Establishing itself as a reliable source of music for the soul with 'Minilogue - Endlessness", the Stockholm based label Make a Beautiful Corpse now welcomes its new family member. This second release made by the Swedish music artist and producer KAB is a brilliant sequel with a great soundscape and truly distinct beats. KAB, an abbreviation of his name Karl-Axel Bissler, has been active since the early 90's and, back then, released on the renowned NovaMute label along with artists such as Richie Hawtin (Plastikman), Speedy J, and Luke Slater. More lately his works has been released on Mule Electronic and WIR, to mention a few who too have recognized his subtle way of expressing feelings through music. Music that can be experienced either through the little white earbuds in a crowded bus as well as in the total freedom of the open nature. It doesn't matter. As long as you are ready to open yourself up a little bit, 'Reconnect' and 'Receive and Transmit' will bring you to a wonderful place inside you. We thank KAB for bringing these beats to this world, every beat denoting another heartbeat in the life of the MABC label.

A decade on from his debut release, one of Romania's finest cultural exports returns to his favourite stomping ground with a transmission that showcases variety, technical skill and an intimate understanding of the dynamics of the floor. The stripped-down, moody menace of 'The Swindle' kicks things off, dancing semi-quavers panning left and right, a mysterious male voice incanting. A bass synth motif carries the tune to a climax before its buoyant, trancey conclusion. At all times, elements unfold organically, carrying the listener away. 'Rotate' casts a busier, jacking vibe, its analogue synth cycles pinging against each other. Glimmering layers of sound create an endlessly immersive, deadly deep groove. 'Feed Me' is slower, slinkier and rougher in equal measure. The sustained synths create a gliding sensation, the male vocal first mellifluous and sung then husky and spoken.

The 'Savalli' ep opens up with the title track, a tune unique in its production techniques.Jazzy pads have been sent through Oskar's walls of toy madness to create deck sample craziness, all the while being melodic and thoughtfully attractive, experimental whilst being 'house' too, something Oskar does so well.

''Peyote' shows us more of what Oskar's good at, making a timeless blend of influences and instruments work together in a dark cacophony of soulful celebration, making this track arguably the highlight of the record. Live bongos, sublime background 80's riffs and doppler effected pads create an atmosphere that's as addictive as it is uniquely moving.

DJ Skull creates a warm and groovy remix of 'Peyote', blending elements from the original to make a 'House and Techno' arrangement from the original version's musical parts, then rivaling it for sheer dance floor brilliance.

Within electronic music Sven Väth represents more than a single style. Sven embodies the music as a whole, he cherishes every facet of Techno and House. Väth has experienced the music as it emerged in the mid-eighties. From this moment on, he has helped to shape it year after year. Väth produced seminal music, his labels created and create its very own unmistakable brand of music, he ran a club and several booking agencies. Cocoon is a global identification mark for high quality parties and festivals. Those are major achievements, but they are overshadowed by Väth DJing abilities. Like no one else, Väth manages to capture the current figuration of our beloved electronic dance music in its entirety and melds it into a single, stirring story. In the summer 2016, Väth invited the global electronic music community to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza for the 17th time. Soft, friendly chords and bird chirps from Swedish producer Harald Björk woo us to the dance floor. The kittenish hookline is open to any kind of playful swing, yet it follows the tender, springy groove with the self-assuredness of a dream walker. Väth weaves Ripperton´s upright beats into the track, using suggestive, mysterious reverberations of a distant, graceful melody. With its delicacy, it captivates our attention becoming more and more decisive and insistent with every iteration. Melting the rhythms of Reggae and House together, Rhauder absorbs this very special mood of composed ease with an unique groove, and develops it further with an attentive, cautious voice of Paul St. Hilaire. Kamran Sadeghi's fascinating synth hooks develop complex, space-grabbing shapes reminding of clouds as they change their shapes within seconds. The groove being able to structure those intricacies without dwindling their richness. Alex & Digby translate this colossal sonic drama into a humorous, imaginative orchestra of rustling and chirping sounds.

The latest signing to Flumo is Bessiekat. Brewed in districts and clubs of Moscow, with a label of his own, Isaiah Tapes, he delivers a strong rhythm with harmonic dispositions, all painted with industrially laced colours of the hardware he uses to create the following pieces.
The two originals Hearp and Pearls share a commonality in developing vivid landscapes of overlapping analogue sonic expositions.
However, they differ in the way that the former warms you up and brings you more attentively to the speaker, while the latter throws you back on the deep, dark, early morning dancefloor.
The B-side of the record presents three different experimentations using the same colours to paint a different picture. J Albert provides a progressively monotonic remix, one that successfully develops a swinging analogue feel with lots of detail where you begin to hear the interplay of the highs and the lows. The overlapping patches of sound make the melody an emotional part of the track.
Willis Anne turns the tables around an exposing the intricacies of the rhythm, he focuses on fusing the melodies and harmonies for a wider scope of sound.....
Nicson and An Gelo's remix is disintegrated further, creating a sense of space that is eventually filled with new sounds, suggesting a thematic return to the sound of original mixes...

