spiritual house music since 2007. It's come on labels like BPitch Control, Supplemental facts and Turbo and spawned the stunning full length Alive in 2011. On this new track he is in fine form, reaching for the stars in seriously stylish fashion.

'Blue Shadow' is a perfectly formed house track that manages to be epic and intimate at the same time. It takes you on a purposeful journey and follows an delightful upward arc as heavenly synths spread out behind supple, ticking house beats. It's truly a thing of beauty that will form a perfect high point of any emotional DJ set in the coming months.

First to remix is DJ Tennis who has built his own great musical and artistic empire with the Life & Death label, releasing music from the likes of Tale of Us and Thugfucker. His version is much less serene and sumptuous, instead the Italian breaks up the beats into jostling patterns and layers in more textured, grainy percussion. Its dark and foreboding until the heavenly synth glow of the original returns once more at the mid point.

Finally Guy Gerber, who is working on an album with P Diddy as well as planning more Rumors events around the world, turns in his Barkan remix and in the process flips the original into something even more dreamy and delightful. It's a slight more driven and direct take on the original but features just as many mesmerising melodies.

Once again here, Guy Gerber and Rumors have more than come up with the goods: expect to hear these everywhere this summer.

Back in 2001, Austin's Groove was released on Subliminal Records. It was made by a talented house music producer called Kid Creme. Now in 2015, Austin's Groove is considered a true house anthem and Kid Creme a legend. On Suara we've decided to give it a facelift and adapt it to the times we are living.
That's why we've asked some of the hottest producers nowadays to give their personal re-interpretations to this masterpiece. Here you can find remixes from Huxley, Gene Farris and Volkoder plus a 2015 edit from Kid Creme himself. Suara links past and present with this special release!

Our next vinyl is by Marcelo Bertinetti, This time with a Single and three remixes by Marc Cotterell, Martin Bellomo y Guillermo de Caminos. Marc Cotterell, owner of one of the most recognized record labels in the American and world wide scene of House music. With multiple releases in digital and vinyl, he got us accustomed to the sounds of Garage House, Chicago and Classic Detroit. Marc perfectly showed what our record label looks for in terms of House sounds by excellence. Martin Bellomo is in charged of one of the famous record labels in the local scene, "Myhouse Yourhouse", where a lot of the great local talents had the opportunity of release their music. Martin gives us a unique and very high quality remix. Guillermo de Caminos is the owner of the also famous record store and studio called "La Montaña Dj" located in the city of Rosario where a lot of good artists are born. Guille presents us an amazingversion with all the inevitable force of the Tech House.

P.D.D are proud to present Craig Bratley's Magic Feet imprint. The label returns with another double header from two up and coming producers.
Paresse first featured on a Magic Feet label sampler and has gone on to feature on Jennifer Cardini's Correspondant label.
Markus Gibb is a new name to the label and is definitely a producer to keep an eye on, having previously released on Matt Walsh's Clouded Vision label. Both producers deliver two tracks, each one set to be a staple in DJ's boxes over the coming year.

Spring 2016 saw the release of Stimming's fourth full length album 'Alpe Lusia', which was named after a remote little alpine hut in northern Italy, in which he had secluded himself to work on his LP for a full month, all by himself.
From the title track of his LP emanates his following release on Diynamic, the Alpe Lusia Remixes, and the remixing protagonists are none other than Robag Wruhme and the long time collaborateurs Acid Pauli & NU. First off is Pampa mainstay Robag Wruhme, whose take on Stimming's 'Alpe Lusia' starts off as a dark and brooding tech house gem. Later, when you have made your way through its rough outer shell, peeling off the hard claps, it shows its soft core, with gentle pads caressing the arrangement. Acid Pauli & NU deliver a deep and driving, almost haunting reinterpretation of 'Alpe Lusia, with a thumping bass and ethereal vocals that are very hypnotizing.
The original version is the only track on the album without a real groove, which is why Stimming chose precisely this track to be remixed - to see what the others would do about that. Now it is fair to say that both remixes have succeeded at this task.

emerging Bristol live act The Crisis Project are galvanised in precious metals. Shiny, smooth,
unblemished, there's a timeless, boundary-less sheen that could befit any era, any genre, just
awe-inspiring electronic music.

'She's Durch', a hazy plough through a Fear & Loathing-style sandstorm of ideas and emotions,
the Halleian duo flip Berliner Matt John's 25 poetic cosmic opus into a seven-minute aerodynamic
odyssey that shrouds with poignancy. Lekker.

Finally we experience the biggest trip of the adventure... Taking the 1998 cult German hip-hop
classic by 5 Sterne Deluxe 'Schund' and completely rebuilding it into an absolute emotional
whirlwind, it's a breath-taking composition that will truly elevate and soften the toughest of crowds.
With chem-trails of the vocal permeating through the gaps, this is beyond any standard
understanding of remix conventions.

The same can be said for each of these re-constructions: Three clear cases where the remix has
been chosen simply because the artists love the music, know how to harness its strengths and
feel they can add to its story with their own re-interpretation, respect and references. Remix trips
as thoughtful as this are hard to find. Ready for take off

We've put together a brand new compilation featuring 25 of our favourite artists, which will be released as 6 x 4 track vinyl releases every two weeks throughout the summer and features artwork from the renowned Victoria Topping.