Capturing the essence of Crosstown Rebels Robot Rebel Heart experience at Burning Man, DAVI's selection of deep melodic odysseys for Rebellion are awash with the other-worldly magic of the Playa. A-side 'Rebel Heart' fuses ancient Eastern melodies with moody bass and mystical arrangements. Second track 'Anunnaki' (a name denoting a group of deities in ancient Mesopotamian cultures) continues the theme of spellbinding, earthy tones and on the remix, Hot Creations Mark Jenkyns toughens up 'Rebel Heart' with a squelchy acid-flecked bassline, solid kicks and overlays of his own wonky synth structures. Last but not least the masterstroke 'Two Suns In The Sky' hypnotises the soul with rolling drum beats and epic chords as waves of spooky energy and polyrhythms punctuate the cosmic sunrise soundscape.

For Armenian born 20-year-old David 'DAVI' Khanjian, 2012 was a breakthrough year - with a South American tour, the release of a monster remix of Underworld's anthem 'Two Month's Off'' and playing a set to 50,000 people at Burning Man festival - a life-changing experience that inspired this EP.

After relocating to LA after attending the the prestigious Komitas State Music Conservatory in Armenia, DAVI's production career began to take off and a chance meeting with a personal hero Robert Babicz led to him doing the first ever remix for Robert's new label Babiczstyle. Later releases came on labels such as Bits & Pieces, Armada, Outside The Box, Treibstoff, Anjunadeep and Hope Recordings.

South Shields finest Mark Jenkyns, after appearances on the first two Hot Waves compilations, is now a force to be reckoned with on the underground circuit with upcoming releases on the Paradise summer sampler on Hot Creations and Alex Arnout's Dogmatik imprint.

Florida Boys is a Frankfurt/Oenbach-based electronic music project by Dirk Schricker

Choice trans-Atlantic partnership Inxec v's Droog deliver 'The Westbound EP', their spellbinding debut offering on Crosstown Rebels. LA based Culprit label bosses Droog and Brit techno accomplice Inxec strike that all-important balance between magnetic dancefloor appeal and impeccably smooth and compelling production, a sure fire winner that's got DC-10 written all over it.

Appendix may refer to any text added to the end of a book or an article, containing information that is relevant to the main subject matter. Not that this is a way to say that this is the end of Shabu Recordings in any way, but rather a call back to Norwell's work while using its previous incarnation as a starting point to elaborate and expand the world created previously. Although, it focuses on different events and it stands on its own as its own entity.

Appendix starts off where Norwell's previous release on Shabu, I Kissed The Sun, left off : a big morning stroll in a psychedelic forest with unseen, yet familiar, crea- tures inhabiting it. Willie Burns (The Trilogy Tapes/WT Records/ L.I.E.S. Records) complements this unusual walk in the woods by absorbing it into his warehouse banger signature. Burns' rework focuses on micro- events of the original to create a sort of granular House version out of them.

The adventure continues on a somewhat melancholic turn with We Have Been Here Before and Sometimes as the B Side. While We Have Been Before is a more dancefloor-oriented take to Krautrock's signature synthline layering, Sometimes is Norwell's venture into a more Techno universe than he's mostly associated with to come out with a soothing, yet banging work.

Here at the Exprezoo headquarters we like to keep looking forward and to search for new and undiscovered talents, but we also like to go back to the sounds of our roots and, it's not a secret, we are in love with Neapolitan techno.

Black Crow is the third single to be taken from the album 'The Soft Bounce'. Part American Gothic, part future movie soundtrack, it's a song of haunting beauty. Holly Miranda's vocal glides across reflective strings and delicate crystalline snippets of sound, resulting in an epic torch song lament. It's backed with White Crow, Erol Alkan's mighty extended reworking of the song, placing it in spacious widescreen, where you can hear for miles.

Just over 6 months after his debut EP, House Grand Cru's head honcho Nathaniel is back with a completely new release. The name of the EP is Tuntea, which is Finnish for "Feel", and that is what this EP is all about. Two originals in Nathaniel's signature dramatic deep house style, reflecting honest feelings and emotions. Dramatic, but with a dash of happy. On the A-side of the release is the title-track "Tuntea". With this track Nathaniel really managed to explore his own musical boundaries, taking things deeper than ever before on House Grand Cru. On the B-side we find No Wrong, containing surprising vocals, slow piano riffs and a serious twist of playfulness. B2 is the Tierkratz remix of No Wrong, taking it to a completely different side of the house-spectrum. Dancefloor material!

Rous comes from Argentina. Currently living in Mendoza, the young and talented musician, producer and wine sommelier makes his mark as a DJ, live performer and restaurateur.
His music has very confident brush strokes of synthesizer magic over titillating classic analogue sounding drums. This is the sound palette with which he takes us into the raw and intense landscapes of a snowy Patagonian lake island and it's surroundings- the place where he spent a month with no communications or technology, thinking about the enormous and immersive ascendant energy from the Los Andes mountains.
In Rous' own words, "this recording expresses my intensity while growing up, my experience with masters, the natural destinies that the mountain put in front of us and the ecstasy we feel at the parties with our South American family and friends."
Once back home, he brought down the concept into an EP called "La Púrpura del Ocaso" (The Purple of Sunset) and through pounding rhythms and the constant unfolding of simple and powerful synthesizer lines, he shows us the raw power of snow, fire, water and air.
"The Purple of Sunset is born from my experience in and with Mendoza, where I've lived for four years. It starts with the learning process of strategy and alchemy behind wine; the perseverance and transcendence needed to create a product that communicates with the world. Purple is the color of wine and the sunset is the moment where the artist closes his eyes from thinking, with a glass of wine in his hand after a long day of work."

Since the beginning in 2012, the label has in its DNA the desire to mix arts and genres to develop a singular esthetic. Dogma: illustrate each record cover by a pre-existing work to establish a correspondence between music and contemporary graphic art.

Aus Music follow up a string of records from fresh signees Paul Woolford, Tom Trago and Recloose with the return of a long term friend and label favourite Marquis Hawkes. Hot on the heels of his recent LP 'Social Housing' - the Berlin based artist lines up 'Doornroosje', a tight a two-tracker that remains consistent with his output on Aus: dancefloor-focused jams suffused with simplicity and soul. 'Discopuss' kicks things off with a potent combination of samples and hardware as sassy Funk samples are propelled by tough crunching drums. The title track then follows up with piano stabs and busy, percolating synth lines driven at a pacy rate to rapturous effect rounding off another solid addition to Aus Music's catalogue.

Love is the center for all that matters. ÂMO is a release inspired by all the love in our lives, love of friends, family, pets, and that special someone. With this inspiration Willian Pires has formed the Vinyl release sector of his Casa Do Conde' label working with close and trusted friends. The first 12' vinyl press features Willian's Original Mix along with three remixes from Luke Hunter, Starkato, and Rafael Paste. The A side' original structures itself around DEEP feeling elements, yet blending an intensity of TECH that makes everyone dance! Special moments in the break-down invite an attractive female vocal calling out into the embrace of a warm reverb that brings an amazing ambiance to the dancefloor. The second track on the A2 side' is the Luke Hunter Remix. Jonas Rathsman marks the inaugural release on the newly established Method White label, a club focused imprint from Disclosure 's Method Records that will deliver an on-going series of one-off releases available digitally and on a limited run of vinyl.
'Method White is going to be a platform to release some of our favourite music being created right now, that we feel represents the best of the best of underground electronic music today. We also want to take this further by DJing alongside some of the acts who's music we release in our WILD LIFE events' - Disclosure.
Jonas has gone a long way to prove his value to the dance music community, his releases on French Express and remixes for the likes of London Grammar, Tensnake, Duke Dumont and Sam Smith have established Rathsman as a driven and forward thinking producer and DJ. With 'Wolfsbane', Jonas introduces the first installment on Method White and like the flow er it's named after, the track is just as deadly as it is beautiful.
The track has already been a staple among sets from Disclosure, Huxley, Duke Dumont, Justin Martin and Solomun among others with Jonas perfecting a mix of dark and light while taking the impact of his drops to all new levels.
With forthcoming dates including a six-date foray into North America in February, festival performances to come at Bestival, Lost Village, Hideout, Parklife and the debut WILD LIFE Festival in June,there are plenty of chances tocatch Rathsman doing what he does best - working a crowd.

Over the past few years, a musical admiration between Chet Faker and South London-based DJ Marcus Marr has grown, which culminated in a four-day sojourn in Marr's South London studio in early 2015. Over the session, four songs were written, as the two discovered that Marr's powerful, punchy dance production perfectly balanced Faker's soulful vocals. The result is the 4-track Work EP.

Ruff Stuff, also known as Francois Le Roy and Nanni, is a collaboration between two DJs active on the international underground scene for a number of years. Both DJ's grew up during the 90's electronic wave, firstly as hard-core clubbers and then as DJs and vinyl enthusiasts.

Francois Le Roy and Nanni have both had extensive solo careers. Francois Le Roy, grew up in the South of Italy where he was influenced by underground techno from an early age.
Taking to DJ'ing in 1995, Francois quickly became the hottest property on the local scene. Francois's passion for dance music inspired him to branch out from DJ'ing and develop his own sound. In 2006 Francois rose to fame with the MaGmA' international radio network who recruited him as one of their up and coming DJs on the MaGmA Global Groove Radio Show.

In 2010 Francois had a number of releases including, Taj Mahal' a track championed by DJ Pathaan of the UK's BBC Asian Network on his compilation Musical Rickshaw'. This paved the way for the Did You Get it' EP on London based Serotonin Digital, released in 2011. With a host of releases to his name Francois Le Roy brings a wealth of experience to this versatile duo.

Nanni's addiction to music came to a forefront in 2009 as he embarked upon his production career. Coming from the south of Italy, Nanni was influenced by the electronic sounds of the 90's. Garage to Techno with smatterings of House can all be heard in Nanni's productions. Nanni's work with fat basslines, warm synths, chopped vocals and sheer grooves, has seen him drop releases on a variety of record labels.

Despite following different musical paths, the pair decided to merge their experiences and formed a communal project. Originally releasing tracks as Francois Le Roy and Nanni the pair grew in stature, gaining them extensive coverage for their remix of Squarehead's Bats', and their track Going Back to Detroit' saw a stylistic additional mix which also featured on T. William's BBC Radio 1 show.

Now have both worked for a considerable amount of time on their respective solo careers and collaborated on each other's productions, the pair have formed the Ruff Stuff project.
A single unique entity which combines the spirit of both producers, the Ruff Stuff project is rooted in the influences of old school Deep House, Techno and Garage with a propensity to find the newest, freshest sounds.

Seth Troxler's Play It Say It label welcomes Phil Moffa as The Butcha for an excellentnew EP entitled "202 Future". Featuring three killer tracks, it is yet another club readyoffering from this most on point label.
Phil Moffa, as well as being a fine solo artist, engineer and studio owner who hasworked on labels like The Corner, Plan B Recordings and Sublevel Sounds, alsoreleases on Hypercolour with boss man Seth. He has also collaborated with underground techno heroes like DJ Spider and Anthony Parasole as well as The
Martinez Brothers whom he paired up with on the Tuskegee label last year. As such he knows a thing or two about making dance floors move. His sound is robust and freaky, functional yet full of character, and this EP proves that once again.
Arresting opener 'More Bugged Out Please' is a massive cut with rolling rubber drums and wild acid lines spraying about up top. Clever filters open and close to add scale and dynamism and coarse claps help drive things along, meaning that dancers will be swept off their feet in the process.
Then comes the brilliantly absorbing titular track, '202 Future.' This one is much deeper and darker, more subdued but just as impactful. Paranoid sirens and alarms go off above slow, snaking, dirty and dark sub bass. Percussion grows in stature and becomes a focal point and then acid lines and spooky riffs join the fray to make this a truly tripped out and late night monster.
Last but not least, 'Acid In The 1st Degree' ups the ante with a shuffling marriage between crisp metal hits that blow in a stiff breeze above buried deep kicks. The effect is uplifting and unsettling, and once a prickly 202 line rips up the track, it's another certified club anthem that ebbs and flows with real class.

2nd release from Japanese label 'INIT'. This compiles 3 tracks from 3 Japanese artist, Shinob Satosi who previously release from Work Them, Flugel and Vinyl Club and the label founder Shintaro D and Kensuke Yasuhara. Advance minimal house sounds with essence of break and electro. Vinyl Only.

Taken from the monster compilation "Acid Rain" compiled by UK house pioneer Terry Farley we have Acid Rain sampler #1, A carefully curated selection of choice cuts spanning the many styles of Chicago's Acid House movement.

Sampler #1 is chock full of classic tracks and rarities that the seasoned House head and the newcomer will want to have in their record collection, DJ Pierre's fierce "Box Energy", Laurent X's "Drowning In A Sea Of House" & his anthemic "Machines" are all featured alongside Ralphi Rosario's 1988 cult classic "In The Night".

Hello listeners, blunt heads, fly ladies and prisoners..... This is the future of the music industry. Not the music, just the idea of the artists writing their own PR faffle. Next year I'll probably have to carry my own bags on tour too.......tragic. I have had a few years of working on other projects and shuffling about in loose trousers, but now I feel the time has come to release some more music for feet and floors. What I should say is that every time I tried to write techno/house/moonbeat in the last couple of years, everything came out as shitty tech-house.....The brain was just in an alternate mode, a mode for classical music and melody, but now it seems to have come back to techno so I here present some of its recent outpourings. It belched out Polka the first night I got back to Scotland, having left London. BabaYaga is named after a sinister-as-hell witch from a Russian story book we had as kids (check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baba_Yaga) clearly designed to traumatise young minds.
